Love it. I have been using George Forman products since they came out. I love this George Forman Grill is a good size for us we can cook 3-4 good size chicken breasts at one time. I have used it to grill vegetables, and all types of meat. The removable grill plates make it so easy to clean. We use this a couple of times a week.
THIS PRODUC IS MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED
April 28, 2017
THIS PRODUC IS MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. THE NEW IMPROVED HEATING PLATES ARE THE BEST. THIS GRILL IS NOW 100 TIMES BETTER TO CLEAN. THE PLATES JUST WIPE OFF WITH NO EFFORT BECAUSE NOTHING STICKS TO THE PLATES. I USE IT ALMOST EVERY DAY NOW.
What? Removable grill plates???
December 5, 2016
This is probably my 3rd George Foreman and the first of the larger sized ones. It is a bit clunky, but that's a fair enough trade off when you take into consideration the removable, almost self-cleaning grill plates! I have three teenagers who do not always clean things they use immediately... I just ran the plates under hot water for a few minutes and the day old caked on chicken-marinade-soaky-stuff slid right off. One of the reasons I have waited to buy another one was the difficulty I have had cleaning them without the removable plates. This sucker cleans up in no time flat! I bought this one after looking at one at WalMart that was about $10 more and really the only bonus to it was the fact that it would stand up on end.I have a feeling this guy is going to become a regularly used kitchen item in the near future as we cook more healthy in my house!Edited to add a picture of the grill in use - 2 huge chicken breasts and one small strippy piece... the large breasts are easily 2 servings each, so there's 5 servings there :-)
Easy to clean, great for a family of 2
May 12, 2016
I love this. I have an older model George Foreman that works just fine but it is a pain in the butt to clean. I love the removable plates on this. It makes it a breeze to clean. Oh and it also does a spectacular job on cooking my food as well. I use this little baby to cook my meat for my lunches for the week. I do my grocery shopping for the week on Sunday morning. Then I put my meat for the week in marinade. After they are done marinading I throw them on my George Foreman. All I have to do then and put my veggies and fruit with the meat and viola I have my lunch packed for all week. This Foreman is great for a couple or single person. If you have a larger family you might need to spring for a bigger one.
Works great and very easy to clean.
March 26, 2016
I got two of these units. One was a replacement for a previous grill of the same make and the other was a replacement from a different manufacturer. I was looking for easy to clean, removable plates and this unit has them. They are easier to clean the ones in the previous grille I had and the ceramic coating makes them virtually non-stick. I do not have to use a wet sponge or paper towels while the plates are still hot in order to clean them. I usually just pop them in the dishwasher and they come out like brand new. There is no separate timer or temperature knob so you have to watch what you are cooking, but 15 to 20 minutes seems to be the time it takes to cook everything I have thrown in there so far.
Ceramic Coating is Awesome
September 27, 2015
We have enjoyed our Foreman Grill for years. We recently decided that it was starting to get old and really wanted to try this model because of the ceramic coated plates. We have been using it for about two months now and have not been disappointed by the ease of cleaning that the coating enables. You can almost just rinse them off with hot water and they come clean--cheese doesn't rinse off but simple cleaning in soapy dish water (which I would do even when they rinse off!) is enough to get anything off of them. Surprisingly it is more trouble to clean the drip pan (not that it is hard, but in comparison). Very good improvement to previous models. A bit more cooking surface than before, can easily put three .33lb patties on it at the same time. Cooks better in the middle than the sides, but not a huge difference.

Affordable large cooking surface, easy to clean, adjustable cooking temps and simple.
Works just as good as my last Forman grill

Great price. Been using it for the past two weeks. Works great. Temperature control is a plus. I'm not a fan of the removable hot plates.

Bought for my husband and he just LOVES this... been using daily since it was delivered. Glad he loves his Foreman.
This thing is awesome!
April 27, 2017
Does a great job! My last one was too small and didn't have a way to adjust the temperature. This one is perfect for our big family! Highly recommended!
Great grill
August 17, 2015
This is my first indoor grill purchase. Bought this one on sale and it was a good decision, very happy with it. I looked at other models and originally wanted to get one with removable grill plates for easier clean up as I read in reviews. BUT, we just wipe this one down after use while it is still hot and it works like a charm. Hubby loves it even more than me, I think, and after making his first steak on this grill he said it changed his life :-) I don't use it for steak since I am not a steak person, but I grilled chicken, salmon, and pork on it; we use it several times a week and are very pleased with it.
Great grill for the price!
April 7, 2015
For the price you can't ask for a better deal... Big enough, temperature control etc... I hesitate to buy it but after using it, I Highly recommended! I posted a pic to give you an idea of the size. Hope it help!

Great new coating
October 2, 2017
Bought this one to replace an older model that I had. The new coating on the grill plates is great. My only complaint and the reason I downgraded it by one star is the short cord. It is only 24' long where my older model was 34" long. You have to be able to set it close to your outletor get an extension cord.

Product did not come with the small spatula that was included in previous purchases. I had to purchase separately and I had expected one to be included. This is my third grill and I have given 3 as gifts over the last year. I am not overly fond of the porcelain plates, but I will get used to. It seems to take longer to heat up them previous plates. Cooking time is the same and I would purchase again.

February 14, 2017
I like the product but the one thing I have a problem with is the upper plate doesn't catch very well. It takes me a longtime to finally get it to catch. The lower plate works very well and catches the way it should. The newer grill has abetter surface now that cleans much better. My last one eventually made the meat stick and was harder to cleanwhich is why I bought a new one which is much better. Perhaps the plates could be aligned better so they wouldn't beso hard to attach.
Great product
April 18, 2016
This is my 4th George Foreman & I love it. It doesn't hold 4 or 5 servings of (store bought) burgers. But probably could hold that many if they're handmade. But that's not a big deal. Just keep grilling. I've grilled burgers ( turkey & beef), fish & chicken on this to perfection. Even made grilled cheese sandwiches. The cheese didn't stick. Love how the plates removed easily but wouldn't put in the dishwasher personally. Just wash them by hand people! I bought the foreman sponges to clean the grill. Only reason I didn't give a 5 was because of the serving size. But this is a 5 star grill.
Love the Ceramic Removable Plates! Don't wash in dishwasher.
October 12, 2015
Love the ceramic plates and the ability to remove the plates to wash! A huge improvement over the previous teflon grill which was a beast to clean. However, I was putting it in the dishwasher and after about 6 months it began to stick. I couldn't get the plates clean no matter what methods I tried from researching the internet. I bought another one, and the OXO Good Grips Electric Grill and Panini Press Brush.https://www.amazon.com/review/review-your-purchases/ref=oh_aui_rev_shipment_o07_s00?_encoding=UTF8&asins=B00T6PKK7I&channel=YAcc-wr#This brush should be included with the grill.Along with electric switches:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SSFRES0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00

Great product - so wide and easy to use. Only problem is that you can’t remove the parts to clean them.
Go for it but consider spending on one with a removable surface.
August 30, 2016
A regular Forman Grill. The surface does not come apart and it's on the large side to easily clean in the sink.
Great Grill!
August 22, 2015
This is my favorite G.F. grill. I have tried several, and I have found none that I enjoy using more than this one. I don't think it can cook as much food as it claims, but it is the right size for my family of three adults. We use it several times a week. This one has the temp control knob which comes in very handy when grilling veggies and other foods that I don't want to cook too fast. On the other hand, if I want to cook something fast, it does a very good job. The best thing I like about it is the fast cleanup. It takes about a minute. I get it hot, scrap it with the plastic spatula, wipe it with the wet sponge and Voila. This is the one I would recommend to my friends.
Great size for family of four
June 7, 2015
We use it for most for pork, hamburger patties and chicken breasts. We are a family of four and it is the right size for four portions. Second GF grill we bought (NOTE: clean the grill or dogs just might knock it off the counter breaking it). Its a mainstay.

June 1, 2015
This is a great grill. It fits tons of chicken pieces and anything you might want to grill for a dinner party. The only thing that is disappointing is trying to clean it. It wish it was easier to clean and put away, granted the grease/fat/oil catcher is a synch to clean, but the main body of the grill takes about 10 minutes to clean each time we use it.

Toooo Hot!!
August 30, 2017
I was a little disappointed since there is only one temperature on this grill. If I could change the temp. I would like the appliance better. It is easy to clean. However, I'm not using it as much as I thought I would.
loose plates
March 18, 2017
love my old one... for years i used it so much i wore it out and stopped heating. so i decided to upgrade to the removable plates so i can clean them easier. But the plates. dont lock in tight,,, there sloppy loose. dont like that. but i love the searing temperature feature. if plates locked in tight 5+++ stars.
Part wonderful, part could be better.
October 25, 2016
This doesn't have the adjustments I had with my last Foreman Grill. You can't adjust the angle, so I sometimes prop it up. There is no temperature adjustment. BUT--- the non-stick ceramic coating is EXCELLENT! It doesn't matter how many times you use it between cleanings, or if you let something char onto it--- stuff just wipes off! The top plate doesn't get as hot as the bottom, so you need to turn things for even browning; but the easy cleaning makes up for a lot of deficiencies.
So so
August 24, 2016
This unit does not cook as fast as my older Foreman Grill. It is easier to clean and that is a big plus but having to wait on cooked meals keeps me from rating it higher. Also, just noticed what appears to be a leak of some kind on the bottom hot plate? A plastic/rubber smell where there is no plastic or rubber that I can see. Not sure if this is an oil leak or what so... rating might change.
Not impressed
March 3, 2016
I bought this for the ceramic plates since we have a parrot in the house and fumes from traditional nonstick kill birds. Unfortunately a few minutes after I plugged it in, there was a strong burning plastic smell...so much for getting rid of toxic fumes. I made sure the plates were aligned correctly, so not sure why any of the plastic would be getting hot enough to smell like it was melting. Aside from that, this is definitely not a 5 serving grill unless you're making hot dogs. I could barely fit two small steaks on it because the plates are wide horizontally but pretty narrow in depth. I am hoping that the melting plastic smell was just a first-time use thing, otherwise I won't be able to keep using this grill.
Has its strengths
February 24, 2016
I don't quite understand where they get 5 servings from. This was quite a bit smaller than I expected, and can fit only 2 or 3 bugers comfortably. That being said, the removable plates are a great feature that I appreciate quite a bit. If you think you might need a little bigger, definitely don't hesitate to get a bigger size. This won't work for a 4 or 5 person family.

I have not figured out what the best food is to cook with this. It doesn't seem to get as hot as I expect. Does cook hot dogs ok.
Great cooking, hard to clean.
August 5, 2015
Love cooking weeknight meals on this because it's so fast and easy, but the cleanup is awkward and time consuming. Cleaning the grill takes more time than actually cooking on it.
Not the original !
July 9, 2015
Purchased this particular GF grill to replace an older & smaller model which was past its prime. Two reasons for the purchase were: larger grilling surface and temperature control option. Size is great but temperature control leaves a little to be desired......even at the highest setting, this grill doesn't get as hot as our old, small grill. My wife likes cook up some home made burritos & had done so frequently on our old grill. Now, she has to warm up some of the ingredients in the microwave first or the finished product never gets evenly warm inside. A definite drawback. After being sooooo happy with our GF's over the years, it was a bit disappointing. An updated version should work at least as well as the original.

Not This One
November 9, 2017
This is my 3rd George Foreman grill. The clips that hold the cooking plates on to the grill are terrible. They must be designed to use the least amount of material possible. So cheaply made. Hard to attach, plates have fallen of when opening the grill. The non stick coating allows everything to stick to it. Chicken breast constantly sticks to top plate when opened. Hard to clean .Even when put in the dish washer they come out with food stuck on them.. I only upgraded for this feature.Small cap that covers the screws for handles on the plates fell out. Now the screws are rusting 2 months in. I will have to reconsider the George Foreman brand in the future.
This ceramic coating is not good at all.
September 15, 2017
The ceramic material is coming off after 4 months of use. And the food sticks way too more than what i was expecting with this new "ceramic coating"..
I was disappointed in this grill
July 26, 2017
I was disappointed in this grill. When I plugged the unit in the wall both the red and the green indicator lights came on. When the unit was preheated both lights continued to stay on. The bottom grill over cooked the 1/4 pound hamburger after 5 minutes on the grill. This grill would only hold 3 small 6 ounce hamburgers.
I expected to last.
October 2, 2016
After just six months and not much use I find that hamburgers stick to the top of grill. Making it fall apart. The non stick surface is fine but ''tis keeps occuring. I only cook burgers on this grill. I feel like throwing it out. So dis appointing.
No instructions included.
June 13, 2016
The grill appears to be very nice but there were no instructions or basics on how to operate or cook included inside the box. Totally clueless on how long various cuts of meats or vegetables should be grilled. All other small appliances give a basic recipe / how to cook book with the item. Very disappointed.
Cooks food, eventually...
April 1, 2016
Like other reviews 5 servings is very generous, more like 3 at most. My biggest problem is that it doesn't get very hot and takes a long time to cook something. I let it heat up for like 10 minutes, until the warm up light goes off and it still takes over 10 minutes to cook hamburger to medium. Cooks in half the time is just wrong, but I'm glad it has heat on the top and bottom, or it might take an hour to cook hamburgers!

Deceptive product marketing
August 26, 2017
The product uses deceptive marketing to make false claims that it is 8-serving. If the size of your burgers is normal then don't expect to be able to do any more than 4.

The plastic hinges holding it in place snapped like twigs while cleaning after the second use
February 19, 2016
The folding mount on the bottom of the grill to elevate it, which causes grease to drain off the food, is extremely cheap and flimsy. The plastic hinges holding it in place snapped like twigs while cleaning after the second use, effectively removing the purpose and functionality of this type of grill.

September 27, 2015
This unit has a cord that is barely 12" long, so if your short on counter space be sure to have an extension cord. This unit does not heat up or cook evenly. Unit has a small horizontal gap that runs the width of this cooker which allows grease and juices to enter between cooktop and base. After a period of use, this might become a fire hazard.
even if it is super cheap. Do not recommend
September 15, 2015
Pro: Cheap, cooks food well.Con:Impossible to clean because it is all one piece. Many small cracks and crevices where grease and gunk get in where it is very difficult to clean out. Grease catcher does not work at all. After cooking, the entire underside of the grill is covered in grease, and the counter top upon which it is cooked is filthy. Not worth it at all, even if it is super cheap. Do not recommend.

This Is not The best of Grills. THE PLATES ON THE GRILL IS NOT OF A SKILLET MATERIAL. Therefore, it Doesn't cook nor does the food taste the same. Also, the space is very limited!
Poor quality, can't cook on it
September 18, 2017
The grill didn't heat up enough to cook anything. I could literally touch the grill surface after it was plugged in for 20 minutes. Additionally, this is of poor quality. The way the grill plates snap into place is very poorly designed. I am returning it.

Doesn't really do any better than an oven or skillet. The grates are a bit difficult to get on and if they aren't on right it doesn't cook good. Save your money.
NOT a 5-Serving Grill! Deceptive Advertising Leads to Disappointing Results
December 27, 2015
As a long-time Foreman grill user (this is my fourth), I am giving the Foreman 5 Serving grill a 1-star rating to catch the prospective buyer's attention. The engineering design department deserves a 5-star rating for the removable grill plates that are super-easy to clean, and more durable than the prior teflon surface grills. However, the marketing department should be fired. The grill is promoted as a 5-serving grill. The photo on the box indicates it is a 5-serving grill. Imagine my surprise when I took it out of the box and found that, at best, you can fit two burgers onto the grill plate surface. If you are considering this grill for a larger family...or a larger appetite!...keep looking. Come on, Foreman. Your loyal customers deserve better from you.

Bad
NO GOOD!
January 17, 2017
A major complaint about the removal plate is that it doesn't heat up evenly and properly like the original design. But do yourself a favor and get the removable plates if you get a large size grill like this one. Use paper towel to wipe it right after use, then let the dishwasher does the rest of the work. I used to have the - 2 servings - size, the plates were not removable but it was quick to clean up with just paper towel. However, with this serving size it's a pain to clean up.I hate:The size - It's huge but lightweight, but the bad kind of lightweight. The drip holder - When I open the lid it causes the grill to move forward, thus also moving the holder. MESS!The Quality - It's plastic! Very cheap looking. The temperature setting is also made of plastic. When the top plate gets hot it would melt this and cause some plastic smell.

Horrible. Bottom element stopped working after 2 12 months. Unfortunatly for me, this replacement grill, (had to return the 1st one because the bottom element didn't work) lasted just long enough for it to exceed the return date. Very disappointed. My 1st George Forman grill lasted almost 8 years. This is a big ripoff.
Low Quality Product
October 27, 2015
I had one of the original George Foreman grills and I liked it a lot. It had been a few years since mine died and I decided it was time for a new one. My original unit was sturdy, this thing seems like it will snap apart at any moment. The worst feature is that the grill is supposed to be at aslant so the grease runs down and out, THAT IS the selling point of this product. The one I received is perfectly level, the only way grease would run down and out was when I propped up the back. This thing is of poor quality and I wish I had not purchased it.
NOT impressed!
August 14, 2015
I had a George Foreman Grill I received as a wedding gift 24 years ago. It worked like a champ for all these years until I accidentally dropped it in a sink full of water a few months ago. I purchased the GR2121P, thinking that I would get a NEW George Foreman grill that would be even better and got a rude awakening on how CHEAP the new ones are. The temperature control is a joke--it slides back and forth and its obvious it doesn't control a darn thing! It doesn't even feel like its connected to anything. On low vs high there is absolutely no difference in the temperature. The whole grill is lighter and way more flimsy. NO timer!!? My old one had a timer and when the timer went off---it automatically turned the grill off; which was a great feature! This one I have to watch constantly so it won't burn my meat up---because the grill gets way too hot! (refer to the fake temperature control feature that does NOT work) The WORST thing is that they changed the design of the hinges and it is IMPOSSIBLE to clean this grill without making a huge mess on your counter top. Also, while cooking, grease ends up on the counter top from the hinges--on the opposite end of where the drip tray is placed. The old grill had ridges in the hinges that would hold the residue liquid from cleaning the grill---and you could wipe it out easily with a cloth---NOT the new one! Clean up results in a huge mess every time. I am very disappointed with this George Foreman grill!!! They should have stuck with the original design---the quality and performance was way better!!
