It arrived as promised, but after opening the box, the stone was on one side and the necklace on another. I could easily put the stone back on the necklace only to have it fall out again. Luckily I have a jewelry repair by work. Very disappointed in the end product I was shipped. not worth the embarrassmentJuly 10, 2015 The stone fell off. Embarrassing gift had to be taken back. Full refund from Amazon. smaller and not has dark of a color as pictureNovember 6, 2014 its smaller than i thought and more clear and the heart is not as dark of a color like in the picture. it is still very pretty. i havent had the chance to try it on yet but i just opened the box before heading to work. |

| Buyer BewareJanuary 30, 2017 I should have listened to the previous reviews. I received the product and the chain was in a large knot and the clasp was broken. I loved the charm. I returned it for a replacement stating to please package carefully so the chain was not in a knot. This time it was better, but there was still a knot and the chain was broken. Please do not make the mistake I did. The charm is so beautiful, but the chain is going to come knotted, This is the most dissatisfied I have ever been with any purchase I have ever made of n Amazon. Believe me I love Amazon, but this product is not worth the hassle. noDecember 7, 2016 I sent this item back once I saw it. It's smaller than I imagined from the pictures and the chain is misrepresented in the pictures. It is so thin and delicate it would surely break upon the first time someone wore it. When I ask for a replacement, for what was to be a Christmas present for my wife, I was told that it would not be delivered until January 20, 2015, and today, as I am writing this, is December 4, 2014. So I hope that no one will have the bad luck that I have, if they decide to take a chance on buying this item. |
