Great set that I use on my motorcycle trips when pulling a trailer with all my camping gear.
Awesome full size pots
June 4, 2016
Big pots like you would actually use at home. Not the tiny camping pans frequently seen. I made spaghetti and meatballs (I premade the meatballs at home) for ten people using the stock pot for a pound of pasta on my Coleman stove. Cleans up easily. Love this set.
Product and packaging were very good, initial dishwasher washing was successful

Product and packaging were very good, initial dishwasher washing was successful, early May is the first test to see if the enamel burns off.
best cookset i've ever used
August 18, 2011
I'm 28 years old and have been camping in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park since I was a toddler every Summer. This is the best cookset I've ever used. Looking back, my family had decent cookware camping, but this set takes the cake! I'm so happy with my purchase and with Coleman - they are my camping brand of choice. The nonstick is fantastic and the size of the pots/pans suits every cooking need. I just used these on a 7 day camping trip and they did not lose their nonstick quality. I have the Coleman Road Trip Grill and bought the stove grates for it and these pots and pans did great on them. This cookset is very easy to clean and I love how they stack within each other. I will be using this set again Labor Day Weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

These worked well, however the handle situation is a pain. I wish they would at least hang in there while using. Only used once so far, but they all cooked as expected on a camping trip.

Works well

Compact. Functional. Non-stick isn't up to par compared to a pan you would buy for your kitchen, but worked ok! We just used a cooking spray and it worked well.Used these every day on a 10 night camping trip and we will reuse them over many years to come. Regardless, of non-stick or not. Perfect for camping!! They all nestled into each other for easy travel!

Mediocre product - but what do you expect for the price?
September 11, 2016
For the price it's been great. I love the size, convenience and functionality of it. However it's a cheap product and if you try and scrape anything that got stuck you will certainly begin to scrape off the nonstick. We've used this four times this year and I'm already thinking that we will need to upgrade to a higher quality next year.

Cookset
July 8, 2013
I was disappointed in this product. Cooked bacon, spaghetti sauce, potatoes and a few other things but even with the coating things wanted to stick and burn without constant stirring. Used only plastic utensils to cook but have scratch marks in the bottoms of the fry pan and large kettle. Discoleration on the bottoms of the pans and don't know what caused it. Only used these from the 3rd until the 7th of July. Handles can get warm but now so hot you can't handle. Should have bought a more heavy duty pan with a stronger cooking surface. Package arrived before the projected delivery date.
I wish they weren't nonstick
May 26, 2009
We used these on our camping trip. The pros were that they stack together nicely and the sizes of the pans are perfect for what we needed. But after one use the non stick finish came off even with using nylon utensils. They were used once and they look old and I couldn't even get that clean using a scrubby pad.

Cheap and poorly designed.
May 29, 2017
We used these this weekend. The look is cool and they're light. But that's it.Cons: uneven heating. I used these on a little Coleman 2 burner propane stove. Never knew you could burn bacon at one side and still have an uncooked piece on the other side. The color is gone from the bottom after 1 use. The handle is easy to remove but it's also so loose that it won't stay in the bracket unless you hold it there. They don't nest well so they take up a lot is space. The nonstick is already chipping and I've used it 2 times to make eggs. Don't use a metal spatula even If you're super careful.Going to sell these in the next garage sale. Not with the money.

Had to return as handle was missing and they did not have one to mail to me. I was heading out on an extensive camping trip so I was disappointed. Otherwise it might have more stars as I loved the nesting factor!

Wouldnt buy it again. Recently used this on a three day campimg trip. The metal is too thin to use the skillet, everything sticks. The pots were okay, but still a bit cheap. We'll keep the pots, trash the skillet & buy a cast iron skillet instead.
not good quality
August 7, 2013
not good quality. I would not purchase again. After first use, the bottoms already were burnt looking. so not so happy. might be good for a couple more trips and that's it.
Not very satisfied.
July 9, 2010
I purchased these pans thinking they'd be an affordable set of pans that I could use when cooking for my family on our camping trips. Despite the low price I cannot recommend this set to anyone. It has only one handle for the three pans, which makes cooking with more than one pan at the same time difficult. The handle also doesn't stay on the pan that you're using so you have to hold it there or remove it. Overall, you're better off paying for a better set or re-using an older set of regular kitchen pans.
Updated 5/1/2012- Didn't hold up long term- even with minimal use
December 13, 2009
Put it in our RV, the nested design really saved space, but poor quality non-stick. I started to see damage from the start but it became unusable after only about 15 uses. It actually seemed to stick worse than a traditional non stick pan.The handle doesn't work so great when tipping up the pans to plate up or pour, it became really annoying so I retired this set of pans for backup use only.

Coleman used to be a trusted brand
September 16, 2017
Can't give it a zero. Coleman brand used to be a trusted name. We have a 3-burner cook stove that is 50+ years old and going strong. I bought this cookware set without reading reviews - that's on me. Used them for the first time today and the "teflon" coating came off on our eggs. PIECE of junk!! BTW - I've never written a review before.
So disappointed in Coleman
March 6, 2017
So disappointed in Coleman. One use and the coating on the inside scraped off and burn marks on the outside. Not even sure if its safe to use.
Handle is useless and unsafe
November 4, 2016
The quality of the pots and pans is fine, but the whole thing is sabotaged by the truly terrible handle design. If you try to tilt a pot or pan even slightly to one side with the handle, it tips alarmingly and could potentially slip off altogether. At very best it makes cooking difficult and at worst, hazardous.
Coleman: Serving up disappointment one pot at a time
July 20, 2016
In years past, probably more than I care to admit, the Coleman name was a trusted brand for outdoor equipment. My family still has/uses lanterns and coolers purchased 40 years ago - they work beautifully! Recently needing a lightweight cooking set for a canoe trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, I didn't hesitate when I saw this set from Coleman. The price was good, and the name had a solid reputation with me. Alas, no more. I have never purchased a more shoddily made product. As with other reviewers' complaints, the external paint bubbled and burned the very first time it was used, the interior coating flaked off, and it became, in essence, totally useless dead weight for the remainder of the trip. With scrap steel prices as low as they currently are, I'd spend more in gas transporting it to the scrap dealer than I'd get for the junk that it is.Bottom line: I will remember with fondness the quality items Coleman made…when they actually manufactured quality products, but I won't consider wasting my money on their products again. Period. As a former president once said: "Fool me once…shame on…shame on you. Fool me… You can't get fooled again!"
Piece of JUNK! DO NOT BUY
July 11, 2016
DO NOT GET!!! Piece of junk!!!! After ONE meal on camp stove, the paint was singed off, bottom warped, and burnt through the pan. My parents have all Coleman camping supplies that has lasted them 20 years so I expected much more of Coleman. I am so disappointed in Coleman. All of the stuff that we bought from them for our own camping supplies has only lasted ONE light camping trip. Now we have to buy all new stuff. DO NOT GET!!!
Uneven cooking surface, and non-stick surface chipped of into the food.
April 16, 2013
I bought this product because of a discount that made it less that $10, and I feel I overpaid by $11. The first time I tried to use the pans the non-stick surface stuck to the food I was cooking. Yum. The red paint turned a yellow/orange, and the cooking was extremely uneven, I had to add water to everything I could to help this problem. Cleaning the pots and pan is a joke, with every whip of my paper cloth, more and more of the surface chipped off. I personally am ashamed for Coleman that they put their name on this product.
