I was a little skeptical that this lightweight juicer would work when I applied pressure, but it has lived up to its claims. It fits the glass measuring cups perfectly and stays put when you need it to, while being easily removed. I've always used heavy glass versions of this, but I would recommend this great product. Note: I am picky about my kitchen products, but this one passes with flying colors!

Works great with lemons and oranges. I used it for large navels, so I imagine you could juice smaller grapefruits with it. I really like that it's so easy to clean and doesn't take up space in my kitchen.

Works like a charm! getting way more lemon juice out of the juicer then when I was just squeezing them. Fits just about any pyrex/anchor measuring cup, and isn't another bulky item in the kitchen cupboard.

Excellent hand juicer! My husband is very picky about hand juicers because he can be quite forceful and broke our last one. This one is very strong and sturdy on the pyrex measuring cup, so I have no worries and my husband is happy! YEA! Great buy for the money.

It's wonderful - it firmly fits onto your Pyrex and is a solid metal juicer that does a good job. The silicone keeps it in place and the holes are big enough for juice to pass but not too large to allow the seeds to pass. Rinse it when you're done and it's an easy cleanup. I like how it's small so it doesn't take up a lot of space like other juicers!

This thing is AWESOME! It's easy to put together, take apart, and put away and it doesn't take up a lot of space (no more than a stack of bowls). It's easy to use and light weight. It's easy to CLEAN afterwards! The way the spinning cone is shaped and switches directions after a while seems to pull out the juice without having to push really hard, and the slider filter does a decent job trapping seeds and pulp. We forgot the "orange/grapefruit" sized cone comes off to reveal a smaller one inside for "lemon/lime/tangerine" sizes and it still juiced the lemons pretty easily although one or two did split open. The dust cover is loose and was probably a product after thought, but the chord wraps tidily around the base and the base itself is very easy to clean. The spout of the pitcher compartment pours easily without a lot of messy dripping.Probably the only negative would be cleaning the tray that catches the pulp and seeds. Sometimes the pulp gets stuck in the drainage holes, and if it sits long enough for any of that to dry it can be hard to clean. Seems like something that would be blasted out in the dishwasher, or with a little sudsy hot water soaking and a scrub brush to clean it. As long as you clean it quickly afterwards, though, it's not an issue!Overall, highly satisfied!

Just took it out of the box today and besides the it is noisy, it worked very well! For less than $20 this unit is a good buy plus it comes with 2yr warranty.

This is an awesome juicer if you want simple juice. Gets all the juice out of an orange or grapefruit. Perfect for our RV as well. No too large and not too small. Very sturdy and is going to last a long time if it is taken care of. We make juice twice a day. You will not be disappointed. I have ordered more for Christmas presents.

We have a few orange trees here in Fl and use this all the time so it gets a workout. So far mine has been great and I love the container it collects in. Before this one I had one that you put a glass under to collect the juice. It was more of a hassle. With this one you can make a batch directly into the container and store In the refrigerator for later instead of making one cup at a time. Definitely a time saver and much more convenient. My 7 year old can even use it. Very easy and convenientAnd a GREAT price.

I bought this specifically so I wouldn't have to throw out all of the oranges on my tree. The point is that I used it for about 30 oranges and it worked well. Not a lot of pressure required, I was afraid my hand would be sore after using it for about an hour and it wasn't. When I was done with each orange there was nothing but the rind left, so it did a good job. Had to stop and clean the seeds and pulp off the top once or twice but I was using continuously. I like that it is small, easy to use, and easy to clean. I've only used it twice so can't comment on long term use or durability. My only complaint as others have mentioned is that I too wish the cord was longer - it's pretty short but I can live with it.

I purchased this juicer because I had a dwarf orange tree absolutely loaded with fruit, and I wanted to juice and freeze. I saved the box and all the packing materials because I fully expected to burn the unit out and replace it under the 90-day warranty. After all, it's designed to make a small amount of juice every morning and not really intended to run for hours at a time. To my surprise it juiced the entire tree (several hundred oranges) and it's still working just fine. You will find negative reviews regarding the auto-reverse feature that kicks in when you press down really hard. This is the second Black and Decker juicer I have used, and they have both had this feature. The juicer does, however, allow you to press sufficiently hard to juice at a reasonable rate, and I found that the auto-reverse kicks in only when you press so hard that you are in danger of stalling the motor and burning it out. Like I said, this is not an industrial-grade juicer, but it's surprisingly durable and works great for home use.

Works, fits, good for juicing a few leftover limes before they go bad. I'd hate to do a lot of juice this way, but works well when you need more than 1 or two or when you want more pulp than you get from the two-handler squeezer.

The fact that this is simple, metal and fits snuggly on my existing Pyrex is awesome. My wife just started giving the girls fresh squeezed juice when we purchased this item. Now about 6 months later it is not used too frequently but we do like our Sunday brunch with fresh squeezed and this really does a great job with all types of citrus we tried it with. It is lightweight but sturdy enough that I can see us using this for many years to come with zero issues.

I love this juicer, only wish the flange that creates the seal between the unit and the measuring cup was permanently affixed. Every time it's used, the flange has to be removed...because it's dirty, has to be hand washed (as it doesn't go in to the dishwasher well) and then hand dried (as the flange doesn't separate naturally well). Could be perfect, but isn't.

This juicer is excellent, made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and last for years. I'm impressed with the high quality. It includes a genuine silicone ring (not rubber) around the edge to provide a good fit with a standard pyrex measuring cup.

IMPORTANT!! This will only work with a 1 or 2 cup pyrex measurer! Be sure to check yours! The width of the opening needs to be between 4 ½ to 4 ¾ inches in diameter (across).

WHAT I DON'T LIKE: The cone was a bit smaller than I expected it would be. Its a good size for lemons, but too small for easy juicing of large oranges or grapefruit.

sturdy, lightweight, good gasket on rim would buy again

My last juicer like this had the spout on the side and you had to be so careful to get the juice into the cup you put below it. It was also black. What I really like about this one is that it's white and has it's own cup below that catches the juice. There is NEVER a mess and it's easy to clean. I also like that it comes with two sizes of reamers for large and small citrus and you can choose how much pulp you want in your juice. I've only had it about a month so I hope it has good longevity.

works as advertised I don't use it a lot it doesn't always reverse when you stop and start but not a deal breaker a little noisey cleans up well with soap and water have not put it in the dish washer

I have really put my juicer through its paces. I have been juicing several gallons a day as I pick fruit from my orange tree.At first I was concerned that this juicer's motor would not survive the amount of work I was wanting it to do, but it actually did pretty well. The juicer did better with smaller oranges, it was difficult to get all the juice from larger ones and pressing the larger oranges laterally on the cone seemed to strain the motor. After about a quart I would need to stop to clean the pulp out of the top tray and then start juicing again; that is to be expected. My machine does not switch directions reliably, it generally goes in the same direction the whole time, but really that didn't seem to affect the machine function.Overall this seems to be a good little juicer and if you are using it for a few glasses it should last a long time as I have juiced many gallons and it is still running strong.

It works well for my needs which are just juicing a few lemons for the freezer or an occasional orange for the juice.. I think it could have a little more power and if you needed it for heavier usage you would need something more powerful.. but it works perfectly well for our needs. Price was right and it's easy to put together and to clean.

I got this unit for my mom whose beloved OJ juicer died after 13 years of service. She has been using this machine for 4 weeks straight as she makes fresh OJ every day, and so far these are her two complaints:*The 1L container feels very fragile and she is afraid that if she drops it one time, it will break; compared to her old OJ juicer, indeed, that other plastic feels twice as strong.*The canister where the pulp collects gets full after 2 or 3 oranges---depending on the size of the orange; her older model had a deeper pulp collector so she didn't have to clean it as much.However, she completely loves the reverse motion of the juicer and she's so far very happy with it.

Noisy as hell, However this little unit creates as much noise as a Jackhammer running under an elevated rail line in the Bronx....Yet gets the job done. Super easy to clean. Works great, beware the noise...

good quality steel, but it's not sharp enough or pointed enough to actually and efficiently juice anything unless you completely mush it up with super arm strength. I must have weak arms.

Too small for even large oranges - really doesn't do well with grapefruit. Otherwise well-designed and sturdy.

This would be an excellent product for juicing lemons since the cone is small. But for oranges, I have to squeeze more because of the small cone. Also the tray is too shallow for the orange pulps so I have to clean it out after each orange.

Only fits on my two cup pyrex- not the one and two as described. It also doesn't fit as securely as I'd like. So it's not great for me. I think a free-standing/counter one would have been more practical. But it seems sturdy, made well, and I like that it's easy to clean and store because it's not too big.

I would give this product a 3 1/2 stars. Great design and it works great on a pyrex measuring cup. I have a different 2 cup as well and it would not have fit at all but the pyrex cups are not that expensive. This juicer works great for large fruit like orange and grapefruit and drains well. I just pour water on the juicer to get out more juice then use or discard pulp. The ONLY con is that the tip is not pointed enough for small fruit like limes and lemons, you have to use too much arm power.

If the juicer goes a little more into a point I will buy this product again, only after RSVP change the design will I recommend this to my friends.

It does do the job. I've juiced lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits. But, it is very loud. Like a lawn mower. It is not hard to clean but not the easiest either. The materials seem cheap. But if it lasts, I will consider it good value for the price. So if you are just looking for a cheap way to juice any kind of citrus fruit, this definitely works.

So first, it did not come with the second cone. It does work well, however, you can tell that it could break at any moment because it is entirely plastic and rather flimsy feeling. I have had it for about a week and so far it definitely does the job with oranges of various sizes and is easy enough to clean. But it would not surprise me if this thing failed in about a week or so. We'll see.In short, easy to clean, does its job, but if you want something you know will last and is heavy duty, don't get this one.

I bought this as a replacement for an ancient, simple B&D electric juicer. Regrettably, the upgraded features- pulp control and two different sized readers- are not an improvement. The pulp gets stuck in the strainer - the two halves need to be separated for cleaning and even so, it's quite difficult to completely dislodge the pulp from the holes. The reamer is also in two nesting parts; the larger one snaps over the smaller one and it's a hassle to separate them for daily cleaning. This is an over-engineered, user-unfriendly, cheap little juicer. I've already purchased another...

I bought this product because of the price and secondly because it is one of the most similar products to the Braun CJ3000 that I used to have in Mexico. The braun was just perfect for me so I will base my comment in a comparison to the braun. There is only two gaps I have been able to find so far: First of all, the pulp in this product overflows from the border of the jar after only two or three slices, specially with high pulp varieties of oranges like Navel or Caracara; this never happened to me in the Braun. Second, it is significantly noisier than the braun. Other than these two findings I can say that almost everything else is same as good as in the Braun.

mixed feelings about this juicer. I don't like the reversing feature but the juicer works great for smaller fruit. it does not work well for large grapefruit - too small. I really like how it catches the juice in the integrated container.

I was hoping to use this for grapefruit because the manual one I bought didn't work. This might work okay for smaller fruit but it doesn't work for grapefruit. The part that sticks up is way too small for grapefruit. I have to press down more and squeeze to try to get it to hit all the pulp. Now the motor smells like it was burning and I'm afraid to use it any more. I would love to give it one star, but I'm giving it three because I do think it will work adequately for smaller fruit.

Carful reading does say that the measuring cup is not included - so my bad for not reading it all - but still the picture is very misleading, and the value not very good without the ,measugin cup. I would not buy again for those reasons. You DO NOT get what is pictured.

This does not fit all 1 cup Pyrex measuring cups. It is too large for the one that I own. The description is misleading.

It is not from Pyrex (don't be fooled by the Pyrex measuring cup on the picture). It slips when it's wet.

I've used this once so far and I don't have high hopes for its longevity. The construction of the juicer itself is solid but the silicone gasket that goes around the rim is already slipping around while I'm juicing lemons and limes. I imagine at some point it will slip right off of the metal and eventually will be too loose to stay on reliably. Would have been better had it been injection molded into the metal part so it doesn't slip around.

To be honest I am not sure why this product is so highly rated. It has some benefits - it's quick and efficient and the included reservoir is helpful for storing the juice without hassle. Overall though the product feels cheaply made and, in addition, the pulp catcher is ineffective, however. If you set it to low pulp settings it will very shortly get switched to high pulp settings while you're using it. This is because, to adjust the pulp settings, you turn the knob on the strainer. This is the same thing that spins when juicing the fruit and, as you're using it, it will inadvertently adjust the pulp settings. If you want to minimize pulp in your juice, this product simply will not work. I tried but, unfortunately, still got a large amount of pulp.

It looks great but sadly it came in with a little part of it broken off. Anyone knows how to contact the sellers to ask for a replacement? Just wanting a replacement for the Large Self-Reversing Cone and the Small Self-Reversing cone with the adjustable pulp control.

It works as advertised, but the reason you buy a juicer is so you can process a fair amount of citrus sometimes. If you're doing that with this one, you're going to be irritated at how the pulp quickly overflows the rim. Every couple oranges you'll have to scoop the pulpy material out and throw it away, which is messy.Also, the auto-reverse function is nice, but it isn't perfect. Sometimes you catch it in the middle of it's switch and it'll auto-reverse multiple times very quickly, which seems like its bad on the gears and it'll probably wear out faster because of that.

It's rather bulky and fickle. My mother-in-law has a sturdy compact juicer than can be assembled and disassembled in seconds. I thought this would be similar but it's a far cry. It feels cheap and is too much of a hassle to use. Not my best purchase.

This appliance never worked correctly.I probably just got a lemon.It makes a very loud noise, and works only when it wants to.

The pressure activated juicing function broke from the first use so the juicer remains on from the time it is plugged in. This means you have to unplug it every time you want to remove pulp and seeds. I ordered the other black and decker model a while ago. It broke after about three weeks of use, so I thought I'd try this model out and treat it very gently. This one worked two times and broke. Got through about five oranges and two grapefruits total. Just spend a little more for a better one these cheap ones are not worth wasting money on.

I used this the first time and it worked fine, but the second time the juicer part would not turn and sounded like the post was tuning but stripping inside. Very frustrating for an item that had almost 5 stars. I have never written a negative review for anything purchased from Amazon.com. Now the the window for returns has expired and I needed this product for the holidays. So much for ordering early.

The 34 watt motor was replaced with a 20 watt clock type motor. Good grief!The on switch is wanky and only operated occasionally.The gears are plastic and are noisy and often grind.Once upon a time this type of juicer was actually not bad.This is obviously the cheapest version China could produce.I tried this item from another vendor… same result.TIP… get a citrus juicer attachment for your mixer or food processor with 100 times more torque…What a difference!

Only reason I bought this juicer is because it said it was a 30watt juicer. However it is a 20watt; its loud, flimsy and takes me a longer time to juice oranges than a regular 30watt. B&D you disappoint me !!
