Side by Side Comparison of: Unknown vs Elviros

I am very pleased with this product. I would not say it's a 5-10 minute set up the first time but more like something I'll set up and keep up. It is very light weight and easy to carry down to the basement when not photographing products. Best of all I can photograph in any environment since it is self contained and provides its own lighting. I highly recommend this lighting box for smaller items and would buy again.

LOVE this photo tent box! We use this for taking photos of our candles to put on our website and social media. It gives us AMAZING results! No shadows in the photos, and items are perfectly lit. It's also easy to take down and move to another location - although we keep ours right here in the studio. It's a lot sturdier than I expected too. GREAT quality product!

Excellent white background product pictures with no shadows. Easiest and best photos I have ever been able to get with a light cube product like this. I have had 3 different ones over the years and this one is by far the best and easiest. I found the directions on assembly easy to follow and set up. I will leave the box set up in my shop for quick and easy perfect photos for my brochures and online pictures. Thanks for such a great product. I will not have to pay a photographer anymore for the perfect quality pictures I need.

Excellent setup. I tried a cheap one, but it totally was junk and did not work. This one is awesome. It's very well built and comes in a neat carrying case. You can make pictures from the side or from the top. I get perfect pictures using SLR on manual mode. LED is very bright, the pictures come out with absolutely white background - exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I bought this light box to take better pictures of my products for my web-site. I am very pleased with it. It took a few minutes to assemble and now it sits on a box of my inventory next to my 150 Ton Press ready for me to bring a part over for a picture. It takes about 10 seconds to set up for a picture. If I am going to take a number of pictures I unplug it, pick it up, and move it to a table and take as many pictures as I need and then put it back on the inventory box where it doesn't take up any useable space in my shop. The LED lights are very bright and well positioned and with the longevity of LEDS they will probably outlast me. The reflectivity inside the box provides excellent shadow reduction. I am a mechanical engineer and appreciate well designed reasonably priced products which are rare these days, but this is one of them. The price is extremely reasonable for the benefit I gain from it. I highly recommend this for taking pictures of small items. Negatives: it doesn't make my coffee in the morning.

Bought it for my girls online jewelry business and she is very happy with it.No 100% shadow free images but is more than enough what she needs it for.Good quality and easy to assemble. Shipping was pretty good too.

it gets the job done. its great other than when i thought I was pulling on the Velcro and it ended up not being Velcro, it tore away. The strength of the material and stitching is very weak.

Great box for taking pictures. The lights are very bright which is nice but you have to be careful photographing something reflective (sunglasses, shiny plastic, etc..) you can see the lights in the picture. It comes with a light softener, but I also had to use paper over the lights to help with reflections. Other than that it's worked very good.

I had a small issue and the company stood behind their product. It works as expected, good, soft light. I would like a touch tougher fabric, but other than that no complaints.

Everything we expected, but the lighting seems to throw glare on some product packages. We will need to purchase some gauze or something to add and have greater control over the lighting.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing a light box. I ended up selecting this one and I'm happy with it. I had tried building a couple of these with ideas from the internet and Pinterest -- they never achieved the light / removed the shadows, as much as, this product does. I photograph my products to post online and sometimes just use my phone to take photos. I'm still learning to use my professional camera, but that pairs well with this product too. My only complaint is that I'm concerned about the seams along the zippered sides. They almost seem like they may start tearing soon with wear. Overall, this is a great product to take well-lit for any photography skill level.

Received the item and was very happy. After about 1 hour of use the 1 x LED power supply(100V-250V) included made a loud popping sound and stopped working. The 1 x LED power supply(100V-250V) was very hot to the touch to the point it felt as if it was going to melt. Turning the item off and allowing it to cool did not resolve the issue. Upon turning the power supply back on it again heated to an extreme temperature but no lights came on. I am working with Amazon to replace the item.

Nice staff. But you can not control the density and strength of light.

This product is decent, I guess it really depends on the product you taking the pic for but for the watches I was using this for the light was on the wrong side, the light is on top and for my watches I needed to flip the box upside down to do it, it worked but it was a pain.

If you install the light diffuser then you cannot shoot pictures from the top, the plastic background mat scratches easily.

Just okay. I should have bought a larger one. It is hard to cover support frame and you have to adjust a fabric shelf so LED lights don't look like a airport runway strip.

The structure is great, easy to assemble and disassemble. Don't buy if you are taking pictures of gemstones. The lighting doesn't take pictures that are true to color and the leds show up on the stone even when using the diffuser that comes with the box.

Not impressed. I expected a high-quality item but it had an overall very cheap feel to it. There are so many pieces to put together so definitely not as portable as advertised. There are no instructions on how to put it together so I had to figure it out as I went along. The backdrops did not stay up on the inside of the box so I had to tape it on. The reflection inside of the box works really well. But overall not at all impressed and would not recommend it for the price.

Good for small objects but LED lights will protect light down on glass.

Bad quality. First day the light dies on it. Also the stitches are weak easy to rip.

It was great for the first hour or so of on-and-off use, until a very loud popping sound shut the lights off for good...and when I say loud, I mean loud enough to startle both my customer and I.It's a real bummer, because I loved it while it was working, and would have recommended it to anyone. Now it gets 1 star.

It was hard to assemble. One of the two metal LED pieces didn't fit in its place because of the misplaced screw holes and bad wiring (see attached photos). The background drops (black poster and white poster) didn't stay in place; they kept rolling back again. We tried to trim one of the posters a little so it could fit, it helped a little but it eventually rolled down again. It just stayed in place a little longer. Both background drops caught lint and dust very easily and it showed in pictures. The measurements were off to be honest, not only with the metal plates and backdrops, but also the tent itself took a lot of effort to zip as it was really stretched we doubted we could zip it up completely. Honestly, we think it was a complete wast of money, energy, and time.

Need a part for this item that has a 1 year parts coverage & there is no way to contact them.

Horrible. Absolutely can not take a picture of anything with a reflective surface. The framing, lighting strips and interior of the box are now a part of your photograph. Who designed this thing???

Horrible reflection from the LED lights when taking pictures of reflective objects - encased sportscards for instance. The "light softener" (cheap cloth) they provide to place over the LED lights to prevent reflection doesn't stop the individual LED bulbs from showing up on the object in pictures. On top of that, the material used for the inside of the photo box is a reflective material that also shows up on the object in pictures.If you are thinking about using this item for taking pictures of anything that the LED lights will show a reflection off of - don't bother. Returning item.
