Great cable and works as it should. Seems to provide a good current and does not produce any kind of static or other interfering noises. The connection tips seem to be of good quality, metal heads and fit snug as should. They feel like they will hold up for years to come with no problems. The connection from wire to plug in head is very well secured so that in case it is tugged too hard, stretched, or somehow tripped on it would handle the abuse with no problem.all in all great cord, and you cant beat the amount of quality for the price.*I purchased the 25ft cord

The KabelDirekt Audio adapter I recently purchased performs flawlessly. I was surprised by the level of quality that went into the manufacturing of this product. With its heavy-gauge cable, gold-tipped connectors, and overall construction, I feel sure that a finer cable is not available at any price. I recommend this product.

After being very pleased with my first set of stereo RCAs from KabelDirect, I ordered these splitters as an upgrade. I was horrified when the components stopped working immediately after swapping to the KabelDirect Y splitters. I fiddled for an hour and subsequently requested to return the Y splitters. Unrelenting, I deconflicted the problem with my component manufacturer (Adcom 555ii owners manual) and it had nothing to do with the cables. My amplifiers do not permit or require dual RCA inputs when bridged -signal input into the left channel only. I am a bit wiser and humbled by the whole experience. Anyway, I cannot recommend Kabel Direct enough as they have great build characteristics at a great price. What more could one ask for...

I needed a 1-to-2 RCA interconnect to link my REL Q Series sub to the Vizeo sound bar I use for my downstairs TV (yeah, I know I'm hooking a High End sub to a mass market A/V trinket which is like bringing a bear gun to a pigeon shoot, but I'm playing the hand I was dealt). As a recovering audiophile who appreciates what a difference quality cables can make, I wanted to do it right without overdoing it, and that's when I remembered the offerings from KabelDirekt.Having been a sometime reviewer of audio equipment for a respected magazine a while back, I recalled how KableDirect products had begun to kick up some dust as "high end worthy" cables at prices too sane for sonic snobs. I never got a chance to try them then, but I'm pleased I have now.The cable has a pleasing heft, solid terminations of sleek gray metal with snug, gold flashed RCA inputs. It's a simple but reassuringly over engineered piece of equipment in its own right, as your cables should be.The sound? Again, it's not the optimal setup at the moment, but your ears would never know it. The old REL is as musical as ever and a casual viewing area now has the bottom end authority of an iMax theater. And the cable (or in this case the Kabel) is a critical if too often overlooked link in equipment performance.Highly recommended for the perfectionist on a budget. And most perfectionists fit that description these days.

plug and play, and very, very well made. cables are marked, red and white, for subs with left-right hookups. took longer to unwrap the package than to complete the connections. my kind of day. for the price, the quality was a very pleasant surprise. durable's the word i was looking for. should last a long, long time.

Great cable, especially considering the relatively low cost compared to other brand name manufacturers. The cable connectors look like pro-series connectors should, and feel very durable, just as the cable jacket does - nice and thick. Sound quality is CRYSTAL clear.I purchased this RCA Y cable for use with my Polk Audio PSW10 subwoofer, which rather than offering an LFE audio input from the receiver, has L & R RCA input. The directions say to use a single-channel RCA cable from the receiver and to connect to EITHER the L or R input, but adding this Y cable absolutely made for a significant increase in loudness without having to turn the subwoofer volume all the way up. Not only that, but this KabelDIrekt cable 100% eliminated the noise/feedback I was getting through the subwoofer when using another name-brand cable.The only con I might note would be the coupling housing (at the "Y"), which is relatively flat, but rectangular and rigid at the corners. This may be a concern if you need to feed this cable through tight or overcrowded spaces as it will definitely snag other cables. I would have knocked a star for this, but given the other advantages I had from the cable and the fact that I would never need to feed it through a tight space, I stuck with the 5 stars. Would absolutely purchase again.

Just what I needed to hook up and old sub that has a L+R RCA Input jack, used to take my .1 signal to the old sub.

At this price you aren't getting monster cable. These however are attractive and functional.

The perfect cable solution to hook up my sub woofer. It's a single cable all but the last 10 or 12 inches and then splits into two, all male ends.Nothing negative about it, I just don't give it a 5 because nothing made it outstanding to what I expected.

I'm no expert when it comes to audio, but I needed something to connect my woofer to my new system. The cable seems to be well constructed. The sound seems good to me.

Works fine but it is loose at the single receiver connection. It hasn't come out yet. I didn't try to squeeze it tighter because I saw another review said that it was plastic.

The center plug and surrounding connection tabs are very brittle due to the fact that they are made of gold plating over a plastic base. The right channel cable broke leaving the center plug inside the connection rendering it unusable.

It works great.But within using it for almost 6 months the connection to the subwoofer broke.I would like to own it again if they made the center piece on the connection stronger.

The cable seems to be of pretty good quality, but the connectors were relatively loose-fitting out of the package.

Not sure if it's the cable or not, but when I plug the one jack to my stereo subwoofer out and the two jacks to my subwoofer inputs, the stereo gets a speaker wire warning and shuts off

I would give it one star but hate is a strong word. Purchased in Feb 2015 and replacing in Jul 2017 because one of the connectors fell apart. This cable is used for a home theater subwoofer and was not plugged/unplugged often. Wasn't expecting premium, but am surprised and disappointed at the build quality, especially evident once the connector was apart and I could see more of how it was built. Never had this happen before. Going in a different direction. There are other options.

Though it may be a good cord, I thought it would fit my subwoofer out port and it didn't. That was probably my fault though.

Bought July 2015 - Failed April 2016. Its not subjected to any form of movement....it just failed out of the blue.

Wow the rca plugs fit loosely! I don't mean a little loose. Way out of spec! Guarantee they will not stay in your subs plugs. Or any plugs.Plugged it into my AVR and it fell out. How it supposed to stay in a vibrating sub?Thin cable for double shielding.Sending this back. No excuse for this poor quality.

Very low quality cable.I know it's a cheap cable, but for $1 LESS you can pick up the Mediabridge version that is MUCH better.The RCA connectors on this thing are VERY, VERY cheap. They barely hold and fall off from the slightest pressure. The metal used in them is very thin and very flexible. I have other Mediabridge sub cables that have been outstanding. They are better insulated, and have much better RCA connectors that hold very well.Again, the Mediabridge version of this cable cost less, and is better quality. I was going to just order the Mediabridge cable, but I decided to give this one a try. Just to try out a different cable.This is going back and I'm ordering the Mediabridge version.

Looked good. Trusted reviews but I would not recommend this cable to anyone. The build quality is good but after connected any little movement causes distortion, must be a contract issue. I bought two of them and they're exactly the same. Find a better product.

The male part of the plugs break off quite easily, as they are plastic underneath. In once case, the end broke off in the speaker and I had to take the speaker apart and replace the chassis mount.

I bought one of these about two years ago and it recently broke. I bought another one because I thought perhaps I had been too rough with it. I've only had this one 6 months and it broke in exactly the same way even with me being very gentle with it. Super annoying and very disappointed.

Didn't last a day and the brass coating on the nipple broke off in the port on the subwoofer. Ended up ordering a mediabridge y cable next and it has held up for the last 10 months or so. Avoid this cable.. possibly brand.

I received this cable on time. However, it did not work when I tried to use it. I am very disappointed in the quality and utility of this product. I ended up having to order a new cable from another manufacturer. The new cable worked perfectly fine as soon as I plugged it in. Based on my experience I would be reluctant to recommend this product

Cheap POS. The end of the RCA cable broke off inside the sub out on my yamaha home theater receiver. Why? Because i moved my sub to clean behind it and i hear a crack. Didnt find out where it came from until i turned on my TV and noticed my sub wasnt kickin. The cables look great but are nothing but a polished turd. Dont waste your money. The cheap Red and White cables are much more robust and will give you consistent sound.

Does what it is supposed to, and looks great while doing it. The connectors are super sleek and the cable itself is low profile. works well and have yet to have any stuttering or cracking.UPDATE: 9 months later and the cord has failed abruptly. Started making awful cracking and buzzing and unfortunately is certainly not worth the money for the 9 months that it served.
