That one had been dropped countless times and on many different surfaces, accidentally kicked across gravel and pavement, spilt on (not submerged), and FINALLY the only damage sustained was a cracked screen on the last drop. All my friends/family who are Windows phone nay-sayers have had to replace their phones multiple times because they just don't hold up, or have to spend a lot on high end covers/cases. No need here! So when my 920 broke I knew the only answer was to replace it with another. I LOVE my phone. The size, weight, all the Windows 8.1 features which connect to my other devices..... I'm a happy camper 😊 A Good PhoneJuly 26, 2013 This is our first smart phone and was chosen for the long battery life. (We live in a rather rural area, so that is important.) So far we have been pleased with the ease of operating the phone with the Windows 8 technology and have had no problems. Great phone in overall, but poor battery lifeAugust 5, 2013 I've being using this phone for over a month, and I can say is a great device, really solid build, great camera, and lots of good features, no doubt Nokia still knows how to make good phones despite their current situation. Only complain I have is battery life, I have to charge it daily, since apps like whatsapp and connecting to wifi really consumes pretty fast the battery, so a charge only lasts around 1 day and 2 hours, but or course, seems to be the tendency of smartphones now to have shorter battery life due to all apps , social network apps , etc that need connectivity all the time, I hope this improves in the future with new battery technologies.In overall, recommended phone, but make sure to carry your car and/or outlet charging cable with you as well. | | | | |

Please understand, the phone you get will be the AT&T 925. Also, please note: one customer answered question was "Does this phone support WiFi calling?" Someone answered yes. This is false. This model does not have built in WiFi calling.That said, I had this phone a couple years ago. It was fantastic. Be aware though, that these phones have been sitting on a shelf for a long time. The battery only lasts a couple hours, even though you've turned off programs running in the background.Buyer beware. It is solely an AT&T phone. It updated itself and then it went haywire, un-useable!!! It doesn't matter if the phone is unlocked or not. I worked only two days! Horrible headache. One StarNovember 20, 2015 This is old stock, No manufacturer warranty provided Bad experience!!!!October 23, 2013 After 15 days of run, the phone had a malfunction on the touch screen and after it lock completely. I Reported the event to Amazon by email and the call center. After some days the supplier said that was covered under a limited warranty that did not cover the phone for a matter of time. He also received the backing of Amazon in this matter by sending documents with small print with some details of the warranty. Then i conctacted Nokia USA because Amazon recomended it, as this is the country where i bought the phone . Nokia USA verified that the code IMEI was not of phones sold in the U.S. and therefore is out of warranty , can you believe this? . Place a claim on this issue on Amazon. This means that the equipment be legitimately acquired through Amazon was a scam and none of the companies like Amazon and PVCS gave me and effective response to solve the problem. You must to considerate that i bought a high-standart cell phone, expensive and now is useless . The phone does not have 15 days of use and no more than 40 days it was purchased brand new.For this reason my rating is negative and i dont recommend this company to purchase equipments and in the case of Amazon 's, the policy of protect their customers against this type of situations it affects the credibility of the company.regards | | | | |
