I have been using these types of fitness belts for years now and this is by far the best one I have ever used! My body sweats so much more with this product and I can really notice a difference in my bloating!

I don't usually write review for things and I am completely honest when I say this belt melted off 6 inches around my belly button (lower abs) and 2 inches off my natural waist (smallest part in my torso). I lost 7 lbs this month using it.I go to the gym 4-5x a week and wear the band while I do cardio for 30 mins min and then strength. After that I sit in the sauna with it on.You will not regret this !

I love this thing! It so comfortable and the cream is great! I had no idea they would include a sample and he ncie carrying bag. I cleaned the house with this on for 3 hours and it was soaked inside but never slid off....excited to try it in the gym during high activity

First of all, I want to make sure everyone knows that this is NOT a corset or waist trainer and should not be used as one. This is a waist trimmer meant to shed excess water and improve circulation in the area, imitating a sauna of sorts. The Sweet Sweat trimmer is made of neoprene and so is not meant to be worn for longer than a period of two hours. Trust me, you won't even need that much time to work up a crazy sweat! It was a little crazy to see how much when I first removed the belt.The trimmer belt is very self-explanatory, and I love that it came with a sample of Sweet Sweat's workout enhancer cream. You rub the cream on problem areas to improve circulation, increase sweating, and aid in recovery. I put it on my belly and sides before wrapping the belt around myself. It was very easy to fasten since it is just a thick strap of velcro that stays put and doesn't budge.I tried it for the first time at my house to just walk around in for a few minutes while doing chores. I did indeed feel some support in my back, but I prefer to train my core and back to support my spine better instead. After only 5 minutes I already felt my tummy area getting warmer, but I had to get to work so I removed it for the time being. After coming back from work I rubbed in the Sweet Sweat cream, wrapped the belt around and went outside to do a quick rope jumping circuit. One unexpected benefit of this belt is that it helps keep my pants from falling too! Within 15 minutes my midsection was DRENCHED. I could definitely feel the difference between today and my other rope jumping sessions!I'd like to add that nothing is a substitute for exercise and eating healthy, whole foods. You cannot simply wear the belt, eat bon bons for a month, and hope to lose 15lbs from your waist alone. You will have to put in the work, but it will absolutely be worth it! The belt helps you shed excess water weight in your belly region, so it is a wonderful thing to wear during a cardio session so that you can shred up a little more last minute. It also helps get rid of some of that jiggle you feel when jumping rope or running (which bothers me a ton!). I am thrilled to be able to test this product out for a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review**. I will also be purchasing the Sweet Sweat cream for a little extra oomph in my sweat sessions!I have taken my photos for Day 1 of using the belt. I will be snapping a few every couple days to monitor my progress with this belt, and am excited to see the final product!Update Sept 10 (day 2): went on a 2.5mi run today, belt stayed put the whole time and did not need a single adjustment!

I ordered thinking it would just be a beginner for me.After putting it on for the first time, I have decided that I don't need to buy a more expensive one.The fit is perfect, and hides my spare tire. Having some issues with my lower back, I have found wearing this helps with the pain,I plan to order a black one soon in the future..

I love my Trainer. It's very easily to put on. The material is very flexible, which gives you the options to stretch.

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits perfect based on their size chart. Looks good under clothes and in the last week has defiantly helped my post baby body regain its shape( particularly the front of my stomach that stretched the most). For the price I'll definitely buy the next sizes down as I continue my attempt at getting my body back.

I bought a size Large prior to giving birth so I could be prepared for getting back into shape and helping my uterus shrink. The size fits me perfectly and just right for tightness. I am 5'2"and weighed 137lbs prior to pregnancy. I gained 31lbs coming in at 168lbs just before delivery. I'll am 2wks postpartum and weighing 145lbs. Breastfeeding and genes also play a factor at losing my baby weight. I hook the waist trainer on the last hook (comes with 3 sets of lines) and it fits just tight enough that I can wear all day. I only wear it a couple hours during the day.I wasn't sure what size to order however Large proved to be accurate for this brand.

I'm am so happy with my purchase!!!! It's so comfortable! I was really worried about making this purchase because of the reviews complaining about how it was too tight and didn't fit properly. That wasn't the case for me. It fits very well. I would suggest following directions on how to get the proper measurements for sizing and you'll be just fine!

I am amazed with the quality of this product. I can even workout in it too. I highly recommend this product.

I like it alot. Only been using a few days so far and I can tell it makes my abdomen sweat a lot more than without it. Now, is it a magic loose weight solution...no. You still have to workout and eat right.What I don't like is the huge yellow sweet sweat logo. It is a bit cheesey for my tastes and looks silly if I run with it on without a shirt. There are similiar waist bands that don't use bright huge logos. But I got this one so gonna stick with it and color the yellow lettering a with black marker. I also ordered the sweat sweet gel. I suspect you may could get alternatives to work just as well.Overall its a helpful aid in targeting the stubborn belly fat. But remember diet and exercise are ultimately the only ways to trim stubborn fat.Cheesey logo is annoying and I wish the band was a little wider (yes I purchased the one suggested for my waist size.)

This works but lost a star because I can't ship the gel to go with it and the sample pack gel is almost finished.

I give 4 stars because of the sizing. Based on my measurements the XL is the size I need and ordered, but this is way too big. My husband bought a medium after and that fits much better. Otherwise I would have given 5. Definitely makes you produce sweat!!

This product does indeed make you sweat. Like other reviewers, I don't sweat alot. It takes blistering heat and humidity to make me sweat and this belt helps me out with that. Though in all honesty, it will probably only help you achieve temporary weight loss through water loss. Once you rehydrate and replace your sweat, you'll gain your "lost" pounds right back. However, I still like it and will continue to use it simply because it makes me feel better about my workout for the day.

This product definitely works. I am not much of a sweater and usually like to wear a waist belt while I workout so this was a great buy for me. I accidentally wore my other waist belt while working out last week and stopped in the middle of the workout to figure out why I was not sweating, this belt makes that much of a difference. It's great especially since my target areas is the midsection. I got a sample of the sweet sweat workout enhancer cream with the belt and decided to purchase the full size as it works very well with the belt. If you are looking for a waist trimmer, I highly recommended giving this a try.

It works pretty well it's been 2.5 weeks and I see the change 👏 the only thing is my weight fluctuates frequently but I've been steadily losing weight so I'd imagine it's because of this.

It does what it is supposed to do. I need to continue to wear it to see if it does what I expect it to do.

I never buy anything without reading other peoples reviews first so idecided to write one. I went off the sizing chart and is was a good thing i did because it fit really great. Its comfortable enough i wear it for work (8-10 hrs) a day but on the first row. Ive only had it for 2 weeks and so far a like it a lot. It doesnt show drastic change its something that takes time but i recommend it for anybody.

This is somewhat small but I also figure it's supposed to be that way or it wouldn't work properly. I feel it works to nip in my waist and breathes well so I can wear it for longer periods of time. I can't say I'm a perfect hourglass or anything but it helps and for the price, you can't beat it.

I wear a size 8 comfortably at 5'6....I purchased a L because of other reviews stating that the product runs small. I wish I would have followed the size chart and got a M. The L fits, but is not snug enough. Ladies, use the size chart and order according!

Took about 2 weeks to get here. I'm satisfied with my purchase. It took forever to get it on because of all the clips that I had to clip together. I am about 130 lbs., I ordered a medium. I am using the most outward clip. I am getting over a pregnancy (baby is 4 months now) & I did not have a magical snap back :( I noticed a difference as soon as I got it on

I received this item for my unbiased review and honest opinion.VERY high quality material. This is actually pretty comfortable but I do recommend ordering a size up from the specifications. Easy to latch and not bulky under clothing.

It def does help you sweat with the belt alone. I am not sure what the sweet sweat gel works like with it but I do not feel as if it is anything different than a regular sweat belt. its ok though, I sweat and thats all that matters

Okay so if you want your waist to sweat then by all means, this is the product for you. It will have your waist soaking wet with sweat, but as far as the trimming part, that remains to be seen

Made my skin break out... all over my stomach and back. HOWEVER, I definitely saw a noticeable difference after wearing the first time. The original shape of my stomach goes back to normal after a few hours but for a little while my tummy is smaller.

at first when I got this 7 months ago it worked just great, over time doesn't hold up the Velcro part is not staying attached and it doesn't heat up the same basically it just holds my gut in but doesn't help lose the water weight anymore.

nothing special, it definitely gets the abdomin hot in temperature, but cant tell where the sweat is coming from?either it just holds the sweat in the belley area so you think your sweating from there, or its actually sweating from there...

I liked this belt, but it was shorter than expected and didn't cover everything like I hoped (lower and upper stomach). I ended up ordering a waist trimmer from TNT which solved my problem, but the sweet sweat stick is awesome! I use it with my other waist trimmer. This waist trimmer is not bad for beginners, but for my goals the waist trimmer wasn't what I was looking for. The sweet sweat on the other hand was well worth the money!

It did a good job of holding in my tummy, quite comfortably, but it did not cinch my waist at all. I don't know if maybe a tighter one would have worked better? There is no way to adjust it to specific area so it's pretty much just a rectangular tube shape. That's the shape I'm trying to change! I think I may have to go old school with a painful lace up design.

dosent hold you in very well, kind of like wearing a regular gurdle. I would have liked a little more tightness around the waist.

Very very small. I got the Medium. And had to return it cause I couldn't even get it closed, so I got a Large and it felt like the same exact size almost. I couldn't even breathe in it, and I'm already a pretty skinny person at 5'5 and 130lbs I only wanted it to cover my pooch I have at the base of my stomach that can sometimes show through some shirts.

I ordered a size up like suggested, should have went down to the next size. It fit, but did little to hold me in. If this is used as a waist trainer you will quickly be needing to order the next smaller size. Maybe that is why they tell to order up!

Its a good product for the money you pay. Its comfortable-ish. It is a waist trainer so comfort isnt what it is made for. Only negative I have is that I have a long torso. So it's either too low so it's cutting into my back fat. But if I pull it higher then it's right bellow my belly button. Its elastic so if it's not in the right place it's either rolling down or rolling up. I have to choose a struggle. Dig into my upper back. Or cover more of my pouch. But when it's in the right spot it's good. Until I try to work out with it. Then in just completely uncomfortable. For me i use it when I'm sleeping or lying around.

Great product. Comfy to wear but tores easily. Got my first one and tore after a few use, was an xl before, ordered another one, size large,been using for two months but got a rip again. Since its good will still be ordering another one and a medium this time.

It says it doesn't slide around but it does kinda and it doesn't fit my whole stomach I'm about to use it through a whole workout so I hope that it stops sliding around at least

I worked out for 45 min on the treadmill and there wasn't much sweat with the Sweet Sweat Cream I put on under the Waist Trimmer, then after the waist Trimmer is all slimy from the Cream and you have to wash it off, I don't care for that Much, so I might be looking to buy something else in Waist Trimmers now.

Waist trimmer? Not so much. This product assist in the retention of heat and production of sweat, however, I've been using it for about two months and have seen no significant reduction or difference in my waist appearance. On a brighter note, the product does fit will and is expandable so one size should fit most. I wouldn't recommend this product for people looking for results.

Package I recieved did NOT include the free sample of Sweet Sweat and the box the belt came in was slightly banged up and looked as if it had been opened... The belt works as well as any other waist trimmer belt I've tried, but is more difficult to put on as the velcro doesn't always want to cooperate.

I loved it at first but it wore away so easy and before I knew it, it was junk. I don't recommend it if you're looking for something thats going to last you longer than 3 months.

This waist trainer fits way to big. I ordered it to help with my back but it didn't fit well at all. The material was too elasticity and just wasn't what I expected. I only wore it a few times but each time it stretched more and more.

I ordered this in medium but when i received it and tried it fit already on the third row with out it feeling tight at all. I fell like the purpose of this is to feel kinda tight but this felt a little loose. Would not really recommend.

Guessing I bought too small a size this thing is uncomfortable ! It has "breathing holes" all over it and when I put it on inhabe to lay down and then the hole time I'm wearing it my fat pops through the little holes and makes my whole midsection feel numb ... Don't think it's suppose to do that but I'm going to exchange it for a bigger size and the seller was happy to do it !

Not only is it too short for my torso it's not tight enough to pull you all in. I think the price reflects the product in this instance. You get what you pay for.

The price is too good to be true. Don't buy this product. It is very short in length. The thing barely covered my rib cage. It does not cover the full stomach area.

I wear a small in shirts and this is super tight! I know they are supposed to be tight but this is like way too tight!
