That music is coming from your chair?!?January 11, 2015 Got two of these for my boys for Christmas. They seem to be put together pretty well and the sound, quite frankly, is surprisingly good. Is it like your high end home hi-fi system? No, but for a chair it's startlingly good with good power and nice bass. The chairs have exceeded my expectations. Now here's to hoping they wear well. We actually haven't gotten it to work so the directions could have been made easier. Besides that The chair sounds great. Very loud and the vibration is powerful. It works well with his ps4 and xbox. | I cannot get it to have sound through the chair ...January 5, 2017 I cannot get it to have sound through the chair and my son states it is very uncomfortable to sit in for hours.A shame for the money we spent on gift. Two StarsDecember 29, 2016 I was very disappointed that the chair doesnt connect to the Xbox 1. Not Truly WirelessMarch 7, 2016 This chair is still uses the old analog Connection and is not compatible with an hdmi/smart tv. I had to connect all sorts of cables and purchase an hdmi to analog converter to even get it to play sound. After getting all the connected the video quality was lowered thanks to the converter. In conclusion the sound quality is not worth all the cables and reduced video for a moderately comfortable seat that costs about 200 dollars. He LOVED it.February 24, 2016 I bought this chair for Christmas for my 11 year old son. He LOVED it.... when it worked. It did not hook up correctly to his PS3 and TV. It took 2 separate tries of buying attachments to make it connect. Once we did get it working, he loved it. Now, it is less than 2 months old and it no longer works. It does not turn on and we can't figure out why. I purchased it from Amazon, am past the return date, and don't have a store where I can try to exchange or return it for breaking so soon. | STAY AWAY! UNUSABLE! Shipped with two right arm rests. Very frustrating, stay away!September 19, 2017 UNUSABLE: Shipped with two right arm rests! I bought this for a university client for use in a VR lab. I need to deliver this to the client ASAP and I have two right chair arms. They are formed to fit with a sleeve in the bolt channel so I cannot even mount the right arm on the left side. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Even worse, this means that there is probably another customer out there with two left arms.
