I don't normally write reviews unless the item was exceptionally great or awful. This mask worked great on my hair. Really notice the difference after one use. Very soft and shiny. I have bleached hair that is naturally dry so this will become part of my hair routine.

I will definitely purchase it again, I actually bought it at first out of curiosity not expecting much, but I was wrong, it leaves the hair really silky and strong, my hair is really thick and curly plus a lot of volume and you don't need to put a lot on your hair to feel and see that it is working. I don't know about you, but it helped my hair to grow a bit faster, and it makes really easier to detangle the hair, you notice almost zero hair on the hair brush or comb. 5 stars

I bought this to go with the shampoo and I love them both! My hair is on its way to recovery (had some crazy dry ends) you must try! Obsessed!

Recently I've started straightening my hair and I was worried my regular conditioner wouldn't be enough to counteract the possible damage that would occur. This is the product I ended up with after reading too many reviews of too many products. I must say that I love this stuff. I typically only use it right before I straighten my hair, when it's just an absolute mess and my entire head needs a bit of extra help, or I just add a little to my ends. I end up using the mask anywhere between twice a week to every two weeks. The instructions say to apply to towel dried hair which in my case will never ever happen, I stay in the shower and squeeze out most of the water from my hair, lather it on and comb out all the knots... and shave my legs while I wait (typically between 5-10 minutes)! It's a nice and thick consistency and smells really nice. I've even caught my husband using it!

I swear by this stuff, it is so worth the price. I recently moved from the humid Midwest to the desert - between the poor water quality and the dryness in the air, plus me using a hair dryer and curler, my hair started to look pretty gnarly. I was dealing with split ends and my hair started feeling 'straw like'. I had my ends trimmed and started using this a few times a week for 10 mins or so after I shampooed my hair instead of conditioning it. WOW. Seriously, I began to feel a huge difference. You still have to do your part to maintain your hair, get regular trims and use heat protection before styling, but adding this will help so much. There isn't much smell to it and unless you have really long hair this jar should last you a while.

I use this once a week for 30 minutes. I saturate my hair, stick it in a shower cap, and do what I need to do around the house. When the timers up, I rinse it out and go about my day. It helps with my permed hair. I wish it came in a bigger bottle!!

Amazing conditioner, leaves my hair very soft and shiny. I don't follow the directions, but instead, every month after I dye my hair, I put it into wet rinsed hair, gob it on, rub it in, and leave it for 1/2 hour or longer while I do things around the house, then rinse and wash my hair. It is worth every penny. I use it when I color my hair, instead of the conditioner that comes in the package. I highly recommend this.
Added Note: some of you say that you use a little bit of this each time. I have very thick hair, just to my ears, and I use the entire tub all at once. Something that works this well is worth it. It is amazing. My hair is soft and silky, looks like it did in my twenties, and I am 65. I dye my hair every month, and this keeps my hair from drying out. I love it. I also love that Amazon has this for about $13 less than I can find anywhere locally. Now it's available on Prime, too.

Short term, my hair feels great. As a male with medium to long hair, I can say it gives my hair better flow. I care mostly for the long term health of my hair, so we'll see how this product works in the next year or so.

I love the scent of this and it moisturizes my hair well. I dislike how small the jar is. I will only be able to use it a few times before it is empty. I have hair to my lower back which is curly and thick. I wish the jar was larger.

Ok, here I go...I'm 65 years old with very short and colored hair. I bought this product based on all the comments. I have to say the product is good, my hair is softer than ever, from the very first time I used the mask but I don't see any shine I was hoping , that's the only reason I give 4 stars....Delivery was fast and no problem with packaging......I use the mask every other day...maybe I need to give it more time to see my hair shiny.

I've used this product 3 times. Twice on myself and once on my son. We both experienced great results (shine, soft texture, good curl definition) after applying a plastic cap for 30min to 1 hour. I will purchase it again.

You barely need any of this product. I have thick hair and I used a tiny scoop. It has the potential to make your hair greasy and weigh your hair down. Smells wonderful!
My hair looks better than it did using other conditioners. Try to keep it off your skin and back; it made me break out before. 4 stars because its expensive and a small amount. It states hair "mask" but its basically just an expensive conditioner. You dont need to leave it on for more than a minute when the package says 15.

Didn't work quite as well as I was hoping (I have used other It's a 10 products in the past) but it still worked well. I like using it for a leave in.

This product works very well. I have long, blond hair - fine in texture but lots of it. I use this product after shampoo instead of my regular conditioner about once a week for the last 3-4 weeks. My hair is noticeably softer, smoother, and shinier until my next shampoo. I use silver-dollar size amount for my waist-length hair, focusing on ends but rubbing leftover on my hands all the way up to my scalp. My hair is not heavy afterward, no residue.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is price. I have gotten similar results from less expensive products. Another recent favorite is John Frieda Frizz Ease Miraculous Recovery, purchased at Target. If you're ready to splurge for a luxury product, Amazon has by far the best available price compared to local stores.

This is my favorite conditioner! I use this product at least 2 times per month and it's helped to restore health to my dry, relaxed hair and my daughter's thick, dry, natural hair recently damaged from over-using the blow dryer and flat iron. After washing with a gentle shampoo, I apply the mask generously, work it through in sections & gently comb with a wide-tooth comb starting with the ends. If I have time, I'll sit under a heating cap for 30 - 45 minutes (otherwise I'll put a plastic cap on while I'm in the shower and keep it in for 15 minutes). After rinsing, I remove the excess water and follow up with Miracle 10 Keratin Leave In spray. This mask is the perfect detangler and leaves our hair soft, strong, completely detangled & very shiny. It's replaced my Wen products. I would have given it 5 stars but I bought the larger size and the pump stops working after a few uses and since the top isn't removable - I wasn't able to use all of the product (this has happened a few times now so I only buy the 8-oz.). Highly recommend!

I had very hight hopes for this product, I was really hoping it would do the "miracle" for my hair, especially after reading so many positive reviews. It didn't. But to be fair, my hair is dead, not just dry or damaged, it's dead. It happened after a failed attempt to get ombre hair at a salon, just to end up with my beautiful long to the waist natural blonde hair destroyed a couple of inches away from the scalp. So... you can imagine my desperation. I bought the whole line of products: the shampoo, the mask, the leave in and the oil. For a month I used the mask every other day for 20 minutes. And then I got bored and used it (my second bottle) as a regular conditioner, only 5 minutes. I don't want to give it less stars because it probably does work on simply dry hair, my roots are actually very healthy now, and even though it didn't do the "miracle" for me, the consistent use of all the products have helped my hair to look and feel better. I just have to wait while it grows back because the lesson here is that dead hair won't come back to life no matter what you do.

I have finer shoulder length hair. I didn't really notice any difference in texture, shine or manageablity using this deep conditioner.I found it to be just ok.

Not impressed by this hair treatment. I used as instructed and even left a bit longer, but every time I rinsed mg hair my ends would be tangled. Had to use extra conditioner to counter that effect. Consistency is a bit off too, I would have expected more of an oily feel to it.

I used it on my daughter's very dry, tangled, hair a couple of times and I honestly didn't see much difference from L'Oréal or Dove conditioners just bc it doesn't feel like it has argan oild. I am still looking for a conditioner that keeps her hair moisturized all day!

This product works great. When it arrived they had wrapped it in plastic wrap but the lid wasn't closed all of the way so it leaked all over the plastic wrap. Bummed so much of the product was wasted. But I love this product. It works wonders on my hair

Okay, this is an excellent hair mask (when you buy a legit one). It leaves your hair very easy to detangle, smooth and manageable, and believe me, my hair is very wild, and not in the good sense (frizzy and wavy). As my hair is colored and very long too (and I don't intend to cut it in the near future) I am always on the lookout for good masks. This one I use once a week along with the it's a 10 leave conditioner, blow dry it, and voila. That being said, this one I bought may not be legit, so next time, I'll use another seller.

However, I do not intend to use this product regularly. Why? Because it contains Methylparaben and Propylparaben, which are toxic chemicals, and I am done putting chemicals on my body. So I initially intend to alternate this product with the MoroccanOil mask, which is a more expensive alternative which for me works similarly.

Honestly, this hair mask is just okay. I was expecting more, based on the raving reviews and how expensive this stuff is, but really it's not that much better than salon quality daily conditioner.

8oz bottle lasts me 3 uses.. i have THICK long hair.. a little does not go a long way with my hair.. its very thirsty.. i left it on all night each time or at least 4-5 hours.. i cannot tell u long term effects but it smells nice.. and would be a nice conditioner? i would need a big tub to give a completely honest review.. but at its price i cannot say for now.. for now im leaving it neutral im not thrilled but im not disappointed either.

This is a great product. I have straight, fine, color treated hair that I have to wash and style every day. I use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner (preserves color) and a leave-in treatment on the ends before styling, but my hair was getting dry and showing a lot of breakage. I love It's a 10 products, but they are REALLY expensive and difficult to find in regular stores which is why I only gave it 3 stars.

I found Neutrogena Triple Moisture deep recovery hair mask works even better. I don't have to use it often (every few days at most), I can find it everywhere (WalMart/grocery), and it costs less than half of It's a 10. It works so well I don't have to use the leave-in treatment on the days I use it so saving money there too.

If you don't mind spending so much more and having to shop online for it, this product is fine.

Didn't really improve the feel of my hair, and made my scalp and face itch after I used it. It's not the product's fault that I'm allergic to something in it, but it is disappointing that I can't use it.

The two stars are for the product; not the seller.I have dry, baby fine, thinning hair and was hopeful this mask would make my hair a little more healthy. It does not. It may be too heavy for fine hair, but the other thing that bothered me about this product is the smell. I know smell is subjective, but to me, it smells like lighter fluid. I have used Argan oil based products in the past that had a very pleasant scent, but with this product I have to rewash my hair to get the smell out. I am glad it works for most people, but unfortunately, it did not for me.

I did not give it 1 star because I did not hate it. The product is normal as drug store conditioner. It is not thick as other masks in the market.I had used it three times in a week and decided to return it. I feel nothing and not even the softness on my hair. (Only smell that I could notice.)I purchased it coz of popular reviews and good rate but once you really checked it. Over 70% of reviews were received this product for free or with discount. Maybe it just does not work for me. But next time, I will be more careful with too many good reviews within only a year. (I read the first review and it was in 2015.) Last week when I purchased, it did have 750 reviews and now it has approximately 800++ reviews.

It makes my hair fall out.
I have been using it for about a month now, about twice a week. It does make my hair shinier. However, it also induces hair loss. When I rinse in the shower after using this hair mask (even if I leave it in only for one minute) strands of healthy, normal hair are flowing down my body. It does not happen if I do not use it. I guess there is something in the ingredients that makes the follicles release hair. I also checked the ingredient list: beyond a bunch of good stuff,like almond oil etc. it also contains parabens (in unlisted quantity), dimethicone, sodium chloride... all the stuff we want to avoid when we buy quality hair products. I will not become a repeat customer.

I have thin, straight hair that I was hoping to get in shape for a salon visit/bleaching - this product did not do that for me at all. I've given it a week of using it every other day (two handfuls worked through hair after washing, then left to sit for 15-20 minutes before rinsing), and my hair is not noticeably softer, still has a lot of damage, and is still tangled. It does seem to have more volume after I use this product, but that could just be due to me not putting my usual leave-in conditioner in my hair if I have used the hair mask.

I gave it two stars because it didn't damage my hair or anything...it just didn't work for me like I expected it to. And I am clearly an outlier if other reviews are anything to go by, which just makes this all the more disappointing.

I had very high expectations for this after using other "it's a 10" products. I followed the directions for the "deep conditioning" and noticed no changes in my hair. In fact, after using this consistently for about 3 weeks in addition to my normal conditioning routine, my hair has actually gotten drier, although it is possible this is weather-related.

Much too expensive without enough payoff. Try a different brand.

I don't think it's good for bleached hair at all. Reading all the good reviews made me really expecting this to work well, but on the contrary, it leaves my hair way more drier than the other condition "evo fabuloso" I used. Every time I used this one, it makes my hair so dry for many days and I had to use the other condition to repair for this one, how odd! I definitely won't recommend this to those whose hair is seriously damaged, like bleached.

I was really hopeful about this mask but was disappointed right when the product arrived. There was no protective seal and it looked really dirty like it had fallen and some product fell out. I pushed the thought aside and decided to give it a try on my chlorine damaged, unruly 2C hair. In the shower it felt super soft rinsing it out, but when my hair was dry and styled it was limp with little shine. Overall, I had high hopes for this product but they sadly fell short :c

I have naturally wavy/curly hair with a lot of frizz. I was hoping this mask would moisturizer my hair and calm some of the frizz but it definitely did not. I've used the mask several times and each time my hair is more dry and frizzy after using this product than it was before. It leaves my hair feeling like straw. The best thing I can say about this mask is that it smells great.

Call me crazy but I have purchased this stuff many times from a store, and I know what it smells like. This stuff is not it....I don't know what it is.
