Worth It 100%
July 6, 2016
So I'm the music type of guy, the one who's crazy about sound quality and bass and such. (I am a 17 year old and this is my father's account. I have my own now but when I bought this, it was obviously on this account.)So to start off, when it was delivered, it was delivered in a plastic cylinder box that was actually damaged because of the ups I guess not handling it correctly. I took out the earphones and they were perfectly fine. Thank you Sentey for making that box. The flat cord kind of put me off since I was used to round cords but I quickly got used to it. When I first tried it, it was amazing. The default earbuds fit in perfectly. I tried it out and the sound was great. It's hard to describe it but each sound it clear and doesn't overpower you. The bass comes out very well and I loved it. I forgot how long I had it but it was for sure 3 months over. The only drawback to these earphones is that there is no volume control which kind of made me sad but I didn't take that as something to take away a star for.Unfortunately, I tend to be very forgetful leaving my earphone tangled up in my pockets and such. But these earphones still lasted perfectly without taking damage. The reason why i only had it for such a short time is because one day I left it in my pockets and it went into the laundry. (I know right?) and the right earphones went out completely. Or so I thought, Being a quirk I am I thought it was a great idea to try and suck air from the right earphone and suddenly it started working. Of course the quality was never the same but it still gave a great sound quality to me. But all things come to an end as it happened a second time and fully went out.I come back after a while to give this review because I do want to say this earphone is worth it's money. It gave me the great quality I was looking for and it lasted through one laundry incident (with my quirk idea). For now I'm just using the standard apple earphones as I don't want to spend money on new ones as apple earphones are good enough. Thank you for reading my review!
Great Value, Needs a Little Tweaking, But A Win for Sure!
January 28, 2016
I bought a pair of these last December, and quite uncharacteristically for me, lost them inside of two weeks. However, I was impressed enough with them to just buy another pair. These are really nice sounding earphones at any price, and for ten bucks, you just can't beat them. They have good volume, impressive bass, and have pretty good sound rendition overall. You won't be happy if you're an audiophile listening on a $10,000 Mark Levinson amplifier, but for the rest of us that are out there pounding the pavement listening on iPods and phones, they're great. The biggest gripe I have - and I thought about deducting a star, but I won't - is that the plug on these has a triangular piece surrounding it instead of round. I guess Sentey thought that was different and unique. Anyway, it's a pain in the butt, because it interferes with many iPhone cases. On this pair, I actually had to trim down the end so that it would clear my Spigen ToughArmor case. (See pictures)Also, I ordered the silver this time instead of black, and it's not at all like the product picture, which shows kind of a subdued gunmetal color. The silver is really bright, polished aluminum. So if that matters to you, take note.
I really have enjoyed these headphones so far.
November 24, 2015
I've owned these Sentey earbuds for roughly a month and a half so far and I have enjoyed them quite a lot. Some notes about the product after owning them:PRICE / COST: $13 for earbuds isn't expensive at all, especially when you're buying something with good quality like these. If you go to a local store like Walmart, Target etc you'll be spending at least 9-10 dollars for something that'll probably break inside of a week of use. Just spend the extra $4 and get something like this that's good and will last.DURABILITY: Really good build quality, or at least I think so. The cables are flat so they don't tangle easily, this was part of the reason why I purchased these. I've had them for a while and I use them 4-5 times a week for about an hour each day used. That being said mine have had so far around 40 hours of use and are still working as well as the first day I bought them.AUDIO QUALITY: I'd have to say for earbuds a solid 4 / 5 stars would be for the quality rating. They work great, but they do still let in a bit of ambient noise from the background. I've only noticed this when I'm out jogging or riding my bike that there is a small amount of noise that gets in, but it probably could be drowned out if I turned my volume up more.THE BOTTOM LINE:Overall, I really enjoy these, if I break them down the line I'll just buy another pair. They're good, they're in expensive and with prime shipping I didn't have to wait long at all for them to get here.
These Headphones are the Real MVP
November 2, 2015
I have the headphones and I love it. I listen to music all day, everyday. At work, in the subway, when shopping, when I sleep, as I'm typing this review.Looks:Looks pretty good for both men and women, or whatever you identify as. It has that nice solid red color and the texture doesn't look cheap. It has a premium feel to it. Then again, I could be wrong. I'm poor, that's why I bought these (Have you seen the price?) so premium for me might be cheap for some of y'all. Overall, I'm not ashamed in public with these headphones.Sound:Obviously the most important aspect of these headphones. The bass is GOOD, as in, I listen to my Dr.Dre and Kendrick Lamar music just fine with all the intensity I need to escape this world. By now, you can tell I'm not a professional reviewer, I'm just telling it how it is, as I would to any friend. Let's just say the sound is nothing like the 1$ headphones (trust me, I'm poor, I know what they sound like...) so yea, you'll love the sound if you're into hip-hop, reggae, trap music, rave etc.. Because of the design of the earphones, it's enough to block the noise out and replace the noise such as baby crying, airplanes hovering over your homeDurability:Feels solid man. Really, love how I can have it pulled out of my pockets and it doesn't look like it will stretch or snap. I think they will last me a long time, but I don't know if there's any warranty, so check with the manufacturer, I'm too lazy to check or get a job.Final thoughts:Well, unless you're an audiophile (weird) or a perform music, these are Excellent everyday headphones. They outperform any other earphones in their category. Shipping was fast, the earphones performs excellently beyond my expectation, so 5 stars fam, you the real MVP.
You can't really go wrong with these.

I have a tough time finding decent earbuds. Even some of the more expensive ones tend to have poor quality sound. I am happy with this pair. It has high-quality construction, and great earbud tips.(Yes that matters) The sound on it is better than expected. The bass is very good for earbuds; It's not muddy or distorted. The mids are great. The highs are a little quiet, though not much. All-around high-quality sound. For people who need their music very loud, I would say that these earbuds will suit you. They keep relatively high-quality sound even at high volume.I haven't used the microphone feature on them yet.On the box, it says that the jack is gold plated. It doesn't look gold, but aside from that, it is not the BEST of quality. It didn't work very well with my phone for the first try and only played through the left ear, but haven't had trouble with it after that. The plug is very durable and I do not see it ever breaking at that end.Pros:-Very sturdy metal construction-Quality wires that do not easily tangle-Microphone-Clear sound even at high frequenciesCons:-Headphone jack had that one minor problem that one time. Not much of a con. Conclusion:This is a long review for earbuds.Secondary Conclusion:I am picky with my headphones and earbuds, mostly when it comes to sound quality. This has that and more. I recommend these to people who want high quality for a great price. (basically any American ever.) If you liked my review, please leave a review of my review and I will review your review and leave a review for your review of my review of these earbuds.

Once I found one off my earplgus did not work, and I'm so happy that they can replace me a new one for me. Really appreciate! Excellent job!
Perfect replacement!
February 23, 2017
I loved the design the headphones were that came with my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I've never been a huge fan of those marshmellow headphones because I have pretty small ears (normal sized for me, but i'm a relatively small person lol) and even the smallest of the squishy covers did not fit in my ears and caused them to fall out and the sound was quiet and sounded far away. So the headphones that came with my new phone were perfect. They are designed to slide right into your ear and stay there without being too small or too big to fit and the only downside to them is since they are designed with a little sticking out part, you have to make sure they are in the right ears as marked or they won't fit. Anyways, headphones have never lasted very long for me since I listen to music constantly and take them everywhere. These are the exact same headphones as the ones I had before, work just as well if not better, and were EXTREMELY cheap. You will not go wrong with buying these, and you can bet that once my new ones start to die, Ill be back here ordering more of these!
If you need replacements, this is probably as good as you'll be able to find
April 11, 2016
These are 95% the exact same as the ones that came with the s6. The only difference is a negligible amount of bass missing from the sound quality. It's barely noticeable, but I tried them side by side with the ones I actually got with my phone and it's definitely there.I ordered these because somehow the gel came off my original's left side. I'll keep these new ones as spares, but they came with 2 pairs of replacement gels so I used one on my missing side.
I did not like the original headphones included with my Samsung Galaxy phone
August 25, 2015
I did not like the original headphones included with my Samsung Galaxy phone. The sound was fine, but I had to jam the earpiece deep into my ear. I exercise/run all the time and running with your ear plugged is not fun ... you will hear each foot stomp, heavy breathing, etc. I switched from the ear jamming headphones to Apple's iPhone headphones (received from a friend). The Apple headphones sounded great IMO, but I was not able to leverage all the included controls (mute, etc.). After a year or so, they hit the washing machine, and I found myself on the hunt for a new pair which brings me to this product. The headphones sound very good, and the mic works great. The controls work as expected with my Galaxy and all is well! I have been using the headphones now for a month or two and durability seems fine as well. A great buy for the money IMO.

I was young and I needed the microphone
January 30, 2016
I'm kind of an audiophile, kind of. I like to get good sound for little money. These earbuds are OK for $10.I bought these plugs because I wanted to make calls with a built-in mic and watch YouTube on the subway to work. They serve those purposes very well. If I wanted something mainly for music on the go, I'd move up a price bracket.* They do have the sound isolation that other reviewers are mentioning. It's like putting in earplugs.* Decent top end. A lot of cheap earbuds have harsh resonances in the upper mids. These are like icicles in your eardrums and will quickly give you listening fatigue. None of that here. You could listen to these all day.* Low end isn't stellar. The earplug design makes this part pretty hard to manage. There's a big bump in the lows, which gives the sensation of bass, but there's no actual bass extension or definition below 150Hz. Overall the curve is extremely bass-tilted and sounds muddy. Again, if you're looking for something to listen to music with, keep shopping. But voices are loud and clear, even when you're trying to hear someone talking quietly in a video.
Surprisingly balanced sound at a low price
January 7, 2016
I have to say that I am impressed with these buds, especially for the price point. The balance between lows mids and highs are right where I like them... balanced. Many have mentioned that the plug is listed as gold, yet is not. I do absolutely see that and the seller should make the needed adjustments to their description.I don't use the mic as I am using these with a MP3 player, so I can't speak to the issues others have listed for this.As with many of these ear buds, they do come with small, medium, and larger inserts. The medium seemed to fit just right for me.For some reason, these fit me better than some others that I have tried. When you get a good seal, these puppies really sound great. Some other reviews mentioned that the wire was inferior. I do see that they use a multi core cylindrical wire as opposed to some others 2 core side by side wire. I have yet to see that this in any way is inferior. I suspect time will determine that. All in all, I would recommend these to those looking for a balanced sound at a really low price
Decent Set of Well Crafted Buds, For the Casual Music Lover
November 15, 2015
I'm going to keep this sweet, simple, and to the point. These headphones provide a very decent value overall. They stay in my ears when I'm working out, I have rarely had an issue with slippage as I sweat. They are relatively comfortable over long periods of time, but they tend to make my ears feel a bit raw after a 2+ hour music session. They feel durable and of high quality (housing made of metal), but they tend to lack a little bit acoustically. I'm a little more of a bass head and, while I ultimately seek out well balanced headphones, I would not consider these as such. They are lacking in bass but neither are they tinny in their sound. Their ability to block out ambient noise is excellent, hence the 4 stars. There are times I will just put them in silent to help focus. Overall, they are a great workout set, and if you happen to own a headphone amp/dac these will do just fine for the casual listener.
Great quality, great price - perfect for business travelers
October 30, 2015
As a business traveler and frequent conference call participant, I need quality earbuds that can withstand being tossed around my briefcase everyday. I don't want to spend a fortune to be able to hear clearly and have my other participants hear me clearly. I am also partially deaf in one ear, so using earbuds helps tune-out surrounding noise and if the quality of the earbuds is decent, its own noise canceling helps people on the other end hear me better without airport, wind and other annoying background distractions. Fortunately, this pair does all of that. It is a decent quality sound that fits all my needs. I have used a lot of different types and brands in the past, but with significant use already, I can say these are now my favorites. Sound quality is great for the price point, making music on an airplane more enjoyable then the chatter sitting next to me!
Great product at a reasonable price!
August 16, 2015
I have been using my Sentey Earbuds for about two months now. The sound quality is great. The buds fit comfortably in my ears, unlike the original iPhone earbuds I had. The buds remain securly in my ears without hurting. The microphone seems to work very well. I have never had a complaint by a call recipient about week sound or excessive background noise. I have been making 1 hour + phone calls with these earbuds and have not had any issues with sound quality or ear comfort. The flat cord design seems to be very resistant to tangling.I think they need to add a cord clip to the unit to help hold the cords in place. I salvaged one off of an older set of earbuds to keep the cord from swinging around and getting in the way. Other than this, I would have given the product 5 stars. The delivery was right on time and the product delivered was exactly as advertised.I would recommend this item to anyone looking for inexpensive quality earbuds. You can pay more, but I don't think they can be any better.
Just okay.
June 17, 2015
A little disappointed in buds. Compared to my SkullCandy the bass is almost non-existent. Also, the buds are supposed to be marked right and left - they are not. Mid range is fine and high frequencies are beyond my ability to determine (74 year old ears). Sound blocking is quite good. Guess I can't complain too much for the price paid.

These are actually really good sounding headphones and I had very little problem with it except for the fact that we live in a time where we are trying to get rid of cables, and these truly are not worth it anymore! I would highly recommend the Airpods made by Apple, which surprisingly works well on android as long as you do not pair it with an ios device beyond ios 9 and u should be fine! It even allows you to reconnect to other Bluetooth device without having to disconnect and reconnect on android as well, if you know how to do it right! A bit on the expensive side at $160 but kinda worth it in my opinion!
I bought one for myself a year ago and it was exactly like the one I received with my Galaxy S6
August 11, 2017
I don't really know how to rate this product. I bought one for myself a year ago and it was exactly like the one I received with my Galaxy S6, it works well and nowadays it's still in function. My brother needed one too, so I bought another one here and it was cheap, it's shorter, fragile and past the first month the right earphone started to buzz or sometimes not work at all and even when the 2 earphones are working the sound quality is way inferior than mine is at the moment. My brother has long trashed his but mine is still going strong, it acts up a few times but considering all things it went through it's understandable. If you're considering buying this, just hope and you get one like mine and not one like my brother's.
Order Two Sets
June 21, 2017
Order two sets. Between the two, you should be able to get what you want. The normal OEM Samsung Galaxy S6 phone headset included the buds, a set of L1/R1 ear gels, and a set of L2/R2 ear gels. I ordered two sets: one came with three L1 and one R1 ear gels, the other came with one L1 and three R1 ear gels. Balances out unless you need the L2/R2 size set. Good price compared to going to the cell phone store and dealing with the crowd. These are genuine Samsung headsets but are clearly seconds.
great, but does not last too long
April 27, 2017
Love this for the gel covering that it comes with. because it protectsthe inside of your ears from those scratches.I believe it came with extra gel covering for the headphones.
The most comfortable earbuds that I've tried
December 17, 2015
I love these earbuds. I only marked them down a star because the gel covers come off too easily. That's why I had to purchase another pair, as I already had a set that came with my phone, but lost the covers while I was traveling. These are the only earbuds that I can comfortably wear if I fall asleep. Other earbuds start to hurt my ears, but these are very comfortable.

Good for the price
December 20, 2015
I wasn't sure it was good when I first got it. It sounded metallic and harsh. After having it for a few days though I must say I am enjoying it. I definitely like the bass this thing is putting out.The microphone could have been designed better. The play/pause/hangup button on it is a little too flush with the rest of the mic, which means I can't press it as easily as other mics I've had. Not really a big problem though. I wouldn't mind buying this again. I searched for a while for a good pair of headphones with good bass and I'm happy with this purchase.Update: I have dropped these headphones on hard flooring several times and they have not broken, the casing is durable. Even the cord itself has lasted longer than I expected. Cords usually get kinked close to the jack, but this one has done well under stress.I bought these on December 12th, 2015 and the right earbud has gone out. It's February 5, 2016. I liked them though, I'll buy another and try to be more careful with it.UPDATE: 5/23/16I am now on my second pair and have been using them for about two weeks now. For some reason they don't sound as good as the first pair I had. Maybe it's because the earbuds I used in between these two were better and raised my standards. In any case, I won't be buying another pair of these. Also, while shopping around for a new pair of earbuds I started learning more about the technical specifications of earbuds, what they mean, and how they affect my listening experience. I got the idea after I looked at the box these earbuds came in. There is a conflict between the specs shown here on Amazon and the specs on the packaging. Amazon claims these have 10 mm drivers while the box says 15 mm. I'm more inclined to believe they are 10 mm because of how they sound to me. Thinking these had 15 mm drivers was throwing me off while selecting new earbuds because it took a much higher price range to beat these at 16 mm. Knowing these are 10 mm now makes my decision easier, I can confidently spend more on some 12 mm without thinking I'm being ripped off.
NO VOLUME CONTROL-better sound than Apple earbuds tho
August 29, 2015
Pro: better sound than Apple earbuds (a MUST for subway commuter-i do feel like i will go deaf bc noise cancellation (adds white noise?) then noise isolation (literally blocks out noise, physically) seem to be used interchangeably so I'm not sure when a company advertises as noise isolation, if they're using in correct sense. Also, my ENT said noise cancellation is bad bc your ears are getting assaulted by white noise (that needs to negate large subway noises-wheels, brakes, subway acts, convos) so I feel like I trust my doctor more than online forums that say noise cancellation is ok. Then, I did research on affordable yet good quality noise cancellation-i DONT want to wear headphones ie Dres bc not my style so bulky-and Sentey, after hours of research, is what I finally chose.MAJOR CON: However, i assumed the control button also had volume control but it does not-really annoying when u switch from quiet home env to semi loud street noises (traffic) to extremely loud (subway) then back in reverse (street, then work env). PLEASE SENTEY-ADD VOLUME BUTTON!
Mediocre sound, great mic, fits perfectly
August 28, 2015
I was buying these to replace my Sony MDREX 58V headphones which lasted forever but are now on their deathbed and I was severely disappointed. I can be picky with headphones, and those Sony's are the best buds I'd ever owned but these headphones just clearly fall way short of even my Sony PS Vita headset, let alone the 58V. I would've loved to get another pair of 58V's but they're discontinued and now everyone is charging double the price for them so I had to find an alternative.I probably shouldn't have trusted the reviews but I got suckered into buying these. They're not terrible and actually, the mic sounds better than any other headset I own. They also fit absolutely perfectly and seem like they'd never fall out either. The Sony 58 V's were the same way too which is a very important thing. It's extremely important to the sound of these headphones that they form a perfect seal in your ear canal. Many headphones you'll have to wiggle them around to hit the sweet spot but these fit perfect. The problem with these headphones is just the sound. Way too much boomy bass, not deep bass, boomy bass (probably around 120Hz) and worst all, almost no treble at all. They sound downright muddy compared to the sony's I have or even the $7 panasonic's I've got many times (the #1 best selling headphones on amazon). They just don't sound good to me. Not the worst but far from the bestPro's-the mic sounds great-fit absolutely perfectly-call buttonCon's-Sound really poor for music. Too much boomy bass, not nearly enough treble-No mute button-Not as good as many other headsets on the marketI ended up selling these to my mom and order Sony MDREX38i's. I'm extremely happy with the Sony 38i's which do have a mic but to my surprise I think they actually sound better than even my Sony 58V's that I've loved so much
Pretty comfortable earphones
August 17, 2015
Pretty comfortable earphones. Easy 1 button control and simple. However, sound quality is pretty poor with the bass cranked up muffling a lot of what would be the clear sounds of music. My old $10 buck SkullCandy earphones sound 5 times better than these. For anyone looking for standard earphones that are built nice, get these but dont buy them if you're an audiophile.Pros-Decent build-Good comfort-come with 3 different bud sizes-TangleFree cord-Straight jack (if that matters to you)Cons-Terrible sound qualityFor some comfort is a must, same here that's why id still recommend these. Otherwise they'd go in the trash because of the audio.
Excellent sound, poor build.
June 10, 2015
I got these in the hopes of replacing those super (unnecessarily) pricy Bose in-ear headphones (for the record, don't waste your money on those. Just don't.)I really, really, REALLY want to give these headphones five stars. Really badly. For the price, the sound on these is absolutely phenomenal. I've used ~$20 headphones for my mp3 players/iPhone for years, and have gone through most iterations of the popular brands (SkullCandy, JVC, Sony, etc.), and these Sentey earbuds have, hands down, the best sound of any earbuds I've purchased in the last eight years. They're comfortable, low-profile, not bulky, and provide pretty incredible sound isolation even in loud environments (e.g., buses, food courts). If you pick the right size silicon tips, the bass is fabulous, especially for this price point.BUT.I've ordered two pairs of these in the last week. On the first pair, straight out of the box, the metallic housing had come detached from the tip, leaving wires exposed. I returned that pair, ordered a new pair, and hoped (really, really, really hoped) it would be fine. Unfortunately, this second pair's in-line control button doesn't work at all (again, straight out of the box), which makes me doubt that the microphone will. This is a huge drawback, because no one uses their smartphone as a phone anymore, even when they're using it as a phone, you know? Hands-free control and phone use is super important to me, as is solid sound quality. I thought I'd found both in these earbuds, but I don't think so.I'll hang on to this second pair for the sound quality, but I'd suggest that you look elsewhere for the perfect pair of affordable earbuds.
Nice earbuds, but not very durable.
January 28, 2015
Updating this review from 5 stars to 3 stars. I've had these ear buds for 6 weeks, and with moderate to heavy use (I use these buds for conference calls when I work from home, which I do approximately once a week). This morning the casing that housed one of the ear buds (see picture) has popped off, and whatever glue or adhesive was sealing it has completely worn off so that it only very tentatively stays together when I place the casing back on. Very disappointed in the durability of these ear buds.______________________________Most people these days use bluetooth headsets, but I really enjoy a reliable physically plugged in headset. I occasionally work from home or take calls on the go, and this headset has perfectly met my needs. I can be heard well on phone calls, they're comfortable in my ears, and when I just want to listen to music they're good for that too!I give this product a 5 because it perfectly meets my needs and expectations for this product.

it does it's job, not good for music.
July 17, 2017
Good for calls and does it's jobs as turning my phone into a hands-free device, but terrible sound quality and does nothing for noise cancellation. For the price, it's fine.
Not a good shape for me
March 11, 2017
I'm not fond of the shape. Even with the smaller sized covers (I have small ears) they fall out constantly. The sound is good when they are actually in. The responsiveness of the controls are also good. If they would just stay in they'd be great.
I keep buying these even though I shouldnt
May 29, 2016
THESE SHORT OUT WITH WATER.I have weird ears so these are one of the few ear buds that I find comfortable. They are super cheap which is a plus so I can buy a lot. Im on my 9th pair right now. After a while of playing music loudly they begin to decay and the bass response gets bad and the the over all volume of one will be much less than the other. The weak earbud also leaks sound. Ive noticed that this happens a lot when exposed to water. The issue is that I run with these and my sweat gets on them which makes them decay quickly. These last me about 1-2 months.
Sound and mic are good, but volume control doesn't
December 29, 2015
I just bought these a few days ago, and they are good, but there are a few things I was not very fond of. One, I tried connecting them to my new Samsung Galaxy Table A 8.0 tablet, and it took some adjusting to finally get them to work. Second, the ear pieces felt a little uncomfortable after a while. Third, the volume control button doesn't seem to work for me. On the plus side, the sound quality is great, and the microphone works well.
So at first I was very pleased with them
November 12, 2015
So at first I was very pleased with them. They sound great, the mike works, they fit my ear. No problems there. Buuuut:1. the rubbers kept falling off and I had to keep looking for them.2.Then the wired kept twirling into a spiral, and I'd find myself trying to un-twirl them. That was an annoyance. But the worst part for me is that when they die, they die so suddenly! Usually, I'd just buy a pair of cheap JVC headphones, and they'd last months, MONTHS I tell you, like seven+ months. And when they were ready to konk out, they'd give warnings such as not playing the music loudly anymore in one ear [or both ears, but usually one more than the other].But these. I bought these in August and it's barely November, and they suddenly died. No dwindling with low music so I'd know the time drew nigh, no. Just suddenly it wouldn't work with my phone, the volume buttons stopped working, and music on/off button failed, and no one could hear when I spoke. And then the next day out of the blue, one ear quits. All I get is a measly 3 months of use before I find myself in need of another pair. They just don't make things the way they used to anymore. :(
You might need to get used to them.
October 19, 2015
Definitely not better than the iPhone headphones, the sound quality sucks a lot, as if there was no bass whatsoever, however, the shape of the earpiece is the only good thing about these, the wire is cheap and so is the buttons on it. Not worth the purchase. Edited: Maybe they aren't so bad, maybe it's the headphone's shape that made the sounds too loud, as it is really IN there. I'm getting used to them and they aren't too bad, plus I really enjoy they ear shape, for others usually hurt my tiny ears.

Not as good as I expected.
March 29, 2016
I bought these to replace the Sentey Audiophile earbuds that my fiance damaged (his own doing, not product related). The ones he had were discontinued and that was a disappointment, because they were awesome! These, not so much. He's had them 3 days and so far there's been a lot of static and when he calls me while using them, I hear an echo when I talk. Nothing like hearing yourself come back when you're trying to have a conversation. These were cheap, $7.99, so I guess you get what you pay for, but I based on my previous experience with their products, I expected so much more.
EDIT: Already Broken After 2 Months of Use.
October 14, 2015
As much as I adore the way that these green earbuds look and how sleek they are, there are some glaring issues that need to be addressed. I am listing the pros and cons below.Pros:1) Sleek look on the cord2) Large range3) Bass is okay4) Sound quality is very resonant and clear5) The three sizes in the cushioned part is a good idea, and the smallest fits perfectly for small sized ears like mine!6) I am digging the neon green, and design with the logo on the back, hot dig-it-y dang!7) Affordable8) Very sensitive mic9) Blocks out background noise when set to the right volume levelCons:1) The problem I have with the bass is that it is not as strong as I thought it would be, yes the treble is great but the bass pales in comparison, it still isn't as great as I expected. I wouldn't say the bass is better than an Apple Earbud product but it does have fairly good bass.2) It is tangible, but only slightly, it has happened only once to me but it should be noted that they are able to be tangled3) After a while it sometimes feel as though; -My ears are fogged, and the sound is blocked out a bit for a couple of short minutes. -Or my ears would be uncomfortable after taking out the earbuds (This doesn't happen often but it has happened twice so I decided that it should be notable.) -Certain noises bring a subtle pain to them4) Static when there is a pause in noise, whether it be by music or video5) Not as stable as it is said to be, I was jogging and one of them fell out of my ear.6) I don't know if I am the only one with this problem, but I cannot skip songs with these earbuds so that means I actually have to go to the device and turn it on to do so7) Also a volume control feature one the button would be a touch as well, but it's nothing too terrible and not something I would count too much against it because a lot of earbuds do not come with this feature.8) I cannot say much to the durability as I have only used them for about a week but there is a small problem; -When I plug the earbuds to my phone I must put them there a certain way so that the cord does not deter the sound or just flat out cancels out the noise in at least one earbud -This only happens on my phone but it should be noted that there is a possibility it can happen,9) I do not see something that indicates whether it is right or left but for me I have found out that the left earbud is the one with the button on the wire.Summary:For someone like me these earbuds are alright, the quality is okay, and I love the resonance of the sound but it could use some work on the bass. I would definitely buy them again if they do not last as long as I expect, because despite all the faults to me they are minor and aren't something that is really a deal-breaker. I wouldn't say that these are terrible earbuds but they aren't first-rate earbuds either. (On the note of durability if they don't last for the while that I expect them to, then I will update this. It all depends but this remains as an okay,)EDIT: So after a bit more than 2 months of use, they are already broken. Considering for me they only lasted 2 months, I would rather not buy them again, they are completely busted. I don't think for at least me, this would not be a product I would plan on buying again, considered the duration it lasted.
12 bucks worth
October 13, 2015
Pros- Very comfortable, the rubber ear pieces felt very natural in my ears. They also include a few sizes to make sure you get the best fit.The whole earpiece (minus red the silicone bud that goes in the ear) is rubberized and matte black, very sharp looking. The red also is very nice. They are 12 bucks.Cons- Connected right away after opening to an iPhone 6. Sound was very flat with the range being more on the high side. A tinny sound without the full range I have with the headphones that came with my device. I also noticed if the headphone jack was turned or bumped at all (within normal use like in a pocket) there was crackling and cutting out. Almost like there is a short in the connection of some sort. Since I know things can always vary, I tested them on a nexus 5 and on my PC. The results were the same.I know these were only 12 bucks, and didn't expect a full range of spectacular sound, but I did at least expect them to function normally.Returned after 10 minutes of use. Buy with caution, they might be fine for kids or as an emergency pair.
What's all the hype?
October 8, 2015
With 1,360 reviews and an average 4 star rating currently, I simply don't understand why so many people like these. I've certainly had $14 earbuds that are better - sound quality, more controls, comfort. I just don't get why everyone likes these. One of the more popular reviews said that these don't make sounds when the cord jostles and that is definitely not true. I also read that these are pretty good with keeping out other noise and I also found that not to be true. For me these are pretty uncomfortable - the soft piece is hard to get positioned correctly and either makes noise when I move my head or squeezes together and blocks the sound from coming out. These are cheap earbuds that function like cheap earbuds. Sound quality is okay.
Muffled Sound With Base, no Mid.
October 2, 2015
For the price...If you love base, then yes, you may like these. Personally, I found that the base in this gives me a muffled sound. Like another reviewer pointed out, there's no mid. I've owned or used the Sony 7506, a pair of Bose (not sure which model), one pair of Sure in-ear headphones, and currently use a set of Custom Pro Ones and my Apple buds. These seriously made me love my Apple buds. I tried talking with someone on the phone with these, and it was like they were talking to me through water. Switched over to my Apple EarPods and everything was clear.I'll keep them around as a spare headphone, just in case, but I won't be turning to them unless I don't have anything else.
Loved them, but now slightly afraid of them
August 7, 2015
I've had the Sentey X360 for about 9 months now. I started out using these daily during work. The sound quality is much better than expected. My work station is of a modern cubical design (low walls) I can barely hear my neighbors chatter. Fit is very nice, as the package comes with 3 different size changeable soft gel ear pieces. I didn't measure the cable length, but it's long enough for me to have it plugged in to my laptop (on my desk) and allow me to move about my desk freely; my desk is about 5 feet wide and I sit in the middle of it. The in-line mic is close to my mouth, I no longer have to hold the mic next to my mouth when speaking (I used to have to do this with most other mic earphones). The 3.5mm connector is triangle shaped. Although not a very big triangle, it did have a slight interference when plugged into my Note 4 with a Caseology phone case.1 major issue with these is static electricity. Whe I use these on my laptop, I would hear popping sounds with the slightest movement. If I'm on dual external monitor, the static charge would make one of the monitors black out for a few seconds. At one point I misplaced the soft gel ear pieces and grabbed random spare to use with this set. The static electricity would run thru the ear buds and shock my ears. I used this set with my tablet and got shocked too! Fortunately, I found the original soft gel pieces and learned the original soft gel pieces keeps me from getting shocked. Now I'd flinch everytime I hear popping sounds when using these, just pure reflex from being shocked in the past.I like the fit and sound, but would give this set up due to the static issue.Pros:- Good fit- Blocks out noise- Good soundCon:- Not droid compatible- No volume control- Carries StaticI would not recommend these to a friend.

Ok but shorted out within a 2 week period
Best headphone for the price.
May 4, 2017
For the price, it's just ok. Sound quality is fine but the construction is very sensitive. A few wrong pulls and you headsets are making your phone do random things like muting, lower/raising the volume, hanging up on calls, etc. Not even close to good quality.
... pair of these when I bought my phone and loved it (the earbud shape especially)
January 31, 2017
I got a pair of these when I bought my phone and loved it (the earbud shape especially), and when it broke after a year+ of heavy use, I bought a new pair off of Amazon. The new pair had issues out of the box and broke completely about a week later. I returned it for another pair, which is mostly problem free *unless* the jack sits at a certain angle in my phone, and then it makes my phone go crazy (in-line control glitches make volume fluctuate and music start and stop and skip). I once unplugged them due to these issues and my phone started blasting music, which has never happened before (the phone usually automatically pauses music if I unplug headphones when something is playing). If these problems persist I will probably just return them. Had high hopes, was let down.
Scam!
October 29, 2016
I've ordered a few of these from this fake samsung company, and all of them usually stopped working in one way or another within a month, usually involving one side not working, though it was usually my own fault from carelessness as it snagged on corners or such. But the most recent one was outright insulting, as the right side was not working right out of the box, the rubber insulator protecting the cord was much rougher than the original pair I received with the official purchase of my phone from a retail, and the rubber coat on one of the earbuds itself was improperly fitted, seeming too small to where I had to use one of the old pairs I received. I can tell you these are NOT official earbuds from Samsung!
Love These, but not original
February 23, 2016
Love these. I bought these for my son who has a Samsung s6 Edge and loves it. It came with a nice small case to keep earphone covers in. Sound quality is amazing and nothing to lacks in quality. However, after a few days one earphone loses sound.
Sound balance is completely off...
October 23, 2015
Just received it today from my 2-day shipping with Amazon Prime. The sound comes out fine, listening to music on my Motorola Nexus 6 is very nice. Good quality and build for a $7 pair of earphones, but the price should have been a turn-off for me, since there was bound to be something wrong with it.Alas, the balance is off on the earphones themselves. The right earphone was much quieter than the left, and it is extremely disappointing.I have tried testing different earphones that I currently have, and all of them are working fine in terms of L-R sound balance, so I know that is a definite fault in this product. Some customers are receiving perfect products, others are receiving defective ones (such as myself).Buyers be warned! The sound comes out fine though, so if the balance isn't a problem for you, this is a great buy!

Don't buy this piece of junk.
March 30, 2016
I purchased the ear buds for walking/running on the treadmill or outdoors. My pace is between 3-6mph and I found the ear buds to be useless and actually a HUGE ANNOYANCE. While running, the music would repeatedly pause or Siri would ask what she could help with. I'm not sure if it's an electrical issue? Even when I was casually walking with my phone in my hoodie and bent down to pick something up.. Siri would pop up to ask what she could help with. I checked to make sure the connection between my phone and ear bud was secure, and it was. But every time the jack would bend slightly Siri would pop up or my music would pause or go to the next song.I contacted Sentey and their response was that "it was an Apple issue" which is strange because I don't have the issues with the Apple ear buds. To process a return/exchange they wanted me to cut the wires from the earbuds so I wouldn't use them again. Not worth the time and energy. Save yourself the time and money; don't buy this earbud!
Box to Landfill within a month.
January 21, 2016
This is the most disappointed I have been In a pair of headphones in a long time. I usually own IEM's or a higher end bud, but wanted something more mobile for my 15m commute to and from work, where I leave a good pair. After just over --> One Month <-- of light use these have already failed. This is considerably worse than even my fragile pairs I have owned in the past. And is unacceptable at any price-point. These are made like trash, which is appropriate I suppose when they will be in a landfill within 2 months of me opening the box. This is all on top of the fact, that unlike the vast majority of other earbuds I have owned, none of the plastic tips fit my ears. Even the largest ones fell out relatively easily. They also were NOT compatible with the eartips from any other pair I owned, as the 'stem' that receives the rubber is noticeably smaller in diameter than most. Finally the sound, I am not even taking a star off for this, because its about what I expected at $10. As in the sound is fairly wide in range, but overpowered and muddy on the low ends. Makes the mix on everything just sound like its being dragged through the mud. This does still perform well in intentionally base heavy applications like EDM/Electro.Overall, id give it a 2/10 or a 1/5. Some value, decent appearance, acceptable sound, and abhorrently bad build quality.
Cheep garbage!
October 15, 2015
Cheep garbage! I read reviews and that is why i felt ok buying these. don't believe the hype! I've had them for about two week now. They crackle and pop every time you move the wires. also cause iPhone to do random control functions (IE pause/play open siri etc). I tried jobbing with them and calling that experience a joke is over stating it... I was hoping to use them at night but again every time I move or the device is handled you get crackling and undesired control functions. I will be looking into doing a return!
Sound quality good, wire design/longevity bad
September 3, 2015
The headphone sound quality is pretty good but the headphones died in just a few days over a month, which is the shortest lasting pair of headphones for me, as my headphones usually last me a year before I replace them with better sounding ones or just if they break. In addition, the manufacturer has made a really stupid mistake of not attaching the headphone wire to the ear bud, meaning that while the wires hitting your clothes doesn't make much noise, the wire moving in and out of the hole in the ear bud makes up for the noise and is in fact louder. Would not recommend despite the good reviews.
Terrible earphones, lousy quality control, but fast shipping
August 14, 2015
I ordered a pair of these earbuds recently, and, upon arrival, I was sad to find out that the earbud with the mic on it's line was defective. It was a small percentage of the sound of the other bud, both in quality, and in volume. I sent in for a replacement, and it swiftly arrived in only 3 days. I was ready to shrug off the first pair as defective, when I received the replacement pair. And guess what? THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I tried everything to get it to work. Twisting, fitting it more firmly in my ear, switching tips, switching ears, everything I could think of. Nothing would work. I had to accept that this pair was defective, again, in the exact same way. The earbud that worked sounded great. Sadly though, the other stunk. This is a quality control issue, and I cannot recommend enough to NOT buy these earbuds.
This is the worst earbud. Stay away from it
August 12, 2015
ConThis is the worst earbud. Stay away from it.Very sensitive , it always make my Iphone pop out Siri and interrupt the music... Seriously really? I thought I can disable the Siri could resolve this problem. No it doesn't, instead now it keep pop up "Voice Control" to interrupt the music. I'm not sure if I have a defective earbud or it design this way..ALso it so easily interupt the music with little movement. This is so bad if you try to do workout and not safe to do so..Prothis look like a knockoff from beat dre lolSound is not bad for that price range. But you can find some better in this price range and less problem headache.

MORE than sadly disappointed
June 16, 2017
THE worse earphones I've bought. The fit is so uncomfortable I can only use it for limited periods of time. The plastic ear piece keeps falling off. You have to stretch the soft plastic over the hard part and it's already wearing thin. At least the cord is decent. Wonder what i can use that for when it breaks?
They look identical but the audio quality is terrible. Absolutely no base
May 30, 2017
Don't buy these. They are Chinese knockoffs. They look identical but the audio quality is terrible. Absolutely no base, tin-ey sounding treble. I own an authentic pair and wanted to buy backups and the difference was incredibly noticeable. I returned them for a refund.
Even for $8 it's absolute junk
December 26, 2015
Absolute Junk. No two words to better describe it. First of, i don't think any of these are originals. The right ear bud distorts at volumes over 50 percent on any genre that has bass or drums ( Techno, House, Rock ). This has to be a low quality knock off with Samsung branding. I know Samsung isn't going to ship premium buds with their phones but at the minimum they would be shipping something that works. These should not be labeled Samsung. It's misleading and deceptive. They should be called Like Samsung or Samsung device compatible.
These Earbuds are pretty awful
October 28, 2015
After seeing the popularity of this item and the price point it seemed like a no brainer to give them a try. These earbuds, contrary to their description, offer an extremely poor sound quality. Among the worst I've experienced. They give the sensation of listening to music in a cup, and simply cannot support anything with a beat. Other Samsung earbuds at a similar price point have been way better. These might be OK only if used when listening to an audio book. I would certainly never buy them again. Be forewarned....
WOAT headphones
September 20, 2015
I ordered these and got two left headphones. these would work if i had two left ears
Defective or Fake
August 20, 2015
I received my pair today but found them to be defective or fake. both earbuds read "R" for right so it made it uncomfortable to sit on ear. I also notice that the mic is facing away from the mouth when hanging from your ear. The original usually faces the mouth and the volume rocker away.
