We had to put our lab to sleep after almost 12 years with her. It was especially hard on my 4 year old daughter. They were BEST FRIENDS. I ordered this stuffed animal and it arrived on the porch when we returned home from the vets office office. I tied a ribbon around her neck and attached Maui's dog tag. It hasn't left my daughters side since. It's the perfect size, great quality, and a good weight with some beans in the booty. It was perfect for the price and it's really priceless for the comfort it brings my daughter

I am a repeat orderer of Flopsie. I give these to my Golden Retreiver dog because he has to always have something in his mouth and its adorable that he carries around his "Dolly." Because I use this as a dog toy, I can tell you what's inside :). Cotton stuffing and also little bags of Styrofoam(?) beads. So, if you use it as a dog toy, be cautious of that.

Very soft and cute, though you may want to wash it and dry it on a very low heat setting with some tennis balls like you would a pillow, because when it showed up it was in a little bag and was misshapen from being wrapped up so long. It's not really a flopsie, you may want to let some of the cotton out around the elbow and knee areas to make it flop, mine seemed over stuffed.

very well made and cute not made for a dog toy but thats what I used it for. He chewed off the hard plastic nose but other then that it has held up pretty well

Very realistic toy. His eyes are especially lifelike. He's got a chunky body that almost feels real, and his eyes are gorgeous. That said, he's a rough little guy, very well made. Great companion for a stuffed animal. No walking required.

Very fluffy and adorable. We bought it for our small dog to have a companion. 12" is pretty small but it's very adorable. It has a decent weight and doesn't feel cheaply made. Would recommend for the value we paid.Will update if we have any issues.

It is adorable. I bought two. One for my granddaughter. She loves it. The first I bought for my husband in the hospital who was dying and found it comforting to be able to pet the dog.

Love it! My 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels love it, too! I just with it didn't have beads in the feet and other parts of the body. It might be dangerous if the dogs bit into the beads and ate them. For that reason, I can't leave the stuffed dog alone with them. Nether of my dogs destroy their toys, but you never know what might happen with a dog that chews!The animal is plush, just the right size, soft, and looks a lot like a CKCS. I'll be honest I'm a college student who loves her dog very much. She's my baby. I am very sad that I have to leave her at home and cannot not sleep with her as I have every single night since the 4th grade. This isn't the real thing, but a wonderful substitute. It's soft and well made. Plus it's so darn cute. Makes me feel tons better when I am missing home!!

I bought this to be nighttime companion to the Cavalier Spaniel puppy I plan to get. This is very nice quality, soft, cuddly. Hopefully my puppy will want to snuggle with it during the night so I can sleep.

Adorable, soft, fluffy, wish I could keep this one. He is destined to be in a rest home with some person that needs him more than me. I will allow him to be chosen from a group of stuffed animals that I have purchased, along with slippers, throws, lotions and more. We all will hopefully reach old age and I pray someone cares enough to visit with me when I am in bad health and have no family left. Even better if they care enough to leave me something to help with the loneliness. Do what you can, with what you have. I do.

Bought this for my nephew about a year ago, still sleeps with it everyday. Dog is soft and extremely durable. Docked one star because after a few washes, the fur on the dog doesn't go back to the original. For as much as that toy has been thrown around, I'm surprised it still in one piece

Very cute, although small for the price

This cute little stuffed animal is nice. However, it does NOT look like the photo. The fur is a bit thicker and sticks out (not a smooth coated golden...more curly). And the face is quite fuller than the dog in the photo. It's a nice quality stuffed animal if you're simply looking for a small dog stuff animal. But if you're looking to get a true 'golden', this is not exactly what I'd call a 'match'. I have another that looks just like the photo and was hoping to get a duplicate. I was disappointed. Still, all in all, a nice little stuffed animal/toy.

I thought this stuffed animal is great although I do have to say I does not look like it does on the Amazon photo its head and eyes are a little big but cute and soft. Other then that I though this stuffed animal was pretty nice and a great size not to big but not to small.

Not very impressed, although I suppose I am to blame. No imperfections with it, it's sewn well and looks fine. It's just so small. It states in the description 12", so it's my fault I'm not satisfied. 12" from toe to toe with legs stretched out, makes for quite a small body...and in my opinion, too small to be called a 'flopsie'... WAY too expensive for how small the stuffed animal is. Next time I will be sure to measure and get a better idea of the size before ordering. OR just purchase physically from a store.

My daughter wanted a Madeline in Paris theme for her birthday in Spring of 2013. We gave eight of these dogs out to the girls as little Genevieves from one of the Madeline books. The girls were delighted. My daughter and her younger brother have often played with the dogs; my son, in particular, likes to tie a string around the dog's neck and drag it around "on a walk." It's now the end of summer 2013, and the dogs are holding up very well.A couple of downsides: the dog feels a bit stiff and is not very soft - it doesn't give you the feeling of a very high-quality plush. However, the price was right and I feel it was a fair price for a good-quality toy. I would recommend it if you're looking for a dog that looks just like this one (as we were), but not necessarily recommend it if you're looking for a high-quality, heavy-bodied, soft plush for a special occasion.That said, my kids love them, and the guests who received the dogs were very happy.

I Like it

It's cool. Nothing crazy special about a stuffed animal, and a puppy at that. Though, shipped in good condition and looks better than expected. Don't think 12" is something huge, because it's not. Also, note that it's more of a beanie baby type rather than stuffing. Great for kids or a girlfriend that wants a real puppy but you don't want to go through all of that HAHA

My dog loves these. I bought the first one because it looked like his mother and we are on number two. It lasted eight months of puppy chews so should be great for a child.

This little puppy is very soft. It has a firmer body and shape than I thought he was going to have. He is very nice to stroke for comfort.

Was a little smaller than I expected and not as cute as picture. Niece still loved it.

This was actually something my boyfriend's daughter had overseen and wanted as I was looking through gift ideas on Amazon. While the puppy in the picture looks fluffy and adorable, the one I have actually received was smashed and flattened. I've tried everything to get the fur to stand normal instead of looking very much like it was shrink wrapped and jammed in a box but I just can't bring the fur back up at all. Smashed puppy for Christmas. Hopefully she will overlook it.

I really like this -- it is cute and extremely soft and cuddly, as the reviews led me to expect. Unfortunately, one of the eyes had come off! And it wasn't in the bag or I would have glued back on. Since I paid for express shipping to have it on time to give to my sister in the hospital, that was disappointing. I wish the company had better quality control. On the other hand, Amazon is great, as usual, and already gave me a refund. Plus, I liked it so much I took a chance on ordering another one, having it directly shipped to my sister. If something is wrong again I'll update this review!

Cute small stuffed animal not 12" long. If you get anything on the fur of the stuffed animal don't put it through the washing machine because you will end up with a curly haired dog that feels like canvas. Do yourself a favor and find another brand of stuffed toy since this picture of a floppy eared dog is not what you will receive.

Smaller than expected

Was hoping for a stuffed dog that was more life like. This one has buggy eyes. Four year old will still like it I'm sure, but it's not the prettiest 'husky' looking toy I've ever seen. Also note that 12" is VERY small. The title is misleading calling it a 'flopsie'. It's far too small to flop. It's a compact tiny stuffed animal. Price was too high for what it was.

Stitching is already coming undone on the legs. Our daughter loves it, very soft and a great size. Quality is a little low.

The quality and size of this plush were below what I had expected. When I measured this plush the 12 Inches it was said to be Included the tail... which alone is 3-4 Inches, meaning the overall proportions were much smaller. I would recommend buying from Wild Republic as their cuddlekins wolf is much larger and softer.

My daughter loved this but I could have gotten a much bigger and plushier, softer one for a cheaper price.

Cute but my dog tore out the hair in, apparent easy to remove clumps, all over the house, instant garbage. And nose already dangling.

My wife thinks it's really cute but my daughter (who it was for on her 7th birthday) doesn't like it. The one disappointing thing is that the fur seems to come out pretty easy.

This is extremely cute, lovable doggy. The only thing;;; he looks very depressed...Amongst all of my stuffed animals, this is the only animal looks sad. I wonder why they could not make a happy face...she would be more darling.

Something about the eyes was off. They just didn't look the same. One was almost entirely covered in fur, the other one was clearly visible. Even the child noticed that it was an "odd duck". I would probably not recommend this if you are looking for a cute realistic looking stuffed animal. Keep looking.

I was looking for stuffed animals that were stuffed with micro beads. The description indicated that they were. However, they are stuffed with other stuffing as well as micro beads. Disappointed that they were not what the description indicated.With that said, I was still happy with it.

This guy was not as large as expected...was hoping for lap size, plush, floppy dog for my mom with Alzheimer's. Found it later at Walmart.A young child may enjoy this guy.

This lasted a full 1 hr, very poor quality. My puppy tore it apart in an hr. But it is very cute and if you are buying for a child, it may last longer. Not made for puppies

Not great quality

This stuffed Husky is cute, soft and was immediately loved by my nearly 4 year old. Upon arrival, we noticed that the snout is not on straight, the nose is plastic and crooked, but my kid fell in love immediately and if he didn't care, neither did we. Upon closer inspection, the seams around the "paws" are coming apart. We have requested a replacement in the event it is just a fluke with this particular item because my kid loves this husky so much after only a few days. If you are looking to add to a collection of stuffed Husky dogs for display, this one is awfully cute. Overall, I am disappointed with this plush. Purchase the one at Babies R Us for $9.99.

Very cute but , unlike the description, the nose and eyes are plastic, not embroidered. It took my cavalier less than 30 minutes to bite off the nose. Total choking hazard.

Seams started coming apart within a couple months. Cheap fur. Pathetic face design...looks like someone squeezed him too hard and bugged his eyes out. Other brands are worth the buy higher prices.

Im on deployment so I send my son gifts randomly. Bought him this puppy since lately that's all he has been wanting to interact with. The dog started to bust open after a few days. So embarrassing.

What a piece of crap! It looks like it came from a Chuck E. Cheese vending machine. I have never seen anything so cheap in my life. It arrived in a plastic bag, all distorted. You can't even tell it's a dog. I will be returning this garbage ASAP. Amazon, what were you thinking??!!

I bought two of these cute dogs for my children as gifts for their first day of school. I kept them in the package until the night before I gave them as gifts. I can't believe how much they shed. And I can't return them because I don't have anything else to replace them with. I'm so disappointed.

saw these aurora stuffed toys in the store. They were SUPER soft and cuddly. These are a BIG disappointment. NOT soft at all
