Powerful microwave. Cooks our food super quickly. And I love the stainless steal look of it. I just wish it had an easy on button. I have had it a couple months and I haven't had any issues with it.

Arrived promptly and was well packaged. I have tried about every function that it has and everything works very well. I would suggest that one should read about the functions in the Owners Manual as some are different than my last oven. Love the ability to leave the timer going while cooking something at the same time. Cooking power seems commensurate with the advertised 900W. My favorite though is the Defrost by weight function. It is dead on. Just defrosts, does NOT cook!.

I purchased this for my 92 year old father when his broke down. My brothers got him one from Walmart and he hated it and it broke after a month. So I ordered him this one and he loves it and works very easily for him, which is amazing since he has trouble learning anything new.Very happy with this purchase.

I never thought I would be giving this budget microwave five stars. I really go through microwaves and don't mind when they break after 3 or 4 years. But when my rather expensive Panasonic model broke just short of 2 years I was fed up with that brand and decided to quit paying so much for microwaves that fell short.I love this model. I don't miss the larger carousel or the huge thunk closing the door. It doesn't have quite the power but who cares about a few extra seconds. I love that it periodically reminds that I've left something in the oven. And if it breaks after two years I can afford to buy another with the money I saved. And I will buy another Oster!!

It works fine and heats up water nicely like for coffee and heats your food up too. this a powerful little microwave for the wattage.

User it all the time, never had any problem, had an old sunbeam for 15 years worked ever day, finally went out, so I got another sunbeam, since the old one later so long.

This is just perfect for my small kitchen. Very pleased with the looks and the performance. And love that it was delivered right to my door!

Bought this for my mom, who insisted on needed a small microwave. Not a lot fits in this lil' thing, but she likes that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space and fits whats she needs in it.

I have had really expensive microwave ovens and this one tops them all. very pleased with this purchase. You cannot always judge an item because it appears to be cheap,nothing bad with the way this beauty works. If you need a microwave dont even hesitate this is a winner.......................

Keeps my food nice and hot and is great for our family of three. It is easy to clean and the white goes with my white kitchen.

Pros: Good price, small footprint with a compartment large enough to fit my needs, seems to be working fine.Cons: There's a little bit of wear showing on the start button after only a weeks' use. Some things require more button presses than they should.

This affordable microwave is perfect for smaller apartments or limited counter space. Stylish metal and black trim is a nice complement to most kitchen decor. But most importantly, it cooks, defrosts and warms up things affordably.

Doing a fine job so far, except if it's a small container and I out it in the middle it will not heat it as fast as if I put it in the edge. But for its price, and its quality of materials, great microwave. Recommended ;)Doesn't make any strong noises, it looks awesome, good size, nice control panel, etc.

Overall, a fantastic microwave for the money. Only criticism is the feet which, not being rubber, slide across non-coarse surfaces like countertops.

Bought it for our wet bar to avoid 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen every time. It's quite roomy for its size and although economical, has the looks of pricier ones. The display is large and bright enough to read from a distance. Overall quite happy with it.

It works great and has been handy to have in the kitchen. However, I would caution it is probably best suited to just warming items or making popcorn. Not enough power for properly cooking some frozen dinner items. This has only 900 watts, which is fine for most things, but 1100 watts is needed for many frozen foods. Just buy according to your needs.

So far so good. It small but just what I needed for basic warming and defrosting.

This is a nice microwave but in the past week, it has shut down on me several times in mid use. It shuts itself off and about a minute later I hear a beep and it's on again. It appears to have its own defensive mechansm when it thinks its overheating. I'm hoping it doesn't continue. ANy ideas what could be the cause? I'm happy with it otherwise.

I've never had a 700 watt before. I'm used to the 1000 + watt ones. It works, just have cook most things longer. The point was that it was one I could afford. I just wonder why after 30 something years of this microwave technology, they still are so expensive.

This microwave is great, the only problem is the plate slides around in it too much. It is a very nice small size that doesn't take up too much room, color is off white not bright white but that's okay. Works well, has even heating. Well worth the money

The counter space I have available for a microwave is only 13 inches deep, so it's difficult to find a decent microwave. This one is 12", perfect for my needs, and is solid and usable. Perfect for me.

The feet on the back of the microwave are not rubberized, so it tended to skid around when the door opener was pressed. This was remedied by a non-skid mat underneath. Other than that, it works well.

This microwave runs fine. Knocked one star because the control panel is totally flat so there is no tactical indications for the 'buttons.' To add insult to injury, the panel is printed in black on a grey field, so one cannot see the 'button' locations in dim light.

It's alright. Buttons are hard to press at times. We just use it for basic heating, none of the special features. Heats fine. It's pretty load, can here it from across the apartment.

Standard size microwave, sleek look, works well. Would give 4 stars, but it arrived with a significant dent in the right side panel. It can't be seen from the front, so I'm not worried about it enough to send it back. Though, I halfway wonder if the low price was meant to reflect damage, like an outlet store, and wasn't mentioned in the description....

Really good for the price, but I can tell not top quality in comparison to microwaves I have owned before.It looks good and worth the price. Just don't expect it to be top quality.

This is a simple functional microwave, nothing fancy. Can't control beverage settings -- 1 cup is one full minute plus which makes the coffee scalding hot so have to watch. Lacking certain settings, like "soften", and the defrost settings are pretty primitive. However, it does the basics and that's all I wanted, and has a small foot print which suits my small kitchen.

Adverage microwave.

Not big enough for popcorn to rotate properly. Tray rotates too quickly. Some things placed in middle don't seem to warm evenly. Annoying that clear button and start button are so far apart but that is my personal preference. Compact size is nice and easy to put anywhere in kitchen.

Trouble with the glass turntable. Doesn't stay. Rocks as it turns, but hello! Very powerful for its size.

Ok, but bottom tray will constantly slip off, and bounce around in the microwave which is a pain. It takes longer to heat food, but is small and convenient and nice looking. Could be better though. But good for one person, or for a dorm.

This microwave works fine bit it lacks any of the normal convenient buttons so you have to press all the digits to heat food for one minute. No biggie but kind of a pain. Also the microwave beeps really loud and also beeps an additional three times after you open the door when the time is done. So annoying.

The price was good, and I only use a microwave thaw and charge my morning coffee with extra heat.

I wish I can give more stars because ot was. Great price but it cooks so unevenly. I have microwavable foods md it my other 2 microwaces at my moms house it cooks perfectly. This one one half is overdone and half raw. So disappointing because I only opened it when it was too late to return

Doesn't have quick buttons so you have to type the entire time out then press start, also, the door button doesn't open the door. You have to hold the button and then open the door with your other hand. Only worked for 1 day before the door began to "stick"

My microwave was beautiful. Worked fine for 2 months. Now it will arar up, run, and shut off within 3 seconds no matter what setting it is in. Ister used to be a super reliable brand. What happened??

Product worked great....Only problem is that the covering for the key pads is already coming off. After 2 months of a 4-person OFFICE use, i.e. maybe 3 times a day

When I got this stuff, the contral panel is almost separated from the body. I was so shocked!!! It is unsafe! What's more, reheating dishes would make things extremely dry! I don't know how to deal with it and this is my first time buying an electrical equipment at Amazon. I feel so disappointed and the stuff is so disappointing! One thing to make me a little bit comfortable is that it can run like a normal one.

Ordered ~10/21/13 and stopped heating ~12/20/13. Used daily, but not excessively. Timer, lights, display works, but no heat. Less than two months and not working properly, I wouldn't recommend this product

the beeping noise upon completion of the cooking cycle is loud, grating and incessant. five excessively loud beeps. the rotating glass dish doesn't exactly fit requiring re-setting with every use and sometimes during the cycle. otherwise, works as expected, is compact and reliable. good price.

It's super tiny, doesn't heat foods very well, takes double the time to do so. Does not fit an average size plate,( I didn't look at dimensions of the thing, bought it on a whim)

Purchased for very-short-term, interim use. Save your money; it is a toy.

Actually, the microwave is pretty decent, heats things well. I asked for a white, got a black one instead. I had it send to my second house where my kids opened it up, and promptly started using it. When i finally came back to visit, I noticed the color of the microwave and started complaining. You know what? The rating is more for my kids rather than the actual microwave.

it was damaged. The top right side has a big dent in it. It's shipping back to the place I bought it from.

Poor workmanship. This microwave essentially blew up 3 daysafter I first used it. The magnetron failed and created a hugeflash & bang...

Ordered this microwave and received it fast and on time. Set it up in the kitchen and thought all was great. Went to use the microwave for the first time and it doesn't work. Makes a loud buzzing noise, gets hot on the outside and smells like it's gonna catch fire. Immediately went to Amazon for a return, which has never been a problem in the past. Don't know what is going on but it has been five days now and it hasn't even shipped. Perhaps I just got a bad one. Either way I am very disappointed with Amazon for the length of time this is taking. Meanwhile, stuck at home with no microwave. Will update when and if I finally receive the microwave and it is in working condition.

My first purchase almost started a fire you replaced it however this morning it thru sparks inside the oven and thru sparks again this is beyond dangerous and the won't return or replace

BUYER BEWARE: This product was shipped double boxed, with no damage to the shipping boxes.However:1 It has 2 dents on the left side2. Glass was pushed to far right exposing the inside of the left trim.3. Major scratches to the bottom left of the door near the glass.4. Screws on bottom right appeared to be screwed in to far.Disappointed that this was probably a bad refurb. However, Amazon provided a 30% (partial) refund. I would have asked for a full refund / replacement, but I am dropping my daughter at college and we don't have time to mess with replacing. Product still works fine, its just banged up.

Microwave defective upon arrival. Upon plugging in and using, would not heat up. Called Oster technical support who was very nice, and after running a few tests over phone declared product broken since it wasn't heating. Had to package back up and send back to Amazon for refund. Will not order product again.

****PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE****This looks good thought it was a great price, however it randomly comes on and then doesn't shut off !!! I'm returning this back to Amazon its truly a piece of junk ! Shame on Oster for a horrible device.

The first one I received had the wrong glass plate for this model. It was nice to get a real person when I dialed the help number in the manual, but it turned out they don't carry the plate as a spare part. I had to return the whole microwave to Amazon, but the process was so simple, UPS even came to my house to pick it up. It was disappointing to get something that didn't work, but Amazon's return policy made it as painless as possible.The replacement works like a dream and even cooks more efficiently than my older higher wattage model.Update: June 14, 2014This model appears to have at least one major design flaw. As another reviewer reported, the oven arced with a loud blue POP underneath just as my mother closed the door on her instant oatmeal. I immediately unplugged it. Fortunately, we've recently had our kitchen redone with new circuits, wiring, and GFI outlets, so we didn't have the catastrophic problems another user had. Out of curiosity, I plugged it back in and everything appeared to work, except the food didn't cook. This indicates to me the arc was in the magnetron itself. Could be extremely dangerous if you have older wiring. I'm looking up recalls now, but all I'm finding is more reports of the same electrical problems on different models.I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. For the record, although Amazon is great for returns and such, I'm not expecting any help from the manufacturer.

This product has worked for one day only and then something went wrong. It has to with programming it. It is very complicated. I called the number on the User manual and spoke with a person who was not able to help me. I kept calling back and didn't get any help at all. I would never recommend this particular product.

I sent this microwave oven to my sister as a birthday present. She is incapacitated and lives by herself in the Bronx NY. The oven malfunctioned and does not work anymore. She got rid of the boxes it was shipped in. because of her limitations she cannot put it in another box and ship it back to you. I just want to let you know that I am very disappointed you sold me a bad product. I have been your client since your beginning. I am very sad I may not trust you anymore. She is just going to trash it.

Was broken from the first time I plugged it in. As soon as it was plugged in the microwave kicked on as though it was attempting to cook but would not heat and would not respond to interaction, even opening it did not stop it.

This was the worst purchase ever. I saw other reviews but went with it anyways because WHY NOT IT'S JUST A MICROWAVE. Upon receiving it and plugging it in, it didn't even do the one function it's supposed to - heat food. It appears to be functional but it actually DOES NOT HEAT THE FOOD. We tried several different outlets and could not figure out why it wouldn't work. I am so frustrated with this product because now I have to deal with a microwave that I have to return through Amazon (third party) so complaining to Sunbeam was pointless. I'm just really annoyed with this product.

Microwave randomly turns on after we remove the food and shut the door without pressing the start button. Sometimes it turns on several minutes after we close the door.

A great microwave, with terrific features, like a setting for baking potatoes, and another setting for how much the item weighs; also, cooking time determined by how many items are to be cooked or heated. One annoying defect: the tray slips off the track very easily, actually too easily; the slightest bump will throw it off track. This is number 6 or 7 microwave that I have bought and I have never had this particular problem before. So, I have to be careful placing and removing items from the tray, I still love this microwave.Update: I purchased this on 07 Feb. 2014. It stopped working yesterday. Sunbeam tech support person walked me through a rese. Still does not heat anymore. Sorry, your one-year warranty has expired.I have bought many microwaves over the years. I am 83 years old. I never had one that lasted only one year.Do not buy this product.
