Great buy for the price and functionality
August 22, 2017
Great buy for the price and functionality. Look to buy another one for travel. Most everything you need is in the case.
I'm sure it would be fine on a belt loop as well
March 21, 2017
Covers your basics and is small enough to fit in a backpack or to clip onto a bicycle. I'm sure it would be fine on a belt loop as well, though perhaps a tad annoying because while it's small it isn't exactly tiny. I keep this in my car under a seat in case of emergencies and take it out for other activities. The case is hard and durable enough that it has fared well in normal camping, hiking, biking, etc. wear and tear.
Great for any outdoorsman
January 29, 2017
I bought this for my boyfriend who's an avid hiker. The description was right on target for what's in the package. It's small and light weight and comes with a carbeaner. The tools and medical supplies are perfect for any outdoorsman in general. I highly recommend this product.

This is so compact yet filled with so many essentials first aid items that are needed!!! We will be taking this on our camping trip this next week and hopefully will not be needing it for obvious reasons, but it is there just in case!!!!Upon returning from our week out in the wilderness I will fill you in with another review! Hopefully, we will not have to use this, but it is comforting to know we will have it just in case.
Nice for small party on a camping trip or hike.
March 2, 2016
This is a kit I picked up for trekking with my son. The hard case is nice and includes more than what I was expecting. There is little room for adding items to the kit, but can be shifted around to accommodate smaller things like lip balm, itch cream or several single dose packages of aspirin or allergy meds.
Great little Kit!
July 9, 2015
Get kit for home, car or camping. I have used it to treat minor injuries. For that purpose, it is great. I intend to purchase a bag at some point and add cold packs, Ace bandages and other items to augment this kit.

Good for your diaper bag. This First Aid kit has everything you can need when you are on the go. Anything from disinfectant to band-aids, no more digging around in the diaper bag for a single loose band-aid. It is all tucked in this nice kit ready to use.
Nice, basic set.
August 2, 2015
Sometimes you just need a simple, portable first aid kit. This is it. Nice case, adequate contents, fair price.
Comes with a lot for safety and easy to carry!
August 29, 2014
This is perfect to have all the time. It comes with many different supplies. I just returned from a cruise to the Bahamas. I had a small Travel First Aid kit. Luckily I only needed a small amount. This comes with a lot and is easy to store when you travel.
Great compact first-aid kit
June 11, 2013
I took this kit on our trip to Denali National Park in Alaska. It's compact and has plenty of supplies. Luckily we didn't have to use much out of the kit but it's a must have for anyone traveling, yet alone hiking.
Basic first aid kit
May 16, 2013
This first aid kit is as basic as it gets but its perfect. The box is small and compact its about 6" x 6" and about 2" in depth which makes it very compact and its also light weight. It has everything you need for an every day carry around first aid kit. Also The price is very reasonable for a 70 piece kit.

Perfect for backcountry hiking
April 4, 2017
Pretty much has everything you need as a backcountry hiker except blister treatment which I added. Solid case and easy to store, I would buy this again.
OK for a starter

Well designed and light and secure closure.Multiple useful items, that I will re-arrange and add to the kit.

Good for the price. 👌
January 26, 2016
This kit comes with a good amount of medical supplies. The only things I changed out were the cheap scissors and tweezers. Also I added some things. The case is very good quality and holds a lot if you rearrange it. 💉💊🏨💼
Excellent for off-roading kit, minus the tweezers. They are useless.
November 1, 2015
Excellent off-roading kit! My only complaint is the blunt end plastic tweezers, I cant see these being helpful at all, so I added my own metal point tipped tweezers.
Good value for a basic kit
February 10, 2014
I needed a small first aid kit to keep in my gear bag with some basic supplies. This one is well stocked with the essentials and still is small enough not to take up too much space. The only things I would note as absent from the supplies would be some antibiotic ointment, ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Other than that it has a good stock of bandages in just about every size. Some sterile dressings, butterfly closures, small scissors, tweezers and alcohol pads mean that it should work for most small cuts and scrapes. Should be good enough for most people who just need something small and light. Add some pain relievers and you should be good to go.

Its what you order
January 5, 2017
I received two small boxes. Thought it was one big box. However, everything was there. So overall I am happy.
Small but handy
July 7, 2014
These are nice little items for our purposes. Through a food bank, we provide the homeless in our community with things that make their lives a bit easier. These kits allow a person to dress a small injury, hopefully prevent an infection. They would be perfect for including in a day pack or pocket for a hike or day at the beach.
Nice Handouts
May 16, 2013
I bought these to hand out as freebies for my home based child care business. I was able to remove the cardboard packaging without much effort, and added a couple of nice labels with my company logo, as well as some basic information. Customers were very pleased with these, as children always need band aids. They are small enough to fit in the glove box of a car, or in a diaper bag.I would have liked to see more band aids in the package, but there was plenty of room to add some after the I opened the package.

Attractive and sturdy red case. Mostly bandages of various sizes. Some analeptics wipes, blunt sissors, tape a pick, and a plastic whistle. Pretty basic stuff.

Well designed good quality box...I would call it large...unless I was a Lilliputian
but I was very disappointed that it didn't come with burn cream
August 11, 2016
It was ok, but I was very disappointed that it didn't come with burn cream. On our camping trip, my niece burned one of her fingers on a metal roasting fork and we didn't have the cream. I guess, I should have checked the kit prior to the trip.
Adequate

Not the greatest and not the worst. Has basic essentials but could have a lot more to offer. Liked that it came with carabiner though.

Large??????? This kit is tiny compared to any First Aid Kit I have ever owned. Nice case but unimpressive otherwise.

Not enough band aids which is what we all use most.Good value, fast shipping
basic
March 24, 2014
Really just a box of bandaids with tiny bit of ointment and a few wipes. Read description to see if this meets your needs. Box much too large for air travel needs, too little material for camping or boating. If you have more than a minor cut, this is insufficient.
convenience ...
January 20, 2014
There isn't a ton of stuff in the kit but it has the basic first aid necessities. Works well for my use but wouldn't rec if needing full kit. Great size to throw into backpack, stroller or to keep in the glove box.
Does the job - but does not include everything advertised
March 6, 2013
Standard first-aid box with a lot of bandages, antibiotic ointment, gauze and alcohol swabs. But it did NOT include the Tylenol (or Aspirin), Motrin or Cortaid anti-itch cream, as advertised. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. However, I am going to try to get Amazon to honor the product description.I wanted something to keep in my car so I could handle quick cuts and scrapes - and this should accomplish that. Price is good: 2 for 1 deal is hard to beat.
Cheap but missing several items...
July 28, 2011
Only $10 for a 2-pack so price-wise it's good... however, I noticed that it's missing several things that used to come with these kits, such as travel size medicine like Tylenol, etc. A bit disappointed, but for the amount and assortment of bandages it came with, it's a good value. Came with white gauze but no tape! We had to use bandaids...
Plastic Band-aid box
April 1, 2011
Just a heads-up. Read the product description carefully. This kit is basically a plastic Band-aid box with a few antiseptic wipes, a few packages of antibiotic ointment and one package (two tabs) of Tylenol. If your paying less than $12 for two, it might be worth the price of a handy first-aid box that you can supplement with other essential items (which we are doing), such as tape, tweezers, roll of gauze, more pain reliever, Benadryl, gloves, etc.Why it is worth the money (under $12 for 2 pack), is the box was bigger than expected, it is a hard plastic, it came with a whole lot of Band-aids (which are not cheap in itself), and you can make room to add to it.If you don't want to bother with putting together a COMPLETE first-aid kit, I suggest you find a more comprehensive one, which this item is not.By the way, I bought these for our disaster/survival kits.

March 30, 2015
Not impressed by this item. I was looking for something lite weight and rugged for backpacking. It weighs more than i would like and now that i have it and can see what's in it i should have gone with the trail head one in a soft case. It is as described but woyld better suit the trunk of a car than for backpacking.
Don't judge a kit by the case
May 7, 2013
Bought this kit for hiking/camping for its size and the listed items. Upon opening I am very disappointed. The case is nice, hard-shell and seemingly durable with internal pockets for organized storage, but that's the extent of the usefulness. The scissors look like 1st grade safety scissors, the tweezers are dull edged and laughable, the first aid instructions small and common sense knowledge, and the rest is basically a piece-meal band-aid selection and moist towelettes (some of which say "sting relief"). The only reason I'm not returning it is because for the price it makes more sense to keep the case and build my own emergency kit from separate pieces. This would only be effective against minor cuts and scrapes, maybe a mosquito bite or two. Outside of that you're going to be in a world of hurt with this set up.

Basically just band-aids...
January 7, 2015
Basically just some band-aids, a couple gauze pads and neosporin... we expected a bit more of a rounded "first aid" product... considering it's called a "kit"
Just a bunch of band aids
December 2, 2014
Just a bunch of band aids. not really a first aid kit
Did not include all items in description
August 8, 2012
this is a good size kit for travel but it did not include all of the items in the description. My two kits were missing the items below:6- Band-Aid Brand Butterfly Closures 1" x 3/8" (2.5cm x 1cm) 4-Tylenol Acetaminophen Extra Strength Caplets. 2- Motrin IB Caplets 1- Cortaid Advanced 12-hour Anti-itch cream
Missing Items
September 1, 2011
I ordered two of these packs (so four kits total). None of them contained the gauze pads, butterfly closures, Motrin, asprin or Cortaid. Each had only pack of Tylenol (two pills per pack). I'm keeping the set I opened but returning the other - not worth the price for a few sterile wipes, some tiny packs of antibiotic ointment, and a handful of band-aids.
NOT ENOUGH VARIETY
July 24, 2011
THIS ITEM HAS A LOT OF BANDAIDS...BUT THERE IS LITTLE ELSE..A PACK OF TYLENOL AND A NICE HARD PLASTIC CASE...I SHOULD HAVE READ THE DIMENSIONS..I CANNOT PUT MY NEOSPORIN IN THE CASE BECAUSE THE CASE IS TOO SMALL..I WANTED TO PUT ORAJEL IN IT BUT IT WAS TOO SMALL..IF YOU WANT A CASE FOR BANDAIDS AND A PLACE FOR A FEW PILLS..THIS IS YOUR GO TO ITEM..I WAS LOOKING TO STOCK MY EVERYDAY NEEDS...GOOD PRICE BUT I WISH IT WAS LARGER...
The most basic kit

It's okay and provides lots of bandaids and other very basic first aid things. It's inexpensive and just okay.

Do not like - it's mostly (97 percent) band aids
October 11, 2015
Do not like - it's mostly (97 percent) band aids. Forget about the different size band aids, but really! who needs that many band aids in that container?!!! I was hoping that it included more oinments and wipes to clean cuts and stuff, and other first aid items- aspirin, etc. Too many band aids. Jeezzzh!
False advertising!!
February 26, 2013
This kit only has band-aids, gauze, neosporin, and handy whipes!!!! I could have put this together with stuff I have at home. Now I have to find the items it's missing and spend more money. Not happy at all. And that. Is a first with J&J.
Product Contents Were Falsely Advertised
February 15, 2013
Product first aid kit was advertised as containing 4-Tylenol Acetaminophen Extra Strength Caplets. 2- Motrin IB Caplets. 1- Cortaid Advanced 12-hour Anti-itch cream Net. wt. 0.1oz. 4 - Tylenol Acetaminophen Extra Strength Tablets; 4 - Motrin IB Caplets; 2 - St. Joseph Adult Aspirin Therapy. Item received substituted assorted band-aids for these items. Had I known this I would not have purchased the item.
Disappointing
March 6, 2012
I decided to buy this item because of the good-priced 2-pack combo, and so-so reviews. I needed it to put together a little emergency backpack so I figured I didn't need anything that comprehensive which would cost me a lot more. When I opened it, I was shocked that it was all band-aids pretty much. Out of the 70 items, there were 6 hand sanitizing wipes, 4 small square gauze pads and 4 little packets of neosporin. Simple math tells me that 56 of the items were BAND-AIDS of a couple different sizes and kinds (sheer/flexible fabric) Trust me when you open this it will feel more like 65 out of the 70 items are band-aids. I could've easily just bought a box of band-aids, and a little tube of neosporin for the same price. I took a pic but I guess I can't attach it here. This is my very first review and the only reason I did it is because I was so disappointed. I returned my item for a refund.
This product does not contain items as listed
July 18, 2011
Bought this for my son going off to college. This product does not contain the butterfly bandages, motrin, aspirin, or cortaid. Only has one two pack of Tylenol, six cleansing wipes, three small individual antibiotic ointments and an assortment of band-aids. Save yourself the money and buy a box of bandaids and vial of tylenol.
Not as advertised
June 11, 2011
This product does not come with all of the items listed. No butterfly closures, no Motrin, no Cortaid, no Asprin and only 2 gauze pads. This is not a first aid kit - just a big box of Band-Aids.
