Absolutely wonderful, i purchased two for my dining room to add the look of a built in seating area. Very satisfied with product and to have extra storage when i need is great!!!

We bought this to have a little extra seating when we have company over. It's sturdy enough for two people to sit on. It's good looking enough to keep in my formal dining room under the window. I can also stand on it. Not that this is what it should be used for, I'm just letting you know I'm 5'7" 145lbs and it doesn't cave in. So you can rest assured it's a sturdy product. I don't have kids, so most likely old magazines or blankets will go inside it. Maybe my shoes. There's plenty of room! It's easy to assemble, it's comfortable to sit on or rest your feet on. I may buy another one to keep at the end of the bed. I wasn't able to find another one like this with the same measurements! I love how long it is even if I sacrifice abou 1/4 of an inch in depth. I don't have one reason why you wouldn't want this.

I put these in my dining room to store daughters toys and it made my dining room so neat and look like a dining room again

Great quality, big enough, love the color. I have a queen size bed and use it as a storage chest. Good for extra storage and looks great. Easy assembly. I recommend buying from this vendor. It arrived quickly and in good condition.

I have 2 of these! Love them they are a good value and work great. I store all kinds of things in them in my entry hall and living room. They look nice and are sturdy enough to sit on and put shoes on. One is pictured in the after picture of the front hallway we were rearranging.

I love this! It took 2 seconds to put together and looks fantastic. I wanted something that I could store my son's toys in and that he could practice pulling himself up to stand with that didn't have sharp corners, and this is great!

I ordered four of these to replace an outdated coffee table in my family room. I absolutely love them! The serve as storage bins for pillows and blankeyd, individual foot rests, individual tables for eating, a large coffee table surface, or individual seats. They are sturdy and well made, and I would highly recommend them. SO glad I bought them!

Very good quality for the price point. Goes with many much more expensive items in the living room. I am using it as a side table for remotes with a little tray that is nice for a glass of water. Really glad I purchased this.

This is a really good looking piece of furniture. I purchased it to supplement storage in our living room and we have a leather tufted ottoman which pairs really nicely with this smaller edition. Even though this item is not leather it still looks very nice.

We needed something to provide nice support for lounging that wasn't too bulky and matched our top grain leather sectional. Hesitant about the quality at this price we were delighted upon receipt and IMMEDIATELY ordered a second worrying about a risk of sell-out.The tone is a timeless dark roast coffee bean brown. Construction is solid but easy to lift or shift to the side when you want to get up. If you have laminate/wood flooring or a prized area rug then you may want to invest in those little gliders to prevent scratching or pulls.The interior of the cube fits a throw blanket (or two!) magazines, remotes and there's still room for more. The lid closes softly so there's no BAM when you grab your blanket. The legs screw on when you unbox but they could easily be left off if you need something shorter or prefer the modern floor pouf look.The top is pleasant for kicking up feet and for perching upon. This ottoman acts as lounger, storage chest and occasional seating with ample space. It's rather shockingly nice given the price point.Durability will be a test of time but one has already taken the force of a dead-weight, crash landing from a trip over an area rug and it didn't creak, give way or make a sound. In it was a forceful drop from a less-than-light person. You almost never see accessory furniture perform so well.

I was amazed at how easy it was to pop up and assemble. The dark brown color is nice and the length is good for 1-2 people to sit comfortably when putting on their shoes. We fit like 30 pairs of men and women's sneakers/sandals in here. Definitely a cheaper alternative than similar models I've seen and so far (about 6 months in) the quality is holding up! The only warning I have is for folks who have a lot of tall boots - they won't fit unless the boots are short or can compress down. DO NOT sit on it if the top isn't completely aligned and in position, it will damage (or break!) it.

considering the price this is a very nice bench. It is like a fancy version of the boxes that you put into one of those square shelving units, it folds out just the same.It is made of a stiffer board and is covered with a decent version of faux leather. It is a great deal for what it is.I did not receive this with a coupon i paid full price for this and it functions exactly as you would think it would.It is lower end first apartment looking but for now it looks nice at the foot of our bed with our cat beds on it. Until i figure out something more permanent and more to the standard of our bedroom set it is perfect. I will feel no guilt when i give it away or move it to the basement because it is a great item for the price. as a matter of fact I would have paid a little more for it.

I purchased this to store my 1 year old's toys, I placed it in the corner of our living room. The color is Ivory and not just a plain white. The storage space is good, holds most of his bulky and small toys and you have the option of having the center piece down the middle to seperate things on the inside or you can take it out. The storage overall is fairly sturdy and doesn't look cheap. The only dislike is the top doesn't always go on correctly and you might have to move it around a little to get it to fall into place, especially if you have alot of things in the storage at once. For the price I highly recommend. You can even sit on this.

Whilst the color is a perfect off-white and the size is great, I wish that I had ordered an ottoman with an attached cover. I have a lot of stuff in this ottoman, so I go into it a lot. If the situation was such that I just stored stuff in it, it is great. I am happy with the product overall. I use it for putting the extra pillows from our bed at night on. I also sit on it to put on shoes as it's pretty strong. The quality is good. to me, it looks more expensive than it is.

For a foldable ottoman, it is really a nice quality. I was surprised how long and wide it is and how much stuff it holds. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition (I mean perfect, no flaws, no scrapes, no scratches). It has nice padding on the lid and seems quite strong and durable for how big it is and being foldable. That said, I must not have been paying attention when I read the specs on this, because I did not want a foldable ottoman. I wanted a reinforced, sturdy leather ottoman. I live in Kauai, so the idea of returning it just was not appealing, even though the general look of it is not what I was really shooting for...but that has nothing to do with the quality and look of this little ottoman, itself, which, if this is what you are looking for, I think you will be really pleased with it.

This is our third ottoman. I really like the storage and the height. I will note that if you are someone who pushes with your feet, the buttons may move and come off. We put a pillow on the top and that seems to help.

Exactly as expected. Arrived nicely packaged and free from damage. Under five minutes to install the feet. I love that it has storage. I have three blankets in it with room for a couple more maybe. I think if an adult sat on it a lot, the cushion would definitely show wear. Works great as a foot rest and storage though.

If the color were better it would get 5 stars. The structure and design get 5 but the color is a dark dull brown. If it did not completely clash with my furniture I would have kept it. Nice quality!

This ottoman is nice and well made considering it didn't cost that much. Seems to be nice and solid for sitting and/or resting your feet.

For what it does... looks and storage... A very nice value. For feet its super for sitting on, its a bit hard. But it looks nice and has a spring top to store things in. The Color almost matches my other leather furniture.No Complaints there.

The package arrived fine, but I opened it to find that the ottoman had a tear about the side of a dime on one of the short sides and the middle divider fabric was torn as well. I'm going to patch it up and live with it but it's disappointing. All the reviews seemed pretty happy with this item.In general, it seems strong, I would not be afraid to sit on it, and the plastic leather is reasonable looking. The brown is really dark, too dark IMO as it looks almost black. It'd be nice if it could be more chocolate colored. But it is what it is and I will make use of it. Be aware that the plastic leather like coating is apparently fragile.

Looks great and sturdy but has a horrible chemical sound this is going into my daughter's bedroom for her toys replacing where her changing table was it's a cute idea but the chemical smell is so overbearing I'm going to have to air it out for a couple of days unfortunate with a new item Amazon did give me 15% and a promo gift card I guess that makes a little bit of a difference but still horrible smell so if you are buying for a child or baby's room beware!

I ordered 2 of these I loved them at first. They look great and are able to offer decent storage. HOWEVER, it's very thin and therefore can't fit much. It is also not that durable. Between my husband and my toddler, it started to get damaged within the first 2 weeks.

This is okay so far except for the chemical odor. I aired it out and it's not getting any better. I won't be able to store clothing or similar items in it because of that.

Bought this for my bedroom and it has lasted for about 6 months before it started to collapse . We don't stand on it or sit on it but it served it's purpose until we got something of better quality

It's not flimsy like I though it might be. But I just wish they were wider and deeper. I bought this one and and a smaller one to put all of our blankets in to get rid of the totes that clutter my spare closet. Kind of a L shape along the wall of the closet. It does the job I wanted it to, I just had to down size the amount of blankets I have. Only 2 comforters fit in the small one and about 5 throw blankets it in the big one. Kinda disappointed in size.

Looks great! We liked the storage aspect. Doesn't slide well on carpet. After a few months one of the button tufts was coming loose. Amazon was very helpful about getting a replacement!

Love the height and storage. BUT after a month, seams are ripping apart where the buttons are. Not sure it will last long, but for the price it's nice.

The size is good. The color is very rich and true to site. The quality of the material used is very good. Purchased two. Unfortunately, returned both because one had manufacturing (poor stitching in the piping) damage.

I've had this for two years now, with light use (I actually put a pillow on top of it, and place my feet on the pillow)... the top lining is coming apart, as are the seams. I would have paid 25 dollars or more for a quality product.

Love the concept and look of this product. It definitely won't stand up to kids sitting on it at all. The legs broke off with in a couple of months. I would definitely recommend it for light use. It is a great price and looks great. Just wish the legs were more sturdy.

The ottoman looks very nice and is very functional. Unfortunately, as others have indicated, it is not holding up. It has had very little use, occasionally my son sits on if for a game of chess. After a few weeks, the stitching is pulling out of the seams near the buttons. Disappointing, but not worth shipping back.

Cheap! Bought three of these and they all fell apart. After about a month the lid does not go on as easily as it did in the beginning. The corners are all torn. It works if you don't plan on getting inside a lot. My kids put all their stuffed animals inside and from opening the top daily it took a beating. For almost fifty dollars though it should hold up better then it did. Would not purchase again. It is worth about $20 that is all.

It's not for heavy users or family with kids. Mine broke in 5months.The top just caved in and my kid ended up hurting herself because of this. Won't recommend this product.

Looks nice for the price but not sturdy. I put some blankets in there and the sides widened so the cover didn't fit any more. I had to take some blankets out and re-arrange several times so that the blankets didn't touch the sides otherwise it would be hard to put the cover on.

Looks OK and assembles easily. Its rather small and made out of cardboard. Seemed sturdy at first but soon started to wobble, I doubt it will hold up to sit on much longer. Cant recommend it for any more than a decoration with modest storage.

Was a bit smaller than expected, but ok. Seems a bit flimsy until u put the top on, then somehow seems more sturdy. Main complaint is after a week the leather starting tearing in the corner,from using the top! It's a storage ottoman, the top should be made for better use!

Ok; my mistake thinking the $56 dollar price would provide a better, stronger product. Fortunately my main purpose was to have a prop for the dogs to use making the jump onto the bed easier for the older dogs - for this purpose it works very well. The materials and workmanship of this product lends itself to a $20-$25 dollar price tag, not $56 dollars. Definitely not worth that amount of money and I recognize you get what you pay for; in this case, you get less than what you paid for given my expectations were already low given the dollar amount. I was somewhat appalled at the poor quality but, dogs don't care about that so it works for my intended purpose.

It is a very attractive ottoman but the stitching was coming loose on one corner. I'm not happy with that.

Buttons are coming off within a month of use.....aside from that, I love it....love the heighth, the lifting mechanism is great

This had a small tear above one of the legs on the side of the stool. I did not notice it for a month so did not send it back. Went and bought repair kit.

The smell is horrible. It has been a week since I bought this but the smell is making me feel like puking.The color is nice but I don't think it can stand heavy item on it. Tiny, light and cheap comparing to the way it is described and how the product is described. No comfort and small like for kids.

Not really durable already falling apart and I bought not long ago.

Did not know was treated with flame retardant until i opened box. The fumes gave everyone in the home an itchy throat, eyes burning, headache). When I emailed seller, solution was to put a dryer sheet in it. This was not a run of the mill "new" smell. Sent it back.

I just recently moved last Thursday and have been furnishing my apt. I"ve spent quite a bit in moving costs plus furnishing a whole apt. I was excited to receive this but when I did it came in tan. There isn't even a tan option!!!! Only black. Bummer $56 just went down the drain....

Very disappointed with this product. I bought two of these and when i got them they were already torn on the edges of the lids. I know they are cheap but at least they can inspect the item before they ship it. I want to return them but it will be headache doing it so im just gonna keep them. Not recommended at all.

I liked the look of the product, but after only 4 months, the seams are coming apart. We don't sit on them, so must just be poor sewing on the product. Very disappointing.

This is a nice ottoman, EXCEPT that 5 weeks after we received it (and one week outside Amazon's return window), one of the buttons on top came apart. It looks like the button was not crimped properly. This may not sound like a big deal, but it ruins the the whole thing.We've tried several ways to put the button back together, but it won't stay together. An upholstery shop or a special tool is what it needs.I've now seen other reviews of this product with the same problem, so it's a problem the manufacturer and Amazon should know about.If I can return this one, I'd order another one

Recently purchased this item and after a short period of time the seams started coming apart near the top buttons. Would not buy again.

Just received this ottoman yesterday and rested my feet on it an hour or so. This morning I noticed one of the 4 buttons on top has fallen apart. Now I have 3 original brown buttons and one broken, bare metal base. Unacceptably poor construction!

When i got this i was very pleased..2 days later all 4 buttons on top fell off and will not go back on,tried contacting mfg,no reply....stay away

I exchange the ottoman the second time because the button popped off, Received another one January 13, 2017. Going on two months, now the stitching on the topside is separating. I wanted to exchange again, but I exceeded the time. You get what you paid for. Check out the photo. The pens point to the seams separating.
