| Buy this one it is the best!January 24, 2017 This is a very high quality product that works better than any other fuzz/pill remover I have tried in the past. It recharges which is a great feature,never have to go find batteries! It also has replacement parts so it will last a long time. Works great and breathes life back into upholstered furniture.August 2, 2015 Works great - I use this on all of my upholstered furniture and it makes it look like new.Be warned: you need to have some patience and give this the time it needs to work well. For a loveseat, I spent about 35 minutes the other day. Well worth the effort but I was surprised how much time it took the first time I used it. We were afraid it might be too weak with only AA batteries but are really amazed with the length of time it runs. It also includes an extra set of cutting blades, giving it twice the life other shavers. Only minor issue was the amount of force required to get the lint cover (and batter cover) off the shaver, but a little sandpaper on the nub that latches the cover on solved this issue. Even though this can run off non-rechargeable batteries, it suggests installing rechargeable one since the included power adapter will charge the batteries for you. Most useful clothes shaver I've ownedMarch 15, 2015 This shaver is absolutely great! A large shaving area and a comfortable grip size make it the most useful clothes shaver I've owned. The fact that batteries can be recharged inside the unit (in other words, that you don't have to take the thing apart just to charge/change the batteries) is very comfortable. Keep in mind that you must purchase the rechargeable batteries, as they are not included with the product (try buying at least 2400 mAh ones). Perhaps my only disappointment is in the size of the receptacle that catches the shavings. If you have a lot of shaving to do, you're going to be cleaning it out quite frequently! Great product, A+ customer serviceFebruary 26, 2015 i recently bought one of these on amazon for use in a dry cleaning business...it came quickly and i had a small issue with the lint reservoir being cracked... that turned out to be no problem for the oem. i contacted them and in a day another was shipped to me at no cost to myself.this product has plenty of power to run through anything you have and when your (rechargeable) batteries run out of power they are easily switched out with fresh ones (while recharging the old ones if you don't have time to waste between charges plugging in the unit). for the average consumer this product will do perfectly... some other reviews mention the small lint reservoir, for me this isn't an issue. it is easy to hold and keep control over and isn't bulky or uncomfortable to handle. | |

| Does not come with necessary rechargeable batteriesOctober 18, 2015 I have not yet used the product - because it arrived without the necessary AA rechargeable batteries. I've ordered the batteries online, but they're nearly as expensive as the lint remover itself. It's disappointing that the product comes without the necessary unique batteries. Took me a day of trying off and on. Finally got it off then struggled to put back on. Used it - worked perfectly - then the dreaded trying to take cover off to empty it - seriously took me two days of on and off trying to get the thing off. It's off and I am looking for something to rub on the edges of the plastic cover to make it slide easier before I put it back on again. I read somewhere that the cover eventually loosens up enough so this problem is resolved. If it does, then this is great, but if not, this is a huge waste of money. | |

| Needs batteriesJune 16, 2015 I might have gotten a defective one but the power cord doesn't work. It doesn't do anything fancy just cuts the lint off. Make sure you do it on a flat surface ...and now you need a SPAM removerFebruary 23, 2015 Lint remover works, slowly.The lint container is impossible to remove without a knife.It flies open when is it opened and flings lint everywhere.Oh, and be prepared for SPAM emails from this company offering you things unrelated-to-lint-removal like "Terry D. Impossible design.Very bad design - when it works safely, the lint is not contained inside the chamber - it spreads everywhere, then when you take off the chamber, it flies everywhere.Using it to remove lint is dangerous as the fabric somehow gets caught inside and the blades CUT YOUR GARMENT. So the lint is still there, just now you have holes.I have used lint shavers successfully in the past, and no matter how you stretch the garment, this one will suck in your fabric. That said, the problem is getting the plastic lint shield off to install the rechargeable batteries that do not come with the shaver. Then getting the plastic lint shield off again to empty the lint. I still have to have my husband to do it and a piece of the shield broke off while he worked to get it open. So yes, it works but I still can't get the thing open. | |
