After losing nearly half of my food during a family cookout to food falling between the grates and being burned from flaming up I decided to give these a try. I am glad I did! I have already used it dozens of times. We just purchased a new grill and have been grilling 4 times a week. I am frankly amazed a thin flexible mat can take medium direct flame and not burn up! I love that I can throw veggies, shrimp and fish on the grill without losing some pieces between the grill grates. You can even put cheese on the mat and put it right on the bread (grilled cheese bread!)! Works fabulously - nothing falls thru the grates and even has grill marks. After using this I feel like a master griller. I am able to show off by getting perfect grill marks on the food that impresses my friends every time. They were so impressed they asked me how I did it and now they all own a set of grill mats. They love them just as much as I do. Best of all, clean up is just a quick dip under running water and towel off. No more drips at the bottom of the grill and no more cleaning the grill.
