10/10 would buy again.
September 10, 2017
I've had this for over a year now and it works wonderfully. I have super hard water here and the head didn't get clogged up till now, a year later, which usually I clean out my faucet heads every 3 months with vinegar and water because they will clog up so bad that just one hole would be blasting a tiny stream through. But this product, oh wow it holds up to hard water, I assume it is designed to drip the water off when turned off better than other faucets/shower heads. Functions are perfect and easy to switch back and forth to. I wish the handheld head had a better holder. It's like a half ring, when I wish it would be a 3/4 ring with just enough room to let the cord get through, but hold in the handle. I used this with an extender, and it works just fine, no tape needed. It definitely lives up to its name of Rainfall and Dream. Very nice for long hair or just to have a steady rainfall on your back.

10/10 would buy again.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, the steam setting, aka Hydro Mist
August 23, 2016
My trusty shower attachment broke after 18 years and 3 moves (they just don’t make anything like that anymore) so I decided to give this one a shot. I’ve had this since last winter, and it’s quite nice; no rusting, no clogging, good settings. I do love the big rainfall shower head, and use it primarily, while the hand-held I save mostly for cleaning soap from the shower walls or rinsing the tub after cleaning it. I tried the Hydro Mist setting but gosh it was way too cold in the winter – the mist evaporates too quickly and the end result is a cold steam that encompassed the tub/shower – and me! Not my cup of tea first thing on a wintry morning, if you know what I’m saying.

The Cons:
* The lever to send the water to the handheld area isn’t great, it’s rather stiff, in an awkward position, so if you’re a bit on the shorter side, you’ll have some difficulty with it.
* The handheld can be difficult to seat in its holder and the holder is loose on mine. I can’t seem to tighten it enough to stay tight for the life of me. I occasionally get soaked by the handheld at the worst moments as it loosely swings downward. Nothing like drenching your hair when you’ve got less than 5 minutes to get out the door for work.
* Removed the water pressure restrictor, still not as powerful as the previous wand.

The Pros:
* I remembered the Hydro Mist setting late this summer and gave it a shot… awwwwww, it’s utterly amazing. Feels especially nice on your face. I suppose if you’re a sinus sufferer or have a cold, this might be what the doctor ordered, but as for me, it just feels awesome. So awesome, my water bill has gone up. I’m not kidding. To think, had I remembered that setting earlier, I’d have had an extra 2 ½ months of utter bliss and higher water bills. You’d think it’d be hot and miserable in the summer, but no. I can only describe it as warm mist coming from a non-scalding turbo tea kettle. You can always turn down the water if you don’t want the ‘turbo’, but why?
* Is there a need for anymore ‘Pros’ with such a setting as the Hydro Mist? I think not.

Yes, I miss my old shower wand, which had a harder massage setting (and is no longer made), but if I have to trade off for something, that steam setting’ll do me just fine. Well, except in the winter.
Better than a hotel shower
August 17, 2016
It took me less than 10 minutes to install this shower head in place of the old one. The bottom line is, I love it. The package was complete and the instructions were clear. I have already used it twice and it works beautifully. Now, one word of caution - and this is nothing negative toward the manufacturer or the seller. I teach therapy in graduate school and I always teach students to pay attention to small details, yet in this case I didn't pay attention to small details. The main shower head is quite a bit larger than I expected. It fits just fine, but the large diameter means I have to raise the extension arm on my shower fixture a bit so that I can stand under it and enjoy the water cascading down on my head. For me, at 6 foot, that is no problem at all. I can still easily reach the diverter valve. But my wife is 5'4" and she can't reach the diverter valve without standing on the side of the tub - a very dangerous act, especially if the tub is wet. I can move the extension arm, and hopefully I will find a position that I can still enjoy the output of the large, main head AND that my wife can safely reach. So, my only caution is to think about how you are going to mount this, and how all parties in the house will be able to reach the diverter valve. Once you are comfortable with that, I believe you will have a good product. I am looking forward to using for a long time.
I Got a Pocket, Got a Pocket Full of Sunshine....
March 3, 2016
This shower head is FANTASTIC. We've had it installed for a couple of months now, and bought a second to install in the other bathroom. First of all, I love that you can use the handheld shower head to rinse down the bathtub easily. I also love the range that the rainfall shower head can tilt, so if I need water to purposely flood my bathroom, I can make it happen....or I can just point it directly at my face for those tough mornings. Who needs coffee? Okay, maybe I still do, but this definitely helps. Okay I have a caffeine problem, but that's not the point.

I honestly feel ten times cleaner when I get out of the shower than I did with the rainfall shower head we had previously. Did I mention that I can now successfully perform the "Pocket Full of Sunshine" shower scene from "Easy A?"....I always wanted to do that....

I love all of the different settings. I'm sure my husband does too, but I REALLY LOVE all of the different settings. Let's just say shower time tends to be pretty long and I usually have a smile on my face by time I'm out of the shower. Sorry planet Earth, I promise all of that water went to good use.

What I am saying is stop reading these reviews and just buy it already!
A lovely rainfall and massage for a modest cost
June 2, 2015
I love this showerhead combo. I had never installed a showerhead. I was replacing an actually much higher quality head that was all stainless steel, which had become corroded over the past 13 years or so. This was very lightweight, which made it easier to install. The light weight of it and the fact that it is mostly plastic concerned me a bit at first, but as soon as I turned it on, I forgot about that.

Installation was straightforward. I removed the washers that regulate water in both heads. It was a little difficult to find a tool that worked. But I finally got it with a small screwdriver.

You have the option of using just the big head, just the small head, or both at the same time. The switch for that is on the left of the big head. The big head has a good adjustable range. It just has the one water setting. The stream from it is perfect for showering, so it doesn't need any other settings, any way.

The handle has quite a few settings. The pause mode is nice if you want to save water. A little bit of water comes out (on purpose), so that pressure doesn't build up. The mist setting is one that isn't too common. That might appeal to some folks. And of course, there's the most popular setting, the MASSAGE. Ahhh. There's plenty of ways to utilize the massage setting. Scalp massage, back massage... and some ladies (and fellas) will get more use out of this than others. That's all I'll say about that.

If you really want to reach the nooks and crannies, I recommend getting a longer hose. I got the one below, and it works well, and the detachable head will still fit in the holder with this hose. Be careful of that if you choose another hose, as the end of the hose is what keeps it in the holder.

Great product
September 25, 2014
Easy install. Works great. The only change I would make to the install is to recommend that you wrap both of the threaded connections of the water diverter with the Teflon tape before installing it rather than after. Much easier that way.

... prices for many other showerheads and I am very pleased with it
January 11, 2016
We needed a new showerhead in our guest bathroom so I bought this one after comparing reviews & prices for many other showerheads and I am very pleased with it. I also bought an extender arm to go with the showerhead so that taller guests will be able to adjust the height (I recommend this for anyone who has guests taller than 5'10"). The water pressure is great, it looks great and it was much less expensive than many other comparable showerheads. I usually buy name brand products because I feel that they are more reputable, however this showerhead works just as well as the $150 Moen showerheads we installed in our master bathroom a couple years ago. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Worth it.
December 3, 2015
This is a great deal. When I moved, I was sad to leave my $150 shower head behind. That was a quality unit. I saw the good reviews for the WaterBella and thought, "what the heck". Here is my feedback:You really must have an extender, the head really needs to be level, or close to level. I got the 11" extender and that was fine. The head does not provide any additional pressure or massage value. It is just a lot of water pouring out.And when I say a lot of water that is not a bad thing. It is a big area with a lot of water coming out like a very warm downpour (awesome)I saw no problems with quality. The nips are rubber, but they seemed ok. for the price - wow!Installation was super easy. Came with the tape. Only needed a wrench to pull the old head off. Everything else I did by hand. Hand tightening and I had no leaks. How much easier can you get than that?I really have no complaints.
$10? You must be kidding me. Great price for what it is!
November 24, 2015
This price is ridiculous, I don't know why this is going for $10. Production cost is probably more. Very good quality shower head. I ended up with the same one but 4 times larger at $100 but did not bother returning this one due to a very low price.
I was not compensated with money or a shower head for this review. Honestly.
July 14, 2015
OK so first off, I WAS NOT PAID TO WRITE THIS REVIEW NOR DID I GET A FREE SAMPLE!!!!! I bought this with my own money and have had no interaction with the company or amazon in regards to this whatsoever. So many reviewers i see got one for free and posted about it, not that there is something wrong with that, but it does make one wonder.... Anyhow, how does it work? Fantastically, and i'm not kidding. I installed it with the recommended delta arm and its so nice. I did pull out the little black water restriction bit for more flow. This thing pushes like a monsoon! i know that i'm using more water but guess what, hot water comes quicker and my showers are less involved with twists and turns and getting my whole body rinsed off. I am also taking shorter showers because of this. This thing came well packaged and shinyyyyyyy, one of the little nipples is projecting the water stream inwards but who really cares about that, you have to hunt for it to see it (OCD people). It was a breeze to install (just use some plumbers tape when doing so, it did come with some but i didn't trust it and went to Lowes to get some blue hawk stuff). I am a shower guy and always wanted a rain shower head. This does not disappoint, full soakage. All day long. Get u some, seriously, this is well worth the money.
Good product for a good price.
June 20, 2015
fits standard pipe fittings. seals well with plumping tape. I have attached it with an extendor so it provides very nice coverage in the shower without additional splash off.I purchased this product to reduce the cone of water that gets sprayed out the back end of the shower (I have an old style tub with a shower head placed over it) this product works nicely to send the water DOWN. Since I am tall, if I want the water to hit my upper body, I had to point the shower head up, which basically aims it OUT of the tub. Stream is hardy but not harsh; firm but not weak. Very good function. Excellent make doesn't feel cheap.
Modern Looking
May 8, 2015
This is a simple inexpensive renovation for your bathroom. Takes only minutes to install and requires no more knowledge then it takes to screw in a light bulb. Just be sure to wrap the threads with the Teflon tape and tighten. I used pliers it worked fine. If you have any leaks just take the head off and add a little more tape. This is a simple attractive shower head. The rain sensation of the shower head is very soothing and relaxing. I did take the water restrictor out since I wanted full water pressure. No problems rinsing shampoo etc. and I didn't run out of hot water but then I don't linger in the shower, just take care of business and get out. I also purchased the Delta adjustable shower arm that worked fine with this shower head. Very nice purchase! By the way, I paid full price for the product, and wrote the review based on my experience, how do you get one free like most of these reviewers did?? A little annoying to read that, but satisfied with the product.

May 15, 2017
I've had this for an entire month now and it's been great! Sometimes the build quality does feel questionable but it's worked perfectly so far. Water pressure on the smaller hand-held head is actually pretty good by default, but the main rainfall head is pretty light. I've read that can be changed but I haven't done it myself yet.

The reason this has 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a piece partially broken when I pulled it out of the box. The little piece of 'plastic' that sticks off the hand-held head that you use to switch functions was mostly broken off. I could have sent it back but a bit of super glue ended up working just fine. It seemed like there wasn't a lot of care in the packaging, but it ended up being such a minor issues to me that it didn't really bother me. I know it could be a problem with others though so I figured I should share my experience.
It's good but buy an additional part...
February 17, 2017
So far so good - I installed this about 2 weeks ago and it has been a great addition to the shower. I like the option of the hand held head. I think it would be better if my place had better water pressure but that has nothing to do with the design of this thing. my only complaint is that I don't like the placement of the handheld part - it's awkwardly fixed to the side of the stationary head. I bought a shower head holder that I have put on a different wall/lower. Also, it drips cold water on your head even if you have the hand held in the shut off position.
The shower heads are of good quality especially for the price
January 3, 2017
The shower heads are of good quality especially for the price. The installation directions directs you to install a collar onto the showerhead pipe ensure a proper fit. I tried that that 3 times with one washer and then added the thin one( supplied by manufacturer) but each time there was a leak. So I took the collar off and installed the unit directly onto the showerhead pipe. I bought two and did the same on both installs and it was fast/easy and no leaks. : ) I hope this helps future purchasers.
Overall, A Great Deal & Product
December 18, 2015
We moved into our standard shoebox apartment and we knew three things for sure:
1. The low-hanging ceiling fan, circa 1980, had to go.
2. We had to put the mirrored closet doors out of their misery.
And 3. There was no way we could call ourselves married adults and keep the worn out, cheap old shower head that came with the apartment. It just wasn't right.
I introduce to you, the DreamSpa 3 Way Rainfall Shower Head.

While great pressure was important above all else, we wanted something that could easily be used by either one of us (5'5" and 6'4") and that could feel luxurious- without spending over $50. Which is a tall order, to be fair.

The largest head on this two-part head is amazing. It feels super luxe and lovely, and the pressure is just right.
The smaller of the two heads is also great, with multiple settings that work well for both of us.
The only problem is when both are on at once. It's *fine,* but in the same way hosting family for a week is *fine-* you deal with it and it isn't really a problem in the long run... Just not the most pleasant experience of your life.
Unfortunately, using both shower heads at once is sort of the point for us, so this product could have been better... But then again, our water pressure isn't the DreamSpa's fault! It can only work with so much.
I guess it's simply not the most perfect fit for us in the world.

All in all, our guests (thankfully no week-long relatives yet) LOVE it, and we do too, as long as we're using one head at a time. It is a great product, especially for the price! One friend of ours loves it so much, we're going to give her one for her birthday.
I can't imagine, even with our very small disappointment, that we will be replacing our DreamSpa anytime soon.
Overall, a pretty great shower head
July 2, 2015
After researching and reading reviews on hand held shower heads for about 2 weeks, I decided to purchase this one. I am handicapped and was looking for something that would fit my needs as I am not able to stand in the shower. I'm pleased with my purchased. There are a few things I wish were different though.

1- 6 ft hose. This comes with a 5 foot hose and while that length is okay most of the time, there are definitely moments when a longer hose would be helpful.

2- Grips! I really wish there would be grips on the handle! This was the first showerhead I've ever purchased so I didn't know exactly what to look for. Now I know I will never buy another one without grips on the handle!! It constantly slips out of my hand.

3- Pause Switch on the handle. A switch would just be more convenient. That added feature would be very helpful while I sit on a bench in the shower bathing my squirmy 12 month old.

I used an extra roll of tape when installing and so far so good, no leaks! It was also very easy to install. The water pressure is great! When both heads are open it's not quite as powerful but it's still plenty strong.

I also had to purchase a separate wall mount for the hand held handle. I found that at Wal-Mart.

Great product for the price.
July 21, 2016
I purchased this product in June 15' for a bathroom remodel. So far I am pretty satisfied with this purchase. It has a great flow and water pressure. The size is great. Larger of a water spray than i was use too so it was nice to be able to have my whole body being sprayed all at the same time. We get compliments on it whenever company uses the shower. It adds a nice look to our modern industrial bathroom. It compliments the rest of the hardware very well. I also purchased an extender arm so that it would come down straight like rain and also a diverter b/c I wanted the option of a hand held as well. The only thing I have noticed is that the holes get clogged easy and will start spraying in all directions or even stop spraying at all. I have found that I just have to reach up there and pinch it and it clears it out. You can feel a slight crunch when you do this which I guess is some sort of buildup from stuff in the water. Another issue is that it is impossible to keep clean. You can expect for it to always have water spots and build up on it. I have tried cleaning it with CLR and then also with vinegar. It just never seems to get as clean as when you first get it. Besides those couple of complaints, I still enjoy the shower head and it looks sleek.
Very high flow, watch out for running out of hot water sooner
March 3, 2016
Works pretty well, but our shower runs out of hot water much faster now. Keep that in mind when buying these types of shower heads. We use to be able to take up to a 20min shower (or two 10 minute showers back to back). That time dropped by about 5 minutes when we switched to this head because of the higher flow.
Fantastic, but High water consumption
January 2, 2016
This makes for a great shower. The only downfall is that if you do not have a tankless hot water tank then you will absolutely empty your hot water tank.My hot water tank is 40 gallons and is emptied in 10 minutes - obviously many variables here such as age and condition of tank - but I would never previously run out of hot water.I plan on buying an inline water consumption reducer to help with this, it would be nice if it was sold with the shower head.
Good value for purchase.
July 12, 2015
Good size, the water pressure could be a bit better but definitely does provide you with a rain fall sensation. It was easy to install with the extendable arm and is easy to adjust up and down. I would advice purchasing the expandable arm that is recommended for this shower head as the shower head may be a bit to big to put directly on the shower connection.
Some hits and misses
June 3, 2015
The rain showerhead is had some hits and misses in my experience using it for the past couple of weeks. I was expecting that this showerhead will be water conserving one, but the flow is very strong (hit), giving me an impression that this definitely is not water conservative (miss). Being in CA, I cannot have a showerhead that is not water conservative. For those reasons, I am taking away 1 star. Also, may return it for the same reason. Wonder if WaterBella has any other versions that are water conservative.Being said that, I also had to mention that my 6 yr old enjoys it more than I do.
Sleek, easy installation
April 27, 2015
Bought this showerhead to replace another showerhead that was mostly plastic and was always getting clogged by lime/calcium deposits. The ability to reduce these deposit after each shower by massaging the rubber nipples was attractive. My wife required a solid metal unit. Only have had it for a couple of weeks so its too early to evaluate this featue. The unit arrived on time, as expected, and was easy to install and is attractive.

Granted it does look nice for the 3 weeks I've owned it
September 18, 2017
I've had this showered about 3 weeks and it's okay. It is plastic which I wasn't quite expecting. Granted it does look nice for the 3 weeks I've owned it. The hose is metal. Within the few weeks I've had it, the handheld shower head is really lose in the holder above the large shower head. I haven't used the large shower head at all though I'm rather concerned now reading all the reviews that say it break and leaks water within a few months. My issue currently is that the holder for the hand held shower head is so lose and allows the shower head to just keep falling forward. I don't see a way to fix it. I'm not sure what the return policy is but I'm glad I didn't through away the box!
Quality appears low, but warranty appears to hold
June 3, 2017
Seemed nice while it lasted in most respects except the holder for the wand functions poorly. I heard a loud "pop" while taking a shower yesterday and eventually looked up. It split apart on the side and won't snap back together. Half the water goes sideways to the floor now. It's totaled. A small clamp to hold it together would make it function again but I'm not doing that. Duration of use, 15 months. I submitted a request for a new head under the limited warranty as stated on the amazon web site.

Update 06/06/2017: I queried them by email and they are sending replacement part(s). I'll update this again if they fail to come through.
shower is good but:
March 19, 2017
shower is good, but---the problem I have is trying to switch from hand held nozzle to shower head, the valve is located behind the showerhead, cannot see and unless you are 6 ft tall, it is hard to reach, impossible for someone 5 ft 6 in. without climbing on a stool. with both running, the handheld one does not have enough pressure. the whole problem is; trying to switch from rainfall head to handheld shower.
Feels great, but be careful if you're clumsy
January 16, 2017
The biggest problem this product has is that the mount for the handheld is behind the large head so you can't see it at all. It is extremely hard to line up the handheld with the mounting bracket when you can't see it, I've dropped the handheld at least once because I thought it was in and it wasn't. If you have a large shower where you can scoot to the right a bit to see it, it probably won't be as big of a deal, but there's no way for us to get an angle where we can view the bracket. Still, the various functions are great and my birds *love* the "mist" setting, so I can overlook this one issue.
It Works Well, if Unexceptionally, But is Scary Flimsy
December 4, 2015
First, virtually every combination shower on the market is plated plastic, not metal (contrary to what many reviewers say). The fact that this one is no exception is inconsequential. But, this one does feel very flimsy. I have had a number of similar shower heads (as I have to move occasionally and don't bother to remove the ones I have installed. Although I have just recently installed this particular one and it works okay, I feel like I have to be very careful with all parts of it. The diverter (the thing that directs water to the particular head) IS FLIMSY. The heads themselves are flimsy. The flow selector switch on the hand held is flimsy. I am not comparing this to presumed metal heads, but other chrome plated plastic ones I have had. While nothing has broken yet, I feel very insecure using this. Flimsiness aside, in a house with moderate water pressure (i.e. adequate but not powerful), and with the flow restrictors removed, no setting provides anything close to massage-like shower pressure. It gets slightly worse if both heads are flowing. The hand held head does not sit very securely in its holder. On the plus side, the diverter is easy to switch (something I have not found to be the case on other models) and I have no leaks. The flexible hose is metal, although the connectors are plastic (fairly flimsy, as well). Overall, this shower head does perform reasonably well. It is okay, hence the 3 stars. But I don't like feeling like I am walking on egg shells when I am using something. I do plan to replace this with a Moen.
Failed but easy fix.
September 6, 2015
This is a good shower head but at the same time it can be crap. Lots of plastic, room for lots of fail. For me it did fail. I almost had 2 months out of it before the "sun" head failed internally. I would call it a "diaphragm", said diaphragm split half ways around and started lazily spewing out water from the side. I ended up taking it apart (four clips hold the plastichrome halves together) then after that you will see the gray diaphragm and you should be able to find the crack along the outside rim. Next you take your trusty dusty super glue and glue the rim back together ( I did the whole thing to bulletproof it) let it sit for a couple hours then plug and play again, no issues after that, I gave it three stars because I really do like the shower head set up and the fix is pretty easy, but at the same time I should not have to go through the trouble of fixing stuff that is new. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. If I wasn't that Mr. Fix-it guy i would have given 2 stars possibly 1, and I would have returned it. Even though I don't like returning things.

A sufficient product for a time.
August 25, 2016
I like it and it has served its purpose but I would have to buy a more expensive product in the future. After several months it's not holding up that well for me.
This thing dumps water.
December 1, 2015
This shower head works great.Lots of water pressure, really poors water over you. So much so that my tub can not drain fast enough.I bought an extension lever and flow control gauge with it, but leaking as become and issue.I only mention that because this shower head doesn't have a head that is hexagonal -- it's round.Because of that it makes getting rid of the leaks to be a major undertaking, that took more than a few attempts.Overall I would buy this again, and when I go to other showers I miss the buckets of water this thing throws on you.
Many Annoyance, Got What I Paid For!
October 3, 2015
I just got mine, I ordered 2 and both were delayed in shipping and took about a week to arrive even though I have Amazon Prime. Anyway, I opened the package with much excitement as I have been looking forward to getting these based on the pictures and the reviews.First impressions, the packaging was top notch, both in individual boxes, protected and covered with a cloth. The end or the part that screws onto the shower arm had a plastic cap screwed into it. I suppose to keep it safe during shipping, great. To remove it, unscrew it. It took me a minute to figure it out as I kept pulling on it but found it unscrewed instead. The second thing I noticed was the arm bar attachment, it swivels which is great and what I wanted.Third, I picked it up and it is super light, I thought it was stainless steel, but it was so light I inspected it closer and appears to be a very shiney plastic. If it is stainless steel, I can't find it. Bummer.Fourth, the female end that screws into the arm was slightly pitted with small black markings like it hadn't been coated enough and it too is plastic.Fifth, the entire unit is very shiny and plastic and light-weight as can be.Sixth it has a screen in the top of the female end to stop debris from entering the until from the spout. That's nice.Overall I like the look, but am so disappointed, as it is all plastic looking and I really can't see it holding up to long. With my disappointments, I am going to give it a fair shot and try it out. I'm hoping for the best, but I did only pay $15.00 each on a lighting deal.I just wish it were really stainless steel. Anyway, I will update my review after my shower and give a full report on how well it does or doesn't work, I'm hoping to be very pleased.Stay tuned, Until Then,Cheers and Vidimo Se!ZaviI installed both of them, both leaked from the threads, it took 5 attempts to get it to fit with plumbers tape so it wouldn't leak. Persistence was key. The unit itself looks great and feels great but some of the nozzles are crooked and shoot the water out the sides instead of straight down. Since it's only a few on two fixtures, it's not really noticeable. It also scratched easily when installing even when using a cloth on the priers. The slightest pressure caused the paint to chip off the threaded end and leave scratch marks. They are visible, but only if you get up and look right at it.Overall I'm not impressed, but for $15 each, I don't expect much. It's not worth sending them back, they are useful even with the many annoyances.I hope this helps others, I also have the ADKY Shower Head from Amazon and at about $35 each, it does't have these issues.Good Luck, Cheers and Vidimo Se!Zavi
Great showerhead
May 28, 2015
Update: i purchased this item in May of 2015 and today is July 2017. The seam at the edge of the head split open and water sprays out making the shower head un-usable. I FEEL like it should last longer than two years. Dropped down to three stars due to it breaking but still retaining three stars because it was a great showerhead for two years. Not sure if i will buy it again and just anticipate buying a new one every two years.Great showerhead puts out a lot of water. We have a curved pipe coming out of the wall in our shower so we got a Delta 10in adjustable shower arm to position this showerhead straight down. The one downside (if you can call it that) is that it puts out so much water. Living in the SW US with drought conditions makes it tough to be ok with so much water flow. I ended up getting an on/off switch that I put on so I can save some water. I also really like that there are little rubber nozzles so when calcium deposits build up from our extremely hard water we can smoosh the rubber nozzles to clear the calcium. The wife and I were looking for a larger than average showerhead but started getting discouraged with prices in stores. This one fits the bill nicely at a very reasonable pricepoint. Also very elegant looking with the mirrored finish stainless steel construction.
Good, not Great
April 7, 2015
Really liked the look of this online and hoped it would be as nice as the reviews claim. Either I got a dud or the quality is not there. You can see in my photos. One of the nozzles squirts sideways. The edge to the shower head is not smooth. There is an indent on the shower head in the metal where the nozzles are. And lastly the corners of the shower head leak out water. Check the photos. I tried to get the photos as best I could, but the chrome finish makes it glare in the photos. I'm going to order another one to see if it's better and if I got a dud. Hopefully, because the shower head puts the water out nicely and it's a full metal body. Will update.
Great Looks, pouring rain... but uses a TON of water
April 3, 2015
Pros: Stylish, Rain effect, even water throughoutCons: Uses A LOT of water.I have a 30 gallon hot water heater, after 10 min I find myself starting to turn up the hot water every few seconds. This shower head uses a lot of water. It's a very stylish and beautiful unit. Works well if you have an unlimited hot water source. The rain effect is there and feels amazing... think pouring rain. If you take showers longer than 10 mins, this unit isn't for you. For that reason, I knocked a few stars down and I am considering going with something else. I like to take long showers occasionally, but it simply uses too much water. My choice of water temperature isn't hot either. Unlike my wife, I don't like it hot and steamy. It just flushes out too much water. Too bad, because this unit is gorgeous!

Leaks and does not live up to expectations
December 29, 2016
I had high hopes for this showerhead, but alas, it did not live up to expectations.

The first issue is that it has leaked since I first installed it. At first I thought I didn't use enough plumber's tape, but it turned out that the leak was coming from the hose itself, so there was really no fix.
There is very also little water pressure with this showerhead, regardless of the water pressure of the shower I install it onto. I have tried it on 3 different showerheads with the same low pressure every time.

Overall, I would not recommend buying this showerhead. The moveable head does have a good variety of settings to choose from, and of course it is nice to have a dual head, but there are better dual head showerheads out there.
So Much for "Dream Spa".
December 2, 2016
I have never reviewed anything and given it below 3 stars, usually I make things work even if they're faulty. The pressure in my bathroom is generally very high, but this shower head is so low pressure, It takes me hours to shower! I have thick, curly hair and this is just such an inconvenience. And like some other people, my detachable shower head doesn't stay in place! It falls, and has even fell on me twice! Its so annoying. I make due with it but I'll be switching back to my old one soon. The only thing I like is the mist, its unique and feels great on my skin for a bit, that's why this received more than one star. So much for dream spa.
Looks much better than it works.
April 20, 2016
I have two issues with this, maybe not so major, but they drive me nuts and unfortunately I missed my return/exchange window, so I'm stuck with it.
I'm not a professional plumber, but I don't think you need to be, to install a shower head. However, no matter how many times I tried, it will not screw in correctly. Meaning the handheld part is never straight on the right side, like it's supposed to be.
The main shower head is barely having any strength in dispensing water, even when the handheld part is off. We purchased this as a replacement for the old dual shower, which had no issues with the pressure and had strong water flow, even when used simultaneously. This leads me to believe that the issue is not in my pipes, but with the product itself. Currently browsing for a replacement.
Rainfall Shower Head &Hand Held Shower - Not Made to Last
January 27, 2016
Didn't even last an entire year. Very disappointed. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is a joke. The shower head went - water was gushing out 2 sides. Was able to snap one side in place, but still had water gushing out 2 sides. When it was working, not much water coming out - very light. The one good feature is that you can adjust the knob so water comes out of hand held shower head only. This was better than nothing until we got a new shower head with hand held feature. A more expensive brand but much, much better. Lesson learned - better quality costs more but will last longer. We got the same system that we had before we purchased this one - Moen.
Broken after 7 months
July 25, 2015
We purchased in Dec 2014 and it was broken by July 2015. There's only so much wear and tear a shower head can take... the larger shower head (The one that is stationary) just fell off during my husband's shower! When we bought it we were disappointed by the cheap plastic feel but decided to go ahead and use anyway. We would have expected more than 7 months use out of a shower head.... would not buy again.

If it had not broken I'd have given it three stars because it worked fine and we enjoyed having the option of the handheld shower for bathing the kids... but it's always felt flimsy.

Rusted within a year
May 2, 2017
Rusted within a year. Here it is 2 years later and I'm buying something else. I live 1/2 mile from the ocean and some things rust, but this is ridiculous. I have some Grohe fixtures in my other bathroom and no rust after 9 years. Otherwise it works pretty well. If you're not near the ocean it may be just fine.

I bought this a couple months ago and not only did i have to buy a new arm and water resister for it (because it doesn't have a water resister), but its already rusting... I really wish this was better quality, but the water seems to kill the metal on this... that shouldn't happen for something that lets water flow through it...Not Worth
I had very high expectations!
January 9, 2016
So disappointed! I really wanted this to work. It leaks! I even returned it and purchased another, and yep you guessed, it leaked as well. I gave it 2 stars because it is beautiful, and I love water flow. But what a shame. I will return it I guess, and buy a more expensive one. Maybe it won't leak. I mean if it was a small drip I wouldn't care really, but it is a huge leak.
Leaked and Returned
December 2, 2015
I returned my unit because it leaked at the connection joint. I tried with tape and without, but same result. I left the flow resctrictor in, but don't think that should've made a difference. The overall construction was excellent, so I feel like I could've gotten a dud, but this was my 3rd shower head that I'd tried and had to return, that I just gave up and stuck with my old one.FWIW, I had mounted this on a traditional shower arm, not a horizontal one, like pictured. I didn't see how this would make a difference, but if someone wants to explain to me otherwise as a reply here, I will gladly change my rating.
I would pass on this one. In fact, I did.
June 22, 2015
I returned this item since it has very poor lateral movement. There is a ball and socket and so it rotates a little, but not enough to spray both ends of a bathtub (for example), or to reach the corners of my rectangular shower stall.Instead I bought this: Thunderhead TH2.5 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PUHVMU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00). It has a great range of movement and while it's white plastic, it works. (function>form)Since I am tall, I also bought the Pegasus S-Style Extension (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JN9G6KM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00). The two together area great for tall people, but it can be adjusted no matter who is in the shower.See the photo for the final product. PS. If you get the Thunderhead, pull the flow restrictor out before you first install it. After you use it like that, if you later want to conserve water, pull the flow regulator back in.
Looks 10, works 3.
May 3, 2015
Looks beautiful, but poorly made. Came with two nozzles spraying at an angle (as opposed to straight down) which I was willing to live with. Now, within a couple of weeks of use, at least 10 nozzles are spraying wildly and one doesn't spray at all.

Leaky hose and busted giant shower head
March 12, 2016
After 1.5 years, the hose is leaking...badly. Water is spraying though the hose near one of the connectors. It just happened all of a sudden. It never leaked, and then one evening during a shower, water was shooting out and hitting the ceiling of my bathroom. I thought buying a shower head with a stainless steel hose would be very reliable. I guess not.

Also, after replacing the hose, the rainfall shower head (the big one) broke a seam and is now shooting water to the side. Awful product!
Great while it lasted
October 5, 2015
I loved the shower head and felt like it was a good product, but 32 days after installing it water started shooting out the side and I cannot get it to stop. Other than that it was great while it lasted.
Update: failed less than 4 months into use
September 22, 2015
Update: After less than 4 months, the showerhead has failed. Water has started shooting out of the sides of the tubes. Upon inspection, the inner tube (rubber) was thin and cheap feeling. The metal that acts as the outer tube has sharp edges and has split apart, with some shards cutting into the inner tube. While it was great (see original review below), the build quality ensured that it would not last long.

Original Review:
Great shower-head, has 3 settings and great water pressure. Installation was slightly difficult (-1 star), instructions were unclear.
Not what I ordered but it works well.
July 30, 2015
Did not receive the same one pictured as many others however I am still happy with it.

Pros: Easy to install, The hose is very long and stainless steel, water flow restrictor is easily removed, Comes with Teflon tape.

Cons: Switch is a bit cheap feeling and the instructions are terrible. Once installed it worked well but it did leak so I had to remove it and add a lot more Teflon tape than I should have.

UPDATE: As of March 28th The plastic swivel on the back of the main head has cracked in half and now sprays water out of the side and had to be replaced.
Broke!

We used for 4 months and the shower head just broke! Not worth the money.

I absolutely loved it and I would have given it 5 stars
May 12, 2016
I originally purchased the shower head in December 2015 for $9.80. I absolutely loved it and I would have given it 5 stars. However last week (beginning of May 2016) when I turned the shower on I heard a loud pop and water was going everywhere. The seem on the side of the shower had popped open. When I took the shower head off I noticed the screen had rusted and was falling apart, as well as the inside of the shower head.I have contacted the seller to see if they will honor the warranty. **I'll update when... if I hear back from them.**
Don't wast your money
February 6, 2016
Worked fine for two months and then split open like a piece of junk...seller offers only a 30 day warranty . Very disappointed
Worked great for 1.5 months and then popped a weld and shot water all over the bathroom.
December 22, 2015
It's a shame. It's an elegant, well-functioning piece of hardware, but after less than 2 months, it suddenly split and the seams and started shooting water out of the sides. My water pressure is good, but it's not THAT strong. We have standard town water, with no salt or other agents beyond chlorine (not even fluoride), but upon closer inspection there were what looked like rust spots on the edges of the shower head. I don't know if that's the sealant/glue coming loose or what, but I can say that it was a really nice showering experience right up until it popped the seam. Buy nice or buy twice. Axiom: Confirmed.UPDATE: I read some of the other one-star reviews, and it seems that the rust issue is pretty common. Some of the reviewers think it's from something inside the shower head. Once I remove it, I'll pop it open and take a look.
Please don't waste your money on this shower head. It is a VERY poor quality piece of hardware.
December 15, 2015
Please, do not spend your money on this. I bought it in September, and by December it is unusable. Water sprays out the side, where the two halves are joined. Not a little, but a LOT. Most of the water comes out the side. Since I usually shower UNDER the shower head, this is a problem for us. On the plus side, the rubbery water outlets are indeed easily cleaned. The screen filter is completely useless, it collapsed into the shower head.Once again, do not waste your $8.50 on this. You get what you paid for here. If you need a shower head to sell a house and you are going far far away and will never hear from the new owners again, this looks nice for an open house. If you want to turn it on and expect water to come out the bottom, you will be disappointed. You might also get soaked immediately, if it comes out of the side facing you, and remember it's coming out under pressure. It might also get the opposite wall, cabinets, mirrors, clothing, family members, pets, children, the neighbor's house, passing cars and low flying aircraft. On that note, it might make a good practical joke.
Good coverage but poor quality
November 12, 2015
Cheap plastic version of the 10-inch square rainfall showerhead. Is has a stainless steel finish but is not truly stainless. Also the spray pattern has inconsistency. Some of the nozzles spray water sideways!
