I take one tablet 30 mins before every meal and I have lost a few pounds. I'm not fat fat but I wanted to slim down. My only complaint is I hate swallowing these things bc they float in the back of your throat lol they are kinda big but the size doesn't bother me. It's the floating that does. I received the pills yesterday and took one today. They definitely succeeded in curbing my appetite and cravings. I took one about 15 - 20 minutes before eating some broccoli and was satisfied with that for at least 6 or 7 hours. It's now 9 hours later and I'm about to eat again because now I'm super hungry. I only took one, but the bottle says you can take two. They smell pretty bad. And they gave me kind of icky burps. I took off a star because of that. Still gets 4/5 from me because it did what I needed it to do. I am pretty overweight and I generally have a pretty unrelenting appetite. I will post updates on this review when I spend a little more time on these pills. |
