THESE. ARE. AWESOME! i originally bought these to meal prep. im into fitness and work a lot so i thought it would be a great way to keep things separate and pack my lunches. theyre perfect size for portioning something like chicken and rice in the big part, a veggie on one smaller part and a fruit on another. they go through the dishwasher just fine and are easily stored as the containers themselves, and then the lids separately will stack. I then started using these for my son making homemade lunchables and he loves them! You know kids, they love to keep things separate! i will do something similar to my meal for him but put ketchup in a small container and put it in the small one along with a veggie so he can dip his chicken in the ketchup. we love these. i need to get more of them

Super high quality, especially for the price. These containers are great for lunches on the go, or for meal planning. Dishwasher and microwave safe, you really can't go wrong. It's also great for people who don't like all their food mixed in together. And when they wear out and/or break, we'll buy more. For the price, they will easily pay for themselves. I also like how I can toss my lunch into a backpack or my briefcase and not have to worry about it spilling. The lid seals tight and the container is thin enough to fit into nearly anything.Every time somebody sees these, they always ask: "Where did you get those?" They're great and we use them every day!

These are amazing! We use these every day for meal planning and food prep. I prep healthy meals for my family and I for the week and these containers really make it easier. They really do hold up int he dishwasher and microwave. I have had them now for over 3 months and they still look brand new (with daily use) I have purchased several other versions of this product made by other companies that were a few dollars cheaper and it just wasn't worth it. They absolutely weren't safe in the dishwasher or microwave, so please do yourself a favor and spend the extra $$ to make sure you are getting a quality product like these ChefLand Compartment containers.

I got these because I was tired of having all of my leftovers in one bowl-shaped container as I'm sure many people are familiar with. These have helped me set aside different parts of meals for an entire week which has saved me lots of time in the morning getting ready for work. An unexpecte benefit is that these have substantially made a difference in my "portion control" as I put less of one particular thing into the container and almost subconciously try to include more vegetables in the smaller compartments.The compartments are not air-tight from each other so if you invert the entire container while it's filled with food, you may have a small amount of cross over but the seal on the outside is great.

Love my containers! I'm constantly getting asked where I got them! They're roomy, they don't leak and they clean up easy.

Love, love, love these!!! I'm a huge meal prepper & when I seen these, I just had to have them. They go straight from fridge/freezer to the microwave to the dishwasher!! They don't melt like 'other' typical plastic storage containers. Plus the black doesn't show any staining! My only complaint is that the lids don't hold up as well as I'd like for them too. They tend to split on the corner edges & then pieces break off causing you to have to throw them away. I've gotten several uses out of some, but only one use out of others. I'm not sure if it's bcuz I use a deep freezer vs regular freezer. Def will buy them again! Very economic!

I make 10 lunches every Sunday to get us through the week and these are the perfect size. I don't think they are completely leak proof but if you're just careful not to tip them you won't have a problem. The microwave has not caused any warping but then I don't heat my food for excessive amounts of time either. The bases are supposedly dishwasher safe but to be safe we wash them by hand so they will last longer. Use some common sense and these containers should last a long time. Overall I am satisfied with these containers.

I bought these to have or Thanksgiving to send guests home with leftovers, and they were a big hit. The compartments made it easy to separate out various items and they hold quite a bit, so each guest had at least two portions of the meal tucked away if they filled it to the top. Mine all arrived in great shape and after a quick wash, they were ready to go. I can't speak to how they will hold up over time and with frequent washings, because we just wanted them for one-time use, but the two that we had left over for ourselves have survived three washes and a few days in the fridge without any cracking or damage. They are also nice and sturdy in your hand, so you don't have to worry about a floppy container when you load it up. I'm not sure that I would expect these to hold up long-term as your daily storage, as they are just takeout-quality containers, but they did exactly what we needed.

After seeing some of the reviews, I checked mine to make sure they weren't damage. The boxes work pretty well for prep-ing meals and they do fine in microwave. I've heated chicken and rice for 2 to 3 minutes for pretty hot temperature and the box did not warp. I don't expect the clear plastic lid to hold up to the same temperature, so I always leave the lid off when reheating the food.The lid fits well, but I can't imagine it holding a seal for any liquid. I'm talking about the seal around the outside edge of the box and not just between compartments. It probably would not do well holding liquid food, but definitely does its job for solid food.

I bought these for the 21 day fix meal tracking. I like the convenience of the three compartments and with this pack you get 10 trays and lids. If your trying to organize your food for several days this works great. The two smaller compartments hold about 3/4 cups each and the main area holds little over 1 cup. Maybe even 1 1/2 cup of protein would fit in this section. The lid fits right up to the rim of the compartments to keep things right where they should be. However, it doesn't give a snug enough fit for foods that might have juices. The lid doesn't seal tight enough around the rim, so liquids could escape. But for regular steamed veg, protein and a carb it works great.

I recently made a decision to make a lifestyle change of eating healthy. To be successful, I have to plan my meals ahead of time and have them ready to go in the fridge to keep on track. These little containers help me do that - They stack nicely in the fridge and help with portion control. They microwave and don't seem to warp. I do hand wash them - haven't tried putting them in the dishwasher because I want them to last a long time. The only complaint I have is that for really juicy food like fresh fruits, the juice does leak if it's turned sideways - if it weren't for this, I would have given them 5 stars. I solved that issue by finding a lunchbox that they fit laying flat in - but it would be nice if this wasn't an issue. Overall, for the price, they're a great deal and help me keep on track with prepping and storing my meals ahead of time.

These food containers were not that bad, and I really did like the idea of having sectioned out areas for foods..... but for some reason, for me with these food containers, I did not keep them.. slowly one by one they disappeared.

The sides were alright. I wished that they closed/fit more tightly. I wouldn't recommend putting these in a dishwasher because they seemed a little flimsy. Also I could not just throw it into my bag wherever I went unless it was absolutely right-side up. It would leak or open a little bit too easily. It was nice to get so many in a set but I quickly lost them at work/they were thrown out by others believing they were just takeout containers. For the price, it's a good option but I should have just bought some better food containers.

These containers work well, but they do not keep liquids separate... not that I am putting soup in them, but if I have fruit in one section and a sandwich in the other and then put the container in my lunch pale, I end up with fruit juices in my bread. They are thin and light which is good, but after several uses the tops will crack and no longer seal. I would still buy them again, just need to know what to put in them and that you will have to keep buying them as they break down

Very disappointing with the quality, this was my first ever meal Prep containers. The size and the compartments aren't perfect for meal preparing love the portion size . Unfortunately the lids don't stay on for the most part, they are very cheap and they don't sell properly. Make sure you don't have any liquid in your food it will spill, such a bummer since I read so many good review. I will not purchase again

I carry my lunch to work each day and I wanted something sturdy and microwavable with compartments. These containers are so-so. You can put them in the microwave and you get quite a few of them for a reasonable price. However, they do leak if they are not kept flat.

So I just received these, and opened them! Unfortunately 1 of the lids is already broken on the side... Also one of the other lids keeps coming up and won't lock down on the bottom container. I think the idea of these are great, but I don't think they executed these very well. I feel like after opening the top off the bottom a few times, the thin rim that connects them together is going to break just like the one that's already broken that I haven't even used yet. I definitely won't trust these in my back pack like I do with usual Tupperware, and I will make sure to always have them in something where they are right side up. It seems like the tops would come off. After some time of using them, I will give a more updated review, but this is my first impression so far.

I don't know if this is a batch problem or not, but these containers don't really seal. It's not a problem if your giving someone dry food, but once a liquid is involved, it's going to leak.

These are the second type I have tried, and again, I am very disappointed. I get similar from a local Indian Restaurant takeout. Over the years I have used the heck out of the ones from the restaurant, but these are very hard to close. And therefore very hard to open. I use them for freezer meals for my Dad, and he has broken many a top opening them up. I will be trying a different brand next time.

Price was right, but unfortunately it is a little too flimsy. There were a few issues with this:- The clear tops do not last too long. Especially when I received the package everything was still wrapped but a few of the tops were broken and chipped.- The main container is big enough and fits a nice portion for lunch, but again the tops do not go on well so if you have liquid food it might leak a little bit.Unfortunately I would not buy this again.

I read a lot of the reviews before making this purchase and although I saw a lot about broken lids I figured I'd give it the benefit of the doubt . Assuming maybe people weren't careful. But I feel obligated to write a review now.The package arrived, I opened it and lids were broken. I have attached photos of the product to show I hadn't even taken it out of the package yet.I don't have time for this.

I just received my containers. I was reading previous reviews and I don't know how everyone else's order got messed up. But mine are in perfect condition. All 10 are accounted for. Nothing is broken. Nothing is warped.I'll update later after a while of use.Update: After having them for a while (I'd say a couple of months), I just stopped using them and eventually throwing them away. They ended up breaking too easily. The lids stopped staying on.

Very flimsy in quality, and also very difficult to wash.I bought these about a week ago and in that week, two of them already chipped (I dropped a set of them with food in them while I was bringing them out of the container). The lids cracked; they are still usable but I imagine I'll have to buy replacements within the month.They are very difficult to wash. There are a lot of crevices in the product where oil and other gunk builds up. I've never had a problem washing Tupperware until I've come across these.

Ordered these last year and they worked great. Got them again recently because I liked them so much. This time the lids wont even fit. They will not seal and snap back off when you pick them up. I just did my meal prep for the week with these and since the lids come off, I am worried it might spoil.I have a feeling ChefLand have cheapened the manufacturing process to cut costs. It shows. Don't buy these.

I purchased these for my daughter to use for work. First right off the bat two of the trays were broken. Then they did not fit in her lunch cooler - our fault for not measuring but would fit if the tray were put on there side and set diagonally in the cooler. But then they leaked when water was put into them and the lid was put on and tipped on the side. So in that case you could not put them in the cooler on there side. I would not purchase them again.

I honestly have had them 1 months and they are already warping. I was quite excited at first now im dissapointed i spent the extra 10 for express delivery. Also veggie juice often leaks into my bags from these particular containers. Would not buy again

Most pieces have cracked by now and the lids no longer stay on correctly.

Very thin and cheap. Just received and the tops are broken. Wouldn't buy again....

I put it in the dishwasher one time and it started to fall apart, glue peeling from the inside center of the compartments (could have been plastic not glue). Even though it says "Holds up nicely in the dishwasher" in the description.
