Healthy noodles
July 24, 2016
Made zucchini pasta with the giant zucchini you get this time of year. Had to trim it down but as you can see it made huge noodles. Look forward to trying other vegetables with it.
Don't pass this up believe me

My new Kitchen Supreme Spiral Slicer makes healthy eating so easy and did I mention super fun. I ordered the Kitchen Supreme Spiral Slicer yesterday and had to get next day shipping because I just could not wait to try it. It was defiantly the best purchase for the kitchen I have made in a while. I am already thinking about buying my mom and my sisters one for there kitchen. Thanks Kitchen Supreme this is definitely approved ✅💯by a busy new first time mom that is trying to eat cleaner and get it done faster and easier💯
The video convinced me I have to get it. This is my little SECRET to get my family to eat vegetables.

When I saw this video of the Kitchen Supreme Spiralizer, I knew I had to have it. After a failed try with another brand I came to realize why these guys have so many positive reviews. They have amazing customer service and they are there for you even on Sundays. Something rarely seen nowadays. This little gadget really helped me with my diets and now my kids are calling Fridays - zoodle night. We eat zucchini pasta in all kinds of ways.I strongly recommend this vegetable spiralizer, and for the whole bundle you receive, it's great value for money.
From the Health food lover to the Pasta Fan this thing is a must have!

Is this for real? I can eat as much pasta I can and not gain weight? I bought this spiralizer for my mother, as a Birthday Present and I received all I needed to easily make delicious healthy food. This spiral cutter makes long zucchini, cucumbers and carrots spaghetti and pasta. You can't taste the difference between regular pasta and the veggie noodles, which is awesome! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to eat healthier.
Amazing customer service!!
October 30, 2014
I ordered this spiral slicer a few months ago, didn't have great luck with it and left an unfavorable review. The company took the initiative to contact me and immediately resolved my issue way beyond my expectations. This is probably the best customer service I've received from an online purchase! I received my replacement spiral slicer yesterday and took it for a "test drive" this morning. What a difference! I was able to get long spiraled delicious veggies in little to no time. I would HIGHLY recommend this product on the customer service alone but am equally happy with the product.
Good School Planner
May 26, 2014
I am a home school parent. We use two of these per year. One the same as a public school student would use it as... for the student to keep track of his assignments. There are rows for each subject and columns for each day of the week. There is plenty of room to write all the information that you need to write down. There are a couple of blank rows for other subjects or extracurricular activities. The other is used by me. I use it to make my lesson plans. I have much more detail than my son but still have plenty of room to put down what I need. All in all, this is a good planner for the student and the home school parent/teacher.

Game Changer
March 26, 2015
Got this yesterday after reading the reviews. It took about 30 seconds to turn my zucchini into noodles. Turned on the pan, threw a little olive oil in it, and added some premade pad Thai sauce. Amazing!Having your 'noodles' go from 200-300 cals to 25 is a dieters dream. The fact that I cooked the meal in under 5 minutes was also amazing. There are obviously more complex recipes to try when I have time but I can tell you that this thing is a game changer for me.Very easy to use and even easier to clean. Excellent product - highly recommended.
Trust me, you need this!
March 22, 2015
I love this thing! I tell anyone who will listen just what a handy gadget it is. It is easy to use; works like a giant "pencil sharpener" - no assembling multiple parts, easy to clean, and does not take up much room for storage. I have another spiral slicer that I never use because it is just not handy. This one could not be more convenient. I am impressed with the company as well. I received a recipe book to download as well as a couple of emails asking if I was satisfied with the product. The recipes I have made have been great and are a creative way to make delicious, healthy dishes. This is a gadget that I do not see joining the list of kitchen purchases I never use and wonder "why did I buy that?". While the zucchini noodles may not be pasta (and I still love pasta), they a tasty, healthy low carb alternative and I do not feel deprived of good food that I enjoy. In fact, tonight, I am having roasted burst cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus with zucchini noodles - and it is terrific!
Really works!
February 1, 2015
Amazing!!!!! I purchased this to make zucchini noodles. I had seen a lot of people raving about recipes for zucchini noodles. I chose this brand because it seemed to be a better quality than others I compared it too... And I was right. The slicer comes with a cleaning brush, end cap for when veggie gets smaller to protect your fingers and a cloth bag to store all parts in.Tool has two size cuts to choose from, I personaly prefer the larger cut noodle. Very easy and quick to use. I used a medium size zucchini and with little effort using the larger side, successful rotated the zucchini through the tool which produced one continuous strand of zucchini noodles. It is an amazing process. I would have thought the zucchini would get mushy and fall apart in the process but it did not. its amazing how the zucchini takes on a different taste and texture when turned into strands. It is the perfect sub for dishes that call for pasta. Zucchini noodles do not fall apart and are a great addition to any dish.
Great tool for a healthy lifestyle
November 29, 2014
Great way to add veggies to your meals when it is cold. I like making zucchini noodles with this. I bought this to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The price is affordable and it is easy to use, just be careful with the sharp blades. I recommend this as a gift or for yourself if you want to add more veggies in your meals. I added a picture where I made chicken breast, brown rice, and I topped it off with some zucchini.
Great for zoodles and cucumber salad
July 5, 2014
I purchased two of these, one for a gift for my daughter, and one for myself. My daughter immediately made spiral cucumber salad and later that week I made sauteed zucchini noodles for a low carb dinner with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, chicken and fresh basil. Next up is a greek cucumber salad. This works as expected.
Easier to use than I thought.
May 9, 2014
I have read a lot about spiral slicers lately and the reviews are not very encouraging. Well I did great with this slicer. It comes with instructions both in pictures and written and is so easy to use. In less than 1 minute I had spiral sliced an entire zucchini and made zoodles for the first time. The directions were simple to follow, just cut off the ends, apply some pressure and turn. I made the larger of the two because I thought it would be easier. You could go wild with this slicer so be warned. It is fun to use, is well made, has sharp blades and cleans up by running it under water. No fuss, no mess, no advanced degree required. I highly recommend this slicer if you are in the market.

ONE of the worst tools I have ever used in the kitchen
July 14, 2017
I am reviewing the product again because the company reached out to me and offered a refund. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation.ONE of the worst tools I have ever used in the kitchen. The top does not attach well to the fruit or vegetable that is put in it. I bought it at Christmas and just gave it as a present. I am not able to return it because it is past the allotted time. Sadly I will be throwing this away, my fingers can not handle another round with this unreliable and finger slashing tool! Stay far away from this product!!!!
You'll be glad you bought it
February 19, 2017
Easy to use, well-made product. Comes with a useful little cleaning brush. Great product except for that last inch of zucchini that doesn't get sliced. Small issue, but it would be better if they could fix it. It takes a minute or two to slice a zucchini into spaghetti and you can choose regular or angel hair. The seed core goes through, unspiralized. The grips on the side make it comfortable to hold, I would choose to purchase a more automated spiralizer if you plan to feed a large group. But for just me, at $15, this is a useful little kitchen tool I'm happy to own.
I am pretty happy with this purchase
February 11, 2017
I am pretty happy with this purchase. It makes two sizes of noodles, and has been easy to use. So far I have only used it on zucchini and cucumber, so I am not sure how well it would work on a harder veggie like carrots. My only complaint is that the hand guard doesn't really work all that well. I use medium sized zucchini and the pin and all the bumps and ridges that are on the inside of the guard weren't long enough to hold onto my vegetable. It kept slipping off. This really wasn't a huge problem, but I had to make extra sure that I was careful not to let my fingers or hands get near the blade. This might not be a problem with a harder vegetable, as zucchini is somewhat soft. In the end I like this handy kitchen tool well enough.
as always extensively for the best option and this tool appeared to be the one
July 4, 2016
Researched, as always extensively for the best option and this tool appeared to be the one. Package arrived promptly, well within time limits and was in tact fully. All parts were included and we particularly like the small recipe book enclosed, as well as the additional tools, i.e., the cleaning brush and peeler. Product did not come with directions but it requires only a modicum of common sense to work out how to use it properly. We've made zucchini noodle several times since buying the spiral slicer an alternative to pasta and know that this is a more healthful and tasty alternative. Yes, one ends up with a bit of a chunk at the end but I simply chopped this up and added to whatever we were making or one could store in a container, adding to it each time and then throw these chunks into a homemade vegetable saute, stir fry, soup or stew. We recommend this item!
I said "NO MORE" gadgets, but this is a must have tool!!
April 17, 2016
I promised myself, "NO MORE" kitchen gadgets! But then my Dr recommended a grain free eating plan.Already gluten intollerent I didn't think I'd miss the rest of the grains so much, but soon I was really missing pasta. I saw some posts and photos on Facebook of pasta from zucchini and went searching for the tool needed to make it. The price wasn't outrageous so I made the purchase. So glad I did! I was skeptical that it would really be as easy and advertised, but it is! I made a pasta dish I've been missing and the noodles from the zucchini were great with it. Really yummy in fact. They made the meal even better knowing I'd not be having any issues from grains afterwards either. I know this is a kitchen gadget I'll be using again and again!
Small and simple
May 15, 2015
The product being small and easy to store is why I decided to try this version vs. a larger hand-crank spiralizer appliance. I specifically wanted to make "zoodles" and won't be attempting it on hard vegetables such as carrots. It's easy to use - like a pencil sharpener - but I found I had to clear it a few times while I was using it. The thing is designed to leave a small area in the center to avoid seeds but, I assume in an attempt to reduce waste, I found the center left to be too small and plenty of seeds were still gumming up the works. I had to stop and brush them out. (Don't even think about putting your finger in there!)The small brush is a flimsy freebee, so I wouldn't base your decision on that by any means. The other freebees are pretty meh as well. I have piles of cookbooks that came with every appliance I own and I don't think I've read a single one. The storage bag is nice. Should keep random groping fingers from getting cut or other kitchen thingies from getting caught in and ruined by it. Oh yeah, and there's a vegetable peeler. Seems plastic, but very sharp, and is smaller in person than I expected. I have a better/bigger one, so this will likely end up in the bottom of a drawer somewhere and forgotten until old faithful breaks.All-in-all, good value. Easy to use, works as promised, and doesn't take up a lot of space.

this little gadget does a pretty good job
May 15, 2016
For an inexpensive spiralizer that doesn't take up counter or cupboard space, this little gadget does a pretty good job. So far I've made zucchini, carrot, beet and sweet potato "pasta" with little effort. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because the lid isn't very helpful for managing the veggies once they pass a point where it's safe to turn them with fingers. I end up with a sizeable chunk of vegetable that goes into stir fry or the soup pot. Not a big deal, but I think a different design would help. Also, if you have any arthritis or wrist problems, this isn't for you - lots of twisting needed. If you lack kitchen space or don't want to invest 50.00 or more in a big spiralizer, this is a great way to find out if you like veggies this way.
Makes including veggies into daily meals more attractive and easier!
January 10, 2016
As a dietitian I would love to say that veggies are my favorite food -- they are NOT! However, having a handy product like this spiralizer definitely helps me get in my daily servings of vegetables. The iPerfect Kitchen Envy Spiral Slicer Bundle - Vegetable Spiralizer - Zucchini Spaghetti Pasta Maker is great for adding veggies to soups and pasta dishes, beautiful salads and other meals. I find that if the veggies are cut smaller, I am more likely to consume more of them and miss starchy and high calorie foods less. One of my favorite easy dishes is cold, raw zucchini spiraled into "spaghetti," then topped with pesto sauce. Tada! That's it! I also use the product to cut carrots, (sprinkle with lemon juice and salt and that's an awesome veggie side!), cucumbers, etc. Any long, medium to to hard veggie would work great in the spiralizer. This is WAY easier than julienning, or chopping veggies. I don't even bother pealing them! The cons include being a *tiny* bit difficult to clean (you actually have to use the little brush that comes with it, not just a sponge) -- totally not a big deal. Also, there is a 1-2.5" "stump" of veggie that can't be cut up with this. I just give these to my dogs as healthy snacks and call it even because I saved 10+ minutes preparing my veggies for the meal!
Simple, easy tool that effortlessly makes wonderful zucchini noodles each and every time!
May 19, 2015
Super easy to use and makes perfect zucchini noodles (haven't tried for other veggies yet)! At this price, this was well worth the purchase. I see many zucchini noodles in my future...My thoughts about the tool --* Really easy to use* A bit hard to clean, but the provided scrub brush helps* There are two sides with different size holes. I found that I only prefer the side with larger holes, which means I'm only using half of the toolTips and tricks:* Make sure you hold the zucchini straight on and spin in a steady consistent timing to get perfect noodles* Don't forget to slice the initial end off the zucchini before spiralizing* The provided finger guard isn't very helpful. Instead once it gets close to the end of the zucchini, I just stick a fork in the end spin the zucchini around so I get more out of each zucchini and protect my fingers* I found the resulting noodles are super long, so have to use kitchen scissors to cut them.* My secret to non-soggy/non-watery noodles is to spiralize, cut them with scissors, toss with some salt and then have them sit in a colander to drain for 25-30min. I then rinse them with water and spin them dry in a salad spinner. Perfect chewy noodles that can be tossed in any sauce of your choosing without the resulting dish be too watery.Enjoy!
Good product that works as expected.
April 16, 2015
I had been wanting a spiralizer for quite a while. I had been using my vegetable peeler to make zucchini noodles, and it worked fairly well, although my noodles were less spaghetti and more wide egg noodle-type ribbons. Although there were amazing reviews for the Paderno, it was not only more expensive but big! I have a teeny kitchen and space is very limited, so after some research and based on customer reviews, I bought the iPerfect Kitchen Envy Spiral Slicer. The good: It works. There are two sides. One is for larger spaghetti type noodles and the other size is for thinner, capellini type noodles. I prefer to use the larger side. Zucchini in super thin strips gets a little stuck and is less likely to come apart into separate noodles. The larger side easily produces long sections of zucchini very quickly. The device is very easy to clean, and it comes with a brush that gets any little pieces that don't want to rinse out. It also comes in a nylon bag that keeps all the parts together as well as protects hands from sharp edges when it's stored in a drawer with other utensils/tools. It's fairly small, smaller than the size of a frozen juice container, and fits nicely into a small kitchen. The less good: Although it comes with a forked end piece that is supposed to secure the end of your zucchini and assist in pushing the zucchini through the slicers, it really doesn't work so well. In fact, the end piece just kind of shreds the end of the zucchini and then doesn't grip it well enough to turn the zucchini to slice it. I turn the zucchini by hand and it works just fine. In addition, there is no way (even if the end piece worked better) to move the entire zucchini through the slicer. So, no matter what the length of the zucchini, about 1 1/2 inches is left over. When you're buying organic zucchini, as I do, it's painful to have an inch and a half go to waste on each zucchini. I could get the vegetable peeler out and finish it off, but by then, there's little to grip and I'm dirtying two tools instead of one.Bottom line: It is a good product that works as expected. I have not tried it on other vegetables and don't plan to get that fancy. I would recommend this product but I'd provide some "just so you knows"... I am curious about whether other like-products leave less wasted zucchini, but I'm not so disappointed that I'm going to send this one back.
Pretty neat gadget
April 3, 2015
This gadget has very sharp blades. I was surprised how easily they cut through squash and zucchini. It's really only good for hard cylindrical vegetables. It is also OK to put in the dishwasher, which is great. Even though the blades are sharp and vegetables easily turn to spaghetti, it seems to require a decent amount of twisting the vegetable. I think a turning handle (like on an apple peeler) would have been better. Also, there isn't anything to protect your hands from the blades. Overall, I think this is a good product.
Good Product & If you like being pestered for reviews - purchase here!
October 22, 2014
This product is good, does what it's intended to do, make very long thin strands out of a vegetable, e.g. zucchini, carrot etc.Just imagine a pencil sharpener for veggies and you'll be on the right track. It comes with - a 'cap' to hold the veggies in place - two ends into which the veggies can be inserted, giving a choice of either thin or slightly thicker strips - a little brush for cleaningThe to the pencil sharpener' which is supposed to make the process simpler, has prongs in it which are meant to hold the vegetable, but I found that which ever vegetable I tried it with, it didn't grasp well and the whole process was easy enough without using it (including something less to wash up).The brush worked great to clean out any tiny bits of veggie which may have got caught in the veggie sharpener, thus saving fingers from getting cut.The product seems sturdy enough for the purpose for which it was purchased. It missed the 5 star mark due to the sellers rude approach.I'm not too impressed with the company that sold it however - it felt as if I were purchasing something off of eBay and being badgered to write reviews again and again and again. They only finally left me alone when I said I would mention this on my review as it felt totally inappropriate that I was being pestered inappropriately about my purchase.Again, I like the product, but it was not worth the hassle that the seller created. This was the first time in my many years for Amazon purchases that I've had such a bad experience.

It does the job
April 5, 2017
I was looking for a spiralizer for zucchini that wasn't too pricey or bulky/big to store. This met all of those requirements. There are blade two sizes to choose from from different sized noodles which is nice. I easily store this in one of my kitchen drawers and clean up is easily with the brush that's included. However, the material/plastic looks cheap and the metal part where the device is held from has scrapes. I also don't like how a nice sized chunk is left over unable to be spiraled due to the pencil sharpener like technique. Since I don't want to waste the remaining part of my vegetable, I end up chopping it into small pieces. The 'lid' that's supposed to help with this does not work. I haven't tried the peeler that's included but it also looks like it's made with cheap plastic. Overall, I am happy with the product as it is doing its intended purpose.
It spiralizes the veggies just fine but the plastic end that is supposed to help ...
August 27, 2016
It's ok. It spiralizes the veggies just fine but the plastic end that is supposed to help you use more of the veggie just ripped through my zuc and my carrot. So that means about a 1/4 of each veggie doesn't get spiralized. You're left with the decision to cut it up and use it which defeats the purpose of using the thing or toss out perfectly good food. Also, if your veggie doesn't fit in the opening forget it. You can't spiralize it. On the plus side, its small. I'll use it some but overall not as much as I would like to.
The twist top that you are suppose use on the vegetable to help twist it into the peeler is terrible and counterproductive
May 4, 2016
Gets the job done. The twist top that you are suppose use on the vegetable to help twist it into the peeler is terrible and counterproductive. I don't use it. BUT if you don't, be careful not to cut your finger as the peeling blades come up rather high. I got a good nasty cut.
Don't order if you have CTS
November 16, 2015
This thing is not bad. You get a what you pay for. Just a bit a warning for those of you with carpel tunnel... don't order this. I have a mild case of CTS and did not take this into account. A couple cranks of the cucumber and then ouch! I've only used it a few times, so I don't know how well this thing will hold up. I had to laugh when I received it. I went looking for the recipe book and I found it in the box. Wear your reading glasses too.
like people, not all zucchini is straight - or ...
October 21, 2015
Meh. It's not everything I thought it would be. You need to have REALLY STRAIGHT zucchini to have a lot of success with this. And it needs to be just the right size. And, like people, not all zucchini is straight - or perfectly sized.

August 21, 2015
i wanted to try out squash as a pasta without plunking down a ton of cash for a spiralizer. this let me do exactly that. what i liked about the spiralized was it has two spiral sizes and i was able to to test out what i liked the recipes. what i didn't like about the spiralizer was that it is hard to clean, and when you are about 2/3 of the way through spiralizing your squash, your fingertips start to get "clipped" by the spiral blades. I tried the little squash grip to push it all the way in, but it never really worked for me. the more expensive ones may fix these problems, but i only use it occasionally, if i used it more, i would purchase a different one.

Good in theory, execution not perfect
July 16, 2017
I really like the idea of making veggie noodles, especially helpful for my gluten-free diet. The main drawback for me is that when processing a vegetable through the gadget, for example, a zucchini, when the "noodles" come out of the holes, I'm still left with a cylindrical core of zucchini that comes through the center and doesn't get spiralized. So I either have to slice it into long thin strands myself, or use in some other way (definitely not going to throw out good food!). I follow the simple instructions for the gizmo, so either I'm doing something wrong, or it just has an annoying characteristic.
It's nice (although awkward for lefties), but I DID NOT receive everything promised!
November 19, 2015
This spiralizer is nice, it DID come with the storage pouch and peeler (which works nicely as well, but best on thin-skinned veggies), however I DID NOT receive a cleaning brush, nor have I received a single ebook or digital guidebook as clearly listed. To the seller: YES, I have checked all of my e-mail folders it could have been sent to.Listed as included when I purchased:"...the Complete Spiralizer Bundle: The iPerfect Kitchen Spiralizer + Ceramic Peeler + Flexible Cleaning Brush + Storage/Protective Bag + Manual Visual Guide + Spiral Slicer Recipes Ebook + Healthy Fitness Digital Guidebook - Limited Stock! These Ebooks will be sent to you by several emails follow up..."The ONLY "e-mail follow up" I have received is asking for a product review. Those notes aside, as I stated this spiralizer is nice and it does the job of making tasty veggie noodles, but it does have its flaws. The "cap" is essentially useless as others have stated. There's only one cap even though there are two openings (personal opinion, each opening should have a cap), and it does not even fit properly onto the end (no snapping in place or even a snug or level fit). It does absolutely no good for assisting in holding the vegetables when you're nearing their end, and it's pretty much unnecessary. The design of this spiralizer is "rightie-centric", meaning if you are left handed (like me) this will be rather awkward to use. Because of the design you practically HAVE to use your right hand to turn the veggies in order to get good cuts. If you try using it left handed the angle of the blades and direction of veg coming out will cause your "spirals" to break frequently. Attempting left handed usage first thing with an english cucumber I ended up with a pile of sloppy, watery pieces of cucumber versus nice long spirals. Switching to right handed, the pieces seemed less watery, thicker and definitely longer spirals. I'm better at using right handed gadgets than most other lefties I know, but that doesn't remove the awkward factor of this tool. I can, however, cope and continue using it awkwardly to get proper spirals. Lol.If you are arthritic or have other hand and/or wrist injuries or issues, this spiralizer may not be for you. Usage requires a firm grip on the spiralizer itself along with a firm grip and steady pushing pressure on the veg, all while performing a continuous and repetitive twisting motion that can wear on you quickly. I would say with arthritic hands or injuries, go for a crank style spiralizer. All in all, I will keep it and will keep using it because I like making the "veggie noodles", but I will definitely be contacting the seller about the lack of compliance with their own promises. This product would easily have a higher star rating if I had received everything that was supposed to be included.
Moderately successful
September 6, 2015
I've tried this spiral slicer on cucumber and carrots so far, and was far more successful with the cucumber. This contraption works like a pencil sharpener--there are blades of different width on either end so you can get slightly different size "noodles" depending on which you choose. I felt like the opening was a bit wide for the carrots so it was difficult to get much of the carrot in contact with the blade. Also, the center part of the carrot comes out the other end so there is quite a bit of waste. Also, the blades are very sharp and I did cut my finger when I reached in to poke out a bit of carrot that was stuck in the bottom--I definitely recommend using the brush for that! However it did work quite well for the cucumber and I would expect for zucchini as well. My unit came in a slightly crumpled box, but did include a storage bag, cleaning brush, and vegetable peeler, and I have received emails from the seller with links to recipes and offers of assistance if needed, so I feel that this inexpensive product is a good value if you only occasionally want spiral vegetables.
OK but Just OK
August 6, 2015
I like how this slicer turns zucchini into lovely spirals. I did, however, find it a little hard to use and clean. The width of the opening requires that the vegetables be at least halved or quartered unless you are using "baby" or very small vegetables. Also, you need to use the end cover as a holder to safely push the zucchini into the slicer but you cannot get all of the vegetable pushed inside and sliced so you end up with unsliced pieces. The blade is very sharp so you must use the brush to clean it. This works ok, but the brush bristles are soft and tiny and do not always remove all the vegetable pieces without a lot of effort. A large baby bottle brush works much better for me. I would have loved this product if it came like my apple-peeler-corer and worked with a handle crank that requires less effort (I have arthritis) and was easier to clean. I will still use it because it is a fun novelty to have when trying to use up all those zucchinis!!
works like it says BUT .....
April 15, 2015
I have used this twice now, with zucchini, and I got nice spirals and nothing looked pulverized coming out of the cutter. The teeth on mine are still in tact so that's a good thing. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because once you get to a certain point you have to use the little cap with the sharp plastic needle to twist the rest of your veggie (unless you want to spiralize your fingers). That cap tore the back end of the zucchini up and made it impossible to turn it because the back looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out. Since the cap and hands don't work, you end up wasting a lot of extra veggie. Also the core is really difficult to dislodge when it's time to clean. Side note: I did get the cleaning brush and ebook, those were nice.I think that I am gong to splurge for the Paderno though, at least I'll be able to use the whole vegetable and not shred my fingers up.
not a bad product, safety thing not so effective however
March 19, 2015
Product arrived within a more than reasonable time from purchase. I used it to slice zucchini, summer squash and carrots for a lighter side with fish for dinner. One thing I did notice however is that the center of the vegetable tends to be wasted. Perhaps I'm not doing it quite right, but the slicer shreds the sides just fine, but after a few inches I realized I had the long, stripped cores feeding out through the other side. Not such a bad thing, I chopped it up and added it, but I hadn't quite expected it. Holding it was a little awkward for me, but I don't have very large hands anyway so I had a bit of trouble finding a comfortable grip. When the veggies were near the end, I attempted to use the provided guard to continue slicing, but the teeth on it didn't hold onto the vegetable and instead chewed it up from that side (and I may have poked myself on the pin I hadn't seen... oops ). The vegetables were getting caught when they were getting near the ends so the centers that were escaping through the other side worked to push it out. I should have used the provided bottle brush to push it out I suppose, got a couple minor cuts. However, I must mention that it is due to my own stupidity that it happened, so please just be careful unsticking your veggies! All in all, not a horrible product, I will probably use it a few more times but I won't lie, I might invest in another one someday. This is a great starter one to learn how to use a similar product and to discover new recipes.

To small. Didn’t use it once with small enough Zuch.
Peeler is great. Spiral slicer not so much
September 16, 2017
Peeler is great. Spiral slicer not so much, what ever you use has to fit in tight so you can't make any thing with carrots , squash has to be cut to fit properly . I don't mind doing it by hand, but it's a lot of extra work to get results you can use. Also difficult to clean. But it stores nicely, if that matters.
Not a Good Product for Me
June 10, 2017
I had a hard time using this. Maybe my hands aren't strong enough, or I'm not doing it right. Also, I cut myself on it. I am amazed at all the positive reviews. I used it on zucchini, cucumber and carrot. I couldn't get the carrot through it at all. The zucchini was okay, but the cucumber was watery. If the seller has advice for me, I would appreciate it.
Just ok
December 9, 2016
This is ok for zucchini. Doing sweet potatoes is hard with this. Also, The vegetable has to be perfect size to use this. Most of the garden zucchini I had would not fit. It served its purpose but I will look for something made a little better to do the harder vegetables.
Watch your fingers!!
October 24, 2016
Pro:•it makes zucchini noodlesCons:•This thing manages to shred about 3/4 of a medium sized zucchini. The last 1/4 won't shred unless you get your hand caught (which I did).•It'll cut immediately so be careful!•It comes with what I assumed was a veggie holder so you don't have to push the veggie in all the way with your hand but it's plastic and the grippers don't hold well so it's rendered uselessI'll be buying a table top one. These handheld ones are just dangerous! And wasteful. (I just ended up munching on the ends that wouldn't shred but I'd rather not have to buy an extra zucchini to get the right amount of noodles)
Disappointed
July 14, 2016
I was supper excited to get this!! Unfortunately, that only lasted until I used it. It does make pasta slices out of zucchini but it is slow, awkward and wasted a lot of food. The end twist cap is a joke...only twists in the veggies and is useless which caused me to nick my fingers. Also, the recipe book is not much bigger than a credit card. Have a feeling that people who get this for free may tend to rate higher than it should be.

Thats about the only thing that it has been good for. I used this product a few times
August 25, 2016
I went back and forth between the hand held spiralizer and the crank styled. I went with the hand held because i though with the size it would be easier to store. Thats about the only thing that it has been good for. I used this product a few times, each time realizing that it just isn't going to be as easy as using a crank. Its hard to grip the veggie and hand crank at the same time, and once you get to the near end of the vegetable there is no use attempting to keep pushing it through with out risk of cutting your fingers. I wouldn't buy it again.
Don't Like This Model
February 1, 2016
I bought this model based on that it was listed as a best seller and the number of positive reviews. I haven't had a good experience with this device. The twisting action is difficult with most of the veggies snapping off. The spiked top isn't effective at grabbing the veggies as it is shown. In its place I've substituted a fork. There is a choice of two different sized holes. I tried the smaller with both sweet potatoes and zucchini and found it too hard to turn either veggies. The reviews state the ease of washing, which again I haven't found to be true. The spiral brush is too soft and is useless. I use a stiff bristle brush to clean the pulp from the teeth. If I find that I want to use this often, I'll buy a better one. I believe this is a best seller because of the price. I give this product a poor review when informing friends about the product and instead steer them towards something more expensive but one that in the long run will be a better value.
Design could be optimized for using more of the vegetable
November 14, 2015
I bought this based on all of the positive reviews. But my experience has not been as positive. I suppose if you were only using with a thick zucchini it might be fine, but i bought this to use with other vegetables. My experience with a sweet potato was ok - as long as you presume you will not need the last inch or so of the potato. This rules out smaller potatoes. The top is marketed to grip the vegetable so that you do not need to use your hands and risk getting cut as it gets closer to the end. i found that the top just tears into the potato when i twisted, rather than facilitating the movement of the vegetable. My second vegetable attempt was a beet. But since the beet was a lot smaller than the potato (both in height and width) this was even more challenging. once again the top just tore into the beet, rather than helping turn it. I onlyy managed to use half of the beet while keeping it on an angle, pushing it by hand against the blades. Luckily i did not cut myself, but it was a risk.I'm not sure if all the hand held models are designed like this one, but the design is poor. The top should have a more cone like shape to facilitate using more of the vegetable, and i think the blades need to be sharper.I may wind up getting a table top version because this one just makes too much waste of my vegetables.UPDATE: After 3 uses, the blade is no more efficiently cutting anything, despite cleaning the spiralizer right after each use. I will attempt to return this, since it is no longer usable.
It did not live up to the hype.

t does part of the job, but there was a lot of left over vegetable and there was a lot of clogging/post separation of noodles. The first time I used this slicer, I worked on a zucchini. After spinning 3/4 of the way down, I tried to use the lid to finish off remaining vegetable. Yeah, that did not work out so well. The lid just kept on burrowing a hole in the end of the zucchini and pushing the vegetable through. I had to pull out the remainder (which was a huge pain) and julienne the rest by hand. I know the idea of long veg noodles are cool, but I had better luck with a hand held julienne peeler. If I had a choice. I would not have purchased this product. On a side note: the e-cookbook they send you has some pretty good recipes in it. There are some bad (more like "giving you a heads up") points about the book itself. 1) You will see references for Blades B, C, and D in the text. Since I did not know until later that iPerfect has tri-blade stand model, I was racking my head on how I was supposed to fit a whole fennel bulb in that tiny little whole. 2) Unfortunately, over half of the "cookbook" is just a over-sized font document about "the wonders of paleo". Really Queen....???? Yeah, that was a waste of printer ink.....My bad for not reading the entire document before I hit print.. So, if you like the printed word, scan through and save yourself some ink.
Disappointing
September 27, 2015
I'm pretty disappointed with this spiralizer. For one thing, it's so small that you basically have to use baby zucchinis, otherwise they simply don't fit in the spiralizer. I tried using carrots, thinking they're small and would absolutely fit, but it basically annihilated it into shreds (not sure why). Anyway, the other major downside to the spiralizer is that once you get to the last inch or so of whatever vegetable you're using, even using the cap thing that they give you doesn't reach to spiralize that remaining inch, so I was left with a lot of perfectly edible zucchini chunks that I couldn't spiralize.Long story short, this product works if you have tiny (but soft, not carrot-texture) vegetables, but I wouldn't buy it again.
Maybe it works for some people not for me.
March 30, 2015
I don't like it myself, first when I read the description it says PERFECT FOR CARROTS, ZUCCHINI, CUCUMBER, TURNIPS & SWEET POTATOES. I tried first with the ZUCCHINI, U!! nice it was coming out in a nice Spiral, but it stop by the middle of the zucchini! Ok no big deal I said, it could be that it goes better with a more hard vegetable, like carrot, I tried that, I could not even make it turn, potato, no deal, and my favorite at least SWEET POTATOES not at all, and the little brush did not work for me and because the pieces of veggies get stuck in the SHARP JULIENNE BLADES then I had to clean this thing I tried to grab the little pieces of vegies and I cut my thumb, so sorry I want my money back, maybe it works for some people not for me.

Hazardous -CUT MY FINGER TWICE
September 7, 2017
This is potentially hazardous device. I cut my finger on the end of the blades which sticks out on both sides.
Disappointed. Would not recommend.
July 15, 2017
I bought this product with high expectation only to use it maybe 4-5 times tops for zucchini and summer squash. The product seems to already be rusted and impossible to clean even though every time I've washed it by hand and used the included cleaning brush right away after using it (rather than leaving it so sit in the dishwasher). The product is extremely wasteful as well. The last time I used it I weighed the two summer squash prior to using it and they weighed 410g. These two summer squash ended up yielding 200g combined, meaning essentially half of each summer squash were wasted. Then to make matters worse the end piece of the machine that you're supposed to attach to help spiralize the ends of the vegetable when it gets too short to do by hand does absolutely nothing except have black pieces of plastic falling off of it and all on to the vegetable making it useless unless if you want to either pick the pieces of plastic off or have plastic in your food. To summarize this product is wasteful, ineffective, and certainly not something I would recommend to friends or family.
Spend be extra money for something that will save your effort and time!
May 28, 2017
Very easy to slice your fingers. Top does not hold on to veggies as advertised. It just slices through veggie. Lots of left over waste (unless you opt in for hand slcinging the rest as I did). Can get very messy, takes more time it's worth. Should just spend the extra $10 bucks for an eletric spiralizer or one that has a better handle. Don't waste your money!

Not the same product in package as pictured! NUTRO changed products apparently...this new product is much chunkier (larger pieces) - very disappointed. Won't order again

Junk. Save your money, unless you want a fairly decent vegetable peeler.
February 11, 2016
This was the biggest waste of money. The blades weren't sharp and there was no spiral anything coming out of it. I tried it with zucchini, potato, and carrots. The carrots snapped. What passed through the blades was more like shreds. The zucchini and potato stayed in-tact, but also shredded. I have a cheese grater that is much easier to use and produces better looking results. The vegetable peeler that came with it was decent. That was the only good thing about this product.
Disappointing! Great idea but this is not the way to do it.
June 30, 2015
Overall very disappointing! There is no good way to grip a carrot and twist the slicer to get the desired shredded carrot. It is too hard to grip a carrot and too difficult for a senior like me to get the strength in the wrist to twist the slicer. Gripping is so difficult only a portion of a whole carrot can be shredded before there is not enough left to get a grip on it. A lot to pay for such a poorly conceived and poorly made item. At best it is a novelty you might use once or twice then put it away in the back of a drawer.Although the idea is great for salads and wok cooking this unit is not the way to do it. At least not for a senior.
Worst product EVER
January 3, 2015
Worst product EVER! I got the slicer and tried it on a zuccuni first, half of the teeth off the blade came off. I am so glad I noticed and didn't end up eating those little pieces of metal in my food. I threw it out. What a disappointment.
Very disappointed.
December 20, 2014
The first time I used this on a zucchini, I noticed one of the tiny, sharp little teeth had come off. I did not chance eating the bowl of zucchini strings I had just made, because I did not want to find that sharp piece of metal the hard way. I emptied the bowl's contents into the trash and I have never used this slicer again. Very disappointed.
Messy and wasteful
September 1, 2014
I ordered this based on a lot of good reviews but it really did not work very well at all. It made a huge mess and wasted quite a bit of the zucchini I was trying to use.
Waste of my money

Well I opened up the box used this once and the edges inside came out. I was very disappointed in this product.
