Very cool cake topper. My fiance and I wanted something different and a bit out there and this should work perfectly. You can definitely notice the work and effort that goes in to every detail on these. Highly recommend!

I love the Willow Tree figures and ordered this for my wedding cake. It was different than the traditional wedding cake topper. Another benefit is I get to display it in my home after the wedding. The only downside was that it was too heavy for my small cake. Made an adjustment and used it beside my cake. I still loved it and it was an added touch. I also love that I get to see it everyday as a reminder of our wedding.

I, of course, ordered this to be the topper on my wedding cake. I was a little nervous about ordering the "cake topper" version of this figurine instead of the full sized version. In pictures, I felt as though the base looked cheesy and cheap. However, in reality I think it beautiful and will be able to be displayed on it's own after the wedding without looking toooo much like a cake topper! So far so good, I will post any updates as needed after the wedding!

Beautiful!! Perfect for our white buttercream cake. It was a bit heavier than I expected, as others have suggested, and I was nervous about using it on the cake but I love Willow Tree so much that I went for it. Thankfully the bakers had no issues with the weight and there was no sign of it sinking in during the reception. I was also a bit nervous about using this cake topper because my wedding theme was more elegant than rustic, but it looked so beautiful and fit in perfectly. I can't wait to put this on display with the rest of my collection!

As with the rest of the Willow Tree line that I have seen, this is a beautiful piece of art. My wife and her family have many of their sculptures. When we found this cake topper while searching for a wedding cake, there was no question that we would get it and we were very happy with it. It sat very nicely on our cake (as others have stated, not as big as the description had said) and it is now on display on a shelf in our house to remind us of that wonderful day.If you are a fan of Willow Tree, or even if you have no idea what they are, I would definitely recommend this product.

After weighing a lot of other options, we chose this figurine as our wedding cake topper. One of the reasons is that we can keep it out on our cheld as a keepsake and it isn't too wedding-y to include on a shelf with our household decor. It will be a nice reminder of our special day. It is solid and heavy and seems super durable. We were a little worried about the weight of it smashing into our cake or tipping but with the wide base on the bottom, that should help distribute the weight just fine. Will update if there are any problems!

This piece is so beautiful, romantic and simple. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that my fiancé and I both have dark hair, so it almost felt like the wrong couple would be on our cake. I took a gamble and decided to change the hair color myself, and to my surprise it came out great! I loved the topper before, but now I can't wait to use it on our wedding day because it just feels more like 'us'.For anyone interested in putting their DIY hat on, I used craft smart multi surface premium chalky acrylic paint (water based) in black. Be sure to use a tiny brush and dilute with a bit of water to get that soft look. If you go too heavy in a spot just brush more water on and the original distressed features will come back through. You can find the paint at Michaels for under $2 and with their coupon it's more like $1. Can't get much better than that!

Good quality but had trouble getting it to stand up

Item was a little slow in arriving but my wedding isn't until next year. Cake topper is very cute. There is a little white paint on the groom but that's easily fixable. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be. But all in all the topper is cute and fun and I think it will be a big hit. My fiance thought it was a little risque but I don't think so; I think it's fun and unique.

This item was a big hit @ Our Wedding. Very nicely detailed.Could have been a bit larger but awesome all the same.

"I" LIKED IT! My husband said it looked like it came from the dollar tree. So we went with this hideous cake topper he and my mom suggested that low-key looked like slenderman bc the groom was too tall. After I bought this one. Super cute though, would totally use it.

This was such a cute and perfect wedding cake topper. The only problem is it's a little heavy and wanted to sink into the cake. We just waited to put it on the cake and didn't leave it sitting on the cake for to long. Definitely great quality and would recommend to other brides to be!

I have ordered three toppers for our wedding cake and decided to return this one not because it was worse but because it was more appropriate for younger couple and more country style wedding. Still liked it alot.

Really liked this cake topper. The photo I saw initially made the bride's hair look a little darker than the groom's (which is true in the case of the wedding for which I was purchasing this item). When it arrived, the bride said "her hair needs to be darker." So we darkened the cake-topper bride's hair with food-safe marker. Perfect!

If you are a fan of Willow Tree products then you will love this cake topper. At first before i purchased i was worried about the weight being on the top layer of the cake. I was surprised how light it really was.

Looks good but fell off and damaged my cake twice. Was placed on cake by baker (professional). Is very cute but not a good idea

It was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. (should've read the sizes).

We received the cake topper just a few days before our wedding which is mainly our fault since we ordered it late. It came with the veil broken and that was a bit stressful but I used superglue to glue it back on and it lasted for the wedding duration.The quality of the item is 5 out of 10. We were just really sad the veil came broken through the mail which clearly indicated poor packaging.

I ordered this for my wedding and when we received it I absolutely loved it! The only problem I had with this item is that it was too heavy to actually put on my cake. We started to and it just went through the cake. I was pretty dissapointed by that.

It broke right away when I set up at venue hall. I had to super glue it. It's extremely fragile but everyone loved it.

The cake topper was broken from the bottom the two people come off of it.

It is small and beautiful, but when I opened it, it was broken. I will glue it together for my wedding. My fiance was sweet enough to say that nothing is perfect, and that this represents ups and downs, and that we can fix things. I will not return it because it is a hassle to send it back.
