Fun and efficient workout option
May 9, 2017
Love it. At first I was overwhelmed by the assembly instructions but it's really easy, no tools required. I used it right away and it is good quality and comes with an exercise routine right in the assembly guide, in addition to the provided DVD. I love the variety of things the added resistance bands and support bar allows for in addition to just jumping or running in place. An easy way to get a full body workout in limited space plus it's easier on the joints than jumping rope or running which was critical for me since I have a running injury. Oh and it's fun to use, too!
Great buy for the journey to healthy living.
October 17, 2015
Excellent product. I have used it every day for the last eight months. Down almost 60 pounds and into a size 8 jeans and am off all medications...I'd like to take total credit for that but this rebounder has a lot to do with my success. Exercising is fun on it, easier on the joints, and doesn't take up loads of space so I can leave it up and literally hop on it whenever I want to. All work out equipment only works if we use it and this is appealing enough to want to use. Would buy again if anything ever happened to mine.
Very good cardio
August 7, 2015
This is a very good way of getting your heart rate up and get the exercise you need. I love it. I started out only able to do maybe 25-30 jumps before I had to stop, now I am up to 150 jumps and loving it.
Sturdy multipurpose rebounder
June 3, 2014
I chose this rebounder for the stabilizing bar, since I was nervous about "bouncing" off and injuring something. I didn't even think about the resistance bands. I love them both. The bar is adjustable, so I was able to position it easily. I can actually jog using the bands and feel very steady as well. If I start to tire, I can back off on the cardio intensity and focus on strength training with the bands. As a weight loss surgery (WLS) person, the rebounder allows me to exercise at a rate comfortable for me in the privacy of my own home. That's a big plus. I was concerned about the rebounder being too bouncy, that I'd bounce too high or lose control, but the mat is not like a trampoline. It allows me to jog, bounce, etc. with control and little stress on my joints. It was easy to put together. I did it by myself, a 63 year old woman, with no problems. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It has definitely been money well spent.
Good quality
March 28, 2014
My wife loves it.

High quality, though the grip does wiggle a little. I can tell this trampoline is going to last a while.

It can even hold it's springiness with my 230lbs jumping on it.

Love it - just what I was looking for!
August 29, 2016
I feel as if I'm getting a great workout from this. I didn't bother attaching the counter as my fitbit picks up the steps. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and walking on my treadmill hurts my knees. This is a great way to get some exercise in without putting so much pressure on my knees and legs and even lets me jog a little which I can't do any other way without a lot of pain. My biggest problem is getting the chance to use it...2 of my dogs seem to think I bought them a new bed and they keep taking it over for their nap time.
It's definitely a fun addition to my at home workout routine
May 26, 2016
It's definitely a fun addition to my at home workout routine. I'm not heavy, but my husband is over 200lbs and even he uses it from time to time and this trampoline holds his weight no problem.
Great product for the price!
April 10, 2016
This rebounder is exactly as it's described. I had read reviews where people said the counter didn't work properly, but mine works wonderfully. It does take two strong men to open it up, but the rest of the assembly was fairly easy. It's very quiet and I really am enjoying it. I'm surprised at what a good workout it is. Gets my heart rate up very quickly. I highly recommend it.
Easy to assemble.
March 25, 2016
Just got it. Tried it out and it brings out your inner kid. I know the assembly instructions insists you need two or more people to put it together but I live alone and I continued at my own risk. I assembled this rebounder alone in an hour. The only part you need concern yourself with is extending the trampoline's "catch". There is a concern that this part might spring and snap back while you are extending it resulting in injury or death. If you decide to assemble alone this will be up to you because the instructions insist otherwise.
A good quality mini trampoline at a good price - fun for kids and adults!
February 3, 2016
We bought this rebounder as a mini trampoline for our 3 year old daughter to use inside the house as a replacement for the air mattress that she was previously using as a trampoline. We received it a day and a half ago and it has been the center of attention since. At first she was a little less than impressed because she did not get much bounce on it but over the past day and a half she has become increasingly more attached to it. She likes to use it to do a quick bounce here and there rather than constantly jumping on it for a long time though, she does bounce on it for a couple minutes at a time when she is really enjoying it. I think it helped that I have been jumping on it a bit to try and loosen up the bands for her.
When I was looking into mini trampolines I was having a hard time understanding what each one had to offer so I will try to clarify some things I came across in questions and reviews.
First, Yes, a child can use it. Our 3 year old has no problem jumping on it all by herself without a bar to hold on to. She does like to hold on to my hands or my husbands sometimes to get some really high, more uncontrolled bounces in but, overall, she does just fine on her own. Also, this is quite stable. I was concerned about stability given it is foldable and, due to it only having 4 legs in the photo. The way it folds is opposite to the direction you jump so, it is unlikely that it will ever cause a problem because it would have to fold "up" on them. Also, it took a significant amount of strength to unfold it and snap it into place. I don't think that even my weight could fold it back up again, even if it folded the same direction I would jump on it. lastly, about those 4 legs....there are actually 6! The photo is incorrect and for whatever reason, the question on here that asks about the number of legs has mixed answers between 4 and 6. There are absolutely 6 legs on this. I am pleased as it makes it very stable. She has stepped with all her weight, on the very edge of the bar, between two legs and it didn't tip over...though I definitely am not a fan of her doing that and we have talked about not doing it since. :)
Answers to some other questions - I am a 34 year old, average strength person and I was pretty much able to open this on my own. I say pretty much only because my husband was there, holding the unfolding edge to "spot" me. I would have done it on my own had he not been there but, as other have said, it is SCARY to unfold. I stepped on the one side of it and used both of my hands to push with my whole body to open it up and it gets really, really, tight toward the end...and very loud...very scary. Once it was unfolded it did not seem like it would fold itself up again though I was very cautious for a bit, not allowing our daughter near it while we put on the safety pad. Now, putting on the safety pad over the bar/bands would be really difficult to do with one person...perhaps even impossible. It is very hard to have it stay in place while stretching it with all my strength to get it to take the next curve. We figured out that there are leg holes in it, so be sure to start it on the right side, with a leg hole already around a spot where the leg will screw in. This makes it stay in that spot and allows you to pull it more without it just sliding along the bar. One thing I want to say, which others have mentioned, is that the instructions were confusing. The instructions mention the secure pins with wire ring needing to be in the bar and secured properly but it seems unclear what that means because they come on the rebounder exactly the way they show in the photo (okay, so you are just checking that nothing came loose in transport as they are for safety...) and you unfold it after it mentions the secure pins and it doesn't mention them again. So, by my understanding, the secure pins just stay exactly as they are and you do nothing to them even after you have just used incredible force to unfold this thing. They don't move, you don't do anything to the pins nor the wire ring. I do not see how they could possibly be useful but, I am not in the trampoline safety business so, I just left them. I felt secure in the other points I mentioned previously to be able to let this go. :) After getting the safety pad on it was very easy to screw in all 6(!!!) legs and flip it over to begin jumping.
We have not attached the resistance tubes or the meter so I am unable to comment on their ease of assembly or use. Though, it seems easy to assemble them according to the manual.
If it wasn't clear, this rebounder uses large elastic bands instead of metal springs in its design. They seem to be a bit more stiff than metal springs but I wanted the bands for safety and noise control. They do both of these things well - I do not see anyone getting injured by the elastic bands as they are just big stretch fabric, and even when an adult is jumping, there is very little noise. Id say, about the same amount of noise as a person jumping on a carpeted floor....maybe even slightly less noise than that. And, regarding the stiffness of the bands, I believe these will become more stretchy over time as it already seems to be more bouncy than when we first started bouncing on it, and we have only had it for a day and a half.
Overall, we, as a family, are very pleased with this product. It is a good quality product at a good price. Although the assembly is a bit scary at times and requires a lot of strength/coordination (safety pad), it really isn't too bad. I do not think anyone should turn away from this for fear of assembly. It is definitely do-able, just serious business. :) I recommend it!

Better without the bar
December 30, 2016
I bought this for our family to help use energy during the winter months. My kids are 4, 8, 11, and I also wanted something that I could use at my weight instead of one of the kids' options out there. Yes, the instructions say not suitable for kids, but seriously???

It took my husband less than an hour to assemble, maybe less than 30 minutes, I don't recall. The handlebar was a bit tricky, but he figured it out, it must be assembled a certain way and he put the bars in backwards at first. However, we decided to remove it completely because it makes the trampoline unstable, tipping if just a little pressure was pushed against it.

The resistance bands work great, and the elastic straps instead of springs seem to be holding up pretty well. The step counter makes it easier for the kids to take turns a little more fair by counting jumps.

The DVD is extremely boring, but some of the tips might help someone who has never jumped or stretched before.
Much to my gymnast daughter's chagrin, it is not designed for tumbling, but neither is our basement. She can save that for the gym.

This was a decent value for the price we paid, we'll see how it holds up.
Works for me!
September 7, 2016
A little squeaky, but otherwise fine value. Easy to move. The oval shape is more efficient than round, at least for me.
I have only used it twice so far but I am happy with it so far.
August 2, 2016
I am mechanically inept but had no trouble at all putting it together.
I bought it because I was doing walking and jogging routines at home but I injured my knees a couple of times doing that. My dad told me that if I used a trampoline I could jog and it would be easier on my joints. So far it seems like he is right, I jogged on it the past two days for 40 minutes each and was able to jog much faster and harder than I was ever able to on the floor. Assuming there won't be some future problem, I am glad I purchased it.
I love this rebounder
September 28, 2015
I love this rebounder. I purchased it to be able to do exercises without the painful impact hard surfaces has on my injured knee.
Granted I am only able to do the basic healthy bounce and a slow running in place. At first I can only workout in 5 mins interval with rest.
I did this three time. That was enough to make me sweat, raised my plus to 112 and dropped my blood pressure. Wow !!!
I slept good that first night. Less of a restless sleep. Awoke after 4 hours of sleep alert refreshed and ready for my new day. I suspect it is the effect of stimulating my lymphatic system. Because of my knee pain and limitation, I am less physically active than before my accident. Less walking, less errands I can run, less educational and recreational outings. I am sure all this reduced motion, has lead me to a stagnant lymphatic system.
My unit way easy to assembly. Just take your time. It is quite. No squeaky spring noise during usage. My weight is just under 200 lbs.
Too soon to for me to comment on durability, so I am giving a 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great exercise
January 2, 2014
I really wanted to start rebounding and purchased this based on other reviews. I like it and will use it until it wears out. I have only had it a month and already if I jump feet together my feet actually touch the floor. I am not extremely heavy. 160lbs. It is supposed to hold up to 250, I don't see how it would.

Me likes! BUT be careful cuz' I wasn't!
April 9, 2017
This is a great way to exercise without the hassle of hitting the gym! There are tons of videos on YouTube that have ways to use this little gem which makes it even better!

Word of CAUTION: OPEN WITH TWO PEOPLE! I didn't (at first) as I knelt on one side and tried to push the other side and the thing snapped on me like a bear trap! Now, just to clarify, this was 100% MY FAULT as I didn't feel the need to read the instructions that have CLEAR warnings before my attempt and didn't pay attention to the warning stickers either as I probably assumed they were child safety warnings or that type of thing... No matter what you read here, opening with one person can be dangerous. Now, I will say, after the fact, that I found a video of a guy who was unable to open his so he braced one side under a piece of very heavy furniture and was able to open his alone...

The next thing... put the pad on before attaching the legs. It may seem obvious but if you aren't a "direction reader" for a simple product set-up like this one, I just thought I'd save you a little trouble. Well frankly, even if you read the directions it tells you to "cover the threaded connectors" and you will be like HUH? Simply put you need to stretch the black cushion lining over the places where the legs will screw in over the metal threads. You will also need 2 AA batteries for your monitor and that are not included....

The one thing I'm not loving is the firmness. I weigh 126 lbs and it seems the bounce is quite firm. When I got it all set up, I tried to follow a video that had 5 girls doing a 35 minute work out on a different rebounder that had a string-like spring system. All 5 girls of different heights and weights were able to keep the same pace of the music, but I was not. The surface was too firm and it made my jumps very unforgiving, short, and low. I had read a lot of reviews that said that the lesser expensive rebounders are known for that so that kind of bums me out BUT, it's still massively useful and think it's a great purchase!
I read that this is one of the best exercises for keeping your lymph system moving
December 1, 2016
I read that this is one of the best exercises for keeping your lymph system moving. It's really easy to use and set up. I was amazed at how tiring it actually is. I was a bit cavalier at first and thought "oh I'll just use it an hour a day". No. It's a great work out! It's effective. I ended up doing ten minutes at a time mixed in with weights and yoga. It's good cardio and great for the lymph.
Very easy to put together
November 18, 2016
Very easy to put together. It comes out of the package like a bear trap and I had not trouble pulling it apart with my 8 year old sitting on one end. The reviews had me worried that it would snap back and kill one of us, but it's really not that bad. Probably could have done it on my own but he wanted to help. Don't think I will be refolding it though. I thought this would be a really easy, laid back kind of work out, but it really gets your heart rate going fast and definitely works you lower body. So far, I'm liking it.
Got me exercising again!
July 24, 2016
Seems to work fine for me. I was really out of shape but i put this in the spare bedroom, I get up and watch a few minutes of TV while I jog, and I feel so much better. This has really been a game-change for me as far as my health and finally doing something to get in shape. If you are not exercising, buy it. This is an easy way to get started without putting on your track shoes and getting all dressed up and going for a run.
Good for light exercise, and kids play.
June 11, 2016
I bought this trampoline to help with my lymphatic system. Rebounding is supposed to help your lymph system move the lymphatic fluid around. This trampoline works for that, but I think I will spend the extra money for a better one. After 10 min. on the rebounder my knees ache a little. It has now basically become the kids. They love it, and it has held up well for their play time. I would recommend it for kids, and for a little exercise. But if you want to do intense rebounding......spend the extra money.....your joints will thank you.

Not enough bounce for the ounce
September 2, 2017
I love the size of this rebounder but I'm disappointed that it doesn't have actual steel springs. It has too much give which makes it not quite as bouncy as I would have liked. I realize the description never said it had steel springs-but previous ones I've owned always had them. My old dog loves it, lol- we put her blanket on it and she sleeps on it at night.
Useless calorie counter.
January 20, 2017
Purchased this trampoline and was super excited to get to work! Well, 10 minutes of jumping and it has me at over 200 calories. I don't burn that much on 10 minutes on the stairmaster or the treadmill, so this is worrisome. I contact stamina fitness to find out what the stats are based on. Like a 150 pound man that is 5'8" or a 200 pound man at 6'. They do not know what the calorie counter is based off of. There is no way to program your own info into it to make it accurate. So, basically this is a huge waste. I would say get a regular circle trampoline and use a fitness app that is more in tune with your body and can give a more accurate reading.
Just ok.....
February 22, 2016
Fairly easy to assemble. The trampoline has a good bounce. The stability handle on mine had a broken weld on arrival so it's not as stable as it should be. It was too much trouble to take it apart and ship it back so I just am very careful.... Not sure how long it will last and not really sure I would purchase it again.

Great product but some minor defects in quality
January 13, 2015
I got the rebounder and put it all together.....so far so good. I used it twice and the little arm on the monitor broke off so now I can't keep track of the number of bounces at each work out. Then about a week later, one of the resistance bands broke. Sure I can tie it back on, but now one side is longer than the other, so one side of my body gets more resistance than the other. Otherwise I love the rebounder and the work out video that comes with it.

January 19, 2016
Once this is finally opened up the assembly is easy, but when the directions say 2 strong people they are not kidding. I tried to do it myself but I could not so I brought it to my son and he did it by himself but it took all his strength. After that it was easy. I have a Fitbit so I am not using the counter and some reviews say it doesn't count accurately. I''m not sure I will use the bands but will see. It says easy storage but for me now that I have it opened I will not fold it up to store it. It really doesn't have a lot of bounce-pretty stiff and certainly not like any recreational trampoline but it's fine for me.
if you plan on using it daily go for the better quality. You get what you pay for
October 30, 2015
The cover is very hard to put on. And it is very hard when jumping on it. If you just want something cheap that you don't plan on using often this is for you. However, if you plan on using it daily go for the better quality. You get what you pay for.
Good starter but not for plus sized folks
July 10, 2014
Not as tight as I had hoped, but I am 5'10" and 300 lbs, so pretty saggy and not too bouncy. Like the hand grips to get the metabolism going. Great for under 200 lbs people or people wanting a "starter" rebounder.

Not that great
January 3, 2017
Not really loving this product - seems like the rebounder is too loose. And the digital counter falls off easily.
Too big, mushy bounce.
October 20, 2016
It's quite big, which is something I thought I'd need but I'm realizing why I don't. I'm quite tall with size 10 feet so I thought a wide mat would be necessary. The problem is that it is mushy in the bounce and doesn't spring back quick enough so it makes anything other than basic jumping where feet barely leave the mat impossible. I'd go for a smaller circumference in the hopes it helps with the rebound.
Not so bouncy anymore.
September 26, 2016
Doesn't seem to stand the test of time! The guard tore up way to fast so now it has holes all around the bumper, the trampoline pseems to be sinking when you stand on it and it's mostly used by my 4yo who's average size.
Do not attempt to assemble until you have 2 adult bodybuilders
August 31, 2015
I almost got knocked unconscious putting this together as it tipped, sprung, and sent me flying into a wall. Not joking. I got a head contusion for several days plus a bruised face. I do female bodybuilding so I am not weak or clumsy. It was missing stickers to show which side to pry down. The warning instructions that read possible death in putting together are not enough. There should be a noticeable sticker on the rebounder saying that. I'm guessing around 400 pounds of weight are needed to open the trampoline portion. It took us a ton of effort but it finally opened fully.

This is smaller than many rebounders out there. 29" of jumping area and 38" total diameter. It works well for light jumping but there is not much of an area to move around in place since the protection cover would never stop a foot from going into cloth springs. It works for an adult just using for exercise or warm-up.
Not A Happy Customer :-(
August 22, 2015
I am so disappointed. I love shopping on Amazon, but this is one of the worst purchases I have ever made on the website. The counter hasn't worked properly since I set up the rebounder. You have to move in just the right spot, or it will not record your steps, time, etc. If it wasn't so difficult to put back in the box, I would return it. Years ago, I purchased another rebounder from a well known super store for 19.99. I wish I had saved my money and gone back to the store for a new one.

I would not recommend this product to anyone
June 8, 2015
Very hard to assemble given the pitifully written directions...product description needs to let people know that it requires 2 people to assemble ( per instructions in the box)..and even then there is a high risk of injury from the springs attached...I would not recommend this product to anyone...ended up throwing it out for safety reasons
Absolute Garbage
April 23, 2015
If I could give this a 0/5 stars I would. What an absolute POS...bought it end of February and it lasted almost 3 months and then the straps holding the trampoline part to the frame broke. My wife used it instead of doing time on the treadmill since it's easier in your knees. She liked it while it lasted but at $80 it's not worth it. We have no kids and are both very active and fit people (under 40 years old) We never abused the thing and used it as was intended by the manufacturer and according to the cheesy DVD it comes with. Hopefully it can be exchanged but I'd really rather have my money back.

I haven't even used it yet. It just came in, we assembled it and guess what.... The resistant bands popped(just on testing it out). WAS perfect for a kid (UNTIL SAFETY SKIRT DIED)
January 4, 2016
EDITED REVIEW: down from 5 stars to 2. The safety cover completely died. It ripped apart and disintegrated. Our kid didn't misuse this or jump on that part. It just didn't hold up. Now wondering if I can get a new skirt or if it's $40 wasted. :(

ORIG REVIEW: My kid loves it! This is the perfect jumping while video game trampoline. It's saved our sofa. Not too huge for the living room, but big enough to bounce. It has good spring too, it's not too tight or stiff so he gets some air.
Don't buy this complete waste of money.
December 4, 2014
This rebounder is for a child if that. The mat is attached w/ elastic straps, Not Springs.
I got this to replace the Mia Finnegan In-Tone Jogger I've been using so much for several years that one of the springs broke but it still works outstandingly well. I wish I could find one just like it on Amazon.
I'm going back to using my Mia version until it completely falls apart or I find a Worthy Replacement.
When I tried to do Mia's exercise routine with this Stamina model I nearly tripped & fell several times to where I had to stop even trying to continue because This Is Not A Rebounder. It has No Spring, it may as well be a mattress. I am returning it, complete waste of money.
