I use this instead of face wash. Love it. Use half a teaspoon, spread it across dry skin, and BAM - you've got clean and moisturized skin. I have combination skin (more oily than anything) that is prone to mild breakouts. I've been doing this for two years, and my skin has never been better.

I am so in love! This makuna honey cleans my face very thoroughly and leaves it nice and soft. I love it!

My finicky husband and I love the taste of this honey. When I felt a cold coming on, I took this honey by the tablespoonful twice a day. Before the cold, I took a teaspoonful once a day for maintenance. Although a cold is viral, the honey didn't lessen the intensity or duration of the cold. I still felt miserable. I must give compliments to how this honey kept a bacterial infection from starting. Nasal and chest mucus was normal with very little yellow and no green. So, no antibiotics for this gal!

Cures sore throat faster than anything else. Soothes stomach. Can even stop a Crohn's/Colitis flare up!!! You can use it as a face mask to knock out blemishes.

I did some online research on this before I purchased it. I am diabetic and I injured the smallest toe on my right foot ripping the skin apart between the toe and scraping the skin from the outer side of the toe. Being diabetic healing is a little slower that other people. Also, my wearing a work shoe daily complicated matters. The areas on the toe became infected after about a week to which my doctor prescribed antibiotics for a couple of weeks. I was also given instructions on cleaning and dressing the wounds along with a topical gel to apply. After about a month of this my doctor became concerned because of the slow healing and possible internal infection of the broken bone in the toe. He scheduled me for a follow-up appointment about 2 weeks away. I decided to try this honey as a dressing in hope that it would aid in healing the wounds. After about a week my wife noticed that the wounds looked a lot better as it seemed to be healing better than in the last month. On my return visit my doctor was amazed at how my toe was progressing. After my next return visit to my doctor ( 2 more weeks), he discontinued any treatment and referred to my toe as a "great save" because he was considering possible amputation. When I told him that I had been using the honey he was familiar with its success. It certainly worked for me! Note: For anyone considering using it as a wound dressing, I lightly coated my the wounds with honey and applied a non-stick dressing along with changing the dressing at least twice daily.

Not sure what people were saying about 1/2 filled container,,mine was about an inch and a half from very top,,it's the ounces.Just arrived ,,taste is good ,,no more to say yet.Expensive

I bought this because my daughter has molescum contagiosum on her legs with eczema on top. We've tried EVERYTHING. I MEAN EVERYTHING. I applied Comvita Manuka honey 15+ on her spots for a few days and most of them are gone. While it's still too early to tell if it's a permanent fix, this is definitely a win.

Wonderful tasting honey. The bottle says 8.8 oz but each of my 4 bottles has had only 6 oz in it. I cleaned empty bottle and measured to level where honey was. The whole bottle holds 8 oz full to the brim. At the price per ounce, this is a real rip off from Comvita.

I was a grocery buyer for over ten years, and I sat through endless trainings on manuka honey, which was a hot seller on and off through the years. Comvita is my favorite brand of manuka. Confused about the weird labeling differences across the brands? Here's some info from behind the scenes:WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE VARIOUS RATINGS?: Okay here we go. Back in the day, it was the hydrogen peroxide content that companies used as a marker for labeling. But fraudulent companies could easily spike fake manuka honey with HP, so authentic companies gave that up. Then companies started labeling by the methylglyoxal content, another component of real manuka (when you see "MGO" and a number on a label, the company is still using that method.). But unfortunately it turned out MGO content could be gamed as well. Finally the country of New Zealand (which has a vested interest in guarding real manuka's reputation) got serious about finding a marker for real manuka that couldn't be easily faked. Two years ago a researcher found one: leptosperin. Leptosperin can NOT be easily replicated. So now the "UMF" (which stands for "Unique Manuka Factor") rating measure both the leptosperin AND the methylglyoxal content, and is back to be being the best rating, per the New Zealand government, and me. That's enough about that.WHY IS IT EXPENSIVE: Manuka is a mono-floral honey, meaning the bees gather the honey from only the manuka bush. Virtually all people who work in Wellness and Health departments in natural grocery stores have a manuka story. Just exercise the same caution you would use when taking any product for the first time, and do your research if you want it for something specific. Do not damage your kidneys using Nexium.MGO 250+ works well. MGO 400+ works better.

Best for wounds and skin irritation. Buy the 400+ for internal use.

I have used manuka health manuka honey for years. I initially used it to help treat hpylori....now I use it in my morning smoothies everyday for general health. I love it!

I purchases manuka honey to drink in my tea to fight off disease. It has a stronger taste than other honeys I have used before but not bad. I also used this in my soap recipes.

Tastes like raw honey. If you like that stuff, it's wonderful, if not, me too. But it sure did help my stomach heal! Would recommend anytime.

comvita is very popular honey.My husband's stomach is not very good, looking forward to the effect. It is small maybe.

The honey was very good, but not as good as some other brands I have tried. It is mostly a matter of taste, so I think each person has to decide for themselves which brand they prefer. That said, it is a very good product and also quite pricey.

Just received this honey and started taking the recommended dose with the hope it alleviates my reflux symptoms. Just to warn anyone else thinking of buying some - you're supposed to take 10g (a teaspoon) 3x a day. That means this size of bottle will last you all of 8 days. At this price, it works out to $4+ per day you're on this stuff - I hope it works!

This may be a good product but for my particular tastes, no. I prefer raw organic honey that hasn't been heated but because I had heard so much about how marvelous Manuka honey was I had to try it. Not for me.

Very small jar very big price. I had hear great things about this particular honey and thought I would try it for its homeopathic value. It is packaged in a very nice and sturdy plastic jar. I did not notice that I felt any better or worse after consuming it, it did not seem to help me with any gastro issues that I had that I purchased it to try for. I thought it had a strange slightly unpleasant smell and a strange aftertaste, although it works well enough to sweeten my tea.

Does not work on my baby skin makes his eczema worst.

I use this for medicinal purposes, I am not sure how much benefit I am getting from it, so three stars for now.

I take this stuff for my stomach. I had gallbladder surgery that messed me up and it helps a bit. I didn't find this to be the best brand I've had. Or the best tasting by far. Manukau is always kind of weird tasting but this... Not the best.

This is my first time tasting Manuka honey.I must say that my senses were surprised by the less than pleasing aroma and flavor which reminded me of a bandaid. Since I've never tasted a bandaid before I suppose something about the scent and flavor reminds me of plastic.The expiration date on this item is excellent so I can't say if the product is supposed to taste this way or if it was a bad batch. All of the other organic honey I've tried was always incredibly delicious. There are studies on the benefits of Manuka honeythat's 15+ or higher, so I suppose it's worth a shot to try another brand or batch. I noticed that after a while I became accustomed to the flavor and it was more palatable.

This honey is okay. A bit sandy/grainy and somewhat medicinal. Maybe that's natural? A bit expensive for my taste too. I like the "Manuka Health" brand much better! It's smoother and creamier with a better flavor. Maybe because it has less Manuka pollen. Idk. But it does taste much better than this Comvita brand.

Does not taste like regular honey but from what i read its the best health wise

The honey is good as reviewed but the plastic container is fragile. It broke into pieces from a low drop and made a mess in my kitchen.For the price, this packaging is disappointing.

Boy, if this honey has provided me with any benefits, I can't tell it. For a while, I put 1 tsp in my hot tea every morning. Wasted effort, as far as I could tell. Then I tried 1 tsp in a glass of warm milk before bedtime, as I have trouble getting to sleep. No difference. Maybe I would be sick or dead without it and simply don't realize it. But honestly, this is not money I will spend again. Will continue using local wildflower honey in morning tea. A bit disappointed after everything I had read.

Received item tried it a few times, tastes pretty good but I was expecting to feel some sort of change on overall health/energy/digestion. Did not notice any change from this good or bad. I will keep in my cabinet for when I have a sweet craving.

I had bought this honey a few years ago, and it was delicious. This time it wasn't as sweet as the last one.

After One Bottle, no results at all

Small jar, overpriced and not as tasty or medically beneficial as my wonderful Airborne New Zealand Manuka honey. I will not buy it again.

Watch out for the misleading (15+) this does NOT mean UMF 15+, MGO rating and UMF rating are complicated and there are plenty written about this subject. Although they are simply "orange and apple" rating, they are somewhat correlated, and according to a few web sites, MGO 250 is roughly correlated to UMF 5+. One should do thorough research and read the reviews carefully because some of the reviews are simply generic about the benefit of Manuka honey (in general) and not specific about this brand and/or about its specific rating (MGO 250 is different than MGO 500)...I used to get the Comvita Manuka honey UMF15+, they are excellent, until the vendor recently ran out of stock. I switched to this and I found this NOT as good as Comvita's Manuka UMF15+. The favor here is more diluted and too sweet. I doubt I will purchase this brand again.

It was the second to buy the honey. However, when I received products, one bottle was broken and the honey leaked.

It does have a very strong medicinal smell, flavor and after taste. My family loves raw honey but we will not purchase this one again as the flavor is a bit too strong for us to take everyday. We have had other brands of Manuka honey that we prefer.

I have been purchasing this honey for two years from stores and online, this time I bought it online again and the honey is totally different with what I had before, it is thin liquid full of small bubbles and tastes strange......

I have always hated reviews that ding a product for its price - after all, everyone can see the price and decide for themselves whether it works for them, right? And yet here I am, writing one of those reviews.I simply didn't realize just HOW little product you get for your money. (The seller clearly states this is an 8.8oz container so to be clear I am NOT blaming the seller, at all).For comparison, we are talking a medium-sized vitamin bottle... I am a slim, small-boned woman and the entire container fits in the palm of my hand. There are MAYBE 10 tablespoons of honey in it, making it a breathtaking $5 per spoonful. (Not that I could actually get a tablespoon into the container - it is so small that only a teaspoon would go past the opening).I would easily go through of these containers a week just for myself, and for my family of three I would need at least two of these per week! I know it's a better honey with added health benefits but $100 per week on honey is simply too crazy for me.

Did not work for me on skin and cyst. Tasted great as an addition to tea or a smoothie.

I order this product repeatedly and upon finally opening this current order I discovered multiple tiny bugs swimming on the surface of the honey.

This is exactly what i thought i was getting.

Container was half opened when I got this item; honey was leaking out - did not feel comfortable using it as it appeared tampered with. I tossed it.

It works! I had more energy almost immediately and the gastritis calmed down a bit. I am doing Manuka Honey Manuka Health MGO 400+ Manuka Honey (20+), 250gm - 100% Pure New Zealand Honey along with papaya seeds and am also drinking a tea called Stomach Ease. The ones I use are by the company Eclectic.I have only been doing the Manuka Honey for 2 days. A tablespoon each serving.

I have ordered these before and they have been good, but this batch for some reason tasted like plastic and didn't have the same taste and strength at all. I am not even sure if this is 250+. I tried to contact seller but there was no such option. I would be cautious to by this product

I give one star because the honey they send to me like a syrup. Not like usually I got like a jelly,make me confused witch one the fake one and the real one, but this kind of honey really work for me to healing my allergy

Jar was the 3/4 full when I opened it and taste is off.

I've been using UMF15 for long time & it was good but this UMF20 consistency of honey is like jelly and burns the throat, tried 2 bottles and both the same result.

Was so excited to get this product. It came today and bottle was busted and honey all over bag. I will attach photo

THE JAR WAS ONLY 3/4 (THREE QUARTERS) FULL.

Received my product today and am mortified that it had been open. The seal seal to the kid broken and the actual covering seal completely removed.
