They work well and we haven't had any issues with them. Some stones were chipped in the corners and they were a lot smaller than I envisioned.. BUT that was a first reaction. Now that I have been using these for over a month, I love them! I haven't noticed chipping or cracking while using them, and they keep my drinks cold. Would highly advise using more stones than less, because of the size. | Not recommended.August 12, 2017 More work than pay-off. Freezing takes a short while and the stones do not cool my drinks for very long. 1 tumbler of anything and you need 3-5 more "new" or "cold" stones from the freezer. And that's if you poor room temp drinks. But it is now fully confirmed: these stones barely take the edge off room temperature whisky. There's hardly any discernable cooling after a couple minutes for a half-ounce of liquid with 3 or 4 stones, either left sitting still or swirling a bit. What little change is made has worn off in 5-10 minutes, and you're back with room temperature whisky. I've not given up on such products--it would be great to have a metal cube or stone that cools without dilution, but this product does not do the trick. Very disappointedNovember 25, 2015 I bought these as a gift for my step-father. The packaging was very flimsy and cheap. The box that holds the stones was falling apart as soon as I opened it. There were others that sold for a few dollars more that would probably be better quality. I'm still debating on whether or not to give him this or order a different set. It's borderline embarrassing to give a gift that looks so cheap. Would not recommend this to anyone ever. |

I had more cubes than ounces of liquid, and the drink never really got cold and was actually back to room temp in about 10 minutes.
