July 19, 2015 Great product! I was really looking for a case to fit my iPad mini with a transparent back cover to show off my monogram decal, and this works wonderfully. I got it in a mint color and it looks fantastic and have gotten several compliments on it. You can see the decal clearly through the back cover. The magnetic cover also works amazingly. I purchased a new one since my old iPad case (purchased by a different seller) was already falling apart only after a few months of using it. I love how sturdy this case is, without looking bulky, and also the overall protection around the side buttons, slots, and speaker. I've had this for a few months now and it still works and looks great. I carry my iPad mini with me everywhere, and the fact that it has still lasted this long is amazing. The fact that it looks great, is sturdy, and for a very affordable price is more than I could have asked for. Would definitely purchase more in different colors! GREAT product. . . January 6, 2015 My husband gave me an IPad mini3 for my birthday and I love it. I also received the Apple brand case to go with it, and it had a hefty $70 price tag with it. Being obsessed with all things Amazon, I went on line to see what other case alternatives were out there. I found this case for $12.95 in the same exact color and thought why not try it. Yes the name brand Apple one is real leather, but this one looks pretty close. The Apple one is leather front and back. This one has a clear hard plastic back. But the fit is the same, and the front folds back and down just like the Apple one to make the stands for the IPad. I like this one a whole lot better than the pricey Apple case. ANd we saved $58 dollars. Purchased Gold Champagne! December 10, 2014 I was concerned this cover would scratch or damage corners but it's indeed safe to detach and install repeatedly without any scratches. Cut to precision, protecting your volume and hold button, and a perfect fit. Magnetic plates are sufficiently strong enough to close, open, sleep and stand without the wobbly feeling. Fantastic cover for such a great price. A good quality exceeding the price point. July 8, 2014 I am a bit of a perfectionist. Case in point, this is my third iPad mini case. My first case was the ultra-cheap Khomo case, which I purchased off Amazon. The case lasted roughly two weeks (I believe?) before I returned it. In that span of time, it the cover began to fray, separate, and fall apart, which was fine by me because the case just didn't work. The magnets weren't strong enough, the angles of the case were too steep to hold the iPad upright, and I just generally hated the thing. My second case was the iSkin Vibes Folio. I made the common mistake of assuming a pricier product was higher quality when this case also fell apart shortly there after. All that aside, so far I love this case. My biggest problem with the Apple branded smart covers are that there is no hardshell included and that the colors, well, suck. The lack of variety was a serious deterrent, so when I saw these cases for just $12, I was intrigued but afraid of falling into the trap of the Khomo case, that the colors and designs would lure me in, but the lack of quality would ruin it. I was a bit apprehensive that this case would be awful, but the quality appears to be there. I love the colors, the magnets are very strong and hold the iPad at agreeable angles. My only complaint thus far is that the microfiber lining of the cover is probably excellent for keeping the screen clean, but it also picks up a bit of grime from the surface on which it is set when used as a stand. I'm sure I'll find a way around that at some point, but at this moment it's my only complaint. I'll update if things start falling apart, but so far, it has my stamp of approval | 83% Awesome case! Closing the cover turns off the display July 29, 2016 Great case. Closing the cover turns off the display, and case fits great around all openings on the iPad. Buttons are easily accessible and pressable, and the case is lightweight. The magnets are not incredibly strong, but they keep it closed if I am taking good care of it. Love June 28, 2016 I purchased this case in the blue and I rally like it. It is a case that completely covers the outside of your iPad, however it is super slim and light weight. It looks great and keeps my iPad safe. Preserves Resale Value Beautifully May 27, 2016 This is an amazing case, especially for the price. This is my second one to purchase after the volume buttons broke after a full year of use. Heads up: be careful when handling this without your iPad in as the buttons do not extend very far. Setting that aside, this case is very sturdy and has survived the bumps of a college student's backpack to retain "almost new" resale value without compromising the aesthetic appeal of this device. I will definitely be purchasing from this brand when I upgrade to an iPad Air 2. |

Four Star Reviews: | 13% Fits iPad Mini 3 But The Camera Hole Doesn't Line Up Perfectly March 9, 2017 I ordered this as a gift for my mom's iPad Mini 3. It fit the iPad Mini 3 although it was quite tight squeeze to get it in. It seems to be a decent quality case and is priced appropriately. I knocked off 1 star because the hole for the camera didn't line up perfectly. My dad resolved the issue for my mom by cutting the hole wider with an x-acto knife. Not ideal but it works. Overall my mom is happy with the case and so I am happy with my purchase. So far, so good March 5, 2017 I have only had this item for a very short while (under 2weeks)so I can only offer my opinion so far. I am pleased with my product. It arrived as scheduled in good condition. The case fit my iPad mini 2 perfectly. I ordered the gold and I love the color. I didn't give it a 5 because it's still too early and I noticed that my battery life is a bit short. I'm not sure if it's case not closing snugly enough to get most out of sleep mode or if it's something else I am in love with pink August 29, 2015 I am in love with pink, but I also wanted to show off my cute nerd decal on ipad mini. This was perfect, because I am able to use it for the pink and use it for the transparency in the back. Packing: It came it a neat packed, and was secured in the package. I took a photo of the packing. I pay attention to packing because it shows the buyer that the seller cares how it arrives and how it is packaged. Shipping: Shipping was fast, it arrived in two days! The feel and quality feels smooth. The exterior feels like its quality made, although I know its not. How it will hold up, time will tell. I seen a few reviewers say it cracks over time and does appear to be that way. The downside to it, it feels like it has weight to it. When I placed my ipad mini, it all of sudden felt heavy, I know a case adds some bulk but I never felt it being this heavy before with other cases I ve had. It is hard for me to find the "perfect" ipad mini case, but so far I love this one. Im gonna decorate it with stickers, because plain pink is too boring for me. Overall it seems good, I mean it will not protect from a fall but it is cute and its responsive to sleep/wake options. Also is great that I can use it as a stand to type real quick and watch Netflix movies. Great buy! I liked this item because of its design January 25, 2015 I liked this item because of its design, but I did not like the wrong color I received. I chose sky blue because the picture indicated a really nice tropical like sky blue. The one I wanted was actually called Mint Green which was a bluish-green color but I ended up getting a plain grayish blue case. Over all, I think the case would have been fine if I received the item with the right color I wanted but since the color was off, I also have to say that the front cover was a glossy fake leather material but it was just a medium light blue. Nothing great about it. The cover also didn't stay folded very well but I guess that is from being too new and not broken in yet. It just seemed stiff and too thin to be considered great quality. The back portion of the case gave the iPad mini a nice snug fit and it felt really secure. Over all, it is not a bad case but the color name doesn't match the picture. Excellent December 8, 2014 I'm really happy with the color (turquoise) of the case and the fact that it's really light weight. It's slim and nicely made. Delivery was quick. My only complaint is that the magnet is not strong enough to keep the cover closed, but for the price I'm pretty satisfied. May 14, 2017 I love these cases because they were cheap and had nice colors. that being said, I guess you can't expect very good quality for the price. I've bought a few of these cases and most of them are either broken now or the edges have chipped. The light colors also get pretty dirty. I also didn't realize the back side was clear and I didn't really like that. All in all, I would probably purchase again, but they have raised the price so I'll probably look for a different seller. Good case - but not a smart case March 9, 2017 This is a good sturdy case. I was expecting it to be a smart case with the magnets that lock my iPad when I close it. Those don't seem to exist in this product. It holds my iPad up well on my desk and stays together well. I like that it covers the front and back of the device. Sometimes these cases don't completely protect the device, but this case does that well. The holes for the camera and everything on the back are spot on. The power button cover is difficult to press sometimes. It's a cheaper case but a decent quality. I just wish it worked like the smart cases that lock/unlock the iPad when closing and opening. Good looking, but awkward to use ... December 15, 2016 I purchased this same case for my iPad Pro 9.7" and liked it so well I decided to purchase one for my iPad mini. Unfortunately, the iPad mini case doesn't fit as well. The top cover is just a hair smaller than the actual mini on the top and right side, so there is no "overhang" or "lip" to use to lift up the cover. The cover fits very flat agains the screen, so it is very difficult to open. There is just a hair's width overhanging at the bottom so, if I can remember that, I can lift the cover from the bottom edge. Not a natural way to do it. The back cover fits fine, I like the quality of the material and the overall appearance, it just isn't comfortable to use. The front cover was ok and had a nice feel when opening and closing but when comparing it ... December 6, 2015 I bought this and two other non-Apple branded cases as well as an Apple case to try. So my opinion is from my comparison of the four cases and how I would rate them compared to each other. This one came in in third place of the four. I didn't care for the hard plastic back. The front cover was ok and had a nice feel when opening and closing but when comparing it to the other cases I had to rate this one in third place at 3 stars. The old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly applied in the purchase of these four cases. I wouldn't recommend this case unless I just absolutely needed to save some $. I would like to give this item a better rating August 21, 2015 I would like to give this item a better rating, but oh my goodness it smells HORRIBLE. and it makes my fingers smell. I would return it if I still had the box. I thought it may have been the packaging that smelled originally, but every time I open the case this truly repugnent smell wafts towards me. I am hoping that it dissipates over time. Otherwise, the case seems to fit snugly. The magnet is strong enough that it puts the case to sleep and awakens it when I open and close it. Two Star Reviews: | 3% Looks nice, but not durable and does not protect the iPad May 31, 2017 Had this case for a little over a year. It looks nice and is low profile and light-weight. The edges of the cover started fraying a little with threads coming out, but not a big deal. But this case does not protect the iPad from drops at all. I dropped it from about lap height onto a hard floor for the first time last week. When it fell, the iPad came out of the case and the screen cracked. A corner of the back of the case itself cracked as well. Definitely not a durable or protective product. Defective April 29, 2017 I don't know what happened to this case, but the magnet is nowhere near as strong as it used to be. The folding part of the case just keeps opening when I on fold it onto itself to make my iPad stand up on its side. This is the second case I've ordered with the same issue..... returning again Not recommended for kids January 31, 2017 Okay, this cover is inexpensive so I probably shouldn't downgrade it for being cheap quality. It really doesn't offer much "drop" protection except for scratches on the screen. I ended up replacing it several months later with a thicker cover. Overall, if you want a slim (not as protective) case and are on a budget, this one will do. If you want more protection (like for your kid) then opt for a heftier or better quality cover. Mint green? Not. November 18, 2016 I think they should have listed it as lime green instead of mint green, I don't like it but I guess it will do because I don't want to hassle with shipping it back to return it. Meh--worst of three ipad covers I've tried July 24, 2016 This is the third ipad mini case I've tried and probably my least favorite (though I LOVE the color). Also, I really like the back of the case (the translucent side). My issues: 1. Despite loving the color I received, the color is not a great match to the picture online. Mine is a bit more pink in shade than true light purple. 2. One of the selling points of the case is that it covers the power and volume buttons. Unfortunately, they are difficult to press to get the buttons to actually work--I'm trying to decide whether to buy a new case without these covers or if there is a way to cut them off using a knife/tools... 3. There are two ways to configure the magnetic cover to allow the ipad to stand up--one at about a 75 degree angle (almost vertical), and one at a very low 15 degree angle (almost horizontal). The near-vertical is fine, but the near-horizontal for some reason doesn't hold up as well (surprisingly)--often the ipad will slide forward a tad to where the ipad becomes completely horizontal/flat on the surface, rendering the slight-angle benefit totally useless. Other ipad covers I've used have a more substantial angle and thus don't have this problem. While the color palette of these covers are fantastic, the functionality is not as good as others. | 0% There are no reviews yet |

One Star Reviews: | 4% Sleep/Wake feature doesn't work August 20, 2017 The case looks nice and is sturdier than I expected. However, the sleep/wake function did not work. Five stars for Amazon's customer service for rectifying the situation via refund, but disappointing that it did not function as described. You get what you pay for, I guess. Weak magnetic cover August 19, 2017 I was excited when I first received it. The color is the same as the photo, and seems it is made with nice materials. However, it has one big problem. The strength of the magnet is so weak, that it cannot hold the folded cover as a stand. So you cannot have the ipad stand like what show in the picture. It still protects the ipad, but not functional as it advertised. Not very good case for protecting the body of the ipad June 15, 2017 I purchased this case a few years ago but recently took it off my ipad. The case allowed dirt to get to be back of the ipad that made little dents or chips in the corners where the dirt must have sat which defeats the purpose of having a case. I wanted to make sure the ipad didn't get any marks on it during use but with this case it did. Ipad FELL OUT of the case on the way to the floor! June 23, 2016 I read many reviews of several cases on Amazon, and finally selected this one as it had great reviews and I liked the translucent back. The case looked great, I snapped the ipad into the case. I liked that it is slim and not bulky. The "typing" position is fair, but the standing position is good. After about 3 days of use, I was looking for some information, so took the ipad from one room to another. On the way, I lost my grip, it went down, I tried to grab it and just got some of the cover. The ipad fell out of the case, face down on my tile floor. The screen shattered. Needless to say, I am returning the case. Most unhappy. Wrongly made or wrong case sent. February 23, 2016 I received one that had cutouts that did not match. Very unhappy as the volume controls and the lock switch are not really able to be used.The mic is completely covered over. and headphone port is unusable. The case seems to be well constructed otherwise. Magnets not only will not keep it closed, they will not even activate the sleep wake feature. I now have found that they sent me the bumper case for iPad mini 4. | 2% No protection when dropped May 14, 2016 Looks pretty, but it pops off when you drop the iPad.
