Very sleek and sturdy.
February 11, 2016
Very happy with this desk. I need to have a dual pc setup for work. I have two laptops and a 2nd monitor for each. I also have to sets wireless mouse and keyboard, so I really wanted to 2 keyboard trays to keep the space neat and also be more ergonamic. I was looking for a second keyboard try, but struggled to find one that was cost effective and would work with glass. I found this exact desk, used, on Offer UP and bought a 2nd one, new, here on Amazon. I was able to set it up so that I have the corner desk with 2 keyboard trays. I took one of the other desk pieces and set it up as additional workspace for paperwork, snacks, coffee etc. etc. I still have one more desk piece that I can use, but as this is in my bedroom the space is small. It is working out just how I wanted. Very sleek and sturdy, space saving, and yet ample space for my computers, Great bargain for the price.
Nicer than I expected
December 19, 2015
Great desk for the price. was able to setup in less than an hour, pieces clearly marked to help with assembly. Liked the frosted glass, added lighting on underside to give my son a nice look while he games. Keyboard tray little sticky but freed up quickly after little use. Don't think it was a product issue just new tight fit. designed to have keyboard tray on either side depending on room placement. Below is $20 light kit i used to get multi color accent. LEĀ® Waterproof 12V 16.4ft/5m Flexible RGB LED Strip Light Kit, Multi-colored, 150 Units 5050 LEDs, LED Strip Kit with 44-key IR Controller + 12V 5A Power Supply, IP65, Adhesive Light Strips
Great Desk for Gamers - Black gets dirty QUICK
July 20, 2015
This is a great desk for 100 bucks. I have 2 24" monitors on this thing with a small fan, tenkeyless keyboard and a QCK heavy mousepad.

Pros: Large and sectional makes it easy to fit into many rooms. Enough room for 3 24" monitors (this is something I worried about before purchase). Has a cool look. Great for your gaming room. Easy to assemble (about 45 min with two people). Very inexpensive.

Cons: If you have a cat that likes to go on your desk - you will notice every hair follicle or piece of litter on the thing. Seriously... It's frustrating. You either need to keep your cat out of the room or clean everyday.

I think this desk is the best low-end bang for your buck. I have no regrets about buying this desk - but if you have a white cat I would go with a different color than black.
Battlestation material
March 27, 2015
This desk was harder to bring upstairs than to build. The process is very straightforward - all you need in addition to what they provide is a screwdriver! Though the packing is great, unboxing this was very difficult. It goes to show that they want to ensure your desk comes spanking new though. There is a lot of Styrofoam, so keep that in mind before you stick a box cutter into this. The instructions are very clear cut, but do read them carefully. I was in a giant rush to build this thing, so I skimmed it and in doing so, I missed some lines noting which way the bars should face, which is crucial! It took me awhile to redo it, but still, only an hour or two and I was done, and building furniture is my absolute nightmare! I am a clumsy girl who has a ton of makeup and tools on this desk, but there have been no scratches whatsoever. The desk was exactly as I had expected. I hope to buy another and combine them with my current to make an even more awesome battlestation. I want to put my PC on the desk, but I'm not sure if it can hold the weight, for those who are wondering. I ended up playing it safe and put it under my desk. However, three monitors is surely doable! I heard about this desk from Reddit and it turns out more than five of my friends have it. Do yourself a favor and get this desk!
bought a second one.

Love this desk. Bought two and placed them in a u shape since I need tons of desk space. Sturdy, shiny and everyone who sees them are impressed.

Large, Came In Great, Room for Tower Underneath, Black Version Looks Better IRL
August 30, 2017
Is as described, looked a little difficult to put together but I got my boyfriend to do it, he finished setup in about 45 minutes. The wood grain actually looks way better in person for the black version, for some reason the picture makes the grain look whiter than it actually is. It has a lot of space, all my cords are concealed behind the panels.
This desk is not for tall people, but I'm 5"3' and I love it. If you're 6ft and higher you may want to get high adjusters for this thing.
If you have a big gaming rig, I would put this underneath the table, if it's a big tower, I'd put it underneath the corner part. There is plenty of room there for however big of a tower you've got.
I might paint over mine because I still don't prefer the fake wood grain, and it is easily scuffed and marked. Or maybe I'll put a charming table cloth on it. There's definitely room and it's good for the price. Definitely have a friend on hand for this desk, it is big and heavy, and a bit hard to move around if you're working in a tight space.
Very nice desk for the money
March 17, 2017
Very nice desk for the money. The joint where the two surface pieces connect isn't level and bows down a few mm. Honestly though, if a super solid surface is important to you, you wouldn't be in the market for a desk made from particle board.

I bought a keyboard tray for mine, I think the brand was Boss or something. I had to make some minor modifications to the desk to fit the tray's depth though. One thing you don't think about when looking at the measurements for a desk is that the depth of the surface of the desk is a few inches bigger than the depth from under the desk. This is because there are large pieces of wood that connect the corner 'leg' to the sides which provide support (same concept as an I beam). So I just had to drop that connecting support piece down about 4" and support the top with a small 4" piece of wood to prevent it from bowing.

I just purchased this desk and received it in pretty good condition considering the amounts of reviews I've read here. I can understand how it could easily get damaged as when I was putting it together it scratched really easily. This desk is perfect for a small room. The instructions were pretty clear. It didn't take longer than 2 hours to build with another person. Overall the desk is nice and sturdy for the price.
Beautiful
January 27, 2017
I love it!
Beautiful, sturdy and very useful desk.
February 25, 2015
This desk is beautiful and sturdy! Ease to assemble. I said ease, not fast.. it took me about an hour, but I did it with my toddler's "help". I used a power screwdriver, and you will need a hammer for some of the assembling.

There were no scratches or anything wrong with the desk at all. Just perfectly packaged. Love the color and finishes. Great deal for the price for sure. Just beautiful. This desk is perfect for small spaces, as you can see on the pictures I provided we share the office space with our dining room. This desk provides lots of working space, without taking up so much space.

Great Desk for the Price
May 24, 2017
Overall this is a very nice looking and okay feeling Desk. Without the glass on the desk it is fairly light due to the material the desk is made from(guessing aluminum).

Shipping:
The desk arrived in the standard factory packaging which provides okay protection during shipment. If this box were to be punctured on the top there is a chance that the glass which is he top layer could be shattered. There were also some painted metal pieces that were scratched during shipment.

Assembly:
This desk took me about an hour, working alone, to put together. The instructions are as clear as you would expect there are some doubts (keyboard sliders and whether some parts are upside down). But overall very easy assembly. There is one factor that does worry me. This was the fact that I had to loosen two supports for the main glass to fit. I am actually a little worried that one day I'm going to walk into the office and see a bunch of shattered glass and a broken iMac sitting on the floor.
Good for its purpose
March 10, 2017
I really like this little desk. I got it as an extension to add on to the end of the same model's "L" shaped corner desk (here: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B001FB5LE8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1)

It's no frills and pretty simple - but I needed something pretty minimalist to set up my workspace for my home office. It shows smudges fairly easily, but that's to be expected with a black glass-top desk. Certainly not docking anything in that regard.

Assembly is pretty straightforward. Just be absolutely sure you're orienting the pieces exactly as they're show in the instructions (sometimes you have to peer pretty closely to see what side the drill holes for the screws are facing, it can be easy to get things turned around when you have dozens of pieces of desk and hardware scattered about trying to assemble things). Also when assembling, you may want to keep a rag / paper towel / baby wipes / similar around, as you'll almost certainly end up with a little bit of grease/lubricant on your hands from putting together the sliding rails for the keyboard tray.

The price is reasonable, the seller shipped it timely, and it arrived on time and in one piece. It's not spectacular (what I try to save 5 star ratings for), but it does what I need, and looks nice.
Well worth the price.
November 5, 2016
Four years and still nice. I got this November 2012. If you do scratch the underside of the glass, however, then you will see it on the top as well. This is because the glass itself is transparent, but the underside is layered with black paint/paper. This makes it opaque (do not confuse this black table with the smoke variety). It currently supports over 100 lbs of monitors and massive vesa monitor stand (since July 2015). Cable management is a bit tricky, since this is a very "open" design (see my photos). In its life, it has been disassembled, moved across the country, and reassembled. It also supported, at a time, a 25 pound UPS and an equally heavy desktop on the left and right glass (in addition to the monitors). A 10 pound cat walks all over it too.To view larger photos, open the review (https://www.amazon.com/review/RB0TEXACKJC9R). Hover over the image and a "bigger" image will float/pop up. Over over that "bigger" image, right-click, and select "open in new tab". There are currently 10 photos. If photos are missing, it's Amazon's fault (wait and refresh).
Great desk, terrible directions
April 10, 2016
Great little desk for under $100. The only thing stopping me from leaving a 5 star was the instructions-they were not good. I had to remove and reinstall multiple pieces from putting them on upside down or backwards (some was user error but the directions were pretty rough). The pictures were not very clear and you don't realize til the end what is upside down. The keyboard tray was the worst part, very little instruction. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble, would have been considerably less if I hadn't put so may pieces on wrong. Once finished however, I am very pleased with how sturdy the desk is and it looks good.
easy to modify to suit your needs
March 2, 2015
This is a great desk. It was very easy to put together and seems to be quite sturdy. As you can see with my pictures, if you have limited space, it can still work as a "L" desk. The two long pieces are completely separate and can be put together in 10 minutes each. You can simply put together the two long pieces in the area without the connecting corner piece. It is also easy to modify. The keyboard tray was too small for me, as it might be for others, so I decided to use the keyboard tray parts and make it into a monitor stand! You can use the frame of the keyboard tray and simply drill 4 holes into the corners and screw little legs on through those holes. If you want a great looking desk and easy to use and modify to suit your needs, this is the desk for that! Highly recommended

You get what you paid for - good looking but somewhat flimsy desk
September 13, 2017
The desk is pretty easy to assemble (you only need a Philips screw-driver for it). Took me about 90 minutes and I did it alone. The instruction are mistaken at one point - on page 2 parts 7 need to be screwed so they protrude from the table (see page 5 before screwing these metal connectors).

Pros:
- Price
- Looks good
- Easy to assemble
- Large working space

Cons:
- Sharp edges
- The "wood" pieces are injured/scratched very easily
- The table feels cheap and flimsy
- Not ideal for tall people - even in the wider side (the one with the shelves), the table isn't deep. I'm 6'0 (184 cm) and my knees bump up against the back board occasionally when I try to get closer to the table.
Affordable decent desk
June 2, 2017
Purchased this desk late last year and have been meaning to post my review for some time. Overall the desk is pretty decent and was easy to assemble. Package arrived with some dents and portions of the box ripped but the parts themselves were not damaged.

When starting to assemble and looking over the instructions I noticed that part of the instructions had been changed to correct a printing error. Instructions were easy to follow and was able to have the desk put together in less then an hour working at a very slow pace. Did have one screw that was deformed and required using a hammer to put it in place as the top of it was flat and a screwdriver could not be used.

It is easy to damage the finish of the desk while putting it together or moving it around. I thought I was being careful with it when assembling it but have some small dents and scratches in the finish now. The entire desk is very sturdy and will probably last for a decent amount of time
Good desk, however it is particle board with color sticker/laminate.
September 2, 2016
A couple concerns when purchasing this desk.

-The Hickory color is merely a sticker. Not only is it a sticker but the manufacturer also felt that many times leaving the "sticker" seam on the OUTSIDE visible areas of the desk was a good idea? So yeah.. Needless to say there are a few desk panels where you have this huge seam running down the middle of the panel very noticeably that it's particle board underneath and it's covered with a sticker. Not very appealing. Also because this is just a sticker, make sure you don't leave anything cold on your desk that may create condensation! The sticker WILL bubble and make your table look like crap! I just hope down the road from basic army resting on the desk that any type of sweat doesn't cause the sticker laminate to bubble as well.

-Where the two larger top desk pieces come together is nothing more than 2 metal plates and 4 screws. I would hate to see what would happen if you leaned onto this desk with a little weight when standing up or if someone walked up to it and leaned on it. My assumption the entire thing would collapse. Who knows, just make sure you don't start an arm wrestling match on it :D

Other than that, I truly deep down like the desk. It feels quite sturdy, there's LOTS of room for 2 even 3 monitors, as well as a Boom stick for Mic, and anything else I place upon it.
Nice budget desk with plenty of room
February 5, 2016
Very nice desk for the price. Delivery was excellent, Amazon used a freight company called Pilot and they were friendly and professional. They called 30 minutes ahead to let me know that they were close to being here. Once here they brought the box in for me and let me inspect it.

Assembly took roughly 45 minutes. The instructions were very clear and showed exactly where and which direction all included hardware was supposed to be. I was impressed with the directions. Its easy to take for granted clear concise directions with good quality illustrations showing you exactly the orientation of hardware.

To assemble you will need a phillips head screwdriver, a flat head screwdriver, and a small hammer or mallet. None of these tools are included.

Make sure when assembling furniture made of particle board or MDF that you DO NOT use power tools. All fasteners and hardware should be hand tightened. If you follow those tips you won't have any problems at all.

Overall, the desk has a nice finish. It could be better but what can you expect for 89 dollars. I ordered the black finish so any scratches or worn areas over time could easily be covered up with a black sharpie. It has plenty of space for lots of hardware. We have two 24" monitors, a PS4, a
keyboard, and large Razer mousepad with plenty of room to spare.
Simple and inexpensive
May 7, 2015
The product arrived in a great condition and fast (3 business days via UPS). I like the furniture piece overall. Here are the pro's and con's.

Pro's:
-inexpensive
-sturdy
-"L" shape (great for multitasking)
-simple
-easy assembly (clear instructions)
-fast delivery
-useful grommets for cable management

Cons
-desk space is narrower than expected (see pictures for exact dimensions)
-sharp edges

The pro's out-weigh the cons and which explains my high rating. I got this desk in May 2015 and will update my review in a few months.

Keyboard slideout DOES NOT have space for a mouse and a full size keyboard, DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE, but once together decent desk
September 4, 2017
Difficult to assemble, the keyboard drawer especially. I finally gave up and just used yarn to keep the two arms from falling away and dropping the glass part.

Pros -
Once together, it feels solid, and the size is nice.
Convenient size, holds desktop, two monitors, and a printer

Cons -
Difficult to assemble!! I followed the directions carefully but they were not easy to understand
Keyboard drawer is NOT able to hold a mouse and keyboard
Mine had a manufacturer oversight
August 27, 2017
Pretty good desk, except for when I was building the desk together. Unfortunately, the one I received was missing a screw hole in one of the bars for the keyboard tray, making it impossible for the bar to stay in place without taping it. I had to tape the keyboard tray with duct tape to keep it on the track. The other thing I would address is the suction cup placements for the corner surface, were too low, so they don't reach the glass to keep it in place.

Other than the manufacturing oversight of the missing screw-hole in one of the keyboard tray bars that you attach the keyboard tray bars to, which, I recommend to you as the buyer, make sure you check the parts to see if they are all there.

Other than that, I enjoy this desk otherwise. Plenty of space to work on and fantastic.
good looking desk but flawed design
June 8, 2017
this is a nice looking desk with a flawed design. just beware that the metal the frame is made from is not a strong as you might think. if you were to tighten the screws too much, as i did without really trying, the metal will bend and distort the frame so that the glass plates will not fit into place. also be aware the glass top is "held" in place via suction cups. this is probably the worst part of the design as the glass plates slide very easily if pressed upon from the sides. since it is an open front and back frame there is a lot of accidental sliding when the plate is bumped. the keyboard tray is only large enough for the keyboard. you r mouse has to find a home on top of the desk. and lastly the spot shown in the photos that the computer case sits is only large enough for a store bought case type. the larger cases will be problematic at the least. i had to pull the desk away from the wall to insert the cables into the back panel because my case was pressed against the wall.
Nice and sleek with lots of room but scratches easy
January 10, 2016
Bought this to replace a single glass desk I have had for years. I was hesitant to purchase something this large and glass expecting it to arrive damaged in some form or another. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it and there was only one small tear on the side of the box. The inside was packaged very nice and tight - lots of padding for the glass. No damage at all! It is easy to assemble and can be combined to make one large 'L-shaped' desk or you can omit the small connecting piece and have 2 individual desks (only 1 keyboard tray though). I purchased the black glass and it is nice and sleek looking with lots of room. It also does not take up a lot of room. The only negative comments I have is about the keyboard tray. I was disappointed in it. It is very small and does not extend out far (part of it stays hidden under the desk). If you have a large wireless keyboard or one with lots of bells/whistles it will be too big. A lot of the top keyboard keys will be hidden. However, if you have a regular computer keyboard it will fit fine - they tray will just not extend far. Overall, I am very happy with the packaging and the desk itself.

1/15/16 Update to previous review. One more disappointment - I changed my review from 4 stars to 3. I just completed arranging the desk and everything on it the way I want and I noticed that it scratches VERY easily. I had a small desk lamp that I moved from one place to another to just clean the glass and noticed that when I moved it back to its original place there was a scratch from where I had moved it. Ugh! I also found 2 other scratches from moving things around. (By moving I mean picking up and placing not sliding) I had to go back and put small coaster size paper under each thing that can scratch the glass (lamp, speakers, pen cup, etc.). It is still a nice desk overall, but with as easily as it scratches from moving items I am not sure how long it will look nice before I have to replace it again. I use my desk a lot and am disappointed in this fact. I am not sure I would have purchased it if I had known in advance.
good table with some big flaw
September 19, 2014
Bought this to use as my computer desk. Delivery was quick, the table came in well packaged ( a LOT of styrofoam so watch out or it will fly all over your house). The instruction was ok, pretty easy to follow but at time it wasn't clear which side of the piece is up or down. Read it through once before starting or you will spend time removing stuff to redo them. Took me about an hour to get it put together. The desk looks really nice, there are a lot of surface to work with, it's a little wobbly without the glass on top but after you put weight on the desk it's quite stable. I'd give this table a 4 stars if not for a major con, the glass surface looks nice but it's a everything magnet. Everything and anything will leave a stain on the glass, putting a cup down on the table? stain, using your mouse? stain, accidentally touch the surface? more stain. For someone OCD like me this is really annoying, I have to wipe it every 10 minutes or so and so far after a few days of use it's not getting better.

TLDR
Pros:
cheap price
nice looking table
decent instruction to set up
can take a lot of weight
provide quite a bit of surface

Cons:
not as sturdy as I would like
hard to move around after assembled
stain MAGNET, everything will makes it look dirty

Decent desk
September 10, 2017
Easily chipped, does not feel sturdy, came flawed. The instructions were unclear. many parts were not labeled. Its a decent desk for the price. The space given is alright. plenty of space. plenty of leg space. Great corner desk. The size shelves on the hutch can be customized according to your liking. You can make it to be only two sections if you want! The edges of the desk is sharp. Resting my arms there is like piercing my skin.
It's good but ...
September 9, 2017
Well, I would say it's ok for this price

Pros:
- It's cheap.
- Good size and good material quality.
- The L-Shape is amazing.
- Easy and fun to assemble but the hardest part was when I had to invert it upside down, I did it alone but it was ok.

Cons:
- It took about 10 days to reach me! I didn't expect it to take that long, Also It was "unable to deliver" and the guy in amazon said he will send me a gift card for this inconvenience and I didn't get anything!
- It really has very sharp edges .. really sharp. I was assembling it and one part leaned, I tried to hold it quickly and it was like a knife! Just be careful, but no problems after start using it.

If it can reach me faster than this + If it wasn't that sharp I would give it 5 stars. But anyway it's ok to purchase.

August 20, 2017
I would give a 2.5 stars because the box it came in was all dented and taped terribly. the second reason I don't like it is because the instructions are not very detailed and I lost a screw and there are no extra parts, so try to not lose any parts when building this. Please do not buy if you don't know how to build a desk. it took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to build but that was with breaks. my last concern is that there is a huge scratch on one of the sides of the boards and it makes the whole desk look bad.

P.S. its not wood, its that particle wood and it isn't that sturdy. other than that, its an awesome desk
easy installation so that made it wrth it
May 18, 2017
I know, i know, " you get what you pay for," and so i did. Unfortunately, that doesn't necessarily mean i deserved to purchase damaged goods, especially from Amazon! It gets three stars because in theory, if it was a clean product would have been a 4 ('cause its still made out of hig wuality cardboard, actually worried about supporting the weight of my monitor, didnt even want to display my tower up top). Lastly, easy installation so that made it wrth it, but at the end of the day, bottom line, i bought this for my office and i suggest OTHERWISE, because when clients sit across me dur
it will last me long enough until I can afford a better one.
March 29, 2017
Finish of the desk was cracked upon removing from the box. Another piece cracked during assembly. Appears to only be the fake wood finish, not th said board, but not sure at this point. I don't see this being a long lasting desk with heavy use. I use it as a home office desk. For the little bit it's used, it will last me long enough until I can afford a better one.

Missing parts, wrong model.
May 11, 2017
Screws were missing, I don't even have the parts for the sliding keyboard. I have 4 extra pieces which do not belong to this unit. I have extra screws and bolts that do not even belong to this desk. I don't have screws to secure the desk onto the legs so I had to improvise. This is what scares me about shopping online for items big as this. I like the desk, but not the effort put into packaging it. I looked online and I may have a totally different model.
Wobbles. Requires DIY support. See picture.
January 6, 2016
This desk was designed for an "L" shape desk, but they decided to sell this separately (I have both so I know). Problem is without the other pieces this desk wobbles left and right even without anything on top. I can't imagine anyone putting a monitor or any weight on top it. Unless you buy the three piece "L" shape desk, I would not recommend buying this solo piece on its own.

I did some DIY solution and added support to the bottom. Now the desk is SOLID. Cost me no more than $10 for material. It doesn't look as nice, but what good is a good looking desk that doesn't work?
Good design but not good enough
December 20, 2015
This desk computer desk took extra time to assemble because of poor parts/materials. The hardware does not include essential washers. The washers are needed because it is assembled with hex screws to hold the steel frame pieces together. Hex screws have a small head. That small head moved into the frame pipe when tightened. Afterwards, the desk frame was extremely loose and unreliable.

Poor steel combined with missing washers made the assembly a project. We added washers to the black frame for every screw. The silver washers clash with the black frame. The keyboard guides popped the tray frame out when we tested it. The frame holds a glass shelve. You don't want a glass shelve falling onto your legs with your keyboard tray right behind it.

We added steel wire to the bottom of the frame and tightened it to keep the keyboard and glass shelve from popping out. Still, I have been using the keyboard with the lightest finger taps I can press. If I move the keyboard to the top of the glass desktop, I loose the space I need to work.

The desk has a good design but needed hardware and cheap steel has made this a risky investment. I am an engineer and appreciate good design and execution. It appears someone cost cut this desk to maximize something else. Profit perhaps; at the cost of safety?

This desk is not safe for kids. Adding washers is not difficult but the insecure glass keyboard tray should have you think twice about this desk investment. If you do, ask yourself: will the tray hold or will it fall?
Not so great.
February 17, 2015
Well, the desk once it's together, is pretty nice. but putting it together was a challenge. there was a hole drilled crooked in one spot, and another hole was drilled in the completely wrong spot in another place. This resulted in me having to re-drill these holes. fixing the crooked hole was pretty easy but making a whole new hole on the other piece was more of a challenge because there was no way to mark where the other piece met, plus the height had to be perfect or else the glass top wouldn't fit correctly- so I had to do some measuring first.

Pro's- Decent quality once assembled.
looks nice

Con's- Assembly can be difficult if you are not mechanically inclined (I am assemble displays at my work frequently and this still took over an hour for me)
it's slightly smaller that I actually expected, but its not that bad.
I can't fit my computer in the little corner very well
The issue with the holes in the wrong place. If you don't have the tools or abilities to fix that this could turn into the worst purchase ever. Returning this would be a real hassle because it weighs 60lbs and the packaging is a challenge to put it modestly.

overall, I would say that I would NOT buy this again and I would NOT recommend this to anyone, especially if they cant drill that hole.
Nice looking desk, but quite flimsy
July 23, 2014
Just got this in black for my home office in medical school. The size is a little smaller than expected, but that's my fault as I quickly laid out the dimensions at home without double checking. The desk isn't very deep, and it isn't very tall but you can roughly adjust it with the screw bottom rests.

Very attractive in black. Very flimsy. I expected with the metal frame that it would be quite solid, but I am pretty disappointed that even as I type this review it is slightly rocking back and forth due to my arms being on the desk top(the desk is firmly planted up against a corner wall). There's no way I can put it all back together and place it back in the box to return it, although I would definitely do so if it were easy. For now I'm going to attempt to reinforce it and see if it can get me through the next two years. More likely I'll give it away and get a proper desk.

Skip this one if you are planning on using this for anything other than leisure.

Okay, I'm sitting at my desk but what a piece of crap. If not for taking my time and reading reviews regarding issues it would have been a pile of rubble. I managed but I will also add I had to replace top of desk with original order (Amazon was awesome in that) but second one arrived scratched. Manufacturer promptly sent me another less scratched piece (top) to replace. It will do till I can do better. I DO NOT recommend this product!!!
Parts came with NO holes..have to wait 7-14 business days now.
April 21, 2017
SOOO I was so excited to set up my new desk so I can start my sewing and whatnot...but one of the big parts came WITHOUT holes.. I contated the company and it's 7-14 business days to get the part shipped to me. ugh. guess I will have to be patient because I don't want the hassle of packing it all up again to return it. HOPEFULLY the replacement part will come with holes. I'll try to remember to update the review, once it arrives. :(((
Really poor quality, but looks ok.

1) I did not receive instructions with this desk, I had to look them up online. Once I did find them the instructions were very unclear.
2) The wood this is made of is extremely cheap, I am ok with the material being cheaper due to the cost, but this practically disintegrated when moving it. The instructions tell you to build it upside down and when flipping it to the upright position it almost tore itself apart. I have built tons of cheap furniture without any issues, including a few desks and have never had one try to tear itself apart so easily.

There is a positive though, it does look nice.
damaged
March 12, 2017
Box came extremely damaged, ripped off the end. Finally got the desk together after a few days and everything went together ok, except the ends of the desk are peeling off, and bubbling. I am guessing this is where it was ripped from the box, or defective. Too much of a hassle to take apart now and ship back as the box was in bad condition to begin with. Otherwise I would just ship back.
Slow shipping, deep scratches, flimsy material.
December 13, 2016
This was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, and it took 6.

The desk pieces are incredibly thing, which wasn't really a problem until the end of the assembly. 2 long wood screws are to be screwed in from the side legs into a thin horizontal piece that is nearly impossible to line up well. Because the material is so thin, this caused the screw to bulge the piece from the inside out, making a large crack.

Overall the desk seems very flimsy. It took my Fiance and I about an hour to build it, but I have been reluctant to put my 28" Acer Predator monitor on it as it just seems very weak.

The desk came packaged well, but has about 8 very deep scratches on the surface of the desk. I plan to add photos later.

I understand this desk was cheap, but with all of the high scores, I felt maybe we were unlucky or mislead. I've seen several other peoples pictures with dual monitors sitting on the desk, but just one makes me very nervous on it for now. I may try and reinforce the center of the desk as a result.

Hate this desk
October 10, 2016
Hate this desk. I know many really love this desk but in my opinion it is too low of quality for my taste. The keyboard tray is a joke. I'm not a tall person (5'2") and found that it was very uncomfortable. Without the desk connected with the corner pieces it would be very rickety.

The desk looks nice but just wasn't for me. Ended up investing in a standing desk for a good chunk of change and haven't looked back. Gave the desk to my brother and he likes it so that is good...
Item Cannot Be Assembled Correctly
February 14, 2016
This computer desk would be an excellent item for a small space and work well for a large desk top; however, the item was poorly made and the keyboard portion was not drilled correctly. As you know items sent through the mail are almost impossible to return, and if they have not been checked out to assure they can be assembled correctly, the customer spends hours attempting to correct the problem plus incurs expenses beyond the worth of the item. To be able to use the keyboard return, I will have to find someone who has a metal drill to drill a hole for the screw on the keyboard or attempt to use superglue hoping that it holds up as the keyboard portion is pulled in and out to use. Amazon does not provide an easy solution to return this item, and since I did not buy it directly from Eidson I am stuck trying to deal through two sellers. I would not recommend buying items such as this through Amazon, and at this point would not recommend by from Walker Edison.
Avoid, pain in the neck
January 25, 2016
I would avoid this desk. I needed two inexpensive desks when we moved. I got my wife the Origami RDE-01 Computer Desk from Amazon. Folds out and snaps together. No tools needed. Easy peasy, and a good, solid desk. I got this Walker Edison, a little bigger, for me. But it had 19 pieces and 58 screws and bolts. Plus the package was missing 6 pieces. Walker Evans refused to send me the 6 missing pieces weighting about a pound, so I had to ship back the entire package weighing 66 pounds and wait for a second desk. This delay was a big inconvenience for me. Plus the thing was complicated to put together, easy to goof it up..

When ever I received the package it had boot prints all over it like it was walked on and all the glass was broken and no one could seem to give me pieces to fix it or my money back after weeks of talking to them I'm still stuck with a broken desk
Tempered glass shattered !!
October 14, 2015
This morning the tempered glass just shattered to a million pieces .. The only reason I can think of is that my 11 yr old left the laptop on whole night and the heat from it was the reason !! Poor quality tempered glass !!

To amazons credit they promptly agreed to send a replacement desk , but am still skeptical about the glass !!

Garbage.

I bought two of these desks for my husband and my home office for Christmas, and they were a pain in the butt to assemble. And this week we decided to repaint the room. We cleared off the desks and went to move them and the second we lifted the first one off of the ground the particle board crumbled where the screws and joints or whatever you call them held it together. Thinking we just lifted it wrong we went to move the second desk by lifting by the legs. The particle board STILL crumbled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE DESKS. They will just fall apart on you. They are sitting out by my curb now, waiting on trash day.
Cheap Peice of crap
September 2, 2017
This is made of Styrofoam. It has broken in to many prices from normal everyday use. Litterally prices of it are breaking off and cracking. It's so ungodly cheaply made, avoid this.
No bolts. No instructions.

No bolts. No instructions. What a waste.
Contacted Amazon and had to order bolts and instructions. A well later got bolts, no instructions. I'll Never buy from this incompetent company again.
Waste of Money.....
July 12, 2017
The wood is very cheap and easy to break. The quantity of the product sucks, the tools don't keep to desk steady. I wouldn't recommend this, and I wouldn't recommend buying any wood from Amazon, even though I love Amazon. I would recommend ordering desk made out of a medal if you want it from Amazon.
Missing pieces! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
June 28, 2017
Total Bullcrap! I eagerly await the arrival of my package and began putting it together as soon as it arrived. Only to find that halfway through the porcess, I wasissing the board labeled "E". "E", you dastardly coward. You hid and ran! All joking aside, this is very unprofessional and obnoxious to make me take all the screws out and box it up to send it back for a replacement! And the replacement won't even arrive until next week! Very disappointed....
