Sunk it into a wall in my apt and went halfway through two 2" by 4"s no problem. Took off the stupid green string on the blade when I got it, I mean really, what is that for? The green string slides on the handle and I forsee just removing that in the future also. The scabbord sucks! Cheep construction and the shoulder strap is too short and too thin for comfort. Duct tape would probably work better. For the price tho I am deffentally ready to hack my way through the zombie crouds. Happy hunting folks. Dull, and my shoulder strap was missing. I wrote to them, not to hear a word back. Cool sword for a back up weapon, but would rather just order another machete like my wife's. Don't get me wrong it seems like a sturdy one piece, as soon as I sharpen it and cut something with it I'll post a update.
