This is my first diffuser, so I wasn't certain what to expect from the experience.Stability: I don't have kids in the house but I'm a klutz and I have a kitten. Because the base is rounded and has little nubby feet on the bottom, it is not the most stable object in the world. But set it on a flat surface and you're good.Duration: When it says the diffusing action can last 8 hours, believe it. I've put a thieves' blend in it before bed for my sinuses and gotten up 8 hours later...and it's still percolating. The auto-off feature does what it's supposed to and kicks the unit off when it runs dry.Ease of Use: 2 buttons, one for controlling light mode and one for controlling diffusion mode. That's it. Simple stuff.Noise: I use this thing RIGHT next to my bed. All I hear is the trickle trickle trickle of the mist being created. I personally find it soothing but to each his own.I've used citrus and every oil under the sun in it these last couple of weeks. I love that it does what it's supposed to, has the capacity to run for a full 8 hours and the little trickling noise it makes. I highly recommend it.

I own 3 of these now and have been diffusing good quality essential oils almost daily since Christmas. The mist is very fine and the unit allows me to diffuse either continous (lasts for 8 hours) or intermittently (lasts a long time but have not timed it). I can smell most oils the entire time of diffusion but some, like peppermint, lose their smell before the water runs out. When oils are blended, the smell seems to last until water runs out. The light will start out bright and fade to nothing before starting again. It can also be set at a brightness preferable to you. I find myself not using it most times. I have experienced no problems with any of my units and would not hesitate to order more. In fact, all my daughters have or are receiving this for their birthdays. Since using this diffuser, I have not been ill. I can't believe I made it through the cold/flu season this year without getting sick (I even work at a hospital!) I am definitely a essential oil convert. Diffusing your good quality essential oils is the best therapeutic use of the oils. It was so difficult choosing a diffuser because reviews are all over the place ranging from 1 star to 5 stars. You wonder which reviews are the most accurate. Trust me when I say, you won't be sorry if you choose this diffuser. Just got my daughter the blue one and she absolutely loves it!

This is the best diffuser I have found. I have 4. I manage a small cabin resort in the mountains. We keep a little "Chill Pill" in it and run it in the office everyday. Smells fresh and "cool". We're just talking about what scent to use for our fall and winter months.Home or office. This is wonderful. It would be 6 stars... if they had 6 stars.Customer service for this company is great as well.

I am so in love with this diffuser! I was looking for a diffuser to start using essential oils to help me sleep at night. This is perfect for the bedroom. It looks beautiful with the soft warm glowing light and is quiet with almost no sound that is noticeable. I put several drops of oil into the diffuser and it fills my room with the most wonderful aromas!!! I like that there is a built in timer and cuts off when all of the water is used up. I fill it up at night and it usually last throughout the night and cuts off in the morning. I was so pleased with the product after using it everynight for a week that I have purchased a second one to use in my living room!! I'm never using aroma candles or plug in air freshners again. Diffusers only from now on!

Very quiet. The only thing I can hear is water dripping/moving. Absolutely no light, if you don't want it. No dripping. No mess. Very simple to refill. In my photos, I had it sitting on a cookie sheet for the first night, just in case it leaked. It didn't. The cookie sheet is completely unnecessary.

I'm using this diffuser now for several days and I LOVE it!!!!!!!!I just fill it with water, add a few drops of my favorite oil, and my room smells delicious. It's stylish and elegant and quiet. Planning to order one for my bathroom. This kit is a great intro for those who are trying essential oils for the first time. Nice range of flavors. The oils all smell great and seem to be of high quality. I recently tried another brand and did not find the smells/flavors and smooth and pleasant as Radha's. I'm going to stick with this brand from now on.

I’ve ordered these several times and they are all always the same high quality. I combine lavender and orange in the diffuser for stress relief. I gained some weight lately and it’s been stressing me out so I needed some help to calm my nerves (those extra few pounds really work on my psyche). I typically put 2-4 drops of each in the diffuser after a workout and before bed. I’ve since been able to stop gaining weight and actually lost a few pounds in the last week with 5 workouts and taking Altrexa by Biotek Nutrition – Powerful Thermogenic Diet Pill Fat Burner for Fast Weight Loss in combination for some extra help with the process.

I usually don't do reviews but this time I really felt like I should. My husband bought this set for our new diffuser to help us sleep at night. Honestly, they were bought because we had no oils and they were extremely affordable. They smell great with only a few drops in the diffuser and I suppose help us sleep. I was really pretty skeptical about whether or not they actually did anything at all. Then my carpal tunnel pain got out of control even with taking Ibuprofen 800 and bracing my wrist. I was pretty sure that I was doomed to surgery. So last night I was pretty desperate and found that EO's are supposed to help. I got my big jar of coconut oil (the kind that looks like Crisco) that I have in the kitchen and put a tablespoon or so in a glass then dropped about 10 drops of peppermint (pain relief), 10 drops of lemongrass (tendon and ligament repair), and 5 drops of lavender (calming and pain relief) and massaged it in for about 5 minutes. Today my arm feels 80% better than it did yesterday. I honestly cannot believe how much better it feels after 1 day. I have a ton of friends who sell YL oil and swear that they are the cleanest purest and maybe they are, but I figure as long as I am willing to go eat a greasy burger at a restaurant then I already have impure oils in my system. I just don't want my stupid wrist to keep hurting and these have helped immensely.

I love this diffuser! It's run time is much longer than I expected. I turn it on breathe mode at night and it lasts three nights before I have to think about refilling! If the water does run low, there is an auto shut-off feature that works well.It makes my bedroom smell wonderful. I haven't owned any other diffusers, so I'm not sure what to compare it to, but I would highly recommend this one.The only thing I would suggest is to be cautious of the top piece. It just sits on the base, doesn't lock down, so it is easily knocked off. I couldn't find a way to attach it any more securely to the base. Maybe this is to prevent the base from also tipping over, which could ruin the internal mechanisms from what I've read.

I spent some time researching aromatherapy diffusers and the different types that were available. It wasn't an easy decision to make as there were many factors to consider...Do I want one that changes colors? Will I have the option of turning the light off when needed? requires a specific type of water? how often does it need to be cleaned? how often does it need to be cleaned? I decided I didn't need a diffuser that changed colors with my mood or required me to keep distilled water on deck.Initially I was going to go for a less expensive diffuser (cost over looks) but I am glad I didn't as this device is aesthetically pleasing and well worth the extra coins. I read a lot of reviews (for days!) and decided to go with this one. After looking over the color options for a while I decided to go with the orange simply because I imagined the soft glow of the light would remind me of sunsets. As a prime member I took advantage of one day shipping, ordered this on Tuesday and received it as expected on Wednesday. From the moment I plugged in this diffuser I fell in love. I just watched the light cycle for at least an hour before I 'snapped' out of it. The only noise I have heard are drips of water that are really faint and hardly disturbing (to me) so I have no complaints about that. So far the only complaint I have ,which has been mentioned before, is the lack of security for the top, it kind of just sits on the base making it easy to spill over. Overall this item met my expectations and will definitely purchase more as gifts for family and friends.

I recently started using essential oils and decided I needed a water diffuser. This one looked the best from the ones I'd seen and I found the best price right here on Amazon. It came in a very attractive box (see pics) and was very well packaged, but very easy to remove as well.The unit itself is larger than I expected (which is nice) and came shrink wrapped in plastic to keep it together and protected. After removing it and glancing at the directions, I filled it with water (there's a typo in the manual, but use room temperature water) and added a two drops each of Thieves, Grapefruit and Lemon essential oils to help purify the air. I then pressed the mist button twice to engage the bursts of diffusion and set the light to a mid dim setting.It really is pretty and calming to look at, but I have a few complaints:1. I would give this unit 5 stars if the base was sturdier. It is very easy to tip over, so use both hands when dealing with it.2. The top simply sits on the base. There is no screwing or snapping or weight involved to keep it seated, so make sure it's on a solid and safe surface away from kids and cats and such. It is easily disturbed.3. Due to the aforementioned, you need to use teo hands to press the buttons. It's not a huge deal but it is a bit inconvenient sometimes.Otherwise, the misting action is silent, but I noticed the scent in the room slowly improving within minutes. All in all, it's like a delightful little humidifier and I will be purchasing one or two more for other areas of the house.

First and foremost, Why You Shouldn't Worry About Oil Longevity In This Diffuser, and How To Make Oils Last Longer:It's true that many essential oil blends will need to be replenished every four or five hours, even on intermittent mode. However, you aren't going to get a different result with any other ultrasonic diffuser that doesn't have low-medium-high settings. Essential oils are highly volatile compounds, which means they evaporate quickly. It's why we can smell them in the first place. Even if you put drops of oil in a bowl of water and ignore it for a few hours, it won't smell nearly as strong when you came back. Ultrasonic diffusers work by basically making oils even more volatile, carrying them up into the air on cool water mist, so the oils are never going to last a long time.The intermittent mode WILL extend the life of the oils by an hour or two, so it's still superior to a unit that lacks an intermittent mode, and oils will last much, much longer than they would in a unit that uses heat (or candle diffuser, or a pot on your stove).Putting double the oil in the diffuser will not necessarily double how long the scent will last. It's more likely to double the strength of the scent and maybe extend the life of the oils by an hour or so.If you want a long-lasting scent, choose a less volatile oil. Look for an essential oil perfume blending chart and pick oils listed as "base" or "mid" notes. They'll last much longer than scents listed as "top" notes (like lavender) that naturally evaporate faster. Just keep in mind that base note oils tend to be thicker and could impact how easy the unit is to clean (see "Tips for Choosing Oils" down below).Phew. Now that that's out of the way, on to the real review.Pros:-The grey one is really, really cute. It's reminiscent of smokey quartz, and the layering of the plastic looks pretty classy for a plastic unit.- Like all ultrasonic units, the water vapor is cool. It won't impact the temperature in a room.- The vapor, even without oil in it, smells like the air around a waterfall or a clean stream. It's REALLY refreshing.- WOW does this thing diffuse scent! We have an open-concept kitchen/living area, and the scent fills the kitchen the living room, the stairwell, and the upstairs hall with I use double the recommended drop amount.Mixed Pro/Con:- The teardrop top doesn't snap on in any way. It make it easy to knock off, but on the bright side, it's pretty much impossible to tip over the water reservoir without trying.- It's quiet-- the motor makes a little bit of noise and you can hear water dripping around-- but it's no louder than your average humidifier. However, the noise it does make is a mechanical hum/buzz, not a typical motor running sound, and it's a little high-pitched. Up close, the water noise cancels the hum, but it gets sharper as you move away from it. Not exactly serene, but it may just hum at a pitch that gets to me in particular. Other people might find it to be pleasant white noise. I may try putting the base of the unit in something padded or shifting the motor around, see if that helps. I'll update my review if I do and it works.Cons:- No high-medium-low settings, just the intermittent.- Out of the box, it does have that distinct manufactured plastic smell. It doesn't last long, though.- The reservoir is made of plastic, not ceramic, so it's tough to get the scent of previous oils out.- The sizes of the teardrop top have a pretty obvious seam. It doesn't bother me that much, but it is a little cheapy.- It's ionizing? Read my concerns about this below.On Ionization: I somehow missed any mention of this thing being an ionizer before I purchased it. I've e-mailed the company about this and will update my review when they respond. I make no claims as to the health benefits of ionizers, but there is a big concern that many ionizing units release ozone. It might smell interesting, but deliberately exposing yourself to ozone isn't a good idea. Just hop on over to the FDA website and read about that if you want to know why.Not all ionizers release ozone, though, or at least, they release so little that the FDA lets them say they don't release ozone (which still isn't good, but it's generally safe). I can't find any information about how the Quooz works, but from my examination of the unit and the motor, I suspect that this one DOESN'T release ozone. It definitely doesn't smell like ozone when it's running. The smell is more akin to the air around naturally moving water, like a river or a waterfall, which is what non-ozone ionizers will smell like.So, I THINK that this is safe, but if you have little kids with asthma, don't buy this for them until/unless someone gets more information from the manufacturer.Tips for Choosing Oils/Unit Cleaning- Essential oils are, well, oils. They're going to get gunky when they break down. You can make your life a little easier by sticking to essential oils distilled from the leaves and flowers of plants, like herb oil. Shy away from resinous oils, like frankincense, and other naturally viscous oils like sandalwood, vetiver, and patchouli. Using non-natural "fragrance oils" is also a bad idea. They tend to be thick and will more readily soak into plastic than most essential oils. If you have a more watery fragrance oil, though, go for it.- Additionally, DEFINITELY stay away from essences that have been dissolved in carrier oils. Sweet almond and jojoba get unbelievably sticky when they start to gunk up.- Using oils that have been dissolved in alcohol to make them more readily water soluble will definitely make your unit easier to clean. However, they'll also be a lot more volatile and not last as long as straight oil.- Avoid gunky buildup by emptying and rinsing your unit after every use. A vinegar wipe-down will help keep oils from soaking into the plastic reservoir and altering the diffused fragrances.- Using filtered/softened water in your unit will help with the built-up problem.- A little lemon oil and vinegar will do an excellent job cleaning up the residue left by previous oils. Follow it up with an alcohol wipe-down to break apart the lemon oil.

So far it has been great. Similar in look to a crane humidifier just a lot smaller. Does a very good job at diffusing the essential oils into the air. Plugged it in right when I received it and a minute later when a friend walked into the room, she stopped and remarked how wonderful the peppermint smell was. Light function is good- slowly dims to off then turns back on again to the highest setting, while in the breathing mode. Can keep it at one light setting by hitting the light button again, or simply turn it off. Two negatives; the cone shaped top traps water so that when you remove the top, it spills down the sides onto whatever surface it is sitting on (just like the crane humidifier did); the second negative is that the base is plastic and I've already tried to wipe away the peppermint essential oil with a little bit of vinegar and then rubbing alcohol, and the peppermint smell was still there after cleaning it. May have to let vinegar sit in the base for a bit to fully remove the smell. Overall, the benefits have been great and far outweigh the cons for our household.

I own two of these, one blue and one orange. We have been using them to replace a YLEO diffuser that was 5 years old and quit working. I love this diffuser. It is so simple to clean, fill, operate. The kids love the light feature. The only downside to the light is that I feel the light could have one "dimmer" setting that would be optimal. It currently has an "on" and an "off" for the light as well as one setting that goes from the "on" setting and then dims down considerably and then goes back to "on" and repeats. If they could make a setting that was just "dim" all the time it would be the perfect light setting for nap, bedtime nightlight, meditation, etc.Have had no problems with function and no problems with auto-off. We smell the oils in the air the whole time it is running. One of the units sometimes had a mysterious water leakage problem but that seems to have stopped, whatever was causing that.I'm impressed with the overall features and the price is right. When green comes back in stock we will buy one more.

Smells good. Used it in my diffuser / humidifier but soon learned essential oils are harmful for my cats to breath in so I stopped using it for that. If you have pets please research if you plan to use around pets!

Smelling the various aromas and fragrances of these oils coming out of my atomizer are pleasurable. Better than burning a candle or spraying a room with scented whatever.

I don't find these scents the best, but it is a good starter kit if you are trying out scents.

This is a great starter set and gave me a good opportunity to see which scents worked best for me. However, they all have this quality of smelling similar to one another, not distinctive like essential oils should.

Great set, nice variety of scents. Some smell wonderful, some are not as strong as they could be.

These come in a nice box with descriptions of each oil inside. I do not like that the labels of some bottles were peeling off when these arrived and felt oily. I do enjoy the smell of the essential oils in this set and look forward to using around the house.

I have been using this diffuser for 4 months, and at first I loved it but two months later the buttons stopped functioning. I have to turn it on and off by removing and replacing the power cord, and the light no longer powers on. Other than that it stills works with regular cleaning in a small or medium size room. I am upset that it partially broke down on me at this price point because it is certainly annoying not being able to use the buttons. Based on the other reviews it definitely sounds like quality control is an issue with this product, and I just happened to get a bad one. I would not buy this again and would suggest others consider another diffuser.

I feel almost confused as if maybe I'm missing something. With the amount of wonderful reviews, I thought for sure I'd love this product. But truly, I just like this product. The top is not secure and the base is heavier so you always have to pick up and move rather than slide. I know this sounds so trivial but it's gets old quick. It works great otherwise but feel I could have gotten a different diffuser that I love for the same price. I ended up putting this one in my office so it's stationary and will purchase a different one that is more mobile for my home.

Ok, first of all I can't believe I actually paid sixty five dollars after taxes for an oil diffuser, but I did. I had it for four months and now I think it was nuts paying this much. It's been working fine so far. But last time after I cleaned it, it wouldn't start. The light would turn on, but would shut off once I press disperse button. And steaming wouldn't work either. So I unplugged it, removed the top, dumped the water, wiped it and let the base sit and dry for half a day. Same story after. So again I let it dry for another twelve hours - same thing. So finally I flipped the base upside down and let it dry that way. After that it started working as it used to. But now I am concerned because there are reviews here saying sooner or later it breaks. I do use mine often and I clean it well and often. But I think it is ridiculously overpriced. It is true, it's made of lightweight plastic. I am mostly disappointed in the cord which is thin as a thread. I don't like that I can't regulate the direction of the steam. It is not completely silent, I can hear water dripping and a little humming. Oil-wise I don't use 3 to 5 drops, I use 10 to 15 drops of oil, the smell lasts this way but not for hours of course. I mostly use it in the living room, which is about 400 sq. ft. I also can't clean a few water or oil marks off the glassy surface on the top, not sure where did they come from. So... there are same capacity oil diffuser three times cheaper than this one. I went with this one because I thought it would be a quality product that would last for years. Will see...

So far works well, but less and less impressed as time goes on. Wish I had done more research because there seem to be many other similar items for a lesser price and not sure this is worth it. At first was so impressed that I ordered a second as soon as I received my first. But then the light on my first unit quit doing the gradual lighting function... I realized that the oil's scent does not last long, even with 15-20 drops of strongly scented oil (like sage or frankincense). This could be the case with all diffusers though. Straight incense lasts much longer as a scent, but this is definitely cleaner smelling. I am do like the automatic turn off feature so that I don't have to think about it, and it does keep working for about 8 hours, however seems to use up most of the scent early.Also, I wish the quooze was classier looking. I like the genie bottle look on top but the cheap white bottom is just weird looking in my house with my mostly wood furniture, and I didn't consider that when ordering. I set one up in my bathroom though and that seems a more fitting spot for it aesthetically but also being in a smaller space you get more of a "spa" scent, especially if you are also steaming up the room with a bath. Overall, the two I have are working well, but fell short a bit in terms of scent (more subtle) and the fact that the lighting function is already fritzy bothers me since they cost so much.

Honestly, I'm not all that thrilled with this diffuser. It looks awesome, but the light is not a smooth transition, it glitches to the next level of light. It's subtle, but noticeable enough to be annoying. Also, it takes about 10 drops for any scent at all to become noticeable. When it works, it's nice, I had just hoped that by spending the extra money, this would be better. It fills up a SMALL room. Does not work at all in a medium room. Overall, not horrible, but not great either. Unfortunately, I'm just not impressed and wouldn't buy again.

It has 2 settings, continuous and on for 20 sec, off for 40 sec. Even when I have it running continuous, it'll run most of the night, which is perfect, but I have to add more oil halfway through or I stop being able to smell anything. You also have to be very careful when removing the lid to refill, because even if you wait a bit, there's condensation that drips everywhere.However, it does spread the smell of the oils throughout an entire room, and I love it.

It came with 2 orange oil and was missing eucalyptus oil. Too much work to return and get a right one, just started using them. Aside from that it is as expected.

The smells are okay. The strength is also fine. They fade to non-existent in a day or two.

This is a good starter kit. I'm sure there are higher quality oils available at higher cost, but these are satisfactory.

Some of the seals were broken on the caps, but other than that these are decent. I do not believe this was returned as used and then shipped as new, as the plastic wrapping was still sealed. It does come out very, very fast so my room is VERY orange-scented at the moment, haha. In any case, these are great for testing or as a gift.

They have a good variety however in my "opinion" they are a bit strong.

Lemon grass is the best one off the six the other ones have weird smells

I have owned 1 of these before. Liked it very much but it stopped working. I ordered another and eventhough it does bubble inside there is a minimal amount of vapors that are released thru the top. It appears to be faulty.

I wanted to like this when I received it. It's so beautiful and the green soft light was gorgeous. It's easy to assemble, can use tap water, easy to clean, easy to power off and on, easy to adjust the light to dim, changing or off. There are 2 mist settings as well. I use high grade oil but couldn't smell any scent emitted. Here's what I tried., 4 drops in a cup of water per the instructions. When we couldn't smell any rosemary, I moved it to the bedroom, a smaller room where I planned to use it. Still nothing. I tried lavender after that, still nothing during the night; however I appreciated the auto shut off. Next morning I changed the water, wiped out the inside and tried peppermint with hope. These other reviews for it are so positive. Sadly I had to dry it out and box it up. Amazon was great about the return and even sent UPS with a label to pick it up at my door. I'm going to try InnoGear Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser Portable Ultrasonic Diffusers with Color LED Lights arriving tomorrow.

At first this diffuser was great, but after 6 months the auto shut-off function broke, and the whole diffuser broke. I am very disappointed.

The cover should lock in place but does not. Just rests on top. The cord location to lug the adapter into the unit too is in an akward place. You literally have to hold it in hand to plug it in spilling the water since the lid does not tighten onto base. Disappointed.

I frankly do not understand all the positive reviews, unless the product that others received was far better than the one I got. If I move it even slightly, water spills out (in copious amounts) - I have no idea why they couldn't make the two parts attach more securely, a serious defect (which almost ruined my table). It's going back.

This thing lasted less then a month with very little use. It will still act like it works, but it now produces no steam from the top of the unit. It only worked well for a few days and quickly started to lose the ability to put fragrance in the air. I personally think it is a waste of money since it doesn't work very well. I don't know if I purchased a bad unit or if they only last a week or two. If they only last a week or two, then I definitely think these are a waste of money. I bought a bunch of oils to use with it, but now we have no unit to use.

It's a personal choice, though I liked the fragrence but they did not last long and I read also they were synthetic!

These are really mild. I will buy a different brand/kind next time.

Only a couple of the oils have a strong enough fragrance to be noticed in my diffuser! I wish they were more potent!

 I should have checked the reviews and read more details. The title is posted as 8 oils, yet description says 6. I got 6 bottles. When I opened my package today, I immediately smelled peppermint and eucalyptus. Both had leaked in the box. I haven't had the chance to test all oils for purity or effectiveness- will update when I do. This rating is based solely off of the packaging of the product.

These are okay... The smelled great from the bottle but when I put them in my diffuser the scent was not strong enough. I had to add a lot of the oil before I could smell anything. Would recommend a different brand next time.

The oils smell nice, but I'm pretty bummed that the caps are all broken and I can't take them along during my travels for work. Three of the six were broken when I 1st opened the box. Now the rest have done the same and it's only been two weeks. Looking over others reviews, it seems they have experienced the same. I would have posted pics, but it would have been the same as their's. Will not buy from this company again due to the poor quality of the bottle caps!

I have purchased 2 of these. I love them because I think it is prettier than the multicolor ones. Both of them stopped working due to them leaking. I can't see spending the money on them anymore. I thought maybe the first one was a fluke but when it happened to the second one I feel that it is a design flaw.

I'm disappointed because this diffuser is so pretty, but unfortunately it does not diffuse oil consistently for the entire time it runs and it emits a horrid, high pitched hum while it is running. I've had it on for just a day and I cannot handle the noise it makes. It isn't that it's loud - it's just the frequency of the noise that is so annoying. It also only seems to diffuse the essential oil aroma for the first hour or two - after that it is only very slightly scented mist that is emitted. This is going back today - as soon as it dries out, it's going back in the box and going to UPS.

I'm not sure why this diffuser got so many great reviews! Just got mine today and there is no way I'm going to be able to sleep. It has a loud gurgling noise and you can hear the unit running. I'm so disappointed! I wanted to give this product no zeros, but it wouldn't allow me,

I LOVED this diffuser but...after only owning it for a few months it almost caught on fire!I cleaned it regularly and used only 100% pure essential oils. One night I started smelling smoke, couldn't figured out what it was and quickly saw it was the diffuser. The product is suppose to turn off after the water level gets to a certain low point but it didn't. It kept cooking down the oil and water into what you see in the pictures below. I am soooo sad. I loved this product and can no longer use it since it is a hazard to me and my family :/

I was not happy with the product. I ordered two one for upstairs and one for the living room. The one in the living room was useless, only worked for 4-5 hours and you had to be next to the unit to enjoy any aromatherapy. I sent that one back. I kept the one upstairs as it is directly next to my bed and I can smell a light aroma from it.

I absolutely loved this diffuser until a little over a year of use. Initially, the only thing I didn't like about it was how the two pieces of plastic on the cover are not sealed, so steam/mist or air gets inside of the cover; over time, it has left a dark streak inside that is not very appealing when the light is on. Therefore, I got to where I usually left the light off so that you could not see the dark streaking.Many times I have had to clean this diffuser all the way out to attempt to remove any residue left-over from my essential oils. I used the instructions to do this each time, and followed them carefully. I use only bottled water or filtered water (our tap water in SoCal has so many particulates, that it's unusable. The instructions said not to use distilled water, so I never have.) Unfortunately, over the nearly past two years during which I have owned and used this expensive oil diffuser, it keeps getting more easily clogged, has to be cleaned out more often, and does not put out a strong wisp of mist anymore. The last time I filled it, it has been on for 3 days straight and about 1/2" of water is still in it. It is not even New Year's yet, and it's basically "spent" and useless now. I am going to have to buy another oil diffuser, but it won't be a Quooz. This time I plan to buy a cheap $20 diffuser just in case I have to buy another one in 2 years.If anyone has a great oil diffuser that does not get clogged up frequently after over 2-3 years of use, please convey the brand name and serial number to me! Thanks!

Not as impressed as expected.The peppermint showed up leaked out of the sealed bottle. These things happen, peppermint is a very corrosive oil, not in a negative way but it should not be shipped sideways because if it can ooosss it will, always ship upright to avoid leaks.The oils themselves state "therapeutic grade" and I did read reviews before purchasing. I noted an exercise another did to show they are pure, however, the scent is lacking. The quality of the product before distillation may be just a little less than others such as Y.L. or Dotera, Rocky Mt., Ananda, etc. These are still usable just not a WOW regarding.

I have just received my package and my bottle of peppermint oil is empty. The seal on the package was really good, no damage to the package. So I’m guessing I got an empty bottle.

These essential oils were old. I have ordered directly from Radha Beauty in the past and the scent/smell was not the same. Never again will I order this product from Amazon.

Oils do not work well with my diffuser. Smells aren’t strong and gave me a headache.

Oils seem cheap and synthetic. Were not what I thought they'd be :(

My peppermint oil bottle was missing, I would have given 5 stars if it had not been empty. There was no sign of any spillage or anything. So I don't understand why that bottle and only that one is empty.
