Easy to install. Like those I've used at 5 star hotels in Japan.
December 23, 2016
I will update this review after a few months of use.Instructions are clear with the exception that they did not cover proper positioning of the toilet seat front-to-back. It's pretty much common sense though, so not a big deal. The method of attachment to the toilet is really quite simple and it's easy to remove and replace after installation.Plumbing connections were also simple. I just removed the existing hose and replaced with the parts supplied. You should not need anything else as long as you have a typical U.S. toilet connection with 3/8" compression fitting at the valve.I was fortunate to have easy access to power inside the cabinet adjacent to the toilet, so I ran a line from the existing power and added a new plug receptacle closer to the toilet, but within the cabinet base. I then cut a hole in the side of the cabinet near the toilet large enough for the plug to pass through. After that, you pretty much just turn on the water and plug it in. It worked great right from the start! It seems to be just like ones I've used in Japan at very high-end hotels.
If you had some poo on your hand would you just wipe if off with paper?

This product is a little spendy....but worth EVERY.SINGLE.PENNY! I've never used a bidet before. My husband has been clamoring for one ever since his European vacation years ago. So being the lovely wife that I am, I got him one for our anniversary. This has multiple settings. Front for the ladies. Rear for everyone. Kids setting too. You can have it cycle through the types of cleanses, adjust the temperature of the water, and the seat heat. I don't have patience for the drying function. So you know...a still use a bit of paper for that.Listen, I'm new to reviewing products, but I have told all my friends that they need this. I mean in general we do it wrong, we've been doing it wrong for years, America. LOL! If you had some poo on your hand would you just wipe if off with paper? No, you would wash it with water...minimally.As soon as I get more $$$ this is going in the front bathroom too.
Easily installation, quality product
January 14, 2016
Excellent product. I first got introduced to the automatic bidet recently in Korea and this model has all the pertinent features.Installation was easy onto an American Standard Cadet 3 oval toilet. The bracket fits on the narrowest notch and is a little tricky to reach from the backside. The hoses were not difficult either. I utilized the splitter and actually had the toilet tank come off the line pointing downwards. The bidet reservoir is attached to the other line pointing forwards and makes an "S" alongside the toilet. I used the right angle joint at the intake port to make sure the hose does not direct laterally. The unit functions well and has plenty of features. I don't think additional features are necessary. It has been durable for the past week since installation and I've not had any problems. I would definitely recommend this product.
Excellent Product; Easy Installation!
June 12, 2015
We have only had this product installed for a day, so my comments focus on our installation and initial experience. Overall, my wife and I are delighted with this product. I spend a lot of time in Japan and am familiar with the local products, and the Bio Bidet meets and exceeds my average experience in Japan. While this product is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it to have heated water, a heated seat and a drying fan. We have used the $50-type bidet and I didn't enjoy the very cold water (especially in the winter), nor the lack of controls. This bidet has functions for both men and women, and good adjustments for temperature controls and the position of the spraying nozzle. I really like the oscillating feature which ensures a good, clean result! While I never had a fan function before, I like this one. It doesn't fully dry one's bottom, but does most of the work.Installation was much easier than I had expected. I'm an average handy man, but this installation took only about 30 minutes and everything worked perfectly from the start! Attaching the seat to the custom frame on the toilet was not easy, but it works.Another reviewer wrote that he needed plumbers teflon tape, so I bought some and used it. I had no leaks, so teflon tape would be a good $2 investment. All of the other parts were fully provided and worked as planned. The water hoses are at least 12 inches long, so will often need to be coiled behind and under the toilet. This is understandable as some users will need longer hoses, and I, personally, don't find them unsightly. It would be cheap and easy to buy shorter ones. The instruction manual is quite good, but I would have appreciated a more detailed description of the different parts of this product. For example, it was not obvious to me where to connect the water line to the seat/bidet.Despite my minor critiques, this is a fantastic addition to our home.I highly recommend this product.
Fantastic product just about everyone needs
May 21, 2015
If you've never used a bidet seat, as we had not, you will be pleasantly surprised, to say the least. It's one of those things that you wonder how you ever got along without. A recent article in the NY Times about bidet seats asked the question that if you came home from work or the gym all dirty or sweaty, would you clean yourself off with paper or would you shower? The answer is obvious and so is the need for one of these. It has loads of options, yet the basics work great. Everything is warm, everything is gentle. It's very popular with family and friends (especially women) and makes for interesting conversation. The sounds coming out of the bathroom the first time someone uses it are, well, something to hear. I used a 3M Command hook to attach their laminated graphical instruction sheet (a huge plus) to the wall next to the toilet, as the provided suction cup hook would not stick to anything. The challenge with installing one of these is that there needs to be an electrical outlet near the toilet. Our bathroom had none, and I'd be pretty surprised if most people do. So while in the process of replacing the toilet anyway I also installed a new outlet (much easier w/o the toilet in the way). If you don't have such skills (and maybe a dropped ceiling downstairs), you will need an electrician. Plumbing this bidet is trivial.I almost dropped this review to 4 stars due to second-rate online support. When my bidet arrived from Amazon it was missing the inline filter. I immediately contacted BioBidet via chat and explained I'd just received it from Amazon and the filter was missing. Instead of an apology, I was grilled on where I'd bought it, and had to state three times it was Amazon. Then she started in on a lecture about authorized (which she acknowledged Amazon is) and unauthorized sellers. At that point I got snippy, something I never do, and asked are you going to send me a filter or do I return it to Amazon? Immediately she requested my address and I received the missing filter promptly. But I got no apology for their failure. So the product works great and the missing item was received, and so I give it 5 stars. But online support definitely needs work.
Really Comfortable and Hygenic Toilet
March 25, 2015
The bidet arrived promptly and in good condition. It was fairly easy to install, and it helped that there was an electric outlet very near the toliet, so the cord (about 40" long) had no problem reaching the outlet. The bidet is works very well and we are happy with the purchase. My wife is from Japan, and we became familiar with this kind of bidet from our trips over there. Virtually all hotels and restaurants now have these installed, and they are extremely popular there. Surprised that more of them aren't in use here in the USA.

Life Changing! Could be the best thing I have ever purchased.
April 26, 2017
It's almost been 8 months since I installed this and I thought I better write a review since this could be the best thing I have ever purchased, and is is most astoundingly the best thirty dollars I have ever spent. It may sound hokey and cliche, but how did I live without this for most of my life? I recently got back from a four day mini vacation and could not wait to get back to my bidet. Why? Because cleaning yourself in the traditional American TP way is just disgusting, a chore, and horrible. We are all adults here and everyone defecates so let's not be shy. I used to dread going number two, not the actual going, but the wiping afterwards. The irritation. The mess. The whole process. Now I actually look forward to it because using the bidet is, well, fun, and cool, and clean. I have also found like other reviewers that, at least my rectum, does not really feel the cold water the bidet uses and I have been using mine all winter. It is actually refreshing. It does take a little getting used to the proper technique of how to adjust yourself so the stream of water reaches and cleans all of you, but once you get that down, it is heaven. I could go on and on, but just buy this thing. The installation is simple and you will wonder, as I have done, how you lived without it. In fact, so pleased was I with this I made a specific post on social media singing its praises. I know of at least three of my friends who have purchased one and love it as much as I do!
Cleaner than clean!
March 24, 2017
I am a long-time bidet fan. There is no way I would go back to using TP alone, none, zilch, zero, nada!Setting it up takes about 30 minutes. In this case, I was replacing another Luxe bidet that had started leaking. The leak was traced to a small flexible pipe within the assembly and replacing the pipe was proving to be difficult, so I bought this upgraded model. It is upgraded in the sense tha the spray mechanism is normally shielded from splashes (read "small jobs") when not in use, and the shield moves away when called upon to perform its duty for the big jobs. The second improvement was in the formation of the spray head - it did not produce a thin and powerful stream - it produces a gentler and more diffused stream that simply feels better and works more effectively. For the first time users - you would be surprised how clean it feels and how your TP consumption goes down. For those who want to invest in more expensive automated models with warm and cold water, heated air drying, and those bells-and-whistles, but want to get a feel for it first, this may be the best alternative and who knows, you may remain on this model itself and save yourselves a couple Cs.
Wait . . . you don't have one?! What are you . . . I don't want to know!!
November 4, 2016
Ummm can we talk about poop for a minute?I don't know who on earth, in 2016, still thinks that if you get literal HUMAN FECES on your skin . . . that its acceptable to just wipe them with a dry paper towel and call it good. Then, let's talk about how those "disposable" wipes you are using are totally clogging up our sewers and REALLY expensive!Get yourself a bidet. It might be scary at first, but you'll never look back! Nothing like the feeling of being squeaky clean down there! This Luxe Bidet is a fantastic option. Reasonably priced and all the basics with a quality product. All of my toilets at home now are equipped with this product. Some are temperature controlled which is fun, but honestly, a refreshing cool blast in the summer is great! And in the winter . . . well, it's not nearly as bad as it sounds! Again... anything is better that little bits of poop and paper hanging out there all day!Now I fear pooping at work, or at anyone's house who doesn't have a bidet. That feeling of not being sure you are squeaky clean down there... nightmare! Let's change the world to a more sanitary and environmentally friendly place together!
Amazing product - a life changer
July 18, 2016
I’ve always been interested in owning a bidet. There has always been a certain level of intrigue. The notion of having a cool, assertive jet of water thoroughly clean your nether regions resulting in a fresh behind has always appealed to me. Unfortunately, I always assumed it would be much too difficult to acquire one. I had absolutely no idea the bidet, in this portable, easy-to-install form, even existed. I always assumed they were large, porcelain units which had to be installed next to the toilet (as you would find in Europe) requiring elaborate plumbing and home renovation. However one day, I happened to read on a popular website (Reddit: /r/frugal) that the number one item that is recommended to a consumer both to save money, and to raise one’s quality of life is a portable bidet. I was immediately intrigued and set out to research the matter further. I had a specific price range in mind and I desired one which had an aesthetically pleasing, unobtrusive look. I finally settled on the Luxe Neo 110. The difference this simple device has made in my everyday life is immeasurable. The bidet arrived quickly in a well padded box. There are not a lot of components - the bidet itself, a braided hose with steel fittings, and a plastic tee. Installation was a snap. The trickiest part, and I cannot emphasize this enough, is you MUST make sure the fittings are threaded correctly. Other reviewers have complained about the plastic T fitting leaking water. It should not leak at all if it is threaded as it should be. It took me several attempts unscrewing the fitting and screwing it back to finally arrive at proper threading.Once installed I finally had the chance to try it out! that initial blast of water felt quite foreign and off-putting. I quickly become accustomed though and by the third or fourth usage, I had upped my setting to 2. Anything higher than 2 was just too intense. Of course your results may vary. As for the water temperature, because the water is being fed to the bidet from the pipes in the bathroom wall, the water temperature is typically room temperature and quite manageable if not pleasurable during these hot summer months. I do not feel as though a heating unit would be necessary to make me happy.I have used considerably less toilet paper since acquiring my Lux Neo 110. You will still need to pat yourself dry after each use, however the days of “endless wiping” are behind me. Perhaps it is tmi (too much information) but one of my biggest pet peeves previously was having to take ANOTHER shower after a particularly messy movement. Well no more. The bidet does it’s job effectively each and every time. The only downside I can think of is having to “go” at work - I’ve become quite spoiled. If you are considering purchasing a bidet I would strongly recommend you do so! The Lux Neo 110 has proven to be a valuable and respected addition to our household.
Everybody should have one !

This is one of the most wonderful purchases I've ever made. If only I could have had it all my life. AND my husband said it only took a few minutes to hook it up.
Now I just need to get one installed at work.

A review from an American who never used water outside the shower to wash his bottom. If you have a fuzzy bottom and feel like you wipe 20 times and still don’t feel clean...then you need this! I can't believe I didn't buy one earlier in my life!I have already purchased 2 Luxe Bidets in the past two years and when I had an opportunity to get a third for the cost of a review I jumped at the opportunity. I have a blue Neo 185, a blue Neo 110 and now a white Neo 110. I did my research before buying my first bidet and stayed away from the bidets with hot water connection. There is no point because the hot water in your pipes will take too long to get to you bottom...and by the time it does you are already finished. I would recommend a toilet side water heater if you want instant warm water. I've always planned on getting a warmer, but I found cold water really isn’t an issue for my family. The Neo 110 is a solid unit. It comes with everything you need to get it installed. With my first two bidets I replaced the plastic T connector with a metal T shut off valve so that I could shut the water off to the unit. For this one, I decided to install using the plastic T connector provided. It installed quick and did not leak. I think I will still install a metal T shut off valve at some point because I have curious kids. For this installation I'm installing on a toilet that has a cheap seat that came with the toilet. I had to use bumpers that I previously purchased. I did not need bumpers for my nicer toilet seats that I upgraded. The pressure on this unit is the same as the others. The pressure increases for the first three circle indicators on the knob. The rest seems to be all full power with no noticeable increase in pressure. The pressure on my first two bidets were quite strong and liked that I could control the max pressure with the metal shut off valve. This time around I’m used to using the knob and can properly control the pressure as needed. It is surprising how accurate these things are after installation. I thought I would need one that allows you to aim around, however it was not necessary. If you feel like you have to hit a certain area then all you need to do is roll around on the seat a bit.So all in all it works great, saves a lot in toilet paper(I still use one wipe for drying), and you will never have the dreaded swamp bottom again. Now I just need to get one installed at work.

Good, but the temperature is not as warm as expected.
December 16, 2016
Just got it, overall, it is good, not sure if it is due to my expectation or usage, I think the water and dry air is not as hot as I expected. I have read through the user manual, and pretty sure I have set them to the warmest, however, I still hardly feel the warm from either water during cleaning or air during drying, I can just say they are not freeze code. My room temperature is fine around ~70 F..
This is a very efficient easy to use unit
August 10, 2016
This is a very efficient easy to use unit. You need some basic plumbing skills and 20-30 minutes depending on your skill level. It is worth reading the manual as there are many choices on how to use this Bidet. I have had Toto in the past and this one has a slightly different spray feature. More like a shower with the result you are looking for. I had a pelvic fracture and had it ready when I got out of the hospital. If you are thinking of putting out the money for one of these you will be amazed that you waited so long once you have it.
I'll never go without a bidet
June 27, 2016
This was my first bidet, so I can't say how it compares to any other. With that said, I'm really happy and regret not buying one sooner. I had some trouble installing with the included hardware, because of a leak, I feel like there should have been some kind of rubber washer included for the adapter they included so I ended up going to the hardware store and made my own adapter. Could be problematic if you aren't at least a little bit handy. As to the function of the bidet, the controls are pretty basic. As of writing this I've been using it for about 8 months. You'll have to play around with the settings to get things to your comfort level, but it certainly has the power to surprise the heck out of you. The heated seat is greaat. The way it seems to work is that while not in use the seat still seems to be heated but just slightly. In the cold season this means if you wake up in the middle of the night or morning the seat isn't going to be cold to the touch. And then as you sit, it will warm up more based on your settings. The warm water function is great too. The water only warms up while you are sitting so the longer you sit, the longer the water has to warm up. On medium settings you'll notice the change in temperature from hot to warm/cooler but it's not uncomfortable. The drying function doesn't really dry fully on the automatic setting. However, I don't like being on the toilet longer than I have to so I prefer to wipe dry which I don't mind. Plus it's nice to see a damp clean sheet that you discard in case you were ever unsure the job was done right.Lastly there is a sensor built into the middle left side on the seat (left side if you are sitting on it). This sensor will turn the unit off if you aren't positioned properly. As someone that likes to squat when I go number 2 my thigh will not be on the seat to activate the sensor so I have to rest my hand kind of awkwardly so that way the water and seat will warm up as I'm doing my business.I feel like they could have built a better sensor.I don't know of any kind of bidet show room where you can "kick the tires" haha, but I would certainly recommend this one to a friend. And 5 stars if there was a better seat sensor, and I didn't have to Jerry rig my installation hardware.
So glad we purchased this product
April 21, 2016
So glad we purchased this product! We've been happily using it for 1 month now and really enjoying and feeling fresh and clean! It is a new way of life and we truly love it! Our contractor said not to buy it - but we are really glad that we did not listen and can't imagine life without it now that we have it. It really is fantastic! Only giving it 4 stars as oppose to 5 because it takes a little bit of time to get the job done and I am wondering if it could be faster? Not sure. Often I am too impatient to sit for the drying.... but bring a good book, take your time and enjoy!
My second bidet - everyone should have at least one!
March 3, 2016
I became a bidet "convert" 5 years ago when my wife made me buy a Toto washlet bidet for around $500. Bidets are awesome little devices that make the common American practice of "dry wiping" seem downright medieval, especially if you suffer from hemorrhoids or anal fissure. It's funny to hear me bandstand at parties sometimes, talking-up the benefits of a "wet wash" vs. a "dry rub", with people staring wide-eyed and quizzically fearful at the notion of using water to clean feces off of skin. Anyways, this Bio-Bidet BB-600 I got for $349 here on Amazon is what my wife refers to as her long awaited "upgrade" from the aging Toto, which still works fine but lacks the auto-rotating head (massage) feature and some other bells and whistles and now migrates to my daughter's bathroom (she is thrilled). It was easy to install with no tools (well, OK I used some channel locks to go a bit more than hand tight on the water supply connection), and took about 15 minutes. I watched the BioBidet installation video at [...] first, and the unit shown was similar enough to the BB-600 that I didn't do more than glance at the installaton instruction sheet that came with the unit. The bidet fired right up, worked as advertised, made my wife happy. Installed three days ago and so far no problems. If I do have any issues I will update this review. 4 stars because I think the seat quality is a little low (plastic) and the quick reference guide could do a better job describing the features (there are a lot of buttons!).
Works as expected but required modifications for installation
November 11, 2015
Overall, the seat is working as expected.I purchased a 'Used - Very Good, Item has no cosmetic scratches or blemishes. Comes in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged.' from Amazon Warehousedeals. When the package arrived, there was a minor scratch on the seat and only one hose. The Operating Instruction Manual says there should be 2 hoses. There was a T fitting but nowhere in the instructions does it say what the T fitting sizes are nor what the seat fitting size is.The Seat that I received has a 1/2" faucet and the T is 1/2" for all 3 connections. A standard toiled has a 7/8" and the wall cut-off is 3/8". The one hose I received was 1/2" to 1/2" so it worked for the connection from the T to the seat. Not wanting to wait to see what Amazon customer service would do, I purchased a 3/8" to 1/2" hose, discarding the original 3/8" to 7/8" hose, and purchased a 1/2" to 7/8" hose. The toilet we have is a 2 year old American Standard Elongated. The seat attachment bolts are long Teflon bolts. I had to cut one because it hit part of the tank under the back.So be prepared as you might have to make some modifications and purchase other then normal wall to toilet hoses after you match up the seat to your toilet.

Works great and good customer service.
March 2, 2017
Had some trouble installing since the space I had to work in was very tight. Got it in finally and it leaked really badly and the water pressure was so strong it could have done some damage if you know what I mean. So I called to get the recommended metal T valve that has a pressure control lever built into it, and their super nice customer service people sent it to me for free due to all the leaking and trouble I had. I still had trouble putting it in and it was all leaky again, so this time I called a plumber and he got everything put in right and adjusted. i don't think in a average installation a plumber would be required, I just couldn't do it due to my own and spacial limitations. So it cost me an extra $100 but ya know... I use it every day and it works great.
How did I live all these years with out one of these?? :-)
May 19, 2015
I WISH that I researched bidet's sooner (I think it is a best kept secret in other countries :-). I purchased this bidet due to it simple, stylish low footprint design. It easily installs between the toilet bowl and toilet seat and it is not as obtrusive as some other designs and does not get in the way of the person sitting on the seat (as I have found happens with other brands). This model is basic and does what you'd expect, supply cold water cleaning as needed. I am in FL so the water never gets too cold so I cannot speak for those in cooler climates with crisp and refreshing well water :-). It easily connects between the cold water supply line to the toilet via a diverter valve that can be installed without any tools. I was concerned that it was a plastic valve (vs metal of other brands) but thus far it seems to be working as designed, time will tell how long the plastic valve will last but I am optimistic and feel that Luxe will back me up should there ever be an issue. In use you turn the knob and in my case the water immediately starts flowing and while you can feel a difference in the pressure as you turn the knob, it seems to me that there is really 3 or so actual pressure settings vs the pictured 4 dots that you see in the picture. I also like the plastic shield that protects the nozzle but notice from time to time that I need to swing it open slightly as it seems to interfere with the water flow (I might need to re-seat the unit on the bowl ans see if it makes any difference.Overall, this unit meets my needs; it is a good 'starter' bidet to allow one to learn the benefits of this kind of 'personal hygiene' device and I would recommend it to others. If you want warmer water experience, there are models that can help but I suspect it will be a more involved install (need to be near a hot water supply, etc).
The Neo 110 will give you sparking, clean bums
December 8, 2014
This is my first foray into the land of bidet, so I did my research. I found that there are solutions that range anywhere from $10 add-on pieces all the way to Kohler's $4500 Numi toilet. Since it was my first, I wanted to find a cost-effective solution that was built with quality and had a good reputation, so I went with the Luxe Bidet Neo 110. There are quite a few things I like about this package:1. The price is right. $30 is a total bargain for everything that comes with it.2. The white color is bright white, and perfectly goes with my newer Kohler Highline toilets. It integrates well and almost looks like it was part of the toilet itself.3. EVERYTHING is included including fittings and hoses, so most people won't have to make a trip to the hardware store. You only need supply a wrench and a flat screwdriver. Since it's optional, I can see why they didn't include plumber's tape - but trust me you'll want it.When installing, make sure you use plumbers tape on the fittings and threads. If you take the time to do this you are virtually guaranteed no leaks. Now for function, I'm going to have to censor myself a tad - and you will have to use your imagination. First of all the nozzle is positioned properly and blasts right on target. It does a great job at what it's designed to do. The quarter-turn dial really only needs to be turned no more than the a third of the way. Very water efficient! The only reason I took off a star was because the nozzle sometimes gets stuck open (doesn't recede into the protective cover when finished), and a few times the pressure has gone to a trickle. When this happens, a quick turn of the dial to full a couple of times works it open and you're back to full pressure. We have hard water, so this may be the cause - I'm not sure. In any event it hasn't seriously impacted the usage and my whole family is happy to have sparkling clean bums.
Great customer service
February 26, 2014
I ordered two of these unfortunately one had a small hole in the bottom and leaked. This is good for an entry level bidet. I returned and got a refund and upgraded to a neo 180 bidet. Just for the record I never had a problem with the second neo 110 bidet. Luxe was so concerned about the fact I had one that leaked because of a small manufacturing defect. They called me and even though I had obtained a refund sent me a replacement neo 110 no charge. Because of the excellent customer service of this company I highly recommend them and also I upped my rating to a 4. I will give the extra neo 110 bidet to my son for his use. One problem exist and that is the water pressure is hard to control. If you turn the water to high it will peal the hair off your butt. You need the Luxe medal t-adapter to control the water pressure or you will have to turn the water volume down on the main water control to your toilet and this will cause the toilet to fill to slow. The other item, this is a cold water bidet. You can solve this problem with a biffy bidet warmer. If you never had a bidet and would like to see if you like to try one with a small investment this is the one for you.Another plus for a bidet is the cost of toilet paper today. A bidet will cut your cost by 50 to 75 percent giving you a return onyou bidet investment in about six months. It is a great help for the handicap and those with hemorrhoids. It means you onlyhave to pat and not wipe until sore to clean your butt.
Makes you happy (edit: for a short period of time)
November 4, 2013
We are living in US for a year now and this first year had its own difficulties. Having no bidet in toilet was one of them since all toilets have that in Turkey, already as a built-in function. We tried to solve cleaning issue by using wet wipes but it was a huge waste for both nature and budget. Then, an idea popped into my mind and I searched the internet to find a gadget that we can use for cleaning, and here it was (I didn't know the name of it - bidet- so it was hard searching for something with description only). This gadget was a life saver for us. Now we feel cleaner and happy. For budget, it was also helpful, it covered its cost just in 5-6 weeks with compared to wet wipes. In addition, we are also happy that we are not flushing away wet wipes damaging nature. The installation was easy in general, it was tricky to align the holes so that toilet lid will be centered. Its tricky because I always feel those regions are dirty even with lots of cleaning. And if you are not lucky its hard to get it at the first try. Pipe connections were not problematic at all. You need a teflon tape to make connections safer for future. There are some minor issues that I think manufacturers can address.1) Since its installed under the lid, there will be always a gap between lid and bowl. Either bumpers should be included in the product box or base of the bidet must be much more stronger that it is now (ours has cracks on it since for the first 2-3 days we used it without bumpers which cracked the bidet's base)2) Water pressures is hard to set, even very low setting has too much water pressure, there needs to be some engineering done for the inner pipes of bidet to decrease this pressure. After all, it is a gadget that makes you feel happy.Edit: after using for a long time we had some problems with its plastic parts. The plastic is not good quality for this model. It keeps breaking at several points, usually starts from connection point with toilet seat and it moves cracking other parts (see attached image). And we get several replacements but this time I felt like I need to share this situation with other buyers. I hope they get better quality plastic soon.
Works fine, but poor quality screws
June 27, 2013
Installs and works fine. However, the little screws in it are not made of stainless steel, so rust within a few weeks. For a $42 product, it's silly not to have ss screws that won't corrode. It's not very easy to keep clean, and you will probably need to remove every couple of weeks to clean the toilet and the bidet properly.Update: 1st July 2013: Contacted the company on Friday, and they promptly responded within a day asking for pictures, and have shipped me replacement products, saying the screws are supposed to be stainless steel. I guess I got a lot that slipped through quality control, since no one else seems to have seen that issue. Very quick, and courteous. A company that cares for customer satisfaction this much can only go up. Will write another update when I get the replacements.

Good but better with right fitting.
March 25, 2017
The unit had no T fitting that worked with our setup. I went to Lowe's, Home Depot and a plumbing supply store. They all said there was no such fitting. The I called Bio-Bidet. They had one and shipped it to me at no cost. I should have started there but I wanted to save time. The bidet works as advertised. I find the seat itself a little small and I wish it had a spray with greater pressure.
One common problem.

Tried two bb800, two bb600, all have a same problem that is noise, huge mechanical sound when press a real wash bottom. The best part for bb is the water pressure better than any bidets.

In general, it meets my expectation. Only the dry function is on the weak side.
Good with a few flaws
March 17, 2016
The good:- heated seat is really great- seems to do a decent wash job- easy to use- easy to install if you have an available GFCI outlet, although the supplied hose is short. The not-so-good:- the level controls for water and air pressure make very little difference (no noticeable difference at all for air pressure). Even on the lowest setting water pressure is almost painfully high on 'Cleansing'. The pressure setting does work on 'Auto'.- the drying function seems fairly useless. Even after two cycles expect to still use TP.- does not remember the settings for pressure, so every time it starts on level 3 (out of 5) and we have to turn it down to 1 (see first negative about excessive pressure).Overall I am a bit disappointed but I had high expectations based on the Amazon reviews. I love the concept but this one leaves a bit to be desired.UPDATE 11/03/2016: we have now had this for about 8 months. The seat now has a nasty discoloration happening (see the photo). During this time the heated seat setting has always been on the lowest level of 3 levels, so if it is caused in part by thermal stress then I would imagine it could have been much worse. Starting to look pretty ugly. You can't just install a new generic seat either as it is an integral part with the seat heater. We'll probably be finding out soon how good that 3 year warranty actually is and I'll report back on that.UPDATE 11/03/2016: contacted the support e-mail address and after having me sign an at-home repair waiver, they said they will send a replacement.UPDATE 11/12/2016: replacement seat arrived, so I can vouch for customer service. They replaced just the heated seat, not the whole unit, which is fine, but I did have to sign a release form saying that I would be responsible for the in-home repair. It's possible they would have accepted me returning it to them for repair, but I had insisted they send me a part as I didn't want to be without a functioning toilet, so I never explored that option.
Worked Great

Worked great and looks good but be careful where and from whom you buy the BB-600. My order from Amazon Warehouse deals was not covered under a normal warranty after 1 year of use.

Great when it works, but always ends up leaking!
January 7, 2017
We loved luxe bidets so much we installed them in all 4 bathrooms! We love how clean we feel after using them and they have helped solve hemerroid and potty training probs in our family. However, we are finding that we need to replace these every 10-11 months. The company has been great about replacements, but when even the replacements begin to leak in the same place after 10 months, we have to wonder if there is a defect in the product, hence the 3 stars.
Unable to control water pressure very well
December 31, 2016
The bidet is good but it is not able to handle water pressure very well. If the tank valve is turned all the way up the pressure on bidet even on low setting can be very high. This means the knob on bidet that is supposed to control water pressure is not functioning very well. I am from India and every household uses bidets, therefore it like a necessity for me. I like this because it comes in an affordable range
Good but could be better
November 23, 2015
I bought this for my mother and she loves it. I don't because the spray is not adjustable and hits in the wrong spot for me. We both think it's ugly. Their other model, which I also bought for myself, the Luxe MB110, is all white and much better looking. This model has a better hose connecting it to the water supply which enables the tank to refill just as fast as before. The MB110, which looks better and has an adjustable spray, comes with a little narrow tube so it takes a few minutes for the tank to refill and you have to listen to it all the time.
I love the concept of a bidet
May 4, 2015
I love the concept of a bidet, and was excited to find a bidet attachment at such a low price. Unfortunately, installing it has affected how our toilet runs and we're not too thrilled about that. Firstly, we had a slow leak appear that we had a hard time fixing. Eventually, it went away. We also had to adjust the water pressure to the toilet, so now it takes forever to fill up again and makes a loud noise while doing so. We had to lower the water pressure because the bidet was shooting out water with too much force even on the lowest setting. Now it's at a comfortable level at the very lowest setting, but we don't even like using the toilet anymore because of the loud noise. Also, all this finagling in the toilet has caused the water level in the bowl to change and now it's too low to flush properly. So, we kind of wish we had never installed it.All that aside, I actually do use the bidet pretty much every day. It is great for a lot of different uses: after going to the bathroom, to freshen up after sweating or if you don't have time to shower, after sex, and for women on their periods. I'm using it a lot more now that it's warmer, because the water can be quite cold in the winter. The parts are plastic, which isn't very comforting, but so far nothing has broken. I wish there was a way to more effectively control the water pressure on the bidet, because I have to be really careful with the dial so I don't rip myself a new one. I barely move it to Level 1 before I have to stop. So, I love the concept and it has positively affected my life, I just wish it hadn't messed up our toilet.
Bidet will Leak eventually
February 13, 2015
Update July 18, 2015: The company reached out to me and offered to send a replacement. They asked me to update my latest review if I had something to say. I accepted their offer and am now using the replacement unit. So far it is working as the other one did at first: flawless. I told the company I would like to wait a year or so before offering a final judgment. So I will update again. I will say this: the company wants to do the right thing by making things right. This is a good policy and not all sellers on Amazon are as accommodating.Update May18, 2015 : Both bidets I installed in February have begun to leak, one causing serious concern because we thought the leak was coming from someplace else. I called a plumber and he took one look and told me that these bidets, with their plastic connections have caused water damage to people's homes. He disconnected it and I threw it out. It is only a matter of time when they will begin to leak. That is why I am changing my original rating to one star.Incredibly easy to install and use. The water will be cold in the winter though. I used the suggested bumpers on a round seat but did not need them on an elongated seat. I think this is an awesome product at an affordable price.
Bidet works and no leaks yet
December 7, 2014
So far all ok. I had purchased the metal luxe "T adapter" which was defective as the supply line included with the bidet will not fit the the overchromed threading on the adapter. The supply line did attach well to the flimsy plastic T which is unfortunately subject to a lot of stress as you inter-connect and tighten nuts to the tank, the supply line and the line to the bidet. If this T fails we will have a lot of water damage in very short order. Asecond weak point is the 3/8" threaded plastic pipe supply fitting at the bidet. very delicate be careful not to over tighten or stress as this too is a risky failure point.you do not need to worry about the slight rear elevation of the toilet seat it is only about 5/16 of an inch, and is negligible.

More con than pro
December 17, 2016
The toilet seat has some major problems:1) If you invest in a high end toilet seat, the toilet lid should be nice. The toilet seat is not a flat surface, it digs into my back. Would love to have a solid wood toilet seat lid on this.2) Secondly, the toilet seat removes a good bit of the extra space you wanted in the elongated toilet seat. I am a big guy and need the elongated toilet space, I have had major problems with this seat.3) The water pressure from this seat is much less than what I had anticipated, like a real bidet.4) It would be very nice if the controls were tethered but handheld so that you could see the buttons.5) The air dryer needs much higher output, takes forever to dry.On the positive side:1) Nice to have a warm tushy when going potty at night.2) Has a cool look when it is closed at night.
Poor Heating/Mechanical defect in less the 6 month
April 5, 2016
It's been 6 month and the product has a hardware malfunction. "Slow-closing seat" no longer works. Now the seat slams down waking everybody up in the middle of the night. Also took off 2 stars for the pulse heating.Hot water heating does not work well. The water is nice and warn in the beginning then it gets cooler as it goes eventually becoming barely lukewarm at the end. This is despite using the energy burning feature by have the unit on all the time. Even after hours with heating on, it does nor provide warm water for the entire wash.Heating element works on pulses, causing all my light fixture on the same circuit to flash/blink.

Great while it lasted
April 24, 2017
Was great for a year, but then the spray took on a life of it's own! Sometimes there was no spray and other times the spray was so strong it'd lift you up in the air and give you an unwanted and quite unpleasant enema. It was good while it lasted but will now be replaced by another brand.
Sending it back because of leaking. So disappointed.
March 24, 2016
Only two stars because it leaked, so I didn't get to keep it.I was very sad because I liked the product a lot, but it's not like you can keep something dripping on your bathroom floor. I even tried using plumbing tape, as recommended in the instructions, but it leaked from both ends of the cheap plastic T part. The spray worked perfectly, and I loved the ease of use and cleanliness. It was even quite easy to install. I am very disappointed that it leaked no matter what we did.
Wish It Worked Out
September 1, 2015
I like bidets a lot. After my overseas travel, I had been trying to figure out how to get one here in the states. Browsing on Amazon, I was excited to see such a reasonably priced solution with great reviews! But it didn't quite work out as I had hoped. I spent a morning trying to install this unit without leaks and wasn't able to do so. The metal tee that I purchased separately leaked. It seemed like it might have been a supply hose issue, so I ran and bought one. But even with the new parts, the tee leaked. I was able to isolate it to the nut. I figured I that switching to the included plastic tee would solve my issues, however it leaked at the nut as well. I tried Teflon tape as a last ditch effort. However, no success there either. I definitely do not think it is my toilet that is the issue as I put everything back to normal without issue.I will say that the unit is pretty well made and the knob seems to turn smoothly. It definitely doesn't feel cheap. The connector on the bidet itself is plastic, but seemed to be decent quality. However, it just didn't work out for me...maybe in the future when I remodel my bathroom, I'll give this a try again. As of now, I don't have the time to troubleshoot and run out for parts to make it work. As of now, this is getting returned.
makes a scary gap at the front of the seat
December 13, 2014
lifts the front of the seat too high making a gap that is scary at what might get caught. since it raises the back of your seat higher than the previous model MB110 (Luxe Bidet MB110 Fresh Water Spray Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001KKRCFA/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_p8eJub0PF8BM7).eventually, depending on your toilet hardware, this stress would cause wear on you existing seat or even toilet.I DO recommend the model MB110.
Does NOT fit all 2 piece toilets - check before buying
November 6, 2014
I tried to install this on my Toto Aquia Dual Flush (CST414M) but it was physically impossible. The bidet comes with a T-connector that is used to supply water to both the tank and the bidet. The connector is designed so that it is inserted between the hose already supplying water to the tank and the tank itself. This means it gets attached directly to the bottom of the tank. This would work great if you have clear access to the connector that is part of the tank (i.e. where the hose is connected prior to installation). On my toilet the tank connector can only be accessed by removing the tank and pulling the hose up through a hole in the base where it mounts on the bowl. This makes it impossible to physically attach the T-connector to the tank. So before buying check to make sure that there is easy access to your tank connector and also clearance for 3" or so below that to accommodate the T-connector.The shame in all this is this problem is the result of a dumb design choice. If the T-connector had been designed to be inserted between the water supply valve and the hose going to the tank then it would work on any toilet - one piece or two piece.
awesome!
September 13, 2014
UPDATE: I've had this for a while and just noticed a problem! The plastic parts are a huge no no with anything relating to water! My toilet has been slowly leaking all this time... Mind you, a very very very small and slow leak, but still! Hello! I'm really disappointed in this thing now! If I don't find metal replacement parts for it, I will have to throw the thing away or contact the Amazon seller for a replacement. You guys need to be VERY careful and make sure you periodically check on the connections to make sure they aren't wet from a possible leak. Wow!Very good quality. The reason for 4 stars is because there were no long screws that came with this kit to replace the short screws that were already on my toilet. Theres only problem I had was that because the piece that goes under the toilet seat was somewhat too thick, the toilet seat screws were longer long enough to secure the seat in place WITH the bidet under it. This kit does NOT come with longer screws which was disappointing. I had to dig through my stash of screws and found a long black one and a long silver one that were from two other diy projects in the past. Had I not had those screws, I would have had to go to a store and get the long ones. Screws dont cost much so it would have been very nice if at least one pair of 3-4 inch screws were added with this kit. The bidet works beautifully. There is a delay with the water when the knob is turned on but I havr known other bidet systems to do the same thing so its not just this company or this model. It is very very lightweight which is good! Easy for a lady to install on her own. When you remove hose from back of toilet after closing off water valve, put a cooking pan or cup under it so water doesnt spill out after disconnecting. Will review again when it has been used a bunch! Stay tuned!

Update: broken in 6 months
February 12, 2016
Great product, really cleans..and very easy to setup. Only took me a few minutes to have it set up and ready for use.Update: now after 6 months of use(not even that regular use, and I only have two people in house), the soft closing is already broken, and heated seat functionality is broken too.Talked with customer service, even if it's under warranty, they only offer replacement part for free(cost like a few bucks anyway...), but you'll have to repair it yourself! Or send your broken peace to their service center but you'll have to pay for shipping and extra charge etc...Not worth it, not buying with them anymore..
Warranty Issues? "We'll take care of it...at your expense!"
October 26, 2015
It works great...until it doesn't then have fun paying to ship it back to them for evaluation.I purchased the item in February of this year and it worked fine until about a month ago when it started leaking a bit into the bowl. Soon the drop here and there turned into a constant flow so I had to call and figure out what to do. The customer service rep had no answers so they informed me that my unit would have to be returned to their facility for evaluation and repair BUT, they don't pay for that, you have to pay for shipping, then they decide what they're going to do.Once you get the email informing you of how to return the product, you then get additional information about them deciding how much they're going to cover for the repairs and whether they're going to charge you an additional amount before sending it back to you...i.e. they're going to hold your product hostage unless you pay them what they demand. While it works, it's a great product, however; given the nature of their customer service, I would definitely not recommend purchasing from them.

Doesn't work. Think we got a bad unit. No water pressure. It trickles out, but water doesn't even touch the user. Doesn't heat and control panel doesn't work. Have left 2 messages with bio bidet with no response. Looks like I'll have to return to Amazon.

Nozzle shoots water way in the front, almost at the front rim, missing the spot
September 16, 2017
I bought 3 luxe Bidet Neo110 back in July to install on 3 toilets that I am replacing. I installed one yesterday on a round toilet. Two BIG problems,1. The Bidet is installed correctly but the nozzle shoots water way in the front almost at the front rim, missing the spot.. How do I adjust this? There is no room to move the nozzle back. If this does not work then it is useless for me. Help. This is unacceptable.2. It raised in the back and front of the seat is raised like an alligator mouth. When you sit, it seems like it will break.Return window at Amazon is closed.
Serious Leak Issues
August 17, 2017
I've had to install, remove, and re-install this multiple times and it still develops a leak after a few weeks. Even with that, I discovered it leaking AGAIN. The other bidet I've purchased online has had no issues in years and was installed with the exact same hardware/nylon tape.Very disappointed in the connection quality on this. I'd suggest looking at more durable models from other vendors!Actual function was passable, but it went from 0-100% jet pressure in about 1/10th of a turn of the control knob. Not at all a "low to high" setting as it states on the label.

Let's see what breaks first: the seat or the bidet
March 31, 2016
The elongated plastic arm is not at solid and strong as it should be. Even that is ok as I dont have children at home who could put pressure on it and break it. My problem with it is that this bidet is meant for those toilets that have toilet seats which have raised back, so that the panel can sit under the toilet seat without touching it or putting pressure on it. I have a toilet seat that is flat and touches the surface of the porcelain flush. I did screw the toilet seat on top of the bidet panel, but stays lifted, and bend down with weight to touch the 'throne' when someone sits on it. It is definitely going to break the toilet seat and the bidet panel (as the weight on the back half falls on the bidet panel), dont know which one is going to break first. I cant afford to buy another one or an extra toilet seat. Maybe it would work well with a new toilet seat that has enough space to accommodate the bidet without putting pressure on it, but I cant now spend money on a new toilet seat. It should have been given in the product description as to what kind of toilet seat is needed. To make it more clear, the toilet seat given in this link is what would workhttp://www.amazon.com/KOHLER-K-4670-C-0-Lustra-Elongated-Toilet/dp/B00164N2WCyou can see in the picture how the back is raised. That should give this bidet enough space under the seat. But do think, if you want to spend $35 more to change your current toilet seat.
Leaking nozzle in drops
July 2, 2015
I received it yesterday and after I installed it, I found that the nozzle is leaking in drops continuously even when the control knob is in off position (I double checked that several time). May be this is an isolated case, but I had to return it immediately.
