I use 4X large. it fits great. I'm 5'1" and weigh 250lbs. So you can imagine how wide my waist is.. I really thought a 2X was going to fit but NO! I'm content with the 4X. I'm actually going to be moving the hooks over one because its working. I'm keeping my 2X because I'm in the process of losing weight and this trainer is helping me feel full and decreasing my appetite. but the main reason i got this was because of the unbeatable price!!!

I began waist training a little over a month ago when I'd ordered an Ann Chery, and it's been intense for me to wear all day as I'm pretty active in / outside of work. I still wanted some form of compression, but with some forgiveness. This cincher is all of that, and more - It really doesn't roll, or stab anywhere, as it smooths out my lumps perfectly. It's incredibly comfortable, and encourages me to stand up straighter. Now I'll be wearing it for a majority of my day, but swapping it out for the Ann Chery when I'm relaxing at home. I'm 5'3", US dress size 12 and I ordered a 2XL. I could have gone down a size, as my Ann Chery is an XL, but I'm glad to have a more gentle all-day approach to waist training. Plus, the price is so wonderful that I can just buy another when I become small enough.

i just got my waist trainer in the mail and tried it on and it was tight, which i expected. it felt like i was wearing a super tight tank top. nothing i didn't get used to after 20 minutes. the product is comfortable. when i sit the trainer rises a bit and irritates my underboob but other than that, its pretty comfortable. its all about getting used to. it helps with my posture because i ALWAYS walk around with a hunch. i don't plan on going on crazy work out and diet plans but simply cleaning up the way i eat a bit and going to the gym sometimes. i hope this product works and gives me that extra push to get that curvy figure i desire.

I bought a medium my waist measures 35in and it fit perfect for 20 bucks I loved it not as tight as my Columbian faja but it's perfect since I'm going to use it during work.. Two thumbs up

This waist cincher is great!.. It fits perfectly. The waist recommendations are accurate. I have a 35 1/2 inch waist and the large was the right one. I am on the second row and have plenty of rows on this unit before needing a smaller size. This is good because I can use it for quite some time to lose inches. It kind buckles at the sides when I sit, but I can imagine this being less of an issue when my body fat percentage goes down.

Absolutely love my vest!! Been waist training for awhile and have seen favourable results. Other reviewers complained about the "brand" and honestly what difference does it make? I usually get ann chery but didn't want to pay the price so i went with this company. Same product. Only con con is the length. I wish it was a tad bit longer in the front. In the past i would use the waist trainer. It's good but i was wanting more compression. The vest is awesome especially if you have larger breast. All in all, awesome product!

Absolutely love this so much!!! I weigh 247 lbs, wear a size 16-18 in pants and the 4xl fits me perfectly. I was worried it would be too small but nope it's great!

Love this waist trainer! I'm close to 300 pounds and I'm 5'5 it really tucks everything in (besides my pouch lol). I ordered 6xl which is 20-22 which is a size up from what I normally wear.

It took 9 days for it to get here. I thought It wasn't going to be able to fit. I picked the right size. I am a xl and I picked an 2x. Its a little snug, but itsnt that what's great about it. ' I put this baby on and my body looks completely shaped better. I am loving this waist trainer.

It does its job and at a pretty good price. I bought size Large thinking it would be perfect but it was a bit small but still kept it. If you're not used to wearing one of these it may feel uncomfortable. The tag it came with, claimed it was a size 8 in the US which normally I would think that was a size 10 but overall I'm happy.

This is a breathable waist cincher, I don't think it's made to do any real waist training, However, it will slim the appearance of your figure quickly, for any special events or occasions, It is comfortable to wear and I like how it feels on my body. It fits slightly large, I'm 5'6height and.200 in weigand. I order 2xl and I was able to hook to the last one with no problem. It did help with my posture and made me look a little more slim in my dress. Doesn't crul up which I love about that and it is flexible I don't feel sthat or hard to bend down or anything. I will use this as a training meanwhile I order a smaller size. I don't regret it it's my first time using one so now I know what to expect from this company. I will order from them again with a smaller size since they shipped it supper quick!!!

It's cute and I like it, but I used the measurements on the site and I guess I should have gotten a smaller size, I have to wear it on the 5th hook, so I only have one more hook to tighten it on! It is comfortable.

This is my first day wearing this corset, and I will update before purchasing my next. However, I have some immediate impressions I'd like to share. First, a little about me - I usually wear an XL in dresses and shirts, 16/18 in pants. 36H bra size, 40.5" waist. I purchased a 3XL, according to the size chart in the listing.

PROS:
1) This is an extremely comfortable corset. The mesh fabric is stretchy and breathable. I've worn corsets before (for costume purposes), and I'm certain I could wear this all day without being uncomfortable.
2) This corset immediately improves your posture, without looking unnatural.
3) I love the amount of hooks on this corset for improved fitting. If the right size is initially ordered, I believe this corset would last longer because, say you increase a hook each week, you could wear this corset for six weeks as you comfortably decrease your waist measurement, as opposed to those corsets that only have three rows of hooks.
4) it immediately softens your lumpy areas and provides a smooth hourglass silhouette. I am naturally hourglass shaped, so it didn't provide a huge change to my figure, but it did smooth the fattier areas.
5) immediate decrease in waist size. I went from 40.5" to 38", with the corset sized to it's smallest possible size.
6) this is a really great "trainer" corset, meaning if you haven't worn corsets before, this one is great at getting you used to the feeling of wearing them

CONS:
1) I ordered a 4XL, according to the size chart provided in the listing. However, it does seem a bit large. I can put it on the first (or last - sizing the corset to its smallest possible size) row quite comfortably, which doesn't leave any room for training. I will wear it for a few weeks before deciding which corset I want to try next.
2) I'm worried about the plastic boning. Having used these when sewing costume corsets, they don't have much staying power unless doubled up. This corset only has one set of boning in each spot, for a total of seven bones. I worry that the corset will start bending if my normal position is sitting. I also noticed that I am still somewhat lumpy in areas, even though it does smooth out many of those areas.
3) like I said before, if you are new to corseting, this is a great trainer corset. However, if you are used to wearing a corset, I may recommend a steel boned corset. But those also come with heavier fabric (which helps pull you in), and I really do like the breathability of this corset.
4) Kinda disappointed that, even at it's smallest, my waist measurement only went down 2.5".

PROS:works great after liposuction. The lipo garment can be really tight and uncomfortable but I used this foam to put in the spaces that hurt me the most . I would not say this is washable. CON: Its a little pricey

I absolutely love this waist trainer. I ordered the largest size a month ago, apparently it is doing its job because I am about to order a second trainer. I wear mine under my cloths, i wear it to the gym, i sometimes wear it to bed. I have heard negative things about waist trainers, but I am one that believes in trying things out first before I judge.

I'm 4'11 and im around 187 pounds and shapped like an apple (I carry most of my weight in my tummy) a 5xl fits just perfectly.

It was great! Took a while to receive it. At first it was uncomfortable, but I realized the moment it started to pinch in the back, I might need to come up one notch. Once I did that, it didn't hurt as much. It gets more comfortable with time. The more you wear it, the more comfortable it will be. When I 1st got it, I had a hard time putting it on. I recommend starting from the bottom and pulling it down. Within 3 weeks, I am now buying a new size smaller. I wish I would have bought it when I ordered my 1st one. It took about 3 weeks to get here. Either way, my clothes are fitting better.

I love it! Much more affordable compared to the ones you find on ig. I wear a size 14 pant and a 3xl is perfect. It was hard getting on the first time but by the 2nd time I had the hang of it.

Fit way too big and not much support. I returned it. It was nice but just much bigger than stated.

This worked really well the first time I put it on. I had it at 2 hooks. after that and since then I now wear it at 6 hooks. I can not wear it any tighter. It is comfortable and even forms back to straight if I roll it while I wear it. Either I shrank or it relaxed a good 3 inches and is now set there.

For my first waist trainer, it so fine. I love using it for my posture. It's helped a lot when I'm doing yoga. My only complaint is the length. It creates these huge back bulges between the bottom of my bra and the top of the trainer. I wish it was a little longer in the back so it would cover fully.

Shipping was great. Product looks and feels very nice. Went by other reviews bc I read that they ran a bit big. I am 5,8 and size 16. Ordered a xl and could only fit the last clasps. It does give you the slimmer look, but the plastic boning are a bit uncomfortable while sitting at my desk. I plan on buying a bigger size and the work my way down to the one I have now.

Cincher just as pictured, bought medium according to chart for a 29in waist, size was way too small. Tag on outside of garment was different from tag on inside of garment. Returning for a larger size.

Decent quality

This is my first corset. It fits and definitely compresses and smoothes, but it bowed in at my waist creating an unattractive crease under my clingy dress. I ended up purchasing different foundation-wear instead.

I can tell it was made from a great quality material. The only thing is I wear an 18 in pant and 1x in tops and i bought a 5xl it was way to big so i ordered an 3xl hoping this will be a great fit. My first waist trainer so im trying to find my size.

Shipping took for ever! My waist is a size 5, I am 5'3 and 130 pounds. I bought a large just to be on the "safe side" and it doesn't fit... It ran very small! (And I know they're supposed to be a tight fit and stuff) but mine was more like a small or medium... A little disappointed but on the plus side material is great and it's just like the picture

Runs small, must order a few sizes up. So far so good BUT a concern of mine is that the waist trainer indents on the back...pinning each side of my lower back. ..quite painful. Tempted to try a higher end brand and compare. For the price I paid though, it's not too bad.

I ordered according to their sizing chart and I was able to immediately go down to the tightest row of hooks. The boning also did not seem to be steel, It was extremely flexible which I guess could be a good thing to some who are wanting to work out in it, but to those who are serious in reshaping and losing inches off the waist, I would not recommend. It also appeared deformed on one side as it would cinch half of my waist but not the other, and the shape changed as your body moved, which in my opinion is not training the waist to do anything, but merely morphing with your already existing body type etc.

It's not bad for the price, but it's not what I was wanting. The steel bones bend in at your sides in a awkward, unflattering, and uncomfortable manner. It does come in a lot to give you room to come down in size with the one shaper. I use this around the house, walking to class, etc. but I would not recommend to work out in this.

Beautiful and simple, the Ekouaer Tummy Girdle Shaper was a quality product. The stitching is strong and there are six sets of hooks for adjustable size. However the size chart is not accurate. I suggest choosing one size smaller than the measurments allow. I also felt the fabric wasnt as breathable as I would prefer, after wearing for a few hours my back began to sweat.

I have been waist training for many years now and this waist trainer is by far one of the WORST I have ever had. Initially, I liked it, but only on the first day. At first, it held me in, it cinched my waist like it was supposed to. I wore this for approximately 5 hours that day. When I went to put it on again the next day, it was like the thing stretched out far more than it should have! I was so disappointed. I have worn this for a week and I am already down to the last row. I am nowhere near a heavy person either. Not to mention, the material is incredibly thin! My guess it stretched so much due to the material.. My last complaint will have to be the bones. The bones in this waist trainer are awful. Personally, I do not believe these are real steel bones, because the waist shaper would have been heavier than what is. And, because of the material, the bones were constantly poking me in the sides. I was so afriad one of them was going to pop out and cut my hip or something. This purchase was an honest disappointment. It is great if your just going to wear it for costume attire. But if you want REAL waist training, save your money and buy a 26 steel boned corset. They are a bit pricey, but they are worth every penny and will give you the desired results you are looking for. Do not expect to see any results with this thing.

Had to return. I'm a 38/39 waist size which size 3 XL FOR THIS item. after reading all the reviews I decided to go with a size smaller since I recently join a gym and been working out. I should have ordered a size 1xl or large. Too large. Don't see the difference.
Very little support. All fabric. The length is accurate but not the width. I rather buy a more expensive one with rubber lining and / or have steel boning.

I'm 5'7 and 245lb did not fit at all. But the make looks good and pretty. Sucks that it didn't let me trade for a bigger size so I got to send it back to get refund and buy a other one and wait two more days.

Not a big fan of this one at all. I really feel like it does absolutely nothing. It sticks out a bit at the top. I have owned some before and they were pretty nice but this one wasn't worth it at all.

Not support more like an elastic band. It's good for the use that I intend for the item but having owned several corset and steel bonet corset I'm afraid to say that there's definetly no steel in this corset!!
No support neither the item is too thin so I would define it as a gentle compression.

This product arrived several weeks early, which was definitely welcome. I attempted to try it on, today. I couldn't even wrap it around my middle, let alone think about trying to close it. I will be purchasing a size up.

UPDATE: I purchased another one according to the sizing chart and that one also did not fit.

Unfortunately I didn't like it, so much different than the one I bought before, very short doesn't cover my belly the material vVery thin to the point can be quickly destroyed very itchy was really bothers me the plastic bones not hold the back don't know how long the material will last.

First of all, I ordered a size medium because it includes a 31" waist. It didn't even come close to fitting. It was teeny tiny and was inches away from having the ends even touch. I returned it and ordered an extra large, which was a little too big. Someone else on here said it made her look like a tube. That's exactly how it made me look. It took away my shape.

Measured and ordered to size, runs way to big, put it on the tightest hooks and still didn't smooth my tummy out at all. Material is way to stretchy, and sheer with super thin boning that bend way to easily and doesn't offer any support at all. Would not recommend for a waist slimmer or waist trainer, not even for the cheap price.

So I would appreciate if you would send me a new one because it broke way to fast I didn't pay for it to break this fast it made me extemley angry!!!!!!!!

I'm not about to pay 20 for another one when I haven't even had this one for less then a month

Ordered 2 sizes bigger as recommended, normal wear a medium ordered an extra large. Only fits on the smallest set of hooks, folds a lot. Not sure if its because it fits inaccurate or because its cheaply made. Feels like the material streches out easily too.

Very dissatisfied I wear a 3x so I bought the 6x waist trainer and it's super small !!! I'm pissed I do not recommend this product will be sending back for FULL REFUND

Tryed two of these in different sizes and both were, way to small.

I ordered an XS because it said sizes 2-4. I'm at 3 and it didn't fit what so ever. I'm very disappointed. :(
