My Tile Has Never Been Cleaner
May 6, 2017
I love this thing. It is extremely powerful, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and sucks up everything. I find this way more convenient than a broom and dust pan, but without all the weight and clumsiness that comes with a full-size vacuum. I'm a lifer on this thing. It takes me 10 minutes to do my entire house. The only criticism I have is that it doesn't stand up well, so if you prop it against something it's likely to fall over and then the central container pops off and has to be clipped back in. Not a big deal at all, and this thing is so amazing that it's totally still a 5-star item with that issue, it just might be something for Dirt Devil to work on for the next model. LOVE THIS. BUY IT NOW SO YOU CAN BE AS HAPPY AS ME!
Great product!!
January 21, 2017
Holy crap this thing is great! This has a lot of power. Hold on tight if you plug it in with the power already on. The cord is short (they all are though) so it unplugged when I was vacuuming and I didn't turn off the power plugged it back in and it jumped off the floor spun around and crashed to the ground (true story). Has great suction power.
STRONG Little Bugger! Great for small spaces & for pets
January 17, 2017
This little guy is such a life saver. I have lived several different apartments (Boston, NYC, and Chicago) - and I know how important is can be to have a small yet powerful vacuum. This vacuum is a major space saver, and it's STRONGER than any stick vacuum I've ever owned. Heck, it's even stronger than some larger standing vacs! I really like that it's bagless - I have cats, and their hair fills the reservoir quickly. For those of you using this for litter - it's been great at picking up Worlds Best Litter for me.Replacing the filter is a pain (it's easy enough to do, I just don't like spending money on "parts" for appliances). It doesn't need to be changed nearly as much as recommended. I've owned this for over a year, and I've only ever changed the filter once... :-) It's still in tremendous working condition, strong suck power, and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!.
Put my other vacuum to shame!
July 13, 2016
Game changer, just finished vacuuming my floor just before this arrived, tried this and I am totally blown away! The cannnister was full, a little creepy, thought my floor was clean👌
Great purchase!
July 3, 2016
I have alot of tile and laminate floor and I wanted something that would work and didn't cost 200 bucks and this seemed reasonable with decent reviews when I got it at first I thought I was goin to be garbage. .... it works great it's light it picks up dog hair and glitter it has an easy release to empty it. The worst thing about it is getting it back together after you take it apart to clean the filter it's a pain in the ass you have to get it just right or it doesn't go back together! Took a few times to get it down but now I can put it back together no problem there's a notch that lines up in front and the v part goes toward the latch and should be flush with the edge ... otherwise best little cheap vaccum I ever had! And hold on to it when you turn it on it'll try and run away! Works pretty good on carpets too but have to empty it alot
If it had a swivel head, it would be near perfect for a $50 vac.
March 23, 2016
If it had a swivel head, it would be near perfect for a $50 vac.I've been disappointed by more vacs than politicians. So I'm not an easy sell with vacs. I like this one.It has two large wheels and two small nylon rollers in front to keep the head from scratching a hardwood floor. Suction is strong due to the strong motor. I know it's fashionable to have a stick vac with the motor near your hand--this seems bass ackwards to me. I'd rather have the weight on the floor than carry it around. Besides strong suction, the filter capture very fine particles. Most times you can just tap it against the garbage can to remove most of the accumulation. You can also rinse it with water--be sure to let it dry before putting back in vac.The standard toe-kick at the bottom of kitchen cabinets is about 3: (The toe kick allows you to stand next to your base cabinets without stubbing your toes.) The vac head width beyond the width of the motor chamber is just enough to reach under the toe-kick if you run the vac fully sideways along the cabinet base--a little more room here would be good. One reviewer wrote repeatedly that she or he could not figure out how to put the dirt cup back on. I've tried all the ways I can to figure out how this could be difficult. The only way I've found is if you remove the filter from the cup and then don't replace it properly. The filter must be pressed down in the cup fully for the cup to be able to mount correctly. When in doubt, read the instructions. The unit worked well on short and long nap carpets and hardwood floors and tile. A full size vac with a roller would work better on a carpet but they tend to suck up the edges of rugs. So I still want a full size vac for carpet. But for occasional carpet cleaning and for rugs and hard floors, I prefer a good stick vacuum and this is the best I've come across so far.The 20 foot cord is just barely long enough to be practical. Even longer would be better. I think 20 feet is a minimum, 30 feet or longer is optimal. So, for $50 this unit is a great choice. So I rate this a great value for the price and a good choice for a lightweight vacuum. It would be great it if had a swivel head but the ones that do tend to break too easily ime, so I still rate this unit 5 stars compared to the compettion.

Works perfect for small house projects
June 14, 2017
I love this little power drill. It seems to have a lot of power..i just needed something for small projects around the house..i didnt want to have to deal with battery packs dying on me so i bought rhis corded one! The cord itself isnt that long so i would make sure to have an extension cord around wish it came with more bits too especially of different sizes but hey i guess i can buy them! I still love it! So far ive drilled holes in some wood (bought seperate attachment) and drilled some key/coat hooks into some wood as well using the screwdriver bit and it worked great!
This is a drill for those who do not shy away from unexpected challenges! Hooray!
May 2, 2017
This drill is awesome! If you buy your axe handles and heads separately, build your own computers from components, or home brew your own beer rather than buying six-packs, you'll like the way the chuck arrives *solidly fused into the open position!* (Read all of the other exciting reviews about that). Yeah, I read 'em before buying. No excuses, buy, and you'll be responsible for getting it to work. So, whatever you may have bought it for, your first project will be.....getting that keyless chuck to close on a bit! Put that Ikea furniture or HDTV mount project aside for just a moment, and consider some options:1. You could break or sprain your wrist if you are thin boned, but glove up and try to grab the chuck and turn the drill on to loosen it.2. If you choose to do that anyway, you may get to smell the sweet odor of burning electric motor. Or, the glove could slip and you'll smell leather burn. (speaking from personal experience on that one.)In the end, I chose to put a steel c-clamp on the chuck, prop it with the open end down against a wood table, and pulse the drill (make sure it is not in reverse, that is, running counter-clockwise or you'll just tighten it on, if that's even possible) while you hold the clamp down for dear life, and PRESTO! That chuck will close! And you'll be PROUD!You will also have "marked" your drill with the indentations from the c-clamp on the plastic housing! Feel free to put stickers on it or write your name in marker, because it'll be yours forever after all that. You'll tell war stories. You'll be inseparable.Don't have a c-clamp? I'm sure Amazon will soon be bundling the drill with this baby soon! So enjoy your drill! (said the way Will Smith says "Welcome to Earth" in Independence Day (the original, not the new one).https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-4027-Malleable-C-Clamp-Opening/dp/B000NY6QO2/ref=sr_1_2?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1493746149&sr=1-2&keywords=c+clamp
It drills...
April 14, 2017
It drills...although you’ll need to get some drill bits separately. The cord is not super long so you may need an extension cord depending on the job. It comes with one double sided driver bit (Phillips and flat-head) which slots into the bottom of the handle. I can’t speak to how well this works with stone or metal, but for typical wood and drywall work I’ve rarely felt the need to pull the trigger all the way to full speed. I’ve noticed a slight squeak recently after I disengage the trigger but it may be my fault for getting some water and Mr. Clean on it while using a revolver brush. I’m very pleased with this product overall.
Quality Inexpesive Drill
September 9, 2016
My wife and I needed to hang a few more weighty items on the walls of our apartment. We don't own very many tools and where apprehensive about purchasing a drill in lieu of borrowing one. For the price we felt we could justify the purchase, even if we only used it occasionally. I was expecting a drill of lower quality, much like you would find for sub $10 at a place like Harbor Freight. We where surprised at how sturdy it was built and how well it functioned.****************** PROS ******************- Made with quality materials. The parts that come into contact with your hand are made of a softer plastic, much like that found on a ballpoint pen with a grip, but of higher quality. I honestly believe I could use the butt end as a hammer given how strong the plastic is, but I of course don't recommend this.- Very ergonomic, with reasonable reach to the Forward/reverse slider and Lock-on button, all with one handed use.- The chuck is easily adjusted and prevents over-tightening to the bit.- Comes with a Phillips/Flathead bit that will fit most common screws. There is a place to store the provided bit at the bottom of the handle- Very granular control of the variable speed switch, without this feature I would not have purchased this drill. Sometimes you need to start out slow when drilling in a screw, otherwise you may set a screw sideways, etc.- The Lock-on button allows you to set the drill to a specific speed without pressing the switch. This feature is especially useful for situations such as buffing out scratches on a car or using a small sanding attachment.- Anti fray housing where the cord meets the drill, there is nothing worse than having to ditch a drill or repair it yourself because of a now exposed and dangerous power cable- 2 Year Warranty with a 30 day money-back guarantee- Minimal packaging - Comes in a single box with the drill and a small and concise multi-lingual manual, no oversized box or messy cardboard padding.****************** CONS ******************- Like most drills, this has an open grill/air vent that cools the electric motor. I don't feel comfortable using this outside during inclement weather given that I can see the components inside. For normal use, this should not even be a concern.- The drill bit stored in the holder at the bottom of the handle can poke your hand if held a certain way. If this is an issue, you can move the Flathead over to the left a bit and bear the less sharp Phillips tip, or you can remove the bit entirely.(just don't loose it)- The drill is a bit heavy for one handed use and does not benefit from the weight of a battery pack to displace how top-heavy it is.In short, if you are looking for an inexpensive general purpose drill that is of quality, I would invest in this drill.**I purchased this product at full price and was not under any obligation to provide a review**Please stop removing my photos Amazon.
Buy 2 of these instead of 1 battery
May 19, 2016
Gave up on the rechargeables - could have easily bought 2 of these for the price of one new battery. And really, for most of us who use these around the house, the only feature I really had to have from the rechargeable was the keyless chuck. If you have to use one all the time, daily and professionally, stick with your high-end rechargeables. But if you find yourself just using one a few times a year, stick with the cord. Its 5 amps never run out and it's actually as light if not lighter than the rechargeables.
Very good drill for the money.

Drill is excellent for around the house routine tasks.

March 29, 2017
This thing is pretty awesome. It is all plastic which makes it light and easy to handle. It has good suction but the lent and dust trap is smaller than I would like but I guess if it was any bigger it would be heavier. The cord is decent in length and I can get across my kitchen and dining area fairly easily using one plug. The compact design allows me to store it easily in the utility closet with my other cleaning equipment. I am only giving it a four star rating but I had trouble with this decision because I really felt it was close to getting five stars but I needed some increments between four and five to give it a more precise rating .
I like it, it works well
January 13, 2017
I am obsessed with clean floors, so OCD that I own 6 vacuum cleaners (Dyson, Shark, and Dirt Devil). I have all 3 of the stick type Dirt Devil that I use daily between the family room where my 3 dogs hang out and the kitchen. I wanted a corded stick vac and this seems to be the most powerful of the 3 I own. I like it, it works well. It is pretty powerful for my small vacuuming needs. One thing I am not fond of is how heavy the bottom part is to where when u stand it up you'd have to lean it against something or the handle will just fall down to the floor. Otherwise a good vacuum to have for hard floors and tiles.
Good stick vacuum
December 1, 2016
The suction on this thing is great. I use it mostly to quickly vacuum up my Labrador's hair. It will pull it from inches away from the vacuum head, no need to sweep over the hair. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it's ability to stand upright. It isn't well balanced and falls over all the time if not leaning on something. The last one I had never fell over. It has a made in China look, but I'm not concerned with how it looks so that didn't impact the rating. I'm rating on performance only and it would be 5 stars if it had better stability to stand on its own.
Sucks, but in a good way!
March 25, 2016
I have been pleasantly surprised by how well this little stick-vac works. We use it primarily upstairs, so we don't have to lug the regular household vacuum up there, and it picks up pretty well. We have two parakeets upstairs whose main entertainment is throwing seed, poop, and corn cob on the floor around their cage. This has tackled all of that PLUS the gobs of fur from our perpetually shedding white dog. I've not had much luck with most stick vacs due to their lack of a) appropriate suction and b) rolling brushes, but this has surprised. It's lightweight enough that our 9-year-old to is able to handle it on the stairs himself, and the canister is easy to empty. I don't think this would work well for whole house purposes, but for a second vac, or to avoid sweeping hard floor? Definitely recommended!
Great for Pet Owners!
January 18, 2016
Wow, this is so much better than sweeping. I bought this item to replace the sweep and dust pan that I use on my tile floors. It picks up so much more. It works especially well with those pesky tumbleweeds of dog hairs that tend to flee from the broom or just get matted in the bristles. The suction on this vacuum is intense. I can see bits of dirt being pulled into the mouth of the vacuum even before I pass over the area. My only complaint, and I think this may be a result of the super high suction, is that when you go to empty the dust cup you push and push on the button that is supposed to drop the bottom out and empty the cup. But, the bottom never budges so you end up picking at the edge with your finger until the bottom finally pries loose and dumps the content of the dust cup onto your fingertips. Real gross. Wish that was different.
Great Suction, Loud Suction
December 30, 2014
I bought this to replace a 20-something year old Eureka 12 amp stick vacuum that was still working well (especially after the periodic filter cleanings) but the cord was frayed and even tho DH could replace that I still wanted a new and lighter one. After reading reviews and specs I decided on this model. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but I can tell you this thing has great suction. I used it on ceramic tile and on laminate wood and it was pulling in things from corners and under furniture - I'd see these huge dust bunnies suddenly come out from underneath something and scoot its way across the floor right into the vacuum! It's was kind of cool to watch, and kind of gross at the same time to think about how long that had been under there. My Eureka was pretty good at pulling out the bunnies right after a filter cleaning/replacement, but I know this Dirt Devil was pulling out even more. I don't use this on carpet so I can't say how it would do there, but I did vacuum two small area rugs and it seemed to do a good job without trying to eat them. It is also a bit lighter and a LOT nicer looking than my old Eureka. On the other hand, this is one LOUD sucker! I didn't realize that "cyclonic technology" meant it would sound like a cyclone blowing through my house! It was definitely louder than my old, higher-amp Eureka. If that is something that bothers you or somebody in your household you might want to consider something else. I deducted one star for the noise.Overall it's a great model for the price. It is not meant for deep cleaning carpets, but for hard floors it's great. There is no detachable hand vacuum device and it's very loud, but if you're OK with that then this is the stick vacuum for you. I'm happy with it so far. If I change my mind I'll update my review.

Works great for the simple drilling projects I have
June 25, 2017
Simple, reasonably price drill. Works great for the simple drilling projects I have. Had no issues drilling on my Jeep with it. Works as expected at a good price point.
Black & Decker drill driver
April 19, 2017
I am happy with the drill driver. I do not use these tools very often and have had problems with the batteries going dead and not recharging. This solves that problem and is all I need for the light duty I need.
Heavy but reasonable
April 7, 2017
This is heavy but seems to be decent quality. I bought based on price. If you can afford a name brand lithium-ion cordless drill then spend the extra money. If you won't need to use a drill often or can only afford a low I quality cordless drill, then buy this one.
Perfect for DIY drill lathe
March 16, 2017
I purchased this drill for one very specific purpose, and that is for use as a turning lathe to make fishing bobbers/floats from wine corks and bamboo skewers. I needed an inexpensive corded drill at around 500 rpm, with a feature allowing to lock it in the "on" position so I didn't have to rig a zip-tie around the trigger. Now I have a $25 portable mini cork turning lathe, and I can turn a bobber in about 5 minutes. I will update my review in several months to address any possible performance issues, but for now it's working perfectly. I've attached pix of an unfinished batch.
Ok I guess.
September 7, 2016
Bought this cheapie drill because I didn't want to burn out my good drill since I'll be using this with a Dual Orbiter Polisher attachment. It has the power and necessary RPM, but this thing is loud.
Great for a beginner!
September 6, 2015
I am a beginner at the "DIY" lifestyle and I feel very comfortable with this drill. I chose to go with a corded one because it is cheaper and I was not sure I wanted to invest in the cordless ones. Plus, my current workspace is a small patio so it doesn't need to go far. I am glad I bought this one but I am 80% sure when I buy a home I will upgrade to a cordless. Simply because the DIY projects only get bigger and I can't imagine trying to install shelving or curtains unless I get an extension cord.

September 7, 2017
Day 1 of use. I think I would like this better if the wheels didn't leave black scuff marks on the hardwood floors. They don't rub off with shoes either. It takes hard scrubbing with a big pencil eraser to get it off which leaves a smudge on the floor. Maybe covering the wheels with painters tape or duct tape would fix it. Dirt Devil didn't think through this one very well or maybe they are going to be selling wheel boots next. The upside is this motor is strong enough to really pick up things. It manages the guinea pig bedding and bits of hay with ease. It also did an amazing job on my large throw rugs as long as you don't get too close to the edges.
Loud and heavy for a stick vacuum
February 19, 2017
This is a very loud vacuum! I thought my last stick vacuum was loud so I decided to buy this thinking it would only be as bad as that. No, it's much worse, and I think I am going to wear hearing protection when I use this...It's that bad. It has good suction, but is pretty heavy for a stick vacuum. I will not return this because it is fine to clean my floors, but I won't be buying another one.
I like almost everything about this little vacuum
December 19, 2016
I like almost everything about this little vacuum, with the exception of a major flaw in the design...the canister constantly falls off because the vacuum doesn't not have good balance and tips over. Once that canister falls off, it's a struggle to put it back on and it never seems to latch quite right. The grey button plunger that holds it to the unit is too short for the slot that it goes into and so the canister sits somewhat loosely on the front of the vacuum, waiting to fall right back off if bumped or tipped over. It wouldn't hurt to have a little longer cord, too. The suction is great and it picks up dust, dirt and crumbs like a champ though.

November 7, 2016
Loud, clunky, hard to get the dirt collector back in once you empty it. It does a good job picking up dirt on hard surface floors as long as its not closer than an inch or so to a wall or something. Oh did I mention how LOUD it was.
Feels a little flimsy
March 25, 2016
I bought this and thought it was a small vac for a entire household. It is only for wood floors. OK that was my mistake and I returned it. I love the 30-40 dollar vacs, I think they are good value and usually last as long as much more expensive models.I just did not like the cheap plastic feel and chunkiness of this model. No offense Dirt Devil, I have owned and do own their products for years. This model you might steer clear of, unless you only have very flat floors and never need a brush agitator (It doesn't have one).My 2 cents.
Good but not perfect
May 26, 2014
Good not perfect. This could be a great vacuum but some design features spoil the benefits. It is powerful, it stands upright on its own, it is corded so batteries getting old won't be a concern, it is easy to empty, and has a HEPA filter. The cons are that it blows so much air outward (exhaust) that you have to plan carefully when using it or you will send lighter dust and dirt airborne. The body sits very low on the stick so I cannot easily reach the area under kitchen cabinets (toe kick) because the cabinet hits the dust container. I have to lower the handle a few inches off the floor to get it to reach. The unit is also heavy at the bottom so if you have to lift the unit to swing it sideways as in to continue sweeping an adjacent area, it is awkward and some will have to use two hands to do so. I kept this vacuum because it picks up dirt very well and the price was right but I wish I didn't have the aforementioned problems to work around.

Ok good price
September 9, 2017
Opened box and went to drill a 1 inch hole with flat wood cutter bit. 2 2x4's that what I needed to drill through. Didn't have enough might to get through it all. Stopped about 3/4 through. Had to go back and forth about 5 more times.
Good for drilling into wood with small drill bits
May 1, 2017
Not very powerful. Good for drilling into wood with small drill bits.
Worked great for a couple thousand uses, then the speed controller went out.
March 27, 2017
I bought this for the purpose of removing and reinstalling 500sqft of decking. This consisted of removing and replacing about 4000 screws total. It did well right up until the end of the project when the speed controller went out, so I now only have the full-blast speed. With that being said, I got a ton of us out of a very cheap drill and it ended up being a heck of a lot better than fusing with batteries for a cordless.
This one is okay but not great. It's a little noisier that my previous one
February 10, 2017
I had an old Black and Decker drill that finally gave up and I got this one to replace it. This one is okay but not great. It's a little noisier that my previous one, but my biggest issue is that the chuck seems to have too much play in it once you secure a bit in it. It just seems to have several millimeters of play in it. It's not a big deal for most drilling, but when I use it with a 1/16" drill bit to precisely drill bolts for safety wire it's pretty annoying.
Fair value for the price
October 11, 2016
Torque is OK, but you won't be super impressed. It is fine for light to medium-duty jobs, but don't buy it expecting a $100 drill. It's not that. At all.
good for a beginner but dont work it to hard.
November 25, 2015
I've had this drill now got it on September 11th of 2015 (now thanksgiving of 2015), I've built a good bit of project with it, shelves, saw horses, boxes etc (I've done this pretty much every other day with this drill) , and it works really well except for a few things, reverse forward switch it aggravating it sticks out a good ways and you have to slide it then bump it a little to get it into place, it blows out a lot of air, so if your working with a place with a lot of saw dust it will blow it in your face. make sure you tighten by hand because, doing it like a ratcheting chuck won't get it tight enough. and it has trouble driving 3-inch #7 drywall screws into 2x4 oak (and pine for that matter) but with oak forget about it. this is a good starter drill for hanging a picture/putting together furniture, I put this little drill to the test, and its finally starting to slow down. for light work it will last a few years at least but with what I do it might last a year if your looking for a drill to do DIY projects like I did with this drill for a long time, don't get this drill spend about 30 $ more and get a porter cable or DeWalt corded drill, but for hanging a picture or for a little grandma this is a great drill. the pictures are the box of the drill (and something else I ordered with it just ignore it) and some things I've built with it to show you can do a good bit with this drill.

Disappointed
August 13, 2017
Pros: Has great suction power. Does a good job on wood floors. Good for light vacuuming.Cons: Doesn't fit under most furniture. No hose attachment for tight spots or ceiling spiders. Canister is challenging to get back on. Unit puts out a lot of heat and falls over easily.
Awkward
April 26, 2017
I based this purchase off of the reviews, but I am surprised that I am not very happy with it. It's an awkward weight, so if you're not holding it, it tips over and hits the ground very easily. The filter is not easy to reassemble when emptied. This will be a temporary solution for us.
Its good but easily tips over
February 20, 2017
It's good but I expected more somehow the suction power is high, but it doesn't pick up as much dirt as it should, if you compare the drive pick up with the amperage this thing has, something doesn't add up. Also the unit will tip over or tip to the side if you move it fast enough because the wait is just not properly centered on it. Especially on hard floors.Bottom line is just meh 4/10
Blows everything all over the floor
May 19, 2016
This works OK but so much air comes out of it that it blows stuff that you are trying to vacuum up all over the place. I end up chasing dirt, pet hair with this trying to pick it up.
Mediocre for Pet Hair Vs. Hardwood Flooring
April 5, 2016
For the price, this model IS a good deal: genuinely lightweight; compact; powerful motor; simple controls and very easy to assemble, use and empty. It does work well on hardwood or tile floors, but only what you're trying to pick up has some heft to it (think spilled cereal or dry cat food, like in all the stick vacuum demos). But if you're after mainly dog fur, dust bunnies, your everyday lightweight debris and you have hardwood floors, AVOID this model: the exhaust (which is forceful, given the 10 amp motor) vents downwards and from the FRONT of the canister. This means (yup, you guessed it) fur and dust gets blown clear of the vacuum as you approach. After a few tries of comically chasing Siberian Husky fur across hardwood floors, sucking up perhaps half of it through repeated chasing, we remembered why we never buy Dirt Devil cheapies in the first place.
You really should lean it against something when you store it because it will fall over easily which could crack the plastic
October 27, 2014
I've had this just over one month. The suction is surprisingly strong. The construction is cheap plastic. The head is "floppy" so if you have to pick it up it swings down and just hangs in the air. You really should lean it against something when you store it because it will fall over easily which could crack the plastic. The dirt cup is a big problem. The first time I emptied it I was able to replace it into the vac with no problem. The second time, I cannot get the dirt cup to latch onto the vac. We've worked over an hour and have everything lined up, but it won't latch. Unfortunately, it is three days too late for me to return it. I called the Dirt Devil help line, but they could not give me assistance. They just told me to make sure the filter is lined up correctly and other than that they don't have any instructions regarding this problem. There are better products out there and I will have to purchase another vac, this time probably with a bag.

Great price, enough power for most household tasks
July 29, 2017
Great price, enough power for most household tasks. I didn't have any issues with the chuck as some users have. However, after just of hours of moderate use, the drive gear sheared off the chuck shaft... (and of course I missed the return window!). Motor runs fine, just doesn't drive the chuck anymore. I can only recommend this drill if you're only ever going to use it for very light work. Anything more and you run the same risk as I did... I promise not to be so cheap next time...!
It's amazing that a drill can be manufacture so cheaply
July 28, 2017
It's amazing that a drill can be manufacture so cheaply, but consider buying something a bit more expensive. Nothing is wrong with any functional part of the drill, but the chuck doesn't lock, so changing bits is very awkward. If you use a drill often this will become really annoying. If you need a drill for once per month use you should buy this one.
Unusably weak
July 15, 2017
A very weak drill. I can stop it from spinning with barely any effort. Unsuitable for basic household tasks (like drilling holes in things, or tightening or loosening screws). The first bullet point for the item description says "powerful" but oh what a meaningless, qualitative term. It's an extremely weak drill, and I'm going to donate it to Goodwill.I suppose if all you want to do is drill holes in drywall, it's probably strong enough for that.
Maybe it works
April 7, 2017
Still haven't figured out how to open the chuck. Guess I'll have to get a guy to help. The instructions seemed inadequate.
Gets hot easily.
November 16, 2016
Was supposed to come with a leveler on the drill according to the description, however that is not what I received. It does the job. Gets hot easily.
Just spend a little more.

The chuck wouldn't budge right out of the box. Cheap. I learned my lesson quickly about buying cheap power tools.

Too noisy to use
September 29, 2017
This vac is painfully noisy and spreads dust everywhere. It so loud it hurts my ears and I asked my wife to shut it off for fear of both of us suffering hearing damage from the noise. I would return it if I could. I wont donate it to a charity, it is in my opinion unsafe to use.
Don't waste your money.

If you are looking for a small vac for wood floors, this is not the vac you want. It doesn't pick up all of the dirt, just blows it around.Very dissatisfied with this purchase. I had already thrown the packaging away so can't return it.
Buy at your own risk.
July 20, 2017
After the first use the filter cup fell out. No one in the family has been able to place it so that it will close. I have had other Dirt Devil products but this is the worse.
Disappointed with the design of this vacuum
June 17, 2017
Disappointed with the design of this vacuum. It blows air out the front and blows the dirt and 'dust bunnies' away from the vacuum. I really wanted to like it because it stands up and most do not.
Very difficult to use !!!

I cannot figure out how to put this thing back together after cleaning it ! Does anyone have the instructions ? Sorry, I moved and cannot find instructions.

so I will continue all avenues in an attempt to loosen it however it's no longer useful for the reason I ordered
April 15, 2017
I have literally destroyed the chuck in an attempt to get it loosened. Channel locks, pipe wrench, vice, very large friends...nothing can unlock the chuck. Obviously I can't return the thing based on the condition of said chuck, so I will continue all avenues in an attempt to loosen it however it's no longer useful for the reason I ordered. I commend those that were able to accomplish the impossible but sadly, on this day, it wasn't to be.
Keyless chuck overly tightened from factory, snapping apart the intenal teeth
November 20, 2016
Chuck was stuck tight as seems to be a common problem. I was one of the few people able to finally get it loosened, however one of the three teeth was snapped in half because it had been on so tight.... rendering the keyless chuck useless. Also, no bubble level as advertised.
This tool screwed nothing but this buyer!
November 7, 2016
I got one the chuck would not open at all. Buyer beware of this brand!
Yelp, it IS cheap,
October 12, 2016
After driving only a couple hundred screws the motor would over heat and not run until it cooled for a while. Then I put it to fairly heavy use and the gears stripped - lasted almost two weeks.
The chuck is screwed on too tight.
July 14, 2016
I am one of the 4% that could not get the chuck to unscrew. I sent it back.
Chuck is stuck
March 22, 2016
Out of the box the chuck won't open. I've been directed to contact Black and Decker to resolve the issue.
