Will Save Your Back and Your Knees.
May 28, 2017
I gave this to my boyfriend's father as a Christmas present. He gardens every day, and to make it easier on him, I bought him this little stool. He and my boyfriend's mom sneak it away from one another because it's so useful and makes things so much easier for them. (They're in their 50s.) I highly recommend this. Almost six months into daily use and it's still in absolutely great shape.
Great tool storage
September 20, 2016
This stool is extremely convenient. I hate squatting in the garden and flailing around trying to find my tools when I need to dig something up. This has several small pockets for the small tools it comes with, plus a large pocket in the middle where I keep my larger clippers and gloves. Since I have things stored inside now, I don't fold it, but before that, the folding was great because it takes up almost no space in my shed. Can't beat the convenience of using and storing all of these things in one compact package. The tools themselves are decent, too. The shovels are flatter than I am used to, but it actually has come in handy in some areas, like around my stone wall.
This is So, So Useful & A Great Gift for Men & Women!
July 22, 2016
This seat has been so handy, I had to buy (yes, I paid for all of them, lol..no freebies for this kid) several more for other relatives. We have used it for so many things. The tool part comes off and it folds and stores nicely. Very lightweight. My mom is disabled and can easily carry it to the park, lake for fishing, we all went to a parade and instead of having to sit on the ground we sat in these chairs. Some are heavy and they held them, surprisingly! I was super shocked. The tools aren't to shabby either. This would be a great gift for any man or women. I wouldn't mind having a few more myself, lol Just in case anyone wants to gift me one:-)
great for gardeners
February 8, 2016
This was a great Christmas gift for my uncle who likes to garden. It's such a good idea to make the stool with the tools hanging off of it. Very useful and good to have for gardener. This particular one was also a good price while still good quality. Christmas gift win. Also this item was shipped promptly and safely with no defects or damage. Box intact and protective packaging. Thank you.
A gardeners dream
February 22, 2015
Got this for mom for christmas. She has yet to try it out due to winter, but she was seemed to be very happy with the build quality. Tools seem sturdily built, and the stool is built for many years of service!

Very Nice Buy!
October 19, 2017
Nice surprise! These tools are inexpensive, well made, sturdy, and useful. Vendor got them to me well packaged, properly addressed and quickly. They look like they'll hold up satisfactorily for years. Handles are just the right length to easily accomodate most hands in a way you'll have a good sturdy, comfortable grip. Warmly recommend both vendor and product.
Great tools
September 2, 2017
Very comfortable handles, and they work very well. We have very clay heavy and rocky soil (gravel all the way up to 10+ lbs rocks), but have not had any problems with these. These have had to take some punishment and have not punished my hands much in return. I'm very happy with these
Love this basic set for beginning gardening
June 15, 2017
Great tools. They feel very sturdy and are comfortable to hold. I love that the skinnier trowel has a ruler on it so you know how deep you're planting seeds, since many seeds have specific depths at which you're supposed to plant them.
HURRAY!
April 16, 2017
These are a pleasure. The ones I had were either weak and bent easily, or old with cracked handles. These are sturdy, ship quickly, and the handles are flat on top allowing extra weight to be put on them without injury to hands!
Good Sturdy Tools
November 20, 2016
I love these garden tools! They're so sturdy and the grips are very comfortable. I used them this fall to plant some seeds for next spring, and they worked very well. The wider spade has less of a point at the end, and is good for digging in soft dirt. The smaller spade has more of a point and measurements stamped into it -- up to 4 inches or 10cm, and I used it more for digging into harder areas and getting out some tough weeds. I previously had a plastic spade that was handed down to me, and the difference in that and these metal ones is incredible. The plastic one is so feeble, and these new ones feel like they will last a long time. I have a pair of Fiskars clippers and a pair of their loppers, and they're both great, which is why I chose the brand.
Bought my mother a whole assortment of Fiskars gardening supplies and she takes REAL good care of them all
December 15, 2015
What can I say? Bought my mother a whole assortment of Fiskars gardening supplies and she takes REAL good care of them all. She's always using them and saying how much better they are than the cheaper home depot versions. Night and day when she uses them (quality wise).

The bench and detachable tool carryall are great. The tools themselves are not of the highest quality, but I purchased for the seat, not the tools.

Well made, fits my needs, love the fact that Ii can sit on it and do some of my yard work, which is easy on the back...
Love this product
June 12, 2016
Love this product, seat works great and the tools are wonderful, lost a star cause one snap broke on the bag first day I had it. Still works fine and I am ok with it hanging down a bit on one side
Strongly Recommended
May 26, 2016
While I love the idea of having the bag snap to the seat, it doesn't actually work quite so well. It continually comes unsnapped from the seat, so I just leave it off. I love the bag, as it's super handy to keep all my most used tools and items in and the seat is awesome and perfectly sized. It gets you close enough to the ground and hold weight well.
Garden seat for when she's tired of squatting
May 2, 2016
Got this for an inlaw who loves gardening. She was absolutely thrilled to receive. It didn't look as sturdy as the picture. Also, it's more suited to those with a slim derriere, which she has, so it was a perfect fit. Good value/price. I like the add on suggestions that popped up when I picked this item, and was glad to get the gloves and knee pads to match. Nice birthday presentation. Thank you.

Sturdy / Can Hang As A Set
August 31, 2017
Good feeling, non slip handles. The metal is heavy enough not to bend in hard ground. You can hook all 3 tools together to hang up as a set.
Broken but replaced!
June 17, 2017
These are a great high quality product but the first set I received had a broken rake. I returned it which was fine just inconvenient then received another one. I have used the tools a few times now and they are working well.
good product
May 27, 2016
so far, no complaints. the grippy rubber handles feels good. Good enough grip to really drive the tools into hard dirt. they all function as expected and I haven't managed to break any yet (other tools would often snap in half). Haven't claimed against their warranty, but hoping it's a quality life time warranty.
Sturdy construction, easy to handle soft grip.
October 8, 2014
I love this 3 piece garden tool set, it's very comfortable to work with in my garden. Sturdy construction, easy to handle, no splinters, or blisters when using for a long time, digs into the ground with ease. I would highly recommend this product, it's strong, made very well, and looks like it will last for years to come. The best garden tool set I have ever purchased.
High quality garden tools that feel excellent during use
January 1, 2014
I bought this as a gift for my mother who loves to garden, and taking a cue from the fact that I've never had a bad pair of Fiskars scissors, I went with the same brand. After some brief testing outside, I found that all three tools are high quality and feel good in the hand. The handles are comfortable and easy to grip. Nothing about the tools feels cheap or low quality.I paired this up with a Fiskars 9921 Pruning Snip and together both purchases turned out to be a really good Christmas gift!
Excellent tools, excellent price
February 13, 2012
I bought these "used--like new" and truthfully the previous owner had not even made his way through the hard plastic shell wrapping them. Perhaps they were frightened by the sticker from the State of California warning that some of the materials used were known to cause cancer. You will have to decide for yourself if your level of use would put your health at risk. For average use, I'm not worried. The tools are ruggedly constructed and comfortable in the hand--delivered very promptly and I used one today.

C+/- Quality Tools
January 9, 2017
Seat is awesome; however the tools included are of poor quality - doubtful that they will last through one season. Thin, stamped stuff made in China. Include better tools and raise the total cost by $15 and you'll have a really nice product.
Stool is great, tools are pretty junky
December 29, 2016
Stool is great, tools are pretty junky. I live in South Carolina, land of the red clay. These little things didn't stand a chance! Bent the first time I dug 'em in. I know now I'm going to need nothing short of steel to handle the job I have here. If you're working mainly with garden soil these should be fine. But I wouldn't get them expecting them to do anything tough. At least I've got a great stool, now.
Tool Bag is the best part.
May 25, 2016
At first I was really happy with this set. It looks nice and the tool bag is the best part. The tools will suffice for working in soil that is loose and the handles are comfortable. However, don't try to work any packed soil as the they are quite malleable, they'll bend with little pressure. The stool is a nice height for working a raised bed, but I noticed after just a couple weeks of use that the stitching was coming out at the corners. The tool bag snaps under the seat and has handles to carry it when detached, it is very roomy and has lots of pockets. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this set again.
Great product initially, but didn't hold up
July 6, 2015
The stool is comfortable and stable. I had a very similar stool that held up for many years, so I expect this to be sturdy as well. It has eight well-made pockets, two with snap closures, to hold all your tools and supplies. The tool set that comes with it would be nice for a beginner; any experienced gardener already has better tools. But that doesn't matter. The stool alone is definitely worth the price.

UPDATE: One year later, the stool is disintegrating. The seams are holding, but the actual fabric has stretched horribly. The threads are so far apart that the fabric is likely to shred in the next few months. I weigh 125, so I haven't put undo stress on the seat.
The stool itself is adequate but not great.
May 31, 2015
The garden tools included are very flimsy. The shovel bent immediately. However, I bought this set mostly for the stool which is a convenient way to carry tools. The stool itself is adequate but not great.

the handles slip somewhat-okay
A good set of tools
September 18, 2016
A good set of tools, beware as they do break rather easily, esp. if you put too much pressure on the "shaft" of any of the tools. They were very good about replacing the broken tool right away.
Not durable?
January 4, 2015
Good value ... but the rake arrived with the middle tine broken off. Not sure how durable these tools will be!
Very Nice Tools But Slow in Sending Out
May 28, 2014
We ordered some heavy bags of potting soil at the same time as this garden tool set expecting to use these tools to help in planting. Received the heavy bags much sooner than these tools. They didn't send out in the next few days after we ordered them but we finally received them a few days after they finally sent them out (per email). The tools are very nice but would appreciate a quicker sending out.
Not very sturdy
July 9, 2013
After receiving this item I went into my flower garden to break them in. After the second hole the large spade broke off at the handle. Needless to say it didn't meet my full expectations.

Poor to fair quality I would not recommend if you are a serious gardener.
November 28, 2016
Great if you're going to use it once a month. But the metal stand is cheesy and will break if you use this a lot. The tools are really cheesy. I would not recommend this. I am sending mine back as we speak.
Disappointed in Quality
August 25, 2016
I am very disappointed in the quality of the GaradenHOME Garden stool. I used it for only several weeks before the seat cover began to fail. It is made of nylon or a similar product and is not very durable. I do not believe it is suitable for anyone weighing more than 140lbs. A weight limit would be helpful in its advertising description. I had another similar stool that had a canvas seat that lasted more than 5 years without any problem.
Poor quality
June 11, 2016
Within two weeks of purchase, and with only 5 or so uses, the seat of this chair was fraying and falling apart. Because of the weakening fabric, the legs are close to collapse. I weight 185, and did not leave the seat exposed to the elements.
yes and no...
June 10, 2016
The bench is ok but the snaps holding on the pockets don't hold; they need heavy duty snaps instead. The tools are worthless; super cheap and bend easily so not worth it for them-I just tossed mine out and bought Fiskars instead to save the headache.
Highly disappointing build quality
March 29, 2016
Wanted to love this - read the positive reviews. The design is great and it works really well - for around 3 or 4 uses.

After the 3rd use the seams holding the seat together already started coming apart, causing the attached bag to continuously unsnap and fall off. The person using this weighs 120 lbs so there's no excusing this. It's had light use only a few times for weeding and putting in a flower bed.

Attached a photo showing the breaking seams. You can tell it won't probably last through the year, much less longer. Very poor. Sorry I bought this.

Oh yes you CAN break them.

Shaft on "transplanter" snapped at the handle joint.
Thumbs down.
July 12, 2015
Blade too thick can't really get a good edge and one of the fork tines broke while husband was trying to get the dang things out of the package. I need a sharp edged trowel to break thru the blackjack dirt in my beds...this one is not it.
Not as strong as it looks to be.
August 19, 2014
Was looking for a heavy-duty set of garden tools, as I have a lot of rocks to get out/around. I thought these tools would handle it, but was let down. Trying to use the spade to get a mostly dug-out rock, the tip broke off without even prying that much. After that, it would just keep snapping pieces off everytime I tried to use it after. Looks good, that is about it.
It ok an inferior quality though
June 23, 2013
the first day I had it and was digging and planting in my garden the main shovel broke in half at the neck I am more careful now but it was very low quality material and split way to fast and way way to easy
Bought it last year, 2 out of 3 broke
January 6, 2013
I wasn't using it too hard and kept it out in the sun for roughly only 1 month. Next time I used the cultivator, it broke as I was trying to dig out some weeds with it. The trowel (without the measuring lines) also broke quickly (within another month of use) but that was partly my fault as I was exerting a bit too much force to dig away at some hardened clay-like soil. Only item still working is the trowel with the measuring lines.
Not Incredibly Sturdy
April 13, 2012
So, having read all of the amazing reviews on these garden tools, and hoping to get into a little gardening for the first time this year, I decided to make the purchase. However, as I was opening the package, one of the tines on the Cultivator snapped off. I have yet to ask for a replacement or return these, but I did not expect to have a broken set of tools before I even hit the dirt. Besides the breakage, the tools themselves seem well-made, which makes the break even that much more puzzling.

Child's Play
August 27, 2016
I could only manage one star because of 2 major problems. Two of the snaps that hold the tool bag to the stool are broken which makes the bag sag on one side.Of course you can remove the bag and use it separately which makes the snaps unnecessary but defeats the purpose of folding and carrying everything together
The main problem is the stool. The description says the seat is 15" high. Maybe it is when it is folded and you measure the frame but, when open to sit on it measures 12" from ground to seat! I am only 4'8" tall and that is even too short for me to sit down and get up from. Anyone over 3' tall would find it very uncomfortable to use. (I am giving it to my 4 year old great grandson mo play with).

Poorly made, easily breakable
July 8, 2016
Loved it when I got it for my husband who's a new gardener. Unfortunately just a few weeks after purchase, the day my husband decided to use it, the bench broke. My husband is lean and weights about 140-150 lbs, I'm shocked! Does not seem to be made very sturdily.
Very Disappointed
June 30, 2016
I purchased this to replace a similar seat that had lasted about 6 years. It was great, but only for about 3 days until the fabric tore apart as I was sitting on it. The seat design is great for working in the garden but do not waste your money on this one.
Poor craftsmanship.
April 23, 2016
Poor craftsmanship of tools. Regardless of the affordable price, it's still expected to receive a product that does not break. I received this item 2 days ago, used it for the first time today, and broke a tool within 20 minutes.
Chair broken in less than 6 months of usage
August 4, 2015
Update after less than a year of usage. The chair itself isn't sturdy at all as it started to fall apart after 6 months of usage by my wife and she is under 130 lbs. I'm quite disappointed in this product. We have stitched up with new cloth ourselves since... I don't recommend anyone to buy this product. The low quality tools were acceptable but the chair breaking so easily isn't acceptable. Just an FYI to all who are considering.

Snapped a prong off while unpackaging
June 30, 2017
Broke during opening of package! Packed such that the prongs of the fork are pushed into holes in the handles of the other 2 implements. Pulled the fork from the holes and one prong immediately snapped off! Horribly brittle material
Lost money
April 18, 2017
This is not the original. I have other tools of this brand. But what I got is a fake. The paint is an annoyance throughout the subject. Very poor quality
Shovel broke on first use
June 25, 2015
Used this shovel set for the first time today and the handle snapped and broke off during digging of weeds. The materials are cheap and unfortunately went straight to the trash. Very disappointed and can't recommend this to anybody.

June 9, 2015
Terrible quality! Received the order the first time with one piece broken -- it was replaced, but then another piece just broke yesterday. I have never had this type of tools break like this! Do not bother! bad, bad, bad!Good customer service though .... that is why I am giving them ONE star.
Disappointed!
February 24, 2015
Second time I used it, literally broke apart in my hands. Unfortunately, I bought it during the winter in anticipation of springtime, and now cant return it! I have been gardening for years and have never had a tool literally break apart in my hands.
Hand-Rake broke while removing it from the packaging - stay away from this low-end weak metal unless you're playing in the sand
May 14, 2014
Hand-Rake broke while removing it from the packaging. One of the 3 arms just broke off. I would not expect this to perform well if up against roots or rocks. Probably fine if you're using it in wet loose soil where there's no resistance. Usually love Fiskars stuff because of the quality but the metal here is super low-end. Stay away from this set!Fiskars definitely lowered their quality to boost profit margins on this one.
