The smell is superb....the salt is finely ground, so it's not like your average Epsom Salt with big crystals. Dissolved perfect in water.

Morton Epsom lotion works fantastic on my severe leg cramps and other muscle aches and pains. Goes on easily and absorbs fast. I use it every night before bedtime and sleep really well. The only problem is everyone has discovered how great it is and the cost is going sky high and it is becoming pretty hard to come by, many places being sold out of it a good much of the time. Too bad because I finally found an item that helps with my severe upper thigh cramps that are so painful that I can hardly stand them when they happen at night. If anyone knows where you can get this stuff pretty cheap please let me know.

THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT EVER!!!! I put it on my wrists and thumbs when they were really sore and it stopped that pain. Then I began using it liberally for anyplace that had pain and never saw anything work like this. I'm confirmed DMSO user, but this stuff, which isn't even touted to be a pain reliever is better. The combination of the two is miraculous. Apparently your body absorbs it very well and it goes right to work on relieving the discomfort of inflammation. I also bathe in epsom salt, but this stuff is totally AMAZING!!!

I LOVE THIS LOTION . I HAVE A BAD KNEE AND IT RELIEVES THE PAIN QUICKLY AND LONG TERM. I GAVE BOTTLES T0 MY DAUGHTER WHO HAS ARTHRITIS. SHE LOVES IT TOO.

I love this lotion. It goes on my skin so softly and it really takes my Psoriasis Placque from my skin ever so gently. I hope they never stop making this lotion for us Psoriasis patients. It's an absolutely must for us! Thank you, Amazon!

A little background. I suffer from horrifyingly, painful Fibromyalgia Disease (FMS) and a few other things, too. My Physical Therapist recommended that I purchase this product in combination with "Glycerin and Bubble Bath (see below)" to sooth my horrifyingly, aching body while taking a bath. You combine, "2 cups of Epsom Salts, 1 teaspoon of Glycerin, and 50 Drops of the Bubble Bath (see next sentence), then place under running water in your bathtub. Also, I purchased (from AMAZON) THE "Active Organics Bubble Bath Cedar SPA - Anti Stress in (Ceder Scent (manly scent)," so that i would end up "smelling very manly (wood like..ish)" and boy howdy; I do get attention. (Yes, ladies, there is Lavender Scent , too). The end result is that the combination of these three products they they sooth your entire body, really awesome! I am very satisfied, and recommend this product to everyone that suffers from Fibromyalgia Disease (FMS) and any "type of body and/or specific type of back pain"!

Okay - this is a lot of epsom salt. I keep a tub of it next to my bathtub and scoop it in for every bath. It will last me a long time. This really works to soothe aching muscles and joints. It also works to calm you down if you're anxious.

I have bought multiple times. This is the best price I have found anywhere. Soaking in these salts help me with aches and pains. I am very happy to find an affordable place to purchase this in bulk.

This was packaged very well and the quality is great. I make epsom soaks with essential oils for my friends and clients to try and this is what I will order again when I need to restock. Well done!

Great for soaking away my aches and pains. --I also used to kill weeds-- I mixed with 2 cups white vinegar and 1/2 cup dawn dish soap about a 1 cup of Epsom salt.I tried this 2 days ago and it killed most weeds, I'll reapply on the few that are still a little green. You can make larger batches if you have a weed sprayer, I used a Windex bottle and sprayed a mist. I just poured the mix on the larger weeds and those are the ones that died first. Be creative!

Great. The postman made sure I knew to be careful the box was heavy. I didn't have the heart to tell him it was 25 pounds epson salts. Lol, it was fabulous to not have to carry it! It is a great value. Soaked already, and its like any other salt so far. Arthritis can go away for an hour or so!

GREAT value, Superior grade Epsom Salt.I suffer from chronic gout arthritis attacks. I also recently took a fall and damaged a knee. After reading about all of the benefits of Epsom salt and my additional pain I have increased my Epsom use to almost everyday with great results. I use a few cups per bath so I love the large 25 pound bag.I was looking for a better cost option with my heavy use and this product fit the bill as the drug store Epsom salt was becoming price prohibitive. After receiving my order I find the packaging (bag) is very heavy duty and looks to be professional grade. With my pain the convenience of having 25 pounds delivered to my front door via Amazon prime is priceless! I am not a chemist or anything but I find this product has a finer, smoother appearance than the store brands, dissolves better in the bath and as one review suggested may be easer on the skin. I agree that this product is mild on the skin, actually made my skin very soft and helps the pain! My opinion is this Epsom Salt is the best of all the brands I have ever used.Great Product, Great Price, Highly Recommended; I will buy more!

I started the Keto (very low carb) diet and had some muscle cramps (mostly in the calves) in the first few weeks. I knew that they were caused by lack of magnesium so I figured I'd give this a shot. I rubbed it in on my calves and I could feel the tension go away. It wasn't 100% gone but it definitely helped. I decided to just suck it up and take a magnesium supplement and bam, cramps gone for good.My only big complaint with this lotion is that it leaves a rather obvious white cast on your skin. If you're shockingly white like me, not big deal. But if you have darker skin, you might not like this lotion. If it will be used under clothes, it's probably fine for anyone.

I put this on my knees at bedtime, it absorbs quickly, has no odor and it gives me pain relief all night long. Will definitely purchase again.

I bought it in hopes of alleviating some aches and pains. I read that it's not too salty, but it is. It applies on really wet and when it dries, it feels like you have a layer of salt on it. I don't think it really relieved any pains for me, but perhaps it will work better for others. I have bad joints so it feels good applying this, but it could be said the same for any other lotion.

Nothing is wrong with it I guess I just didn't know what to expect from something I'd never ordered before for this purpose (home remedy for poison oak relief) I didn't get the use I'd hoped this time but I'm sure I'll have plenty of opportunity (hopefully not for poison oak!) to use it for other needs in the future

Lately I have become addicted to Epsom salt. I started out small and now I had to have 25 lbs. I purchased a second bag and it should arriving any day. I enjoyed relaxing in a soothing tub of hot water mixed with Epson salt.

I can't say that this lotion has made much of a difference (swollen knees), but perhaps it helps in ways I have detected. It goes on smoothly, no odor.

I'm always glad to buy an unscented lotion, but I didn't really find relief from "minor aches and strains" It isn't a greasy lotion, but it also doesn't feel like it is moisturizing my skin and I really need that... I probably won't make a second purchase.

Didn't do all that much for my pain and it did leave a slight residue. But overall, I wasn't dissatisfied.

I am still trying this product to see if it seems to make a difference on how I feel. 'Tried it on my feet (since it is supposed to be equivalent to soaking in warm epsom salt water)...it leaves a white residue on my skin, so am trying to use a little less of the product at a time and let it soak in more. I'm not fully convinced the product meets all its claims.

I got this to try at the same time I ordered Two Old Goats, because I wasn't able to find them locally. It is okay, but I prefer the smell and results of Two Old Goats better. I do continue to use Epsom Salt in my bath water and use this afterwards at bedtime. Have seem some benefits but not as much as I expected or needed.

It's good, not as good as SF Bay though. Doesn't dissolve until much later so I'm crunching around on salt until it finally does.

I use a ton of epsom salt in detox baths as part of my late stage/chronic Lyme disease treatment. This was my 3rd or 4th order of this 25 lb bag - The first few bags were great. This contents of this most recent purchase looked different: Crystals were larger, discolored (yellow) and black flakes of something in there - larger than dirt and the black flakes did not dissolve in the bath water. I've been using it anyway and no adverse reactions - but didn't feel the purity/quality control was very good. Fine for using in the garden etc but makes a bath feel less than clean...

great salt just can get better prices elsewhere

I've reviewed this before but it isn't showing, so I'll try it again. The Epsom salt arrived quickly and was packaged well to protect it from being torn open. I really like that the salt is smaller than others I've used, it dissolves much more quickly. I'm sure I will continue to use it, it's much more convenient for me.

It was OK, but feel there are better, cheaper brands.

I am happy with the purchase and it seems to be working great for my sore back and neck. It is fine salt and easily mixed into the tub.

It's epsom salt, which is great; however, there is no scent to this product, and it says with Eucalyptus, so one would think that there would be some soothing smells. Definitely disappointed with that, and I wish it were made clear that this was what I was purchasing, because I wouldn't have purchased it had I known.

Very Drying. I use so many others that are far superior.

Might as well just user the plain Epsom salts that are cheaper. The scent is almost non-existent in the water.

My understanding is that it was suppose to come in a pail not a bag.

Bag had small hole in seam so Epsom salts came out onto floor when I removed it from shipping box. I was cleaning it off floor for days. Product has large clumps in it. I have purchased other brands from you that were great This one IS NOt. Will not but again

I use Epson salt mixed with some sea salt for my weekly bathes...this one, however, gave my skin a terrible rush (although one would wonder what can go wrong with epsom salt? and Morton is pretty realiable brand in my opinion)...Amazon's customer service is superb - they immediately reimbursed me the cost. I continue to use Epsom salt but from other vendors.

This product does nothing for me. An epsom salt bath is far better of soothing your muscles.

This is powdered Magnesium Sulfate, not Epsom salts (they are different products). Even comes with the label "wash thoroughly after use". Not graded for bathing or ingesting. Look elsewhere.
