Plastic- it's fantastic!
September 15, 2017
I may be a bit of a dork, but I love to laminate! These sheets work perfectly in the Scotch Thermal Laminator. We have used them for laminating cardstock to improve sturdiness. We have used it to make sheets dry erase compatible. I have successfully laminated a whole sheet and then cut out the pieces (gasp!) to save time. So far no peeling away! Definitely would recommend!
Work perfectly with Amazon's Laminating Machine

Worked perfectly with the AmazonBasics Thermal Laminator. I'm not sure how they work with other laminating machines, but they worked beautifully with the amazon version! No issues using these at all, and I will definitely purchase again when I need more.
Worked perfectly!

Worked perfectly with AmazonBasics Thermal Laminator. I laminated some tap and die charts for my garage and a new sheet to label breakers in my basement.

What a deal and really good quality laminate material. I use it with the Amazon basics laminating machine and love it!
Good quality lamination sheets for the crafter or homeschooler.
December 26, 2015
Thank You Amazon for your prompt shipping. These lamination sheets work wonderfully with your AmazonBasics laminator. For someone like myself who is on a budget but expects good quality, you have come through. All of the education games that I have made with the lamination sheets are good quality and sure to last for many years. This is my second package of lamination sheets and I can say that there will be more purchases in the future.

Thanks for the awesome price Amazon!

They have worked perfectly for every project I've used them for. I've mainly been using them for photo projects and I can easily fit 3 4x6 photos in one sleeve and the photo seems to come out even brighter and crisper than before.
Been using these for several years!

Keeps papers tear free for years in my classroom! I use them with my scotch laminator, and they allow my center materials to stay nice and neat for several years! Makes it worth it for me to put together colorful, fun centers!
Perfect thickness for laminating paper bookmarks! (other paper products)
July 13, 2016
These laminating pouches are the perfect thickness to laminate bookmarks that fit comfortably between pages. I just re-ordered a pack of 200 sheets and will definitely be getting use out of them! I use them with the Scotch Thermal Laminator 2 roller system and got really great results. They're thick enough to handle easily when feeding into the laminator machine. I've laminated both 100lb coverstock as well as 80lb, so I laminate paper on the thicker side and they work amazingly well. There is a good seal and when the paper is fed correctly, no crinkling of any sort. I've never had an issue with the laminate bubbling or warping. I found the best way to feed into the machine is setting the document in the laminating pouch on top of something that is on level with the opening feed. (I use the box that the 200 pouches came in or a stack of books). This ensures a straight feed for good results everytime. The laminating pouches may be a bit opaque but once it heat sets and is fed through the machine, it comes out crystal clear. I've recently started using these to make little ID badges as well. A great product that I would recommend and will definitely be purchasing again.Over time, I will update my review for longevity and quality of the product. If you found my review helpful, please vote with a YES/LIKE. It would be greatly appreciated!
Amazing pouches for a great price
February 19, 2016
I love these laminating pouches! I am an elementary teacher and I hate how the school lamination is thin and comes off easily, even when it hasn't been trimmed too close. I used my Scotch Thermal Laminator Combo Pack, Includes 20 Letter-Size Laminating Pouches, Holds Sheets up to 8.5" x 11(TL902VP) for 2 and a half years before a rogue off-brand laminating pouch got stuck in it and essentially took it out of commission. My hubby was able to disassemble it and get it out, but the sticky residue remained. I keep it now as a backup for my Scotch Thermal Laminator, 2 Roller System, Fast Warm-up, Quick Laminating Speed (TL901C-T), and have vowed to NEVER buy off brand pouches again. Haven't had a problem since, and the cost is well worth it!
The Best
July 7, 2014
These are awesome. They are crystal clear and you can cut right down the middle of a single laminated sheets without it coming apart (it will come apart if you laminate two sheets back-to-back and cut too close to the papers with lamination sticking to one side of each page). WARNING: Make sure you insert the page closed-side first. If you insert the open side then you will break your laminator. True story! Happened to me because I was trying to do too many things at once and wasn't paying attention. It melted all around the rolling bar inside my laminator. Had to get a new one. BESIDES the point. But just wanted to give warning when I can. Great sheets. Great price. Love them!
Nice Home Laminator
June 20, 2012
My wife loves crafting and making all sorts of things. She needed to laminate some stuff and I decided we should just buy one. This unit does a really good job. I was really impressed how some items she made for a party she was planning turned out. The lamination was nice and thick and looked professional. It wasn't flimsy like some of the home laminating I have seen. The unit heats up fast, and auto feeds the pouch in. It couldn't be any simpler. It is so easy, that I have even laminated some things for my football coaching and a little mothers day project for the wife. Also, make sure to order the pouches online as well, they are much cheaper.

Nothing is safe in my house, if it has a corner I will round it!
May 15, 2017
Oh my goodness, I love this little tool! Where has it been all my life?! I bought it to use to round corners on things I laminate (I teach the 3 & 4 year olds at church and have learned if I want anything to last for more than 1 week it must be laminated!). I didn't want me (or the little ones I teach) getting hurt on the sharp corners that inevitably show up when you laminate anything. It works like a dream for that, but I have also found many other uses for it. For example, I made little diplomas for my group of preschoolers I taught and rounding the corners made them look that much more professional. It easily cuts through the laminated sheets. The 3 different sizes are a nice option. I also love that it has a cover to catch the clippings, so much easier to clean them all up that way. And, no I did not get paid or compensated in any way for this review, I just love this little product!!
Finally! The right sizes & it works consistently!
December 9, 2015
How difficult can it be to find a decent corner rounder, right?! Apparently, it is REALLY difficult, cuz I tried at least 8 or 9 at various sizes & hated them all! - including the big huge heavy duty chompers from WeRMemory Keepers. They are either (1) not quite straight, leaving the rounded corner lopsided (2) they require you to turn the darn thing upside down to see what you are doing in order to line up the punch, then the paper still slips when you actually execute the punch, (3) they are so tight that it takes all my considerable weight to punch a corner, knocking it askew & resulting in a crooked corner, (4) they break after a too few punches, (5) they are super heavy to heft and store, (6) they stop dialing sizes properly, etc. etc. etc. THEN, this one finally shows up as a #1 seller. It is GREAT! First of all, the corners are the sizes I need - the small is about the same radius as you'd see on laminated IDs (I've since gone on a rampage, cleaning out my entire family's wallet & laminating everything & rounding corners on everything), the medium is the perfect size for rounding corners on photos or card envelopes (I think the one on the envelope punch boards are a bit too large to allow you to make a pretty liner or punch a cute little design in the corner) - see the pix I uploaded for an example, the large is perfect for rounding card corners without eating up too much of the design. I wanted to get through my holiday cards before leaving a review, so that I can indicate what it works on consistently. It works well on paper, cardstock (I tried 65# to 140# watercolor paper), foil cardstock, foam, glitter stock, 40# vellum, and even some card corners that have stenciled texture paste. I didn't like how it worked on felt, since the cuts weren't as clean.
Nifty Office Gadget
January 3, 2015
This is a really awesome gadget to add to an office/work station. I was experimenting with business cards and wanted to have some with rounded corners. Unfortunately it's pricey to go to a print shop and ask for these extra details. Thus I went to seek help from Amazon and lo and behold was granted with this corner cutter. I didn't even know such a device existed! Needless to say it worked very well in creating rounded corners for my cards and letters. It adds a nice, unique touch to any document and is fun to use. The design of the cutter comes in 3 sizes: S, M, L. You slit in the corner of the paper and firmly push the lever down. When I first got it I couldn't stop finding excuses to round cut everything :)
A wonderful tool for Scrapbooking and Business cards
September 20, 2014
This is a video showing how the corners look on top of each other, and how well it works for Project Life crafting. I also show the bottom so you can see how easy it is to open it up and throw away the excess corners.I had recently returned Martha Stewart's corner cutter, because it wouldn't make any clean cuts. This corner cutter with 3 different sizes has exceed my expectations.
Corner rounder perfection
September 12, 2014
I can't tell you how much I've spent on stupid corner rounders, trying to find just one that creates a good, consistently round corner for my projects. There's nothing worse than cutting that corner only to find that your rounder suddenly decided your card would look better with only a half-round corner. So frustrating!!Finally, I've found the rounder to change my life. It feels flimsy when you first pick it up, but it's not. Mine has not let me down so far, at least. You get three corner size options, and while the back isn't open to "see" what you're doing, there are lines on either side of the rounder so you can guide your paper in properly. I've used it probably 100 times already and never once have a had a corner that didn't live up to expectations. This puts the Fiskars, Martha Stewarts, and the EK Successes of the world to shame. Look no further- you've found your rounder!!
Very nice
March 26, 2014
Just corner rounded 1000 cards (4000 corners) of 130 lb cover. Every corner came out perfect.I was looking for a 1/4 inch corner rounder. This unit is in metric but the middle of the three sizes was basically 1/4 inch.Certainly on this heavy cover stock this was a one-at-a-time operation. You'd probably want to stick with one-at-a-time even for lighter paper.I was a little worried that it would break because another reviewer had a bad experience. Theirs was either defective or they may have tried stock that was too heavy. 130 lb cover is very heavy stock though, and 4000 cuts is a lot of work. The unit showed absolutely no signs of wear and tear after this job.Normally I'm not very impressed with these little plastic consumer-grade tools. In this case someone did a phenomenal job designing this little gem.

Not bad for the price.

I got the Amazon laminator too.. although it doesn't heat up as much as I would like to.But the sheets are very good. I've gotten a few wrinkled laminates after, but for the most part, not bad. Will actually purchase again and would even recommend due to being affordable.
Different then previous versions...
August 10, 2016
Woah guys! I loved these before. I have used them for about 2 years now. I always buy this brand... But they changed. I might not have noticed if I hadn't needed to finish up my last box before using this new box. There are benefits of course. They keep the paper inside better, it tends not to slip. They also are thicker feeling and are harder to peel apart. For those teachers lamination at home, pet hair loves the new ones. It sticks and I'm constantly wiping them off. Wasn't like that before.... Either way they're a great price... Just different then before.
Very but not completely reliable
October 9, 2015
My wife is a teacher and LOVES to laminate. The plastic is very clear and seals well without bubbles or wrinkles. These have functioned very well for her but every 10-15 pouches, there is one that fails to properly feed for some reason. For the price, that seems like acceptable collateral damage. These pair very well with the Amazon Basics laminator.
They work in my laminator
June 25, 2014
I have a Scotch laminator that came with some sample pouches. I replaced them with some Scotch brand and a box of the Amazon brand. The Amazon brand was substantially cheaper, but I can't tell the difference in the finished product. When I need more pouches I'll be buying these again.
Great Deal - Sturdy Sheets
April 29, 2014
As a teacher, I am constantly blowing through lamination sheets. I decided to try these out to save some money (versus the store bought packs of 12 or 20 sheets I had been purchasing before). They have worked well with two different brands of laminators. I have also noticed that these sheets produce a more sturdy product than previous sheets I have worked with (scotch brand).

Super convenient and easy to use
August 21, 2017
Super convenient and easy to use! My only complaint is that sometimes when I have finished a sheet, there is still a cloudy looking effect on the paper. Not a big deal and will not hinder my continued use!
Good product as expected.
June 2, 2017
These laminating sheets worked well and were easy to use. Note, these sheets require a laminating machine as they are not the sticky type of laminating sheets.
Lamination.
November 1, 2016
I like it, but need to try some 5 mil stuff. I should have looked deeper and got the 5 mil, but that is no fault of Scotch or 3M. These work well. I used them with the AmazonBasics Thermal Laminator. Both worked quite well.
Very thick, but not good as a dry-erase
October 3, 2016
Works great for laminating for a classroom. Or school seems to never have any laminating film when I need to laminate items for the class.I have bought this several times, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is really hard to erase if the students use a dry erase marker on it (even Expo). I had laminated papers for small group and it was almost impossible for the students to erase after writing on it. The thinner school laminating film works much better for that.
Clear, but some warping involved.
June 1, 2015
The results on my laminations come out clear, but with noticeable warping. I don't know if it is the laminate material or the inexpensive Scotch Thermal Laminator I use (I use it so infrequently that I couldn't see spending the big bucks on an expensive laminator). I wonder if a thicker laminate would prevent the warping. Perhaps when I need another package, I will look for the next thckness up.
worked quite well
December 31, 2012
I purchased Scotch Thermal Pouches 8.9 x 11.4 Inches, 100-Pack (TP3854-100) to use with my Provocraft book binding/laminating machine. I made a book for my niece with the pouches and it came out pretty well (if I do say so myself!) The laminated pages were much more rigid than I was anticipating (guess i"m used to the cheaper lamination the schooloffers) so I was a little worried my niece might cut herself on the edges - thankfully she hasn't.The only real complaint I have so far is that a few of the pages I have encountered had little holes or something in the plastic and while they laminated ok (I used them for practice) they didn't look that great. So you really have to pay attention and look the pouch over before you ruin any items!.FYI, I noticed it is very easy to cut the seal when trimming around the laminated items. I used a cutter to trim my pages but didn't notice the seal wasn't always a "perfect" line around the object so I ended up cutting the seal. Luckily I was able to put the page back through the machine and seal it again. With more practice, I'm sure it will get easier. So far I'm happy with this product :)

Instructions Please!
January 28, 2017
It's a pretty good product for the price. It would be better if it came with English instructions. The instructions are only in Japanese! Fortunately, we have the internet and can find online tutorials on practically everything. I don't have experience with other corner cutters. I would recommend that you practice the corner cutting skills on some scrap paper or card stock. I practiced a little bit and found that it's not very difficult to acquire the necessary finesse to make very nice round corners.Watch one or more YouTube tutorial(s).
Great for punching corners off self-printed playing cards
September 4, 2016
For what it is, this works wonderfully. I bought it to round the corners on a bunch of thick print-n-play cards (double-ply of linen coverstock). It got a little tedious after punching 100 cards (times four corners each), but that's to be expected. I did find that the S and L cutters are a bit more troublesome to use than the M. The reason seems to be that the S and L are on the sides of the device, so force isn't applied as evenly when pressing the lever. That's easily enough remedied by pressing on the size label at the same time as the lever. So a little extra effort, but still a good product.
A really good bargain.
July 11, 2016
Didn't expect much for the price. The multi-function ability sold me. It has become my "go to" corner cutter for paper stocks up to 230 gsm (10mil) photo paper. It can handle somewhat heavier but grudgingly. Still a really good bargain
Cuts Well; Quality Product
September 10, 2015
Used this to trim the corners of paper for my Filofax inserts. Does a really good job most of the time. Sometimes a corner doesn't cut clean. Minus one star for that. Cannot put more than 3 sheets of Filofax paper in the cutter at once. Cutter has a nice heft to it, easy to use, sizes are clearly marked.
Not suitable for Laminated items, only for standard paper.
July 16, 2015
This is a great cutter for PAPER ONLY. It WILL NOT cut laminated items. I laminate using 7 mil sleeves and normal inkjet paper, and it won't even make a dent in the laminated work. I'm sending it back for this reason.I did test it on paper and it does a great job, so if you only need a great hobby cutter for paper, this will fit the bill.
A good cutter at a good price.
April 28, 2015
Of the low priced corner cutters on Amazon this is the better option. It gives you a choice of three radii and is easy to operate. I am quite pleased with it. Amazon also sells Fiskars that is inherently easy to use, but because of a poor design it mis-aligns too easily unless you operate it as a left hander. This one ships from Japan and takes a couple of weeks to arrive.

I like how these packets have a little seal on one ...
August 25, 2015
I like how these packets have a little seal on one end to help keep the item you are laminating straight and in order. I did have an issue with the excess (plastic) rolling up after it went through the laminating machine causing my document to be rolled in the process. I did also run in to some major "bubbling" issues with the packet after it went through the machine.
I will try a different brand next time.
July 19, 2015
A couple of laminating pouches came with my amazaon basics laminator. They worked great.I bought these and the final outcome is fine, but the procedure is a pain. These pouches were very difficult to find the edge to open up. On everyone I struggle to find the edge, and finally 25 seconds later I find it.Mine came with such a high static electricity charge, that they pull any contamination nearby, into and under the pouch so its sealed in. Definitely start with a clean table. Other wise any dirt, hairs, gunk or other light weight object will get sucked in with the static magnetic charge. But other than that, the final outcome is ok.Next time I will pay more if need by and buy some other brand.
Works as good as brand names. Shipping box not sealed properly. Product stored in plastic bag,, no storage box
September 23, 2014
Performs just as well as the brand name products but much cheaper. When delivered the tapes that are supposed to seal the sides of the shipping box were loose. The pouches inside the shipping box are not in a separate user box. They are in a flexible plastic bag so storage could be a problem. The outer shipping box holds the pouches size-wise exactly. It could be used as a user storage box with a slight modification. I recommend that the manufacturer be notified of this fact and encourage them to change the shipping box so it could be used as a storage box also.

Items slip around inside the pouches!
March 24, 2014
Maybe I just got a bad batch or something. The inside of each pouch isn't tacky at all. It's almost impossible to keep pieces of cardstock or paper from sliding around inside when inserting into the laminator. Then when that happens, the pouch and the items being laminated get ruined. The pouches I bought before were sticky enough inside to keep stuff from slipping around.

Awesome corner cutter tool
December 3, 2015
Review edit (12/8/15):After one week of using this for about 80 or so cards, it's starting to really stick together. I've had it pound it on the table for it to unstick sometimes. It's still an awesome cutter, but I wish it didn't start sucking so soon! I've had to alternate between the 3 sizes to try to find a size that didn't stick as much, but they're all sticking together. Thankfully the spring mechanism springs it free pretty quickly, but it's annoying to have to deal with, one week after purchase.Original review (12/1/15):This is amazing! I own dozens of cutters/punches - from various brands such as Fiskars and Reflections and Martha Stewart, and none work as great as this cutter! I've used it for creating my own Holiday cards this year, and the rounded corners of my new cards make me so happy - I wish I had this when I was doing my wedding invitations years ago! There are three slots for 3 different rounded edges - small, medium, and large. I've used all three, and the large is my favorite as it's the most distinctive out of the 3. Very well made, and the cutter hasn't jammed on me yet! I'm a huge fan!

Doesn't Work More Than Does Work.
October 2, 2017
When these work, they work great. When they don't, the glue doesn't meld well to the paper, no matter how many times the page is run through the laminator. If you plan on cutting the project, as an educator might do, do not use this product. The film easily pulls away and peels off the paper. I will continue to use the pouches for projects I do not plan to cut, but reluctantly so. I should have sent them back for refund. I have better luck with Scotch.

I was very disappointed in these. They separate from the paper easily and leave ripples after being laminated. Too thin at 3mil...I'm used to thicker ones like 5 or 6 mil. So I had to double bag these - first seal in a single pouch, then put the sealed pouch in a second and laminate a second time. But I'm going to get a pack of thicker ones. These are too light & flimsy.

I bought this corner punch because of the positive reviews and the fact that it had three different sizes in one punch. However, I found that it was not the quality I was expecting. It would only punch through one sheet of card stock and not particularly easily. I make handmade cards and would need it to punch through two pieces at a time which it would not do. I returned this and bought a different punch.
Disappointed.

Ok for 20# paper, but too flimsy for card stock. Disappointed.

My pouches were destroyed by the fork lift. The box was destroyed. Is this what happens when your not prime anymore. I'm not sending them back i need them. They have wrinkles all in most of them and the machine does not take them out.

These are horrible. I bought better made ones from Scotch that laminate without wrinkles and threw these away.

Unfortunately, all of the sheets that I have gotten from this pack do not remain "sealed" once laminated. I thought it was my laminator, so I had that looked at. Then, I bought a different brand/package of laminating pouches and tested them out throughout this month. Every single Scotch sheet that I used fell apart, whereas the other brand remained in tact. I tested this with regular paper along with cardstock. I am very displeased with this product and I will not be purchasing it again.

Sorry I ordered this!! Found 5mm off brand better and at 1/3 the price. Sorry I didn't do my research!
March 3, 2016
I am so upset with this purchase. I ordered the 3mm due to the price. When I used it, it the pages waved at me. I decided to spend the extra money and get the 5mm. When I went searching for 5mm, I ran across an off brand at 1/3 of the price. I read the reviews and decided to order it. Wow! I can't believe how much Scotch rips you off for their name. Never ever again will I buy their sheets. Do your research people. I wish I had.
These did not work well for me at all. Very disappointed.

These are the worse laminating pouches and I'm really surprised since they are Scotch. I had a package of Gordon laminating pouches that I had been using but cannot find on Amazon at all. They worked great! They were clear and did not pucker or bubble at all... however, these Scotch brand sheets pucker and bubble a lot. They arrived with some creases in the first several sheets, but I dug down and got ones out that were smooth and looked good. However, putting them through my laminating machine proved to be terrible. They puckered, they bubbled, they are not smooth and certainly not clear where there are ripples and bubbles. There are even some strange whitish marks appearing in between the top and bottom sheets. I am really unhappy with this purchase and will not be buying any more from this company. I thought they would be as good, if not better, than the last brand I purchased since it was not a top-notch company brand, but I am really disappointed with these. I'm trying to use them as I need them badly, but they are really not good quality at all. I will not be buying these ever again.

Ignore the reviews - don't purchase this product
July 14, 2017
Please do not buy this product because of the positive reviews. I don't know where they are coming from but they must be paid reviewers, or else I received a defective product. When I received this yesterday I tried to use it, but it couldn't even cut through two pieces of regular office paper without tearing. The "medium" setting did not work at all -- it could not cut through one piece of paper. It has no leverage and feels similar to a dull nail clipper -- not just frustrating, like my fiskars corner cutter, but completely unusable. I turned it around, opened the bottom, tried to find out what was wrong, but there's no clear way to adjust or fix anything.
Randomly broke
May 25, 2017
It worked great for a while, but then I tried to use it and it was just randomly broken. It had stayed safe and sound on my book shelf so it makes no sense that it broke. I'm very frustrated that it broke for no reason. It wasn't jammed with paper or anything either. I tried looking it up online and was unable to find anything about the issue.
Look elsewhere

Very cheap product. I'd return it if I still had the packaging.

The blade seems dull and the cut is nowhere as perfect as expected. I find myself having to use a scissors to touch up after using this corner cutter. My hunt for the perfect corner cutter still continues .

Horrible. Started out great but half way through first use would stick and not release. I was rounding corners on a playing card deck so not too thick. A hunk of junk.
