They stand behind them with the best warranty and offer top notch customer service. I've only read about the customer service, and not had to deal with them directly. I fully expect these tools to last a lifetime. These sockets are very dependable and easily readable. Thanks again Tekton! Great tools for the handy man/shade tree mechanicApril 23, 2017 So far so good, rebuilt the front end on my '03 Super Duty with them and they seem to be good tools. I am not a mechanic by trade so these are perfect for what I need......moderate use. They aren't the quality of Sanp-on but they also are less a quarter of the cost, I can't justify spending that much for my use. I'm quite happy to buy this product on its history and merit ...April 8, 2017 I am impressed with these sockets for a variety of reasons as follows; range of sizes,size and clarity of each socket size,quality of design and durability/reliability and of course,a fair and affordable price.I have purchased and been at the mercy of name brand tool trucks in my trade for years and have sacrificed hard earned dollars as such over many years. Looks great, works greatMarch 20, 2017 The first thing I noticed when I opened them up was how nice they looked. The sizes are very clear on all the sockets. The case they are in is great and has almost no wasted space and I will definitely be keeping them in the case. Having used the sockets now for a few months several times a week they work great and have shown no signs of wear. The only change I would like to see is the outside of the box being labeled as I bought both the SAE and the Metric sockets and had to write on the case with sharpies to tell them apart without opening them. Good quality, but with one improvement.September 8, 2013 These are a good set. I have no question they will last a long time. The case that they come in is good and seems like it's up to the task of being opened daily. The only complaint that I have, is that the measurements are etched into the sides of the sockets. For a socket of type, I would have liked to see engraving instead of etching. I was aware of this when I bought the set, just something to suggest that would make it even better.I also have the metric set of this line and would say the same thing as well. | Nice set of impact socketsAugust 29, 2017 Reasonable price for a set of impact sockets, I like the plastic storage case. Nice assortment of sizes. This is my third set of impact sockets from Tekton, no issues with them seem to take bolts off just as well as my snap on sockets. Well worth the money if you ask meMay 9, 2017 I'm just a lube tech at my shop but I do far more than just oil changes, so having adequate impacts are more than essential. These definitely hold up and should last a while, and even if they don't, I'll be utilizing their lifetime warranty. I recommend buying a set of these if you're starting out and don't want to buy for brand name but want brand name quality. I really like the size markings which are easy to readSeptember 28, 2015 I replaced my 20 year old name brand set with the Tekron set.I never had any problems with the old set which I had given to my son.The Tekton sockets perform well and show no sign of wear.I really like the size markings which are easy to read.If the markings hold up over time,I will be very happy.The price can't be beat. | Get what you pay forJune 1, 2017 Good sockets besides I had one unmarked and another labeled the wrong size. Bad timing when counted on using the set.
