This is quality and reliable phone at a low price.
March 25, 2016
I own a Samsung Galaxy, which is supposed to be more advanced, but I find my Windows Lumina phone much more reliable, easier to use and has not ever crashed on me, unlike my Samsung phone. The app screen is incredibly easy to use and very friendly. The battery has proved to be also of good quality and has not shown signs of weakening over the last 1.5 years. I am very surprised of the quality of this phone and its low price. The only down side in my view is that it does not have a flash, but it still takes good in poor lighting.
good camera, lots of apps already on
January 29, 2016
yes, yes, this phone more than met all expectations I had recently gotten windows 10 on computer so I just fell right in with this. the phone is not a lot larger than my last Trac phone so the handling was no adjustment. I got the case for it with the stand so that is another plus. all in all so far I have no complaints, good camera , lots of apps already on , I am very satisfied (for now). on to the next thing but not too soon. Oh, the price was a plus also.
Best Inexpensive Smart Phone You Can Buy
October 16, 2015
The Nokia 635 is the perfect smart phone, and the price is certainly right. Not too large. Fits easily in my purse or pocket. Very user friendly. Love Windows software. Tons of apps. Great camera (although it doesn't have a "selfie" camera). This phone IS compatible with AT&T data software, It is 4G LTE with WI-FI and Data. Also will work in Europe and other foreign countries.
Loving this phone!
October 12, 2015
Moving from Android to the Windows Phone was really a good choice for me as far as form and function go. It synced beautifully with my Microsoft accounts and social media sites like Facebook. The Nokia Music Mixes are fantastic, and I love some of the other little perks that came with this reasonably priced mobile device as well. I bought these phones factory unlocked and went with StraightTalk, with absolutely no problems getting the Internet and MMS APNs set right. The thing is really fast on the 4G LTE plan at StraightTalk and bounces off the AT&T towers, so I have really good reception everywhere. I also ordered a couple of the different colored shells at a reasonable price off Amazon and the phones are quite attractive with the original white shells, but even snazzier with the blue and green ones we ordered. I saw some negative comments about the screen size and the number of pixels/brightness of the screen, but honestly, I find the images sharp and the size is just right for my use.

Bought this unlocked Windows phone for my son for a trip to Hong Kong and it worked perfectly when I installed a local pre-paid SIM card (from CSL) that I bought at the Hong Kong airport upon our arrival. I also plan to use it with a T-Mobile pre-paid SIM card in the USA.
Amazon is the best Choice for Nokia 635
July 13, 2015
I absolutely love my Nokia Windows 635,I can text faster, the screen is bigger so the internet is much more pleasurable, last but not least Amazon shipped it to me earlier that expected.. Two days earlier to be exact!!I love it!! This is my second time purchasing the 635, and its much cheaper on Amazon than it was in Walmart.. It was $120 dollars here it was $67 dollars!!

Would recommend for more space on your phone and/or for compatibility between mac and android.
July 24, 2016
This is awesome for it's purpose! I used to have a repetitive warning on my phone (a sony xperia z1 compact) saying that I had to transfer my content to an SD card, but I didn't know where to buy one, especially a micro SD. So I would always have to transfer it to my computer, but sadly I have a mac, and, as we all know, mac and android aren't very compatible, so I had to connect my phone to the computer and use a 3rd party program to be able to access the content of my phone.Anyways, it was super annoying, but now, all I need to do is click on transfer to SD card when my phone is getting full, and if I want to transfer to my computer, I just need to use the micro SD card adapter and plug it into my computer and voilà! Transfering takes half the time it used to.Also, I've bought two of them just in case, but I've only been using one since at least 3 months ago and didn't even need to empty it, even though I've been travelling a lot and taking a lot of pictures! I would definitly recommend this product if you need more space on your phone and/or have the same transfering problems as me.I hope my review was useful to you!
As advertised
February 12, 2016
Came fast, works great, didn't have a memory error. Kingston is so quality I even spilled soda on the adapter, took it apart to clean, and was able to snap it right back together. The reason this is noteworthy is because if Kingston used cheaper plastic (A penny of difference, which separates trash from quality IMO) then it would of broke while I tried to open it up in the first place, let alone allow for the friction of snapping it back together without breaking the infinitesimally small latches.I just felt like that was worth pointing out, because it shows quality & thought in manufacturing - the kind of which is scarce nowadays.
Well built card that lasts!
January 30, 2016
I was in search of a nice micro-SD card for my new phone. I can’t stand only having 8GB of memory. I purchased the 16GB Micro SD card and it is amazing. It fits perfectly inside my phone and does exactly what I need it to do.The micro SD card comes with an adapter to turn it into a full-sized SDHC card. This fits perfectly into my laptop and makes transferring music and pictures super easy.I am always weary when buying SD cards because I have had ones that stopped working randomly. I really liked the features that this card had and was excited to try this out. The card claims to be water proof. I love this feature. If I keep everything on my phone on the SD card, even if I drop my phone in water, all my stuff is still saved. I don’t have to worry about dropping my phone and ruining the SD card with the SD card being shock and vibration proof. This SD card seems to be very well built, and definitely worth every penny. After a month of use, it still works great without any sign of breaking or dying.
Inexpensive 8 gb microSD card with SD adapter, good for music or GPS
November 10, 2013
I purchased this card specifically for use in a Garmin Oregon handheld GPS. It is a class IV, so speed wise it is not a blazing fast performer, and is probably best for "static" data applications like storing MP3 music in a media player or cell phone, or maps in a GPS (which is what I bought it for). By "static", I mean applications where the device is mostly only reading data and not writing much. This card will also work well in smaller or older digital cameras of 12 megapixels or less, for still photography or VGA video (640 x 480). Class IV cards like this will almost certainly NOT work for high-def video. As a camera card, I would only use Kingston or Transcend cards with caution. I have only experienced a few SD card failures in digital cameras since switching from film to digital in 2003, but both were from Kingston and Transcend cards. I have never had a Sandisk card give me any problems in a camera.Using these lower priced cards for music or GPS mapping data is not going to pose a problem since you have (or should have) the data backed up on your main computer at home. If a card fails, just buy a new one (8 gb cards are dirt cheap) and re-write the data. But a failure of a card in a camera, say on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation, is another matter - you don't want to take any risks with an economy priced memory card when the same sized Sandisk card is probably only a couple dollars more.SUMMARY: A budget priced 8gb class 4 micro-SD card with an adapter, so you can use it in almost any device that takes either Micro or Regular SD cards. Works well for read-only applications like music or GPS mapping where you only write the data to the card once, but use with caution in digital cameras, especially for critical photography where a card failure would be a major calamity. This card is NOT SUITABLE for high def video (resolution more than 640 x 480 at 30 fps). The Amazon Frustration-free packaging is nice: much easier to open than a typical heat sealed blister pack.
Passed all benchmark tests!
November 14, 2011
WARNING! ONLY PURCHASE FLASH MEMORY FROM REPUTABLE ONLINE SELLERS LIKE AMAZON LLC. This card is sold by both Amazon, and multiple other marketplace sellers for cheaper but for a reason. If you try to save a buck and go with a market place seller then you will probably regret it. ALWAYS avoid said "Bulk packing". That is a FAKE product, PERIOD! After visiting the official Kingston website for this card you will see that Amazon is a "preferred online partner" for the sale of this card. That absolutely DOES NOT include marketplace sellers. I can't stress enough the caution required to buy genuine flash memory. So please remember, only buy flash memory sold by AMAZON LLC. You will be able to see who is selling easily. Anyways, onto the review. I bought this for my HTC Flyer. Imediately after opening I ran a benchmark test using CrystalDiskMark and everything came out clear with true class 4 speed (4mb/s) a tested capacity of 7.4GB. I plugged it into my HTC Flyer and have noticed a huge increase in the speed of data transfer. (Upgraded from 2GB class 2) Otherwise I expect this card to perform admirably and I just ask that people be more careful in their online purchases.

Easy to use and affordable
January 2, 2016
I bought this phone to use it in the philippines when we went on a vacation. I was quite hesitant at first that it might reject the simcard we bought in the philippines but surprisingly it worked well and is very easy to use. Im used to using iphone so im kinda new to windows phone but its very user friendly and was able to use its apps with no problem. The pictures are ok unlike the other phones with high resolutions.
A Few Issues..
December 17, 2015
The phone works great. It came unlocked.I only have two issues with it. The first issue is that the headphone jack doesn't always work properly and it's hard to put in.The second issue is with the wi-fi sometimes it connects to my network but other times I need to re enter my password even though it's set to autocorrect. Other than that it's a quite good choice.
Other than that for the price it was a good deal and does everything my more expensive HTC did
December 14, 2015
The phone arrived ahead of schedule, it was as stated an Unlocked phone, which I am now using with my T-Mobile prepaid account. I have never had a windows phone before, so there was a bit of a learning curve. Other than that for the price it was a good deal and does everything my more expensive HTC did. There is no flash with the camera but it still takes good low light photos, I was pretty impressed.
Imperfect but quite good for the price
November 29, 2015
It's not a great phone. It is, however, a great phone for the price. Full LTE speeds on T-Mobile plus hotspot capability is exactly what was advertised, and exactly what I got.It does crash out of memory-intensive apps without explanation fairly often. Other than that, it's pretty good.
Good for an entry level Windows phone/Be Conscious of Seller
September 12, 2015
Nokia Lumia 635 is an okay to good phone for an entry level Windows/Smartphone. This had Windows 8.1 on it and functions well. Allows for basic needs of calling, texting, email, internet, and apps. Only issue is to beware of the seller in the marketplace even if it is fulfilled by Amazon. The listing here mentions "Unlocked GSM 4G LTE" but some sellers just send AT&T GoPhone which are locked to the AT&T network. If the seller sends a genuine UNLOCKED mobile/cellphone then it will work on the 4G LTE networks in the USA. The 4G LTE network in the USA usually is the 1900 band which this phone is capable.Pros on the phoneA. Fast boot upB. Apps are fairly niceC. Feels sturdy in the handsD. Not a gigantic feel like some phonesCons of the PhoneA. Cortana keeps popping up even if you don't want to use it (This depends on your preference)B. Transfer Data from old Nokia phones requires an app, simple bluetooth transfer/sync didn't work with our older Nokia phones.Overall, mostly satisfied for a basic Windows Nokia phone. The main point is beware and conscious of the seller in the marketplace, even if it is "Fulfilled by Amazon". The seller that was fulfilled by Amazon was "Reliable Communication" and it was an AT&T GoPhone not completely unlocked.EDIT: As I continue to monitor feedback on my reviews and the comments I left on seller, I noticed my seller review was deleted. So this confirms my advice about being cautious on who you choose. "Reliable Communication" seller I would steer clear from completely. Very shady seller. Choose a seller who has had good feedback and a long positive history even if "Fulfilled By Amazon" is there. Phone still works good as a basic entry level Windows phone. Nothing more.
Solid Beginner Smartphone
August 25, 2015
A decent phone for the price; this Windows phone seems like a fantastic investment for someone buying their first smartphone. They're cheap, very simple and intuitive to use, relatively durable, and with a beautiful interface. For a more serious smartphone user, though, I'd recommend Android (if you're into apps) or a higher-end Windows device (like the upcoming 940)

Kingston is a good choice
March 12, 2017
I'm not sure if it was the card or my old card data, otherwise I'd drop a 5 star.I used this for my PSP 1000 and transferred my old card to this one. I suddenly noticed I had a huge amount of data gone (on the PSP) from something and couldn't figure out what it was as to I knew exactly what I put on the chip. I also found corrupted data in the PSP game selection screen. I searched and found a few files in the GBA folder with corrupted file names and could not delete them. I had to copy the chip to the computer, format the chip and put the data back on it (twice actually). After that, I've had no problems and it works very well. It's very fast and holds the data I needed it to hold.Thank you.I'll repost if and when it breaks (under light use).
I am so pleased with my purchase
July 27, 2016
I am so pleased with my purchase! The price and reliability of this product is the best on the market. I will buy from this company again when I am in need of an SD card for sure. This is my own opinion of the product and yours may vary. I received no monetary compensation and I am not required to give a good review. I am not associated with the seller in any way. If you look at all my reviews, you will see I do not always leave 5 stars and will point out flaws in a product. Great little memory card
February 15, 2016
Great little memory card, but after using it for a little while in my camera, it started acting up. Amazon sent me a new one and that one has worked perfect. The brand is trusted, so I guess it was just a one time thing.
Fast transferring and great storage limit for a cell phone.
October 21, 2015
I purchased this to replace my 1 gb card in my cell phone. So far it is working wonderfully. As of right now I have 1348 photos and 9 videos on it. And I still have another 3 gb available for storage. I have had zero glitches. Everything transferred over quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend this. The package the product came in was hassle free it was perfect for my needs.
Ellipsis 8 Compatible
March 17, 2015
Was not sure whether this would fit into my Ellipsis 8 Micro SD slot but because the product has a Kingston name on it, I ordered it. Am glad I did. It's fits into the slot and Ellipsis 8 recognized it. On the External SD Card storage settings menu, I have now a total of 29.045 GB available space. This will last me for a long time.Highly recommend this Kingston Digital 32 GB Class 4 micro SDHC flash card for your Ellipsis 8 for more storage for your downloads and apps.
Extra capacity for GPS map update
September 23, 2013
I ordered this flash card to provide additional capacity for my GPS device so I could upgrade my maps. Allow me to digress for a moment... I purchased a lifetime map update for my GPS about 4 years ago. The first couple of updates went off without a hitch, but last year I got an error message informing me I could only update part of the map due to storage limitations. Same thing this year, but much more extreme - I was only going to be able to get a regional map, which was not acceptable. Rather than succumb to the pressure to buy a new device, I purchased this flash card and was able to successfully complete my update. Hopefully this will be sufficient for a few more years. I know more people are using their smartphones for GPS these days, but since I already have the device, and don't want to burn through my data plan, this is a good option.

Paid my own shipping for RMA
August 27, 2017
Kingston honors their warranty but I had to pay my own shipping on RMA - and it is hard to justify paying shipping on cheaper older cards. Sandisk on the other hand paid for RMA shipping when I went through that process with both brands recently. Ultimately a good product so I won't ding too bad on stars but can't give 5 when Sandisk wins the warranty/RMA war. I recommend Sandisk SD cards instead.
and my SanDisk 32 GB microSD card works just fine in my phone
September 9, 2016
This memory card is temperamental. It did not work in my mom's phone, even though I reformatted it to a FAT 32 file per the recommendations of various people in cell phone forums (notably, it came already formatted as FAT 32, but wasn't recognized in her phone, hence why I tried reformatting). I have the exact same phone as my mom, and my SanDisk 32 GB microSD card works just fine in my phone, so I know it's not an issue with the phone. Luckily, I was able to use this in my Lenovo Ideapad 100S (it's like a cross between a chromebook and a Windows laptop. . . it runs Windows, but comes with hardly any on-board memory).
Good inexpensive memory but not for video recording.
August 20, 2016
I wanted to get a low cost memory card for my niece’s camera. All I was think about was price. Unfortunately, I did not consider speed. The memory performs very good for taking picture but when it came to using it for video there were significant delays. If you want a memory card for storage of information, then this card is fine. If you have a video device such as a Gopro then look for a higher performance card. There were no issues with memory corruption and write failures. The cost of memory cards has gotten so low I should have just spent the extra few dollars for a higher performance card. Please let me know if this review was helpful.
The USB-to-SD reader seems to work fine with ordinary SD memory cards
January 26, 2015
I have not been able to get the SD adapter to work. It is not critical to me as I mainly just wanted the microSDHC Flash card to use in a device that uses that type of flash card. However, I was influenced to buy this product because I was under the impression that the SD adapter would allow me to also read and write to the microSDHC card using a USB-to-SD card reader that I already have. But it just hangs up the computer software when I try to read the microSDHC card in the SD adapter using the USB-to-SD reader. I have to yank the card reader out of the computer to un-hang the software, which then just crashes. The USB-to-SD reader seems to work fine with ordinary SD memory cards, but not with this SD adapter. I thought I just got a bad one and arranged for Amazon to replace it, but the new replacement behaves the same way. So, I have resolved that, if the microSDHC card continues to work as it should, I will be okay with this purchase as it really wasn't significantly more expensive than just buying a microSDHC flash card.
This one failed on me.
November 21, 2013
I used this card in a mobile phone for picture storage. This card seemed to work good for awhile then it needed to be re-formatted a few times and I kept losing pictures that I couldn't access to download them. I was continually getting an corruption error on my phone for the card. Finally today it completely stopped working. I've never had this happen with any flash card. My phone had a notification there was no SD card installed and to insert an SD card. I removed and re-inserted the card several times without any recognition from the phone. I took it out of the phone and also tried accessing the card on my desktop several times without recognition either. So it cannot be found and more pictures are lost. I'm sure this card just encountered a rare problem just like any good product, most of them work, but sometimes a couple don't.
Really?!
July 10, 2013
First, the order took forever to go through. Second, they said it was delivered, closed out my order on Amazon and everything, when it hadn't been. I was disappointed to say the least and decided to give it one more day before losing my cool and calling customer service or writing an e-mail to raise unholy hell on these people. It was delivered the next day. So don't panic if this happens to you. Lastly, the biggest pet peeve of mine of this order is that they shipped this TINY little MICRO USB card...in a regular small manila envelope. No packaging, no cushioning, no box, just a flat envelope. So not cool. If it had been stepped on or smashed under another much heavier box, the card would have been destroyed. Those are my reasons for giving them only three stars. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The drive works great, does what I need it to do and is exactly what they said it would be. I'm content with this purchase but probably won't buy from them again. :\

Product is Ok. It doesn't have the front camera. Couple of items to watch out when you order this phone. No. 1 - I ordered black color but received the white color. No. 2 - As you see in the picture it doesn't have any logo on the mobile, but when I received I can see the service providers logo (T-Mobile logo) on the top. So, please watch out for these issues when you order.
Short battery life and deficiency
September 14, 2016
Battery life is short and battery had to be replaced in 4 months. A few months after purchase charging port on phone stopped working. Battery would not charge when phone was plugged in. Used another cord to test: confirmed that it was the phone port and not the cord. I won't recommend this product.

I read a lot of good reviews about Nokia Lumia 635 and just bought one a few days ago from Wireless experts on Amazon but very disappointed as it keeps hanging and the battery doesn't last at all so thinking of returning it- meaning I have to be without a phone for sometime again; which is very upsetting. I like the phone but hate that it keeps hanging and battery doesn't last. Not sure if this is an issue with Nokia Lumia 635 from this particular seller or something peculiar with Nokia Lumia 635 in general.

The service I am using is Consumer Cellular, they supplied the sim cardand assured me that it would be compatible, but the preloaded programs won't allow full use of the phone.

December 7, 2016
I got it and first thing I did was to stick it in my computer to format it and it wouldn't format. Tried all versions of format available in Window 10 both in FAT and NTFS neither would format, tried in the camera that it was going to be used in and it still wouldn't format and again tried to format in the PC it was close to 24 times before I gave up, Oh yeah I checked to lock switch just in case you thought I didn't think of that....... So filled out a return request telling them that it wouldn't format and the email comes to me you know you have to format it to have it work, don't they read why I was sending it back????? I'll look for a different card to buy.
Too slow for a smartphone.
July 1, 2016
I ordered this from Amazon LLC, so it is NOT a counterfeit. It is however too slow for use in a smartphone. When I first installed it on my phone, I got the message that it was too slow. If you load apps onto the SD as I did, they will take FOREVER to load. Skype and Facebook for example: my phone (Android) kept asking me if I wanted to continue to wait! So, I did some investigation and found that this is a "class 4" SD card. You need a class 10, which is much faster. A class 4 transfers data at minimum of 4mb/sec. A class 10 works at a minimum of 10mb/sec. If you get a premium MicroSD like Sandisk or Transcend, they will transfer at 95mb/sec! So lesson learned. I now use the Kingston just as a backup SD on my laptop, and I ordered a class 10 Transcend.
Experiencing errors using 8GB cards on raspberry pi
April 15, 2016
UPDATE:The batch of cards I received on January, 2016 have been experiencing issues. One card failed after 4 and a half months and was replaced. The next card failed in about two weeks. I replaced it with a fresh unused card, and it failed in three days.[237493.729272] mmc0: Timeout waiting for hardware interrupt.[237493.729502] mmcblk0: error -110 transferring data, sector 122880, nr 8, cmd response 0x900, card status 0xc00[237493.729664] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 122880[237493.729687] Buffer I/O error on dev mmcblk0p2, logical block 0, lost sync page writePreviously I had been using these cards without issue, and I don't think anything in my configuration has changed. Space utilization of the last card was about 47% when it failed after 3 days of use. I verified that there was not much data being written to the card, just a few log files when cron jobs and such ran. Nevertheless, I've taken the step of adding the following lines to /etc/fstab, to mount directories that are commonly written to by the linux OS as tmpfs. This was a suggestion I found on zdnet:# add to /etc/fstabtmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults,noatime,nosuid,size=100m 0 0tmpfs /var/tmp tmpfs defaults,noatime,nosuid,size=30m 0 0tmpfs /var/log tmpfs defaults,noatime,nosuid,mode=0755,size=100m 0 0tmpfs /var/run tmpfs defaults,noatime,nosuid,mode=0755,size=2m 0 0This has eliminated the periodic writes due to log files and such. I will update this review if I see continued issues with these cards.original review:I am using these micro-SD cards for raspberry pi projects. The cards have been working fine. Each card comes with a micro-SD to SD adapter, which I really don't need anymore as I seem to have accumulated a pile of them from previous card purchases. I've had absolutely no problem with these cards. 8 GB is more than enough space for the typical raspberry pi. I've had the cards long enough to have them in constant operation in several pi projects for several months and there have been no errors
Memory is not as advertised
March 29, 2016
I purchased two of these for my two smart phones with the primary intent of using it for pictures and videos. Upon mounting tge card, I went right to the settings if my phone to see how many gigs were available and to my dismay, it reflected 27.5 gigs available. That means that 4.5 gigs of memory is taken by the formatted data in the drive. I thought when I bought it I would get 32 gigs available not 27.5. Luckily I got it for really cheap otherwise H probably would have returned it. When a company advertises 32 gigs of memory, the customer purchasing thibks they are getting that. There needs to be a disclaimer stating you are paying fir 32 gigs but will only get 27.5 to actually use. That seems to me to ve false advertisement. I believe Apple is being taken to court by a group of people for that very issue.
Didn't work
October 11, 2014
Mine didn't work. Been a while since I bought it so I didn't realize right away. I bought it use in a phone, but it wouldn't read it. I put it in the adapter and tried on the computer. Wouldn't read there either.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I didn't bother to contact the seller since it's been so long and who knows, they may have replaced it. I bought a different one at a local store because I needed it quickly at that point.
DEAD AFTER ONLY 1-YEAR
August 17, 2013
Update: I contacted Kingston regarding the issues below. They immediately opened a case number, asked me to email a copy of my Amazon receipt showing Amazon was the seller & then mail them back the card and adapter. It cost approx $3 to mail from Northern Ca to Southern Ca (incl 55cents for a bubble envelope). The entire process from return to receiving replacement took about 3wks and was detailed online. They never mentioned anything about needing to verify authenticity of the card as it was an Amazon purchase (NOT a "fulfilled by Amazon" and sold by someone else) and Amazon is one of their retailers. The people at Kingston were really nice & the warranty is lifetime for the original owner so I added 1-star, but the fact this thing died in a year still means I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: I originally gave this a 4-star but after 1yr in my Samsung S4 for only camera photos & music (any internet downloads or screenshots stayed separated on the phone's hard drive bc I'm leary of viruses) this card started freezing when trying to open photos, program started crashing when trying to load photos from the card, and one day it started saying "card not detected." I'd take out, and reload and it worked for a little while then after a week. NOTHING. Screen flashed "no SD card detected." Tried loading it in my computer to reformat but it doesn't detect the card either. It died after 1yr, 70photos, and 20songs. I think it actually died on its "birthday." *smh* At least I had the common sense to back up my card and it happened before the 3 weddings and a vacation I have this summer. =/ This was a 32g ordered direct from Amazon.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Arrived quickly & in the same packaging you'd get in the stores but at a much lower price. I didnt call kingston to verify its authenticity, but I didn't feel I needed to. Both my samsung gs4 & my macbook pro recognized the unit immediately and the 32g (approx 29 useable) made me hate the s4 less..man I miss my iphone. Anyway, there isn't much else to say about it, its an sd, ive never "loved" an sd, maybe this review will change after ive had it a yr or two if nothing goes wrong. I bought direct from Amazon and had it about 3 months.

The worse phone ever
May 10, 2017
This phone is the worse ever. The battery drains within less an hour; you need to connect the phone to the power all the time. Unfortunately, I sent it to my sister as a gist and it was very embarrassing to send her such gift. Otherwise I should have returned it.

Request a phone unlocked as indicated in the publication, but both got blocked. One was only I could release but the other did the impossible to do so and to spend almost the same amount of money to release it, I could not. I really lets this because when I found out because I could not unlock, AT & T indicated that the IMEI had been reported. So as you can not sell a phone like this.
it comes locked... it's a waste of money

DO NOT BUY !!
December 8, 2015
Not only did this SD card fail to meet the standard operating procedures of any other SD card I've ever owner, but it also came fully equipped with spyware/malware and/or a virus. The only thing that changed in aspect to my cellphone was the insertion of this memory card. Less than one day upon using, my Android Galaxy informed me that my phone was being attacked and my information may have been accessed by a third party without my consent. I immediately had to factory reset my phone, change all my passwords, lose my files/pictures/videos/etc. that were previously saved to my device, etc. VERY FRUSTRATING AND UNNECESSARY!DO NOT BUY !!
Beware lifetime warranty.

The device worked reliably for 16 months. However a couple of weeks ago it stopped working. When I did the RMA, Kingston would only do so after I returned the card to them first.I went through the RMA procedure on the phone with them, but it wasn't made clear to me that I had to return their defective unit first.I know that Kingston is a reputable company, but in previous dealings with Kingston where I was expected to return something, I never got the replacement once I sent the item back (granted, this was many years ago and it involved a Kingston NIC)I think Kingston should collect a customer's CC# and send them a replacement card and then have the customer send back the defective unit and re-use the packaging that Kingston sent in.At a current cost of $16.00 I'd need to purchase a special envelope @$4.00 and send it to Kingston @ a cost of roughly $2.00. For an additional $10.00 I can purchase another 32GB card.Virtually every other company of this type will offer to replace the device and place a CC# hold to cover the cost of the device. or AT LEAST send the customer an appropriate pre-paid package to avoid this in the future. I'm now going to purchase a 32GB Sandisk MicroSD.
Not sure if I got a defective SD card or ...
August 11, 2014
Not sure if I got a defective SD card or not but after I take pictures I try to display them on the phone, sometimes the app locks up. Found out it is the SD card cuz I placed the SD card in my PC and I have a hard time reading the files. It took me over 8 hours to move the pictures to my desktop. I had several lockups of Windows explorer. After I retrieved most of the files I reformatted the SD card and will try it again in my phone. I was able to move the pix from PC to card without issue after the format. Maybe I fill up the card using the PC to ensure the card is ok before I trust it to store my phone pictures. I've used Kingston memory chips in the past without issue but this one is flaky.
Quality is what I always find in this bran, except for this time
July 22, 2014
Great product. As it is Kingston, I've always trusted in them. A lot of reading writing allowed, more than the rest of Flash memory card. I've had Kingston card for long, and they've have always worked like charm.Update for this item: I've always purchased Kingston microSD cars for most of my applications and need. But, this is the first time I got a defective one. The one I received is not recognized by the system most of the times. Every time I insert it it asks me for formatting the device, otherwise, I'm not able to access it. So, there is no way I can copy my stuff from one microSD card to the new one in order to upgrade my cell phone storage capacity. So, product defective, unable to use it, but not only that, I needed it for today or tomorrow. BTW, I'm stucked with a useless microSD card, can't use it, can't transfer my files, can't upgrade my cell phone, can't install the needed apps on my cell I was required to by Monday.
Poor manufacturing, deficient in tolerances.
July 17, 2013
I bought the card with the hope to use it as a dual use type of device. Where, I will run the RaspberryPi and if needed will transport it on my android device. In terms of storage and compatibility, the card performed as expected. It booted Raspbian and I could also take pictures with my phone. GREAT. However, after exactly 6 times, where the micro SD was removed to be placed on the phone and back into the adapter for the Pi. The card was not being read at all, and I made sure not to jam the micro card or place it incorrectly. Therein, I eliminate any operation error. After careful inspection I found out that the SDadapter had slightly shifted open. Which is caused by the use CHEAP plastic and bad tolerances. With this shift, the adapter pins could not make proper contact with the microSD card and therefore it didn't worked. Now, I am using a competitor brand adapter and the microSD card still works well. Although I live in constant fear of a sudden malfunction and loose of all my data, specially the one originated from the RaspberryPi.Will update in regards of the performance of the microSD card.
It sucks!!!
February 10, 2012
I bought two of these, one for my wife's phone and another one for my own phone, my wife have a Xperia x10 mini pro and I have a Nexus One, after 3 weeks or so, my wife's card was having issues, the phone did not recognize it, I had to reformated it several times, but It didn't work, I was thinking the issue was related to the phone and I changed it for a 4 GB MicroSD and that resolved the issue, I throw it away because I think it was damaged by the phone, but 2 days ago I had an issue with my card, I was scared because I have thousands of photos of my family and I was thinking that I will lose them, fortunately I was able to made a backup of my files, but after reformating the card it's not working well, my phone get freeze and I'm not able to use all the apps that I have installed in the card, it sucks!!!!!
