This is the second time that I have brought Gorilla Glue. I used my first order down to the last drop.
I can't believe how many thing I was able to repair with this very well made glue.
I glued some decorative item like a fruit bowl, lamp and mirror frame. This time, I brought it for my fridge drawer which broke and I wondered if this glue could work and keep working in a cold refrigerator and it sure did.
I recommend this product. Works greatJune 25, 2017 I had heard about this glue before but hadn't tried it. Then I had a stubborn plastic pen holder that wouldn't stay attached to the phone jack I was using it to cover up (on my kitchen wall, below my calendar). Used a little Gorilla Glue to attach a piece of felt to the faceplate of the phone jack and the next day stuck the pen holder on with a strip of Velcro loops - perfect cover-up and it has stayed on the wall for weeks now. Man this works!January 16, 2016 The maintenance guy at work was using this stuff I'd never seen before called Gorilla Glue and I asked him what it was. He basically said that this was the best industrial glue around, so I had to try it. Minutes later I went to Amazon and had it ordered. I had recently purchased some emblems that were missing from the side of my car and was excited to try out the Gorilla Glue -- so when it arrived, I immediately went outside and glued the emblems onto my car. I swear within just a few minutes, those were stuck so tight that a crowbar wouldn't budge them! Since then I've found many other uses for Gorilla Glue and I'm happy I discovered it. glue it downOctober 10, 2015 WOW.....just...WOW..this is the ..s**$T.. really great I used it on my metle railing that was..was being help in place with brick. I have used it so far to glue Neodymium magnets to plywood, plywood to plywood, cotton cloth to plywood as well as small steel plates to plywood.
Basically it works on everything I needed it for.

Cons
Smells terrible (Not a big issue at all)
Doesnt get removed easily with acetone (Still not that much of a big deal)
Takes time to bond (at least 30 min to get 2 pieces of wood to stick while 15 seconds with an cyano acrylate aka super glue)
Gets enlarged when drying up (a little droplet can end up being a huge blob of dried glue) Gloppy Gorilla GlueMay 17, 2014 Very versatile yet very gloppy with a mind of its own. Dependably uncontrollable yet gets the job overdone. My bottle dried up so Amazon, as always, to the rescue. This time I needed to fill in the wedge part of a pair of favorite old shoes where the vinyl heel just crumbled off and left the plastic wedge with open framework inside ready to be filled in with gorilla glue. Not worth spending 10 or 20 $$ but worth a DIY try. Filled inside framework half way and made sure it was level while curing. Added another layer until that cured. Worked well. Makes a great and super strong filler. But watch out! It grows more than expected so less is more. Very strong and adheres well to most surfaces. | | | |

Gorilla glue is great for some things.June 22, 2017 The upside: It sticks to a lot of things, when it holds, it holds very well, and it's very hard and durable when it cures.
The downside: It foams up as it sets, expands and turns light yellow and bubbly, so it's not really for use where it will be seen. It cures by absorbing moisture from the air so it may take a long time to set in very dry areas. And no matter how tightly you cap it, it will eventually harden in the bottle, wasting all you haven't used. I don't use it often so I end up throwing away 95% of the gorilla glue I buy because of this. | Not so greatSeptember 11, 2017 Tried using it on my dresser that had a smaller sliver off. I tried glueing in back on and it wouldn't stick and made my fingers stick more to the dresser. Came off next day. I think this is more for bigger pieces needing glueing that don't show cosmetically. It is pretty much the same as the Titebond use usually. The reason for 2 stars is the bottle is very stiff and difficult to squeeze. Unless the bottle is nearly full I cant squeeze it with one hand. For the average user this isn't a big deal, but any woodworker will understand. I will continue buying Titebond in the future. I bought it to fix my shoes. The add made it seem like it was good for shoes.
Never buy this stuff to fix your shoes! It expands while it sets. There are lumps in my soles now.
It also cures white. Which looks awesome on my black leather boots. And by awesome, i mean it makes my fancy Italian boots look like I fixed them with bathroom calk.
DO NOT BUY THIS TO FIX YOUR SHOES. YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO.
