We love it!
May 14, 2016
LOVE this Playyard! Now its not the lightest or easiest to lug around, but the size and quality make it totally worth it. We purchased this when my son was 7 months and could not have been happier. He is now 1yr and we still use this for all our vacations or extended day trips. The padding is nice and thick to ensure he is comfortable, and the sheet that comes with it is soft and thick as well. My son and 4 year old loves playing in it!
Twin Approved!!
October 4, 2015
Absolutely hands down the best playard for twins! We bought this to travel as my twins are older. (11 months). They were too big to fit in one pack and play together and didn't want the hassle of taking two pack and plays with us. I ordered this hoping it would be large enough and man I was overjoyed!! It's large enough for sleeping and playing!! Fantastic buy. Only complaint is it is hard to move from one room to another as it's pretty heavy but the other uses far outweighs this disadvantage. Enjoy twin Mommas!
way better than anything out there!

yes yes yes! if you're a first time parent or an experienced parent who is looking for an extra travel crib do not look any further! This Joovy Room 2 is so amazing and let me tell you why! With my first son I bought the popular kind of play yard with the bassinet connected, changing table, and hamper that makes it look so thrilling but after 3 months my baby grew too big for any of it and i had to remove all the bells and whistles only to be stuck with a tiny rectangle with a hard bottom. Then I had my second son and needed another play yard since my first son was still in a crib. Well, I bought this one and was shocked at what i had missed out on! My son was 2 at the time and very tall for his age and was able to spread out and have so much room in there still! Not only is it SUPER roomy but the padding on the floor is so SOFT! The sheet that comes with it is smooth, soft, and comfortable! Do not pass on this Joovy Play yard. You will miss out.
Mostly great

[Good]It's very large and there's lots of room to play. There aren't very many options on the market for large playpens.SturdyEasy to both install and put awayLooks greatIt's NOT a repurposed dog pen. Most of the larger play pens we've seen, the ones without a padded bottom, are really just re-marketed, and repackaged dog pens. They have hard plastic walls and they just don't look good. They also don't have the soft net wall that play pens like the Joovy have. Our kid likes to fall in to the wall. Soft netting is better than hard plastic for that.[Bad]It is large. While it can be portable, it's not very practical on daily basis for traveling.(Temporary )Toxic VOC smell: It's been in open air for two weeks now, and the smell that emanates from the pad still hasn't gone away. I'm not too happy about potentially exposing my kid to chemical fumes. If it doesn't go away in a few more weeks, this going to be returned and more stars will go away. There's really no excuse for this for baby products. I'm willing to pay more. UPDATE: After almost a month, the toxic smell is gone. As someone suggested it may be faster if you leave it outside in the sun. I didn't think of that so, it took 3-4 weeks to pretty much air out indoors[Verdict]This is really the only game in town if you want a larger play pen (that really isn't just a repurposed dog pen).
Best Playard EVER!!
February 21, 2013
The quality of this item is amazing and the price isn't bad either!! My son is 1 year old and he loves to get it for naps, play, or just simply so I can get things done! The mattress is thick and super soft! It is made of very durable metal and nice fabric that is super easy to clean! On the downside it is a bit heavy and not something you would probably want to pack a long way but they included a nice bag for it that makes it a little easier to bring along! We absolutely love it! :-)
The "Tank" of all Play Yards
November 4, 2009
This is a really great play yard that is safe, strong and stable. I did a lot of research in search of a suitable "containment" area for my busy one year old and am really pleased with this choice. This thing is built super strong and I like that it does not have a weight limit, unlike my Graco Pack n' Play's 30lb limit. My son is now almost two and the Room 2 really does provide a large and safe play area for when I am trying to get that time in to clean up around the house and cook dinner. It is spacious enough to put several toddlers in it at the same time and because it is bigger my son seems to tolerate playing in it for longer periods of time. It is also very easy to set-up and collapse down since I mostly use it on the weekends. Yes, it is heavier than the Pack n' Play, but I also know I will get several more years of use out of this play yard with a rough and tumble growing boy. So, keep the Pack n' Play for portability and trips out to grandma's house, but get the Joovy Room 2 for every day use in and around the house.

Great to have a large old school type pack and play. Not much difference in size than the current narrower type models, but so nice for early crawlers to have more room to play (and sleep if you add a mattress.)
Very nice spacious playpen
June 18, 2017
Very nice spacious playpen. Folds up easily and fits in a bag. Bought it for visiting grandchild. They liked it so much, they packed it up and took it back with them when they flew out.

We Absolutely Love The Bright Happy Colors!!!!!!!!!!!!
January 24, 2017
Its a good quality pack and play. I love the bright colors- our little one just is so happy looking at the wonderful colors. She is able to reach for the toys that attached to the inside of the playard. I was amazed at how big it is. Its easy to move if we need to move it around the house. I am so happy I purchased it. It was hard to decide which playard to select. This was a perfect choice for our little one. Plus it is easy to clean. The pad is soft and the little squares are adorable... Love it!!!
So far so good
April 18, 2016
So far so good. Granted I have only had my little munchkin in there for an hour here and there. Since he can't sit up yet (3.5 months) I am easing him into it with his bouncy seat and eventually his play gym. The real test will be when we go away this weekend and he sleeps in it. I hope he likes chilling in there since I work from home. The set up was easy the one side (red side) didn't snap right away, but we noticed that with our other Gracco pack and play travel crib. We had to collapse it once and snap it while collapsed and then all good. The padding is nice and soft and I think will be fine for him. I ordered a sheet but haven't put it on yet. I may for this weekend for sleep.

A pain to break down.
April 30, 2016
I purchased this one because its so large. I kind of wish I had a smaller one now. It's too large to easily move room to room and my daughter is 8 m and can almost walk. If you have a baby that can't crawl this is perfect. Since ours is so mobile she doesn't want to just hang out in it to play. She wants to crawl and climb. Another issue is setting it Up and breaking it down are not as easy as they say. Ours is a real challenge. Our daughter still sleeps in our room at 8 months so the main reason for buying this was for our room since she outgrew her bassinet at 6 months. For sleeping she could use a much smaller one. It's pretty (I HATE the multi colored ones that are pink and brown or have owls on them l. Gross) it really is a good product just maybe not right for us.
Love-Hate***
March 6, 2016
I was in between giving it 3-stars or a 4 because it took us some FRUSTRATING moments to fold it. My husband was sweating trying to figure it out. He would not give up until he was able to learn how to do so. How ridiculous is that? I was already going angry. Traveling with it (unable to fold) was just as FRUSTRATING. Until somehow I figured it out. HOWEVER, it is a pain in the @ss for other people to fold it or even put it in the car.Other than that, I LOVE HOW SPACIOUS it is. I also own a 4MOMS Breeze which we love BUT THIS ONE just has a lot more room.
Good if you have plenty of space - not recommended for travel. No flame retardant chemicals - I believe.
July 12, 2015
I bought this in 2012 and I am happy with this purchase, for the most part.Summary: Great if you have plenty of space for something like this - not recommended for travel due to it's large/bulky size and risk of breaking.Pros:- Nice and roomy. Larger square shape vs. traditional rectangular play yards.- No toxic chemicals. I could not verify this online, but when I contacted a Joovy Rep - he assured me that there were no toxic flame retardants in this product. I didn't get any further details than that, but this is largely what drove our purchase of this product vs. a smaller playard.-Fairly easy to set up, take down and transport.Cons:- Perhaps a bit TOO roomy. Makes it tougher to move around or fit in your room, etc. for travel, this is kind of bulky. Even though it folds up and has a travel bag, it is bulky and awkward - making it a little tougher to travel with.-damaged during travel. (During a flight, this was handled a bit roughly. One of the arms was somehow damaged, which made the whole playpen unusable. We tried to replace or repair the broke arm, but when I contacted customer service, they do not offer any replacement parts - which is understandable.- Traveling with this is awkward : If you are traveling with children and their many belongings, adding this large, long package is a bit tricky to navigate an airport. Takes up a lot of space and is pretty heavy.Because of travel, we now have a large, unusable Joovy - one of the arms does not lock in place, which renders it useless. it was somewhat pricey to have for just a couple years - but perhaps we should not have traveled with it.While it worked, we were very happy with it. it was a nice play area for our yard and for our house. We used it for a small baby until she was a toddler - but we wish it would have lasted a bit longer!
A nice play area
September 3, 2014
The Joovy has been a nice addition to the household baby tools. It's big enough to create a reasonable amount of space for the baby to play, without taking over the room. The playpen seems to be well built and sturdy. Opening it up and collapsing it down is easy enough. The one big downside is that the sheets for Joovy are a one-off size so if you want more than one set of sheets you will be on the hook for proprietary sheets which are on the expensive side.
not as big as others said. thick mattress pad. sheet doesn't fit though.
October 24, 2013
To me, this pen is in NO WAY as large as everyone is stating. i'm a little disappointed in the size, honestly. previously, we had the Graco Totblock play yard. That one is bigger, brighter, and has toys on each wall of the netting for baby to play with. The Joovy Room2 is a better buy only because -The mattress padding that comes with it is thick. it cushions my baby's falls as he walks and plays inside. The other play yard was hard as a rock inside. The Joovy Room2 is very sturdy construction & easy to put up once you read the instructions. It is heavier than the standard pack & play. The Downsides -It is small as I mentioned. For some reason, 2 of the sides are higher than the other two. I'm not sure what the reasoning was in that???The sheet for the mattress that they send with it DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY. It causes the mattress to buckle. Luckily, my baby doesn't trip on it, since the sheet is smoothed over it, but I don't know if I'll keep using the sheet if the mattress can lay flat without it just fine anyway. There are no bright multi-colors or toys installed on the walls of the pen for baby to play with. the pen only comes in 1 solid color - we chose red.All in all, I would buy it again. But, i only wish it were about 1/2 a foot larger in either direction so baby had more space. I definitely would not put more than 1 baby in here at once if they're at the age where they're mobile.PS- Ours did not come with the "smell" that some people are mentioning. I unpacked it and put baby right in. There were no out of the ordinary odors coming from any of the material.
Perfect for my baby
July 29, 2013
We bought this because my toddler loves his baby sister too much and she needed a big place to play. She seems much happier than my moms small play yard and doesn't get stuck in the corners as much. It takes up quite a bit of real estate in the room, but that is why we bought it. My only concern is about sleep safety. The mat is super duper deluxe padding style, but it feels a little fluffy for baby. It has a standard fold and doesn't seem to be a whole lot bigger when folded up. We would happily buy another.I still love this, but I have more concerns. When taking it down the other day I pulled out the mat and found about a million missing toys under there, so it seems they slip right under and it eats them. Second, they mat lays kind of odd at the base oft he sides. It feels like the slope around the edges is kind of odd and I would worry about a newborn or little baby rolling over and getting stuck between the mat and the wall. Ii think this is why it eats toys. It's not a problem for my older baby, but I would be very concerned about leaving little ones unsupervised.

Love this thing! I skipped the sheet and just lay down a breathable blanket. Why are the sheets SO expensive!? That's one downfall.Otherwise I got the play yard at a great price (watch for price fluctuations).

June 6, 2016
I have the regular size pack n plays for my twins 18 mo, they are growing out of them. The padding is a bit more squishy than the pack nplays that are more firm. The release to pack it up is different, the playyard has no button its more like a latch in the fabric that you find and sqweeze.....still easy, maybe even easier than the pack n play. Not much heavier but longer of course..... there are online custom crib matresses companys that would make a custom matress for this but i found a matress thats 18 by 36 at toys r us and just got 2 of them so they fit the square. Havent recieved the matress yet but will update a review. (if intrested in buying them from toy r us)
Baby loves it!
August 16, 2014
I bought this for my just turned 9 month grandbaby, who is becoming quite mobile. I wanted something I could set him in if I had to leave him out of my sight at all (bio breaks, washing up the bottles, etc.), so he'd be safe. I also wanted a place for him to play with his toys without his four legged furry uncle grabbing his toys.My grandson really enjoys playing withe added toys sewn into the mesh walls and is quite content playing in the pack and play because he can see me.Taking it down is a breeze, but setting it up isn't quite as quick as advertised, which is why I'm giving it only four stars. I have a hard time getting the top bars to lock in place. I believe I received one that was already tried out because it came with the carrying bag stuffed on top of the box. Perhaps the locking top bars are not working properly and that's why it was returned and maybe why it's not as easy for me.I keep it set up most of the week, so the inconvenience of the bars not easily locking in place wasn't worth returning.I purchased this, vs. some of the other "baby containers" because it has its own floor and is all-in-one. I'm glad I went in that direction.
Graco and Delta side by side comparison
June 6, 2014
If you're like me you may have gone back and forth between this Graco and the Delta (Novel) playard. I ended up buying them both for my twins and here is the comparison.Ease of setup--they both take about a minute to put up. The graco was slightly easier to push the middle down that pops it all I to place.Weight & sturdiness--the graco feels lighter than the Delta (a good 5 lbs+), but the Delta feels a bit sturdier when set up, and seems slightly more durable.Shape--the graco is very squared off, and the Delta is square on bottom but curves inward as it goes up so the top railings are in a more round shape. This feels like its saving some space even though the dimensions are the same.Mattress--the graco has a very bright, colorful mattress pad with squares and bugs on it. It has a decent thickness in terms of padding for the baby to be comfortable. The pad also lays flat, but you do get a slight dip in the middle after a baby has been in there for a while. The Delta has a colorful mattress pad but with 'gentler' tones of color featuring the animals on the mesh sides. The padding is not as thick feeling as the graco, but the pad itself is more water and stain proof of a material than the graco. Even though it's not as padded feeling it feels sturdier. No dip in the middle, and I would feel a bit more comfortable with more weight in the Delta.Mesh---they both seem to have equally durable mesh. The graco has built in toys on each side of the mesh; whereas the Delta has the animals printed on the mesh.Price--the graco is more expensive than the Delta. All in all they are both nice. I think the better one depends on what you are planning on using it for. If it's going to be up all the time at your house or daycare, etc. I think the Delta is built sturdier and will be more durable with continued daily use. If you are using it to bring around with you places (hotel, camping, on the back deck, grandma's, etc). then I would go for the Graco because it is much lighter to lug around, and has built in toys so if you forget to bring some there is still toys for baby to play with. The graco also seems sturdy and durable; the Delta just seems a bit better in those departments; that's all.The 3ft by 3ft size is amazing!! Wish I had bought one sooner! We have twins and they both can play in one together without them feeling like they are on top of each other.
great Pack 'N Play
September 18, 2013
Hi...I purchased this item as I was going to be watching my new little grandson occasionally and wanted some where to put him so that he would be safe while he was playing. It has come in very handy. He seems to enjoy being in it and I expect that as he gets bigger he'll enjoy playing with the items that are attached to the sides of the play pen. The only thing that I wish it had was a little thicker padding on the bottom. He is only 22 lbs and is just sitting up and balancing himself (71/2 mos.) and has toppled over a few times and bumped his head slightly (nothing serious)...a little more padding would be so much better. I was thinking of purchasing some 1 to 2" firm foam rubber sheeting at the fabric store to put under the padded bottom, for additional cushioning. However, not sure if that would make it unstable to stand on when he gets to that point. I think if it's firm enough then it should work. Just a suggestion for others that might be think of purchasing this item..otherwise it's perfect. Light, easy to open and close and store!
nice play yard
June 11, 2011
I have had this pack n' play for a few weeks now and my son seems to enjoy it. We use it for quick corralling, not prolonged play time. He likes the toys on the sides, and I like that it is larger than most of the play yards I've seen, granting that my experience is limited.-It goes up and down VERY easily and quickly.-It is not very heavy for the size and sturdiness. My parents have a Cosco playyard that they borrowed from a friend for when we visit. Theirs is about half the size and seems almost as heavy.-The square shape on the TotBloc is nice, too because he can move around a bit in there and actually get somewhere instead of just rolling over once and hitting the end.-There is no listed weight limit on this, only a height limit. That was a major deciding factor for my big boy!Overall I think it's a great product for the price.

It's a monster
December 31, 2015
This thing is a monster which has been good and bad for my family. We got it because we were having twins and wanted to be able to contain 2 children at one. It works well for that, but it is awful to lug around and set up. We haven't used it as much as I thought we would because if this. It is very sturdy and roomy, but I don't think I'd buy it again.
fold at your own risk
November 30, 2015
two complaints.1. this thing is a PITA to fold up. you have to be careful not to smash fingers and get the folded legs all pointed in the right direction while keeping the sides from re snapping into place and did i mention not smashing / pinching fingers. yea, surprised i was not down to nubs after the week of vacation based on the number of times i pinched myself folding this up.on the other hand, the floor seems sturdy enough for my 5 year old, however it was perfect for my toddler in a hotel room.
I appreciate the roomy playpen style like when I was a young Mother of three
July 31, 2015
As a Grandmother now, I appreciate the roomy playpen style like when I was a young Mother of three. They're challenging to find now, so I like that Joovy makes them. I know that my young Granddaughter is reasonably safe indoors when I place her in there, while I use the bathroom or to do a thing or two. I can see her. She can see me. I also move it outside on beautiful days for playtime while I do a little gardening and watering. She loves the outdoors, as do we. I am always nearby and she is happy as a lark!I typically use the playpen about twice a day for about half hour each. I also place toys / books specifically for the playpen, so she is amused and content with fresh 'stuff' other than what she'll play with on the floor when she crawls around. When I was a young mother my 3 year old would be a 'big helper' and play with my 1 year old in the playpen....it was a treat for him and he was such a good brother. ...and it provided that little bit of relief to prepare dinner for our Family.I don't know how a mother(or Grandmother) can function all day every day without this roomy piece for relief here and there. Oh ya! TV! 😩I also have the Joovy walker with the big tray, which I love! I wish all four wheels were ball bearing. With only two, it limits granddaughters side movement. The 'old style' had this feature and my kids so enjoyed it! Wish I still had it! I use it indoors and outdoors. It's important to place this in a secure, smoothe surface area where child can't tip, fall down steps, or into a pool. Don't be stupid! I fill the tray with water during the summer and baby splashes and 'blows bubbles'... She loves this after having a messy snack! The tray gets cleaned up too! The seat dries quickly in the summer heat. From there we cool off some more in our tiny plastic pool which I fill with a couple inches of water! Oh what a fun day.... and what a nice nap afterward!I have the light grey seat on the joovy walker. I wish the joovy playpen came in the same grey. I have black, but it's too dark for a baby, so am returning it....color choices are not that great (purple, red, orange). I don't really want the playpen color to be bright and focal. The toys do that! ...and the baby! LolI also wish that the playpen was as easy as the old style to fold up! This one is too cumbersome. I could do 'old style' with one hand....and carry it with my child in the other arm! It folded in half, not with four big legs coming together in the center! And who needs the case?
Good not great playpen
April 20, 2015
This playroom has plenty of space for the little ones to play and nap but I had two concerns with this product.1) My unit didn't snap upright as easy as it should have.2) My little one didn't care for the included mattress. If it was better or there were replacement/upgrade options available this would be a much better product.
, but it collapse
December 13, 2014
Love the size, but it is very hard to open up, and collapsing is not much better.
Just good let me explain why
December 15, 2012
I purchased this as an upgraded playpen for my toddler. I was excited to get it but when it came I was not blown away. Here's why as positives and negatives+ it's large which is nice for a bigger play area and more room for sleeping when we use it for portable crib+ seems high quality- it's heavy. Yes I know it's heavy and Joovy sells a lighter playpen it its not this big- the dimensions are deceiving. Joovy lists the height and it was taller than my last one. However they don't mention that only two of the sides are that tall since they top bar curves up a bit. The other two sides look about 1-2 inches shorter and make those sides actually shorter than my last playpen. Joovy needs to explain this better on their website.- Locks can be a bit of a pain. I know it's a safety issue but it seemed harder than it could be.Would I buy this again? Probably but definitely needs improvement.

We liked the playpen really well
July 2, 2016
We liked the playpen really well, but within just a few months the pad started to bunch up in the middle so that now there is a big high ridge our grandson keeps tripping over. I am going to have to try to find a replacement pad for it now. Looks like that is going to cost me about $20. So...over all it was not a good investment. The baby did nothing to harm the pad in any way. It was installed properly. Guess it was just defective and it got worse as time when on.
Not Exactly "Toddler Friendly"
February 22, 2016
I love the bug design and the spaciousness of the interior but I have one major issue. This Graco Pack 'N Play Playard Totbloc is marketed to parents with older children (not just babies) and my 3 year-old son, who weighs 32 pounds, just did some serious damage to the mat tonight. He managed to snap a corner of the mattress and I feel that he should not have been able to do that. He hopped up and down in the Totbloc a few times- like any typical toddler would do- and the corner snapped. If this product was meant to be used with toddlers it should have been designed to hold up to the typical things toddlers do.
It's a good playpen overall
January 28, 2016
I bought this pen for my assistant with twins. It arrived with one of the attaching pins out of place, down the inside of its metal tube leg. We had to use a pair of tweezers and a screwdriver to reach inside and shift is around to poke through its hole the way it should have been all along, a big pain. Thankfully this worked and we didn't have to send it back because we needed to use it immediately. It's a good playpen overall.
That is too bad. We don't have choices
July 23, 2015
The only gripe I have is that on Amazon, it said that it was made in the USA, and the box stated it was made in China. I could not find a playpen made in the USA. That is too bad. We don't have choices.
not what I expected
January 24, 2014
Nice and large. My 9 mo. granddaughter was not impressed by the activities on the four walls. Also, you can't just pick up and move from one room to the next.....the floor collapses and you have to reset the inner legs.08/23/2014 update: On the upside, it's a nice, comfortable size, I just put a soft blanket on top and tuck it under the mat. I now keep it in one place, and don't try to move it. She sleeps well in it. My granddaughter is now 17 mos.
Not worth the money due to the flaws
May 22, 2013
Let me start by saying that this is very colorful and attractive to baby. The base is also attractive with lots of colors for baby to 'discover'.There is a play thing on each side - crinkly butterfly, mirror, squeezy sound making ladybug, and rattly bee. It's large - about 38in square so you'll need some room to place it. The flipside is that baby has plenty of room to play. You can store baby's toys in there and still they space to play.It has mesh sides for airflow and so that parents can see in and babies can see out. It's relatively quick to fold away for travel due to a button on each top arm which 'folds' that side. A very neat idea. However, that's where the good stuff ends because there are two major flaws with this product. Why do manufactuers insist on producing fabric based items for a baby that cannot be WASHED ??? Why oh why do they not make the fabric removable - do they not know that kids make a MESS ??? Duh !!! How is one supposed to remove spit-up and drool (and possibly worse!)?It's perhaps the most important thing in any piece of baby equipment; be it a chair, car seat, pushchair, crib, or playpen. THE FABRIC SHOULD BE REMOVABLE FOR WASHING.The second issue is that the base pad is only about 3/4 in thick. That in itself is not so much of an issue as the fact that when it's placed inside the playpen, it 'dips' in the middle - by about 1/2in. The centre strut /leg that holds the pad sems to be lower than the other legs causing a dip in the middle (and yes it's on a flat surface). Although baby hasn't yet 'rolled' into the center, it's not very comforting knowing that the center is not flat. Perhaps the pad should have been thicker - better yet the center leg should have been the same size as the others. For what we paid, I don't think it's worth the money - especially considering that the pad can't be cleaned without using chmical cleaners (which we don't intend to use around baby).

Very awkward and hard to set up. I do like the room in it but was terrible to set up and take down. Ended up giving to goodwill
Great at first, until it BROKE!

I loved the Joovy Room2 Playard until one of the sides broke!!!!!!! Now it drops slightly on that side & my super tall 11 month old can get out of it easily. There's no way it should have broken like that.
Roomy, but not tall
January 3, 2016
It is not as tall as I thought. It does have a lot of room, but it is the same height as the standard size. My toddler still climbs out!
Disappointed
April 30, 2015
Sadly we bought this play pen based upon the high ratings and reviews. It was not what we expected. First off it was extremely difficult to set up. Maybe it was this particular unit but the top rail joints didn't snap into place very easily. Taking it down was just as difficult, you had to angle it just right to get it to close. No wayMy wife could not manipulate this heavy item by herself. So we are returning it and will try them at the store purchasing it.
Well......

Not the quality I expected for 150.00. Has loose threads, batting coming out and pad is not big enough to fit the bottom. Won't buy anymore Joovy products. Sad because I liked the styles and colors they had to offer.
Not enough use for the price paid.
December 27, 2013
I ordered this for my grandson and we loved it the minute we opened it. He used it for about 3 - 4 months and it was then folded up and placed into a closet. 9 months later my daughter-in-law has another baby and we pull it out to use again. I immediately noticed that there is a hole, about 3 4 inches in diameter in the netting (large enough for a baby to get his arm through). She said she didn't want to tell me bacuase she knew how much I had paid for the item. For the price it should have definately given us more than 3 - 4 months use. Very disappointed and now shopping for another one for the littlest.

Safety hazard :(
March 8, 2017
This is way bigger than I thought it would be. which will be good for camping and stuff but not ideal for a pack n play I would bring to friends houses and stuff. The main problem I really have is that it doesn't lock into place. You can velcro and button certain things to the bottom which takes forever and is quite the pain in the arse, but it still will totally collapse of it falls over. Super unsafe. Pretty bummed about it. If it wasn't so gigantic, I would send it back.
Bad color description ! Very bad
December 12, 2016
the item is the item.. but its not the right color!!!! We already got a basinet by graco with the same color theme (grey and light blue/see green) so we got a bigger pack and play version. this one out of the box came BROWN AND GREEN!completely different from pics!

I wish I would have known that this is an older model and that it would be virtually impossible to find sheets for the mattress.
bad quality, but fun for baby
July 3, 2015
My daughter likes it a lot, but ita actually way over priced for the quality, its already warping and ripped underneath where the legs connect so I lose my mind everytime i want to move/ open/ close this thing. I wouold Hate it if my daughter didnt enjoy the play things on the netting.
colorful and the toys were adorable. However
December 25, 2014
I was very excited about cute this play pen was. Bright, colorful and the toys were adorable. However, not as easy to break-down as advertised plus one rail was broken. Will need to return.
Great at first then awful no cust. service

We bought this when my son was five months and not yet setting up. We wanted something bigger than a regular travel play yard so when I am cooking he has a place to play.At first all was well, with in a month the plastic on the corners began to crack and break. He wasn't even pulling himself up yet so this was ridiculous! Emailed graco... NO REPLY... emailed again... NO REPLY... emailed a third time... NO REPLY.This play pen, to me, would be considered unsafe! We have ended up covering the four plastic corners with duct tape b/c of the plastic breaking off in small pieces that are choking hazards. Another draw back ... the cover on the padded bottom does not come off to wash!Definitely would NOT buy this product again... especially since Graco doesn't back up their product!

Very very disappointed.

The product came in an open bag and was broken. Its obvious this item was previously returned by someone else and yet the company shipped it to me. Its supper heavy and now I have to take it to the post office to ship back. Very very disappointed.
Amazon return process is smooth and easy and we're thankful for that
January 17, 2016
In photos and description this thing was a winner - solid, heavy and dependable. Reality is a lot different and quality control is missing a lot.No matter how we tried, one of the top rails would not lock in place. Then, the other top rail would not unlock. Maybe because of that, the bottom pad never unfolded flat. The locks are sheathed in canvas and not accessible for repair or adjustment. After about one hour of folding and unfolding it went back into the box.Amazon return process is smooth and easy and we're thankful for that.
Disappointed in design
November 6, 2014
I wanted to love this because it was simple and good size. But the netting ripped after 3 months. The mattress does not lay flat and the middle portion sticks up so it is not smooth at all. It is not easy to take down and put back together. That was a disaster the one time that we did it. We are dealing with it since it works for a "playpen for a few minutes" when in the bathroom or we need to run upstairs. But not something that we could use to travel or for a long period of play time.
Want to love it but.....

Have used this for about one day a week for the last three months. Just noticed a tear in the border. For the price, I'm very surprised to see this and disappointed. If this can be replaced or repaired by the company, then I would change it to 5 stars!
THERE IS A HUMP IN THE MIDDLE!
April 24, 2014
I loved this at first (and i would have given 10 stars!) but after about 4 months, the line in the middle is getting more prominent, more noticeable and more annoying!I think it started after we folded this and took with us on a trip. I think if you never folded to carry out, maybe there will be no line/fold?Anyway, the annoying line/fold is like a mini hump- about 2" high. i think it gets higher, growing as the same pace like my baby!So your baby or toddler will have a hard time walking on that hump. (she's used to it now though) My baby sleeps parallel to the hump- and of course she needs to be either on the left or right of it.Size- it is huge BUT because of that hump- the platform or whatever you call it because narrower. it takes out about 2" each side. (i will try to take a photo and post) so the baby cannot use that space. You cannot stand on that space as you will sink in it. So 10 sq ft becomes only 7 sq ft! Crumbs, milk droplets and all that jazz go here. This is the germ alley. I constantly clean this area with vacuum, soap and water. The playyard sheet- I always wash the sheet with hot water and I thought that I shrunk it and that it is compressing the platform and forming the hump. But i bought 2 new sheets and only washed with cold water- and still the hump is there.Quality- seems ok. My huge baby loves to lean on that white net and rocks a bye baby and it holds her. But there are a couple of toddler-made holes in the net, that will become bigger if you keep playing with it.Until they fix the hump, I do not recommend this playard.

My son didn't like the crunchy noise as he moved around
February 2, 2017
We used this once. ONCE. My son didn't like the crunchy noise as he moved around. It kept him every time he rolled one way or the other and therefore kept us up all night. I think this was the biggest waste of money we've had in regards to baby items.
Good thing I noticed it before my baby got hurt
November 17, 2015
Horrendous! In less than a week of using this, two, not one, top sides of the playpen broke and would not hold. The playpen folds itself and would not stay up. Good thing I noticed it before my baby got hurt. Unsafe under any circumstances. Stay away!!!!
First we loved this playard
May 9, 2015
First we loved this playard. Even though it had a very strong plastic smell in the beginning. It is spacious and fun for a baby. But (as a lot of reviews mentioned) the bottom mat doesn't stay flat, and keeps getting up, not only are there waves of material but the wooden boards inside started to overlap. Even though we never once disassembled it, it has always stayed in one place with the occasional dust wiping! We returned it after some time! We found this playard inconvenient and potentially dangerous for a baby who is rolling over and just starting to crawl.

Not what I thought it would be
February 28, 2013
I ordered this because my 23 lb 30 inch long 7 month old hates his pack and play and I thought maybe if I ordered something bigger he would sleep better on vacation. A lot of reviews say that the mattress on the bottom is thicker than a standard pack and play mattress..its not, in fact its worse than our standard pack and play. It had an odd odor to it when I unpacked it, and looked as if someone else had used it before. When I decided to return it back to amazon(which was immediately) I noticed that someone else had already returned this item, How did I notice? Because the shipping label was still on the box from the previous owner. Luckily amazon has an awesome return policy..
