Way better quality than I was expecting. Easy assembly, strong, durable, easy to operate (folding, setup, storage).The most impressive thing I noticed was how well the unit was packaged. I've ordered a lot of furniture online, and let's face it, it's a roll of the dice if it shows up undamaged. My table showed up with a big dent in the box that broke through the cardboard. So, I thought, we'll see. And found the table to be spotless. I found there was pressed wood panels in the box to reinforce and protect the table. Not only did they add the usual packing materials, there was also these hard rubber corners protecting the table corners. I'm sure my trash man is going to love picking up all that..lol.Be aware the box is VERY heavy. Doesn't matter how tough you are, you will need help bringing this thing in. But after unpacking it's easy to manage.

Assembly: I was overjoyed at how easy this was to assemble, especially after seeing only 1-2 pages of instructions. I built it by myself in only 30min but would recommend using 2 people b/c you’re required to lift it at the end of the process and: 1) it’s heavy and 2) I worried the legs would break apart from the table based on how I had to lift it. The table held up fine but I wouldn’t do it that way again. Grade: AEase of moving/folding: When the shipping company drivers delivered the package and said it weighed 250-300 lbs. as they struggled to lift it, I thought it would be a huge burden for me to fold it up and move it. However, it’s amazing how well the weight is distributed, which allows my 10-year old to move and fold it with ease so I’m able to park in the garage after every use. Incredible design and ingenuity, especially considering both table sides can be folded to only take up about 1-2 feet of depth in the garage so car fits comfortably with many feet to spare. Grade: A+Packaging/shipping: When I received the package, I was worried about damage to the table b/c the box sustained a large ding/dent during shipping. However, upon closer inspection, the package was insulated and surrounded extremely well with 1-inch thick filler board and large rubber coated corner pieces. The filler board insulator absorbed the dent and table was 100% intact. Package arrived from a shipping company - friendly drivers and easy to coordinate a 1-hour window for delivery with the company (first shipping window you'll receive may be 12 hours - 9:00 am - 9:00 pm) Grade: ADurability: I’ve only had it a few weeks so not sure how to address durability but it appears very durable and well-made. The wheels are large and appear to be almost industrial strength. Looks like I got a bargain. Grade: incomplete but very encouraged.

We bought a cheaper table from another company last month. It was delivered damaged. The other company had not packaged it well and one of the corners had been crushed when someone had dropped it. So we returned it and bought this table, even though it was more expensive. We are truly pleased with this table. It comes almost fully assembled (the cheaper two-piece table from the other company needed hours of assembly)...we had this put together and were playing in less than 20 minutes. It looks good and shows off well in our upscale home. It i clearly a starter table. If the kids get good and enjoy playing, I can see us dropping more than a grand for a one piece tournament style table. But for now, this table is a lot of fun and fits in very well in a house with many new and top of the line things. The packaging on this was excellent. It wasn't just in a cardboard box. It had thick rubber pads on the corners and particle board strips to protect the sides. Love this table.

We purchased this tennis table for last year's Christmas gift. I waited to provide a review to see how this table would hold up over time. We've been extremely pleased with this Joola table. It's built very solidly and transitioning from upright to playing mode is a breeze. Assembly of the table took about 30 minutes or so and we had no issues at all. I have two boys that play rough and so I had my doubts if this table would hold up over time, but it has worked terrifically. Being up to put up one side and practice by yourself is a very nice feature. I do not have expert knowledge about what to expect with table play, but I've been very pleased with play. Everything feels tight. The most difficult thing I ran into was just getting another person to help me carry it to our basement. It is heavy; a testimony to the solid construction. Don't try to move it on your own.The funny thing is my boy like to use this table for a lot of things other than ping pong and it still looks brand new. In the picture attached you can see they play this game where they try and bounce the ball into the Pringles cans. It also is a terrific place to build legos.I highly recommend this table. It's solid construction and quality means that you'll have a great time for many years.

We received our new JOOLA TL300 table the other day and we are very satisfied with it. Amazon's delivery of the table was exactly as prescribed except there was only one person delivering it and he needed to call in a second person (which took 30 mins) to come help him put it in the house since the table ways over 200 lbs. Set up of the table was extremely easy, taking my 12 y/o son and I about 20 mins before we started playing on it. The table itself is solid, sturdy, and versatile. I like the way the two sides are not bolted together. It is extremely easy to fold and unfold it.The only downside (very minor at that) is the magnetic scorers. Basically they don't stick to the metal frame of the table and upon further examination, it turns out that the small magnetics fall out (2 were lost in shipping). Like I said, minor and it certainly doesn't affect the playability of the table. Overall, I'd recommend this table to anyone looking for a good home table tennis table. I anticipate it wall last for many years and offer our family hours of great fun.

I bought this during the Christmas deal period. I feel as though it was a great deal. The table and equipment are made with high quality, and the table is very sturdy. I love the ball holders in the corners and magnetic scorekeeper (though the latter only goes to ten). Both are nice features. Also, the net is extremely easy and convenient, as you just have a large clip design (i.e., imagine a large clothespin) at the end of the tables with cylinders that the ends of the net slide into. This is much better than what they had in the old days of large screw/metal clamps with the nets tied to them (very easy to break).One consideration is that the table is actually two pieces with each piece being one side. It's not an issue for me, though wheeling the pieces around would be a little more work. I bought a cover that is probably meant for a one-piece table, but it fits over the two pieces put next to each other without any problems.The delivery through Amazon was very convenient, though they did come a day after the original appointment. Maybe it came to the regional deliverer too late in the evening on the planned day. But I had some flexibility in my availability so this was not a problem for me. And the people who delivered it were extremely professional and courteous, and the packaging and table were delivered in excellent condition, which were the important factors for me. I feel like I got a table of outstanding quality for the money and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in buying a table. It's a good basic table with a few extra features to boot.

Nice looking table with features such as fold back option and the corner ball holders. Fairly straightforward installation, pretty much did it myself with some help from my spouse in lifting it. It weighs a lot, but that speaks of the table's sturdy construction/quality. Super excited. All my friends loved the table and they can't stop admiring the color of the table.

Love the look and design! I like the ball holders in the corners and magnetic abicus' for score keeping. Folding the halves is easy to do as well. The assembly wasn't too bad once I figured out what tools were required (Phillips head screwdriver, rachet, and wrench). I'm not sure about 15 mins, but certainly about 30 with all tools available and doing it alone.

Our family is loving the new "ping pong" table! Everyone is getting better after only a few weeks; we are using it more than I even expected. We have teenage kids and their friends are enjoying it as well. The table was easy to set up and is very solid... it doesn't move around when we play, the net is firm and so easy to set up. The table was also easy to set up and easy to fold up and store. The only thing we were disappointed with was that it got a couple scratches in the first couple days and I have no idea how they got there. Was worried it was going to get scratched up really easily, but haven't noticed more scratches since.

Very nice tennis table and easy to assemble. It's light enough to be moved without issues, and firm enough to handle being "bumped" by multiple players. The quality is excellent for the price, except for one of the two magnetic abacus scorekeepers which arrived damaged and defective (one of the magnet on the scorekeeper was pushed in too much when was built so it does not attach to table, and one of the score pins was damaged). Also, the corner ball holders do not work and do not hold the balls. I will contact JOOLA to see what they can do for me. We also love the fact you can train by yourself. My son improved dramatically by practicing on his own. Other than that, we love the table which has brought much of family quality time. Thanks JOOLA!

The table is very easy for one person to put together (although the instructions leave much to be desired) in about a half hour. The two sides do not connect. But, leveling is easy and the wheels lock so this isn't an issue. Because the two sides of the table are independent of each other, storage is easy (put each side vertical and roll them where you want them) and you can easily put down one side for self play.I did subtract a point as there are multiple scratches to the table. Most are on the bottom. But, there is a noticeable one to the top (approx one inch long) that doesn't affect play. Given the weight of the table and this shipping issues because of this (requires special shipping carrier that has limited delivery and pick up options), it was not worth exchanging it for purely cosmetic reasons.The difference in cost between the lower end tables and upper end ones appears to be the thickness of top board. As a causal user (between myself and my family), this table was more than adequate and I am not sure I would know the difference between this table and a thicker one.All in all, a good purchase for my family.

Really great quality table. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because one of the wheels is falling apart and that is a major concern because with a broken wheel, the portable table is useless. Besides this however, the table is extremely big and plays great. Have had a lot of great family fun with this table. Assembly is very easy, took me 15 minutes with the help of one other person to flip the table. Parts are all quality built. Great table for the price. I did also receive this package late which is very disappointing but I was satisfied in the end with a great discount from Amazon. Table was in excellent condition but did have a few scratches in the end rails but overall satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend this affordable table.

For being a beginner level table at a reasonable price, the Joola is pretty rad. We wanted it for epic ping pong battles in the office, but didn't want anything too intense in case we needed to move it. It goes together fairly easily and has two parts that you can fold up if you need to get it out of the way fast. The ball holders on the side are pretty clutch too.The only thing that sucked was the shipping. It was supposed to come Prime shipping, but something happened with the distributor (I think it broke in transit?) and no one would tell me what was going on. Customer service was very confusing and they couldn't tell me when a new one would be shipped out. We needed it for a new office opening and it ended up being a week late.It works great if you don't mind the potential for some screwy shipping stuff and having to possibly deal with customer service. I suppose you get what you pay for!

This table is sleek, however the compromise is in the problem of truly having the two sides stay together. If you intend for the table to go on carpet, you'll need to consider how to best level the two separate pieces, as well. You have to rely on the net to give the semblance of the table being in one piece. It is sturdy for the price.

Did not arrive on time as scheduled. But the product is as expected and great for indoor/basement use. My kids are loving it !

This is a good table. It took me about half an hour to unpack and set up, and it's extremely simple to fold and unfold (just one latch on each of four table legs, plus one more latch on each half to keep the table folded up. The surface is good and plays like any standard table. The included net is pretty high-quality too.Edit (4 months after purchase): The table is still good, but customer support is nonexistant. The table comes with an offer of free ping pong balls in exchange for leaving a review, but after submitting the request, I got an auto-response; a couple months later I sent an email to them and never heard back. I can only assume that if something went wrong with the table, I would be totally out of luck.

PROS:-Solid legs and undercarriage-Super easy to assemble w/2 people (due to weight)-Looks very nice-Nice clip on net-Corner ball holders are convenient-Folds up easyCONS:-Very "tinny" bounce to the ball (I think this might be the case with all thinner tops)-Magnetic scorers are very low quality thin plastic and the magnets are not that string to hold it to the table-Paint / striping on top very high quality-Not a big fan of the two separate halves that do not connect design-Metal supports under table top do not support corners (to make room for ball holders)-Removing protective tape around the corners sent small flecks of paint everywhere (although did not seem to effect anything)-Metal supports under the table top are attached to the thin top with plastic rivetsThe biggest flaw of this table, I believe, is the plastic rivets that hold the support table top. This issue for me lead to a broken table after the first few games. I think it was probably jostled around in shipping and because of the plastic rivets, the metal support beam pulled away from the table ripping the thin partial board top. Amazon, as always, has fantastic customer service and returned the broken table, but I requested a refund rather than a replacement because I am not confident that this table, even if it was babied during shipping, would be very durable.After looking around, unfortunately, I think this is just the nature of tables in this price range, although the Stiga STS 185 looks like it might be more durable and has a thicker top for just a bit more money, but I have no experience with that table just an observation from looking for a replacement to this one. I would up paying much more for the Stiga STS 420 which is a great table so far and seems way more durable (as it should be for the price).

The table came well packaged and on time as estimated.Why the two stars? Because one of the metal legs DIDN'T COME WITH A PRE DRILLED HOLE. I had to stop in the middle of putting the table together, go to Home Depot, buy a drill bit, then come back home and finish installation. This took an extra hour. Super inconvenient and annoying. Joola needs to have better quality control.In the picture, the front leg has no pre drilled hole. The back leg is what it is supposed to look like with the holes and screws installed.

Great sturdy table EXCEPT several of the screws have come out on one end and won't screw back in so we are left with having to try to fix it with glue or new screws. Returning for a replacement would be an option but dont have any of the packing materials. It broke in the first day.

I love the product but the table was missing the corner pieces that hold the ping pong balls - can't figure out how to just get those without returning the whole table

The table appears to be high quality, and the packaging is solid. But! It came with the wrong set of bolts and nuts. To attach a t-leg to the table, you need to pull a bolt through a leg and secure it with an end-nut. The instruction claims the package has 8 end-nuts. Our package actually had 7 end-nuts, and one regular nut. Ok. Problem: the bolts are way too long to secure the legs. So, the sole regular nut actually did its job -- it went all the way down the bolt and secured the leg properly (even though it created a sticking sharp part of the bolt at the end, which is presumably a safety hazard, but I am willing to ignore it). But the 7 remaining end-nuts stopped, as designed, at the end of the bolt, which is a good half-inch before the leg of the table. So, the legs cannot be secured. At all. I am pretty handy at those things; I did not misunderstand the instructions; it's the improper set of pieces, and it's done improperly in the factory, because the package of bolts and nuts was sealed when we got it.The result: I now have to go to a hardware store to buy 7 different nuts or else 8 shorter bolts. All nearby stores are closed for the holidays (New Year's), and will not be open for two days. Our family was planning on using this table over the holiday weekend, and made plans with others, but it cannot be put together because of the silly factory error. A weekend ruined. I would have happily returned the table, but it's so huge, and packaging is so painful, that I'll have to keep it (unless other problems materialize after we fix this one).This is seriously infuriating. I am used to seeing cheap junk with incomplete sets of hardware or defective pieces. But this is supposed to be a high-end item! It costs more than $400. How did we fall so low that even high-end, expensive items routinely come with improper hardware, cannot be put together without a trip to a hardware store, and we are not even surprised?

The nuts and bolts to attach the legs were missing and for ten days now I am waiting for the parts. The metal frame underneath the table top is attached with with screws or pins all around and one of them had fallen out. I will give an update once I am able to assemble it.
