NOKIA 2520. Nokia's last hurah before Microsoft bought them . I LOVE it. BUT there are some big drawbacks for some. read on...

I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.I admire apple , and also android very much, but....I love windows phones and loved windows 8.1 and windows RT 8.1. Unfortunately , not enuf of me to sell these windows RT tablets....This is the 5th nokia 2520 i have bought. 3 as gifts, 2 for me. WAY better than the surface RT by microsoft.Pros:80% recharge in one hour.office 365 included, full version, not a trial, for as long as you own the machine.32gb onboard solid state storage.micro hdmi/dvi portNFC (bluetooth speakers and headphones with nfc can be paired just by touching the two together.)cell phone chip will give you 4g lte anywhere ... on the bus, train, anywhere u can get a cell phone signal from yoyr GSM carrier (tmobile, att, cricket, metropcs....)factory unlocked, so can be used overseas on whatever carrier uses the bands listed in the amazon ad,add the "nokia power keyboard" sold on amazon or ebay for $99 dollars and you have a laptop replacement! the power keyyboard adds ...2 usb ports, chicklet style keyboard, and .... an additional battery! you will get a full 14 hours of battery life with the power keyboard added. it folds like the new 14"ipad. and when it closes, it wraps around the tablet to form a very protective case. comes in black, and if u hunt for it, RED!takes a 98gb sd chip. never had a problem with that. not everfast AS IN FAST! win rt is a very very very efficient operating system.it is VIRUS PROOF. you will never. and i do mean NEVER , not EVER get a virus on a windows RT machine. just for the fact there are not enough of them arround to be attractive for the virus writers to write a virus for windows RT. Ha!excellent visibility in bright sunlight. low glare, the camera at 6mp rear is excellent in bright light conditions. kinda not in poor light conditions. but.... slide the camera icon to the left... and..... you get circular bands that appear to adjust white balance, fstop, iso, aperture and exposure.... in semicircular slider bands that show you realtime the difference as you slide your finger along the bands to increase or decrease each band. awesomeness! i am pretty sure that apple and android will copy this interface soon. it is THAT good. Nokia was a pioneer in phone camera technology. this tablet has a carl zeiss lense. auto image stabilization. front camera is ok for skype , etc.cons:runs windows RT 8.1. meaning: It cannot ever be upgraded to windows 10. not ever.the ONLY app available are from the "store" (the RT equivalent of Google playstore or the ipad/iphone app store). THAT is why win RT tablets didnt sell. not enuf RT tablets sold to make it worthwhile to write apps for. and so... not enuf app to make RT tablets attractive to buy. sigh.you will NOT be able to download programs from the internet and install them. nor from an installation disk.so....little by little, this tablet will have almost no apps, but will only be good for creating office 365 documents, and surfing the net.in sum: i LOVE this tablet.
Nokia Lumia 2520
August 2, 2015
As most people have commented, this is an excellent tablet, and the only caveat is the Win RT. If you can live with MS app store, then this is a real deal. Since there are enough details about typical aspects of this tablet, I'll write few words that some of you may fine helpful (I had to search very hard, but did not find this information anywhere).1. This is essentially an unlocked AT & T/T tablet in US. On T-Mobile network, only 3G will work (missing the 1700/2100 MHz bands). But in Europe and most other countries it will cover a pretty good portion of LTE bands (going by the specs here). So, if you're looking to travel with this, check the LTE frequency bands used in that country before heading out.2. I activated this for StraightTalk (Walmart), using AT & T option (the starter kit comes with both AT & T and T-Mobile sims). The sim size you need is "micro", but don't need to buy it separately unless you don't plan to use an activation kit like the one mentioned above. The tricky part of the final step of connecting the tablet to the broadband network; when you select the broadband icon on your Networks panel, and select "Connect" it asks for an APN name (go figure, I guess). After searching the web for a long time, I finally hit a support article on the StraightTalk website. The name to use is "RESELLER". This worked fine for me. If you use a different service plan/carrier, this could be different.3. This tablet has Micro USB - A/B ports (first I could not figure out what it really is). This means you can use an external USB3.0/2.0 HD with this tablet (I tried it and it works). Also, you can use this tablet as an external HD with any PC (tried this as well). It'll work as USB 2.0 as well (plenty of speed, if you ask me)Finally, the graphics are awesome. No lag what so ever, beautiful colors. No heat at all (at least I did not feel any). Overall, this is a terrific device for the $$.Update: This actually works on T-Mobile network (4G LTE). So, my earlier comment was inaccurate (sorry). I don't get a strong T-Mobile signal where I live, so it just takes longer to find the LTE network.
and at first I didn't really like it.

I've been using this tablet for a few days now, and at first I didn't really like it.. I've never had a tablet with windows on it, and the experience wasn't familiar, the OS was difficult to get used to.. but after a few days, and realizing that this OS doesn't behave the way a typical tablet would, and treating it more like a PC, it's really grown on me. Having a desktop mode makes it easy to get at files I've saved on that tablet, and the on-screen keyboard is actually not that bad to type on with traditional homerow typing. There apparently is a keyboard accessory available for the tablet but it's really difficult to find in the US keyboard layout. One thing worth mentioning is that this tablet doesn't have an input for standard USB, it uses USB 3, and you will need a special cable to plug it into your computer. The power cable to charge the tablet is also a special type, so be sure you don't lose it.
bye bye Android, welcome Windows 8

Never been a windows 8 person but tablet has made it enjoyable for sure. Great speed, wifi dual band a plus.Only 3 CON'sThe space 32Gb sure goes fast with system files and operating system. Only have 13 gigs left after all updatesOther is not being able to install my programs from the internet. No 3rd party software is allowed, what a pain. I can't even install Firefox as I use it to sync my password and fav's.Cameras are the worst I have seen on a device. Doesn't come up to pair with the specs.Coming from a Asus tf701 love this one better, this one is faster to turn on, more responsive and plays games better.

This is a college students dream computer. Not to mention that there are great alternatives to common accesories on the internet that pair perfectly with thie SP3. I love this computer!

I wanted to get back into illustration, and getting this and the surface pen was the cheapest option for drawing directly on a screen.I've been using Apple products since 2009, and I'm also have two Wacom tablets. I'm so impressed with the Surface 3 despite it being an older model. If you plan on drawing with it, you NEED the pen. You can't use your finger with Photoshop. I also downloaded an Asian drawing app, and it recognizes pressure very well. Drawing on glass takes getting used to, but at least I can clearly see what I'm drawing compared to a matte screen like Cintiqs. For browsing the web and watching videos, it's also great! I don't notice that it's only 2GB of RAM at all. Sound is nice as well. I only put the volume up to 25% to watch a movie at night. So spending less than $450 for a Surface 3 and the pen — compared to a $1000+ Wacom Companion or $500+ for the smaller iPad Pro without the Apple Pencil. If you're an experienced artist, you don't really need fancy brand-name tools anyway to create great illustrations. What matters is the work you put out.
Love it

I bought this as a raffle item for a Cat Rescue I like. We bought the surface 3 because we have one and love it. So far we can do everything on the surface that we can do on a lap top. It won't play heavy games, but it does everything else. It's a wonder there is so much power in such a small device.

Great machine so far, just wouldn't buy it from Amazon
May 6, 2016
First let me encourage everyone to CHECK THE SERIAL WITH MICROSOFT. I ordered from MoneySaving Deals here on Amazon and while everything looked brand new the tablet was actually refurbished. Now, with that said, this review is based on that unit. This unit has some issues that I haven't heard anyone else have so I'm assuming it's because it's a refurb. But it has problems restarting. It gets stuck and I have to force it to cut off and cut it back on. This only happens during updates but still scary as it could brick the device, but thankfully didn't.Most people may be concerned on whether 2GB and 64GB is enough. 2GB is indeed enough for most people. Heck I can even run photoshop cs5 on it fine. During heavy raw images it will struggle but it could get the job done if you're in a pinch. For regular web browsing, youtube, watching movies, etc. it does hiccup a bit. I personally think it's because it's a refurb because my Asus t100ta which is 3 years older ran fantastic with an older atom processor and the same 2GB of ram. (Which is why I'm giving it 4 stars for now.)The 64GB isn't a concern for me because I had a high speed 64GB sd card lying around and I use onedrive to store pretty much everything so I can have access to all my files and photos and what-nots on any device, so 64GB will be fine for anyone that uses a cloud service such as I do.The resolution on paper isn't the highest, but this thing has a high quality screen so everything is bright (WAY brighter than my much more expensive Lenovo Yoga 900) and images and fonts are very crisp. I also haven't run into any scaling issues like on my Yoga 900.Another thing with the kickstand... it's perfect! I've heard complaints of it only being 3 position.... Look, if you need more than these 3 perfect angles then I don't really know what to say. It fulfills all viewing angles for me and my wife. I'm 5'9" and she's 4'11". Standing or sitting we can both ind the perfect view for it. So don't let that discourage you.I have a replacement coming today. Hopefully that isn't refurbished too. All in all I like the machine and will keep it once I can get a brand new one and not a refurb. Hopefully that irons out any issues I had with this refurb unit. I'd say go for it!UPDATE (5/7/2016): Ohhhh kaaayyy. So, got the replacement from another seller: Shira Sales 1. ANOTHER REFURB!! Terrible sellers, and received even worse customer service from Amazon. Anyway, I ended up getting one from Best Buy. The even more comical thing is the difference in packaging. For everyone's awareness I've taken side-by-side pictures of the box I received from Amazon and the one I picked up at Best Buy. The Amazon packaging is on top while the Best Buy packaging is on the bottom.I also ended up getting the 4GB 128GB version because it was only $50 more at Best Buy. Runs a great deal smoother with no hiccups at all so far. I really think the other one ran poorly due to being refurbished at this point because it's night and day. Anyway, I like the machine even more now so I'm updating to 5-Stars, however, I do NOT recommend you buy it from Amazon, at least not a third-party seller.

great product for those of use who cannot afford the 2/3. NOTICE: this RT OS is no longer supported by Microsoft and should be posted as such, so do not expect to get a Windows 10 upgrade unless they change there minds.
Great performance but with limited abilities!
June 17, 2015
Ok so... I give it 4 stars because it truly is a well working tablet. It has strong/loud sounding speakers, with quick processing. However, as a semi-familiar-techy I wasn't aware that this tablet doesn't run ANY apps that relate to anything I want. Google products are a pain to work with and most not able to run at all. NOTHING CAN BE INSTALLED ON THIS DEVICE EXCEPT MICROSOFT PRODUCTS. I suggest before buying that you go to the Microsoft web site and check out the apps you can install and read some reviews on the Windows RT OS (Operating System). Know what you're buying before you blindly buy this product. Also, an important thought is that Windows RT is seemly going extinct, "food for thought". Any who, though I'm satisfied with the performance of the tablet I absolutely hate how limited you. PLEASE... do your research before buying this product.UPDATE 09/03/15: So I've had the tablet for a few months now and I must say it is quite impressive. The battery life is amazing and the processing is pretty quick. The issue about using Google products and apps have seem to have "gone by the bay side". And for most part I have found a way to use Google products. Anyway, wanted to let everyone know after getting used to it I am VERY happy with it.

Good but like all tablets it has a drawback or two
October 9, 2017
You'll see a lot of mixed reviews on this product. I purchased two of these. One has been in use for a month with no issues. The other I just received a week ago. So I can't speak to the longevity issues. I like the way the external keyboard that I bought separately connects and works. And both computers I received had the right operating system on them. I can tell you this in general that also addresses some of the negative reviews (some of which should have been directed to the seller feedback, not product). This is the fourth brand of windows tablet I've had, plus a iPad. The iPad is ok but it's very limiting. I was a long term Apple user but their idea of everything being wireless and on the cloud is self serving and doesn't help users who like to transfer files between cameras and flash drives. As for the other tablets, every tablet I've owned had a limited life expectancy. Charging problems are common on all because you are plugging into a small port on a board and if you push to hard it's easy to unseat the socket from the circuit board. You can get it fixed but it will cost you to have to resoldered and they break again anyway. You might just as well buy new tablet. The other thing to notice is the amount of disk space. Many tablets come with 32 gb of space. That is simply worthless. The Windows 10 OS and software installed that the user can't remove, takes up about 20 gb of that space. If you want to download Office 2016 (bc it's not a subscription service like 360), put some antispyware, antivirus, and a simple game, you will not be able to install any updates. This tablet comes with 64gb of space and you need that. So don't spent 1000.00 for a tablet no matter who makes it. Spend 300.00 range or less for 64gb with decent memory and speed and treat it like it's disposable because in a year or two, you'll want to replace it anyway.

The charging port just shifted or something and now the tablet does not charge with the charger that came with the tablet. I have to use whatever charges the laptop. Sometimes it does not wake up after being asleep for a while. But it's a computer ....Other than that it is ok.

Excellent value for the money. Nice piece of hardware and runs everything. I added a microsd chip to give me more memory. Running MS office on it with no problems. Compact and easy to use. Replaced my big laptop with this.
Great Device
May 30, 2016
Good computer. Micro-USB is a little wonky--the included charging adapter was not so great, but the USB cable was fine. This device likes to charge while it's not in use, so keep that in mind if you need to use it for extended periods of time. The display is great and it's full HD (1080p). It's also touch screen and offers a tablet mode. This device does run a full version of Windows and will be able to handle most daily activities.SSD is standard on the model. I got 64gb of SSD with 2gb of ram.For a hands on review:[...]

I tried it and it does have some drawbacks. It does not download any Play Store apps, only Microsoft which does not offer much to amuse me. It does not do too well with printing and scanning because I have a hard time trying to find the scanned download and very limited in tweaking printer options or previewing before printing. There is a 20% restocking fee to return it as well as pay for own return shipping, so that takes a chunk out of your refund. I was not too thrilled with Windows 8. It does offer a better larger, clear view of apps, emails, surfing the web and watch movies online. But the volume was not that loud either. It's okay as a viewing device but not much more.

Troubleshooting galore, but a great product once you've got it up-and-running
May 3, 2016
Before I start explaining why I enjoy and continue to own this product, I should preface my reasoning behind the "three stars".Microsoft's Surface 3 involves a lot of work (the same probably goes for it's Pro-rated brethren) and this is something any consumer should be aware of before making a purchase. After sorting through several reviews on Amazon and various online sites, it seems you roll the dice upon buying a Surface and you might end up with: a brick, a defective/slow unit, a blue-screen-of-death (BSOD), or a perfectly normal laptop/tablet. If you still decide to go through with the purchase make sure to do these two simple things in the following order:1. In the search bar of your Surface type in "recovery" and select "Create a recovery drive". You'll need a flash drive that's 16GBs or 32GBs, and it'll need to be formatted to FAT32 before you proceed. This process will take a few hours but it'll save you a lot of pain in the long-run (see below), so store this drive somewhere safe for when you need may eventually need it.2. Download and install all required updates for your Surface.Within the first 24 hours of operating my Surface 3, I encountered what I initially thought was a slow-running computer that started to get exponentially faster with each update I installed, but upon my 3rd or 4th required restart I hit a BSOD that said I'd need a "recovery drive" to boot the tablet back up. Unfortunately I didn't have an Amazon review to tell me the importance of one, so I had to resort to downloading a recovery image off of the official Microsoft/Windows website and this was a herculean task to say the least. How could an official website like Microsoft boast such poor speeds and an unstable connection for an important download?? The 7.4GB file took somewhere between 2 to 3 hours at around 900kb/s, something a lot of other online users were experiencing (with much POORER speeds), but the other issue I and multiple other users encountered was a severed connection at random stages of the download. The first time at 60%, the second at 30%. I tried for a third, a fourth, and finally by the ump-teenth download it finally finished! Why is owning and operating a Surface 3 so difficult?! Users complaining on the Microsoft help threads often got the same answer from Microsoft lackeys, "make sure you're on a stable connection, try a different browser or a different laptop", but who has the luxury of working through all these options? I was stuck with just downloading the file over and over until I won the "finished download" lottery. So to repeat: you play the lottery of owning either a bricked/BSOD/working Surface, and if you encounter a BSOD like me and several other users, you play the lottery of trying to download a file to FIX your broken Surface. Fun, right? So make that recovery drive as soon as humanly possible and it'll save you a day of babysitting a download.Problems aside, once I had that recovery image uploaded to a flash drive and I applied the proper fixes, I had a perfectly working laptop/tablet and I'll admit I do love this device. Yay! Some actual PROS after a CON-filled rant.- Cheap and effective laptop/tablet combo. I'm a video editor that primarily works off of a Windows desktop unit running Premiere Pro, but I still wanted a laptop to replace my Macbook Pro that I could take notes on while on set (using the amazing Surface pen), take pictures for scene continuity, pull up previous continuity stills or scene-blocking diagrams, and run various other applications that are excellent on this laptop/tablet combo.- A beautiful screen. It's no "Retina Display", but i'm not doing any video/photo editing and if you are, consider the Pro-editions for the internal/external hardware upgrades.- Can run Android emulators in case you want to access certain applications that aren't available on Windows. I'm an avid comic reader with a Marvel Unlimited subscription and have been in the market for a tablet for a long time since I didn't enjoy being tethered to a desktop while reading or zooming in and reading from panel-to-panel on my smartphone. I've come close on several occasion to purchasing an iPad for this very reason, but found running a program like AMIDuOS on this Surface 3 to be sufficient for my comic reading needs. Plus the 10.8-inch screen makes it so I hardly ever have to zoom-in and I get the closest experience to holding hard copies of my favorite weekly issues.- As I already mentioned briefly above, the pen is marvelous. It's half as cheap as the Apple Pen, pretty responsive for my needs and I can do some pretty decent sketches when i'm story-boarding.- Windows OS. For me this is a huge and personal PRO as I've grown up operating Windows. My 5 year stint with a Macbook Pro still had me doing my fair share of troubleshooting, going against Apple's mantra of "it just works", so working on an OS that i'm more experienced with is a huge relief.I'll have to update this review in a few months since it also seems like people encounter more errors down the line, but for now i'm satisfied with my purchase despite all the work I had to put in to get it in working order.Great product when it's working, but to remind and repeat to all potential purchasers:1. Use a FAT32-formatted flash drive to create a recovery drive as soon as you can.2. Update your Surface 3 until Windows Update says your computer is up-to-date.Good luck!
Pricey, but effective.
February 16, 2016
It's a mighty fine tablet, high quality, very much reflective of the Microsoft brand. However, it can sometimes fall short, especially since the type cover and stylus are in separate purchases. Really? $75+ for a keyboard? If you are looking for a tablet/computer, this is the one. It's got apps like a tablet, so you can watch Netflix (and chill?), and it's got computer capabilities so you can finish off that big paper in between Netflix episodes. However, the operating system (64 GB) is not nearly enough for substantial work, so if you are hoping to put all of the files in your cabinet on your Surface, it WILL NOT WORK. The operating system alone takes up 1/3rd of the total space. If possible, buy the 128 GB option, or take advantage of Microsoft OneDrive, the Microsoft cloud-based service. Luckily, the tablet can also take flash drives, so if you don't want to pay $50 to $100 extra, this is a cheaper alternative.

Not worth it.
February 12, 2017
This tablet looks nice but doesn't run well. Since it's Microsoft it doesn't have a lot of apps which is a bummer, but not the main issue. The internet is slow and you can't change from explorer, it's always freezing and not loading pages. And now, maybe two years later and the battery won't charge.Don't get sucked in because it looks nice. It's a piece of crap.
Everything I Hate About Windows And More!!!!
January 18, 2016
I've had this for a couple of days and after configuring it to my liking (at least to the degree that Microsoft allows) I have to say that the tablet hardware itself is very, very good. It is responsive and much faster than most of the Android and IOS based tablets I've used. The screen is very sharp and clear, it boots very quickly and doesn't hang up or stall as some others I've used. The problem with this tablet (and in my opinion it's a show stopper) is the Windows 8.1 RT operating system. While the screen resolution of the hardware is very clear and sharp, Microsoft severely limits the adjust-ability of the display, such as the size of the tiles and the size of the text within the tiles. Some tiles can be sized larger while others are limited to medium and small sizes (but the size of the text within the tiles is still tiny). It seems very arbitrary and I found that tiles which control apps and saved webpages that I use were limited to the smaller sizes. I'm sixty years old and my eyes aren't what they used to be but I still only need glasses to read the newspaper etc. On both my Blackberry Z30 smartphone and Android tablet I can get by quite nicely without my reading glasses but not on this tablet - even after changing the font sizes I still need to use reading glasses to navigate through this tablet.. The operating system has a general feel of Windows 8.1 but is a stripped down version with many settings severely limited compared to a desktop version of Windows. As well, I updated through Windows Update and counted in total 102 recommended and optional updates which took a few hours to complete - 102 updates - INCREDIBLE!!!!!!. When I updated my older Samsung Android tablet from 3.1 to 4.0 a couple of years ago, it updated in about fifteen minutes and that was it, one update total. Online I've read that certain aspects of Windows 10 will be available for 8.1RT but none of the updates that I've installed refer to Windows 10 so I don't know if those updates are available or not or are still just being called Windows 8.1 updates. All in all, I'm glad that I bought this tablet on Amazon at a reduced price. I've satisfied my curiosity about Windows based tablets and I will now be selling it as fast as I can. I now know in the future to stay away from any mobile device that has Microsoft in its name. Other than it does support Flash (Apple IOS does not and Android is limited), the operating system is terrible in my opinion. Too bad this tablet wasn't an Android version because as I stated earlier, the hardware itself is very nice.
A great tablet except for the garrote cutting off the blood-flow to it (see below)...

I really liked this tablet until I found out (after the fact, of course) that Microsoft will NOT support Universal Apps on this device. That means many developers will yank their existing apps from the Windows Store and replace them with Universal App versions WHICH WON'T RUN. That means this tablet will be even less useful over time. Despite the lack of certain apps (Messenger, PNC, Southwest Airlines, etc), there are some substitutions you can make (you can use the Facebook app for messaging, there's a Virtual Wallet app from PNC if you're willing to migrate your accounts to that, etc), but as Universal Apps take over the store, you'll end up relying on Internet Explorer for more and more. Need I say more? (Actually, I'll say one more thing: I wrote to Microsoft about this. There's a miniscule chance they'll change their mind, but there's a miniscule chance I could win the lottery, too. You've been warned...)
I like the simplicity of the tablet

Too nerdy for me. I like the simplicity of the tablet. this is a portable computer.
Could be Better

The device is not perfect, though has very good hardware parameters and performance. The display could be better. The device has major so called "sleep" bug. The screen is a bit reach in yellow gamma. Hopefully next versions will work.

Very dissapointing!!!

I wish I could return this. It won't stay connected to my network (although 10+ other devices have no problems, from phones to desktops to tablets- 8 kids in the house so I do have some experience). The apps that I need are only written for Apple or Android, and the emulator program would run on the Surface either. Also, a pen and keyboard are almost necessities since the touch screen is unbearably clumsy. I hate to say this, but I should have bought an iPad. This is a waste of money, unless you only want to watch movies or read ebooks, Oh, Wait... it can't connect to WiFi!!!.

Even the microsoft store cant get this thing to operate for more than an hour without fatal errors.
may have once been good but It's a relic now
January 19, 2017
Its great, except for the fact that it has less processing power than my s5. It routinely crashes if I try to run more than 2 apps (and I mean the basic apps, note and a browser say). Often clocks well over 90% on the CPU and Ram. Buy the new gen ones
Crap

Worked like a charm for three months and the irreplaceable power plug broke. Now it's worthless. Repair guy said it broke due to poor manufacturing and these tablets are "notorious" for this defect. Can't return or fix the damn thing

Just got out of the Microsoft store because this Surface 3 had software corruption that I could not get fixed even with tech support over the phone. It was so bad they had to exchange it there in the store! The 2nd one still wouldn't download the updates for Windows 10!!!! It's not good!

Update: DO NOT BUY FROM G & R SALES INC. The imperfections in the build quality should have been a sign. The touch screen has now completely stopped working, which defeats the point of this device. Do not buy this sub-quality product, and definitely do not buy from G & R SALES INC.Previous: Some imperfections in the build quality, which is disappointing. Spots on the screen and jagged casing surrounding the tablet. Disappointing, but remains to be seen if it impacts functionality.
Bad quality

This was the second Surface 3 I bought. Like the first one, this Surface 3 tablet worked for a couple of hours. Then it started freezing (in a way that Cntrl-Alt-Delete would not bring up the Task Manager) and needed to be hard-restarted from the on button. Then, before the first day was over, it would not work at all. I reinstalled Windows from the partition on the SSD drive, and that took hours, with several freezes, and the Surface still would not work. I returned it for a full refund. It seems to me that the 2GB of RAM which is what this Surface tablet comes with and which cannot be increased, are not sufficient for Windows 8 or Windows 10. All of my other full sized Windows machines, which all work great, have at least 8GB of RAM. Or maybe the problem is with the Atom processor on the Surface. The form factor of the Surface Tablet is nice. I wish this little thing worked. It is light. The touch screen was nice. It would be perfect for the kids. Unfortunately, the Surface Tablet did not work for me.

I just got this out of the box and it has already crashed. It keeps restarting and freezing. I will be sending it back, I am unsure if I will ask for a replacement or straight reimbursement. POS
