We did not need two pots though that is how they were sold. That would have been fine but when we planted the plant the first pot we noticed a hairline crack with water seeping out. Since there were two pots we just transferred to the perfect pot. We did not bother to call Amazon. Very happy!August 9, 2015 Wonderful pots.
