It is a nice fitting life preserver. It fits well and lets us get on the water.

Solid, inexpensive life preserver. It seemed a little small but it does the job and I have no worries about keeping people afloat if needed.

Cheap and not bulky.

We just got a johnboat so we needed life jackets and other various items to make it to legal. The Kent youth life jacket by absolute outdoor Inc. is the basic life jacket to get you started. It fits my six-year-old with no issue and it's easy to store. My only issue with it is it's not as sturdy as I hoped it would be.

I sent them back. I have a very tall and slender 10 year old. Too small. I also have a very tall and stocky 6 year old. Too small. Both Well under weight limit.

Smaller than expected.

I'm sure it's well-suited to someone who's average size. If you have any bulk in your torso this hugs right up under your chin and is a bit uncomfortable.

It fits my 48 lb. 6 year old, but probably won't next year. It's nothing special and the cost is the same, within a dollar, as you'd pay at any boating store (which I found out later when I visited West Marine). It is difficult to find type II pfds for kids without paying $55+, but if your child is going to need to wear one very often, I suggest making the investment. We now keep this one as a back up for sailing offshore.

This life jacket runs smaller than the guidelines stated; my son falls well within the weights stated in the description, but this barely fit him. I would definitely order a larger size next time!

I'm giving this 2 stars for the size, this life jacket wouldn't even fit my 3 year old who wears 2T clothing. Sure, it would buckle, but nothing about the positioning of it appeared safe at all, it just didn't fit properly. If you are looking for a life vest for your toddler just for a little weekend trip, don't make the mistake I did and spend a few extra dollars on another life jacket.

I got this for my son to wear while fishing on the bank of a canal in case he fell in. It fits him well and I'm sure it would work as promised if he fell in, but he found it to be so uncomfortable that he didn't want to wear it longer than 20 mins.

I ordered these things about a month ago open them today to use on the boat instead of 3X they are mediums.

It chokes you when trying to swim, I had to actually take it off and drag it behind me.

Holy moly, these are small. Barely fit my 60lb daughter and did not even come close to fitting my 80 lb son, who is 9. This is more like a child's size, not youth. Beware! Nicely made, but had to send back.

It says extra large adult but really way to small . cheapest construction. You get what you pay for.the straps are long enough for adult but the upper part is kid sized.

Size is issue

WAY too small for the size. Barely fit my 50lb nephew. Would never fit a 50-90 lb kid. Ever.

It says for an adult. I'm small build at 175lbs and this doesn't fit me. Way too small. It might fit a toddler. But definetly not an adult

THIS WAS WAY TOO SMALL! I have a very small 8 year old and this was ridiculously tight on her. Unfortunately, I waited to long to try it on and was unable to return... BUY ELSEWHERE... I purchased the universal and it fitted her well.

Thought I was buying a 3x large floating device but it was the same size as the XL ones made by Stearns that are carried at Walmart for $7.
