Worth Every Penny! Great board!
July 20, 2017
You get what you pay for. I know that sounds cliche, but this is just another example of it. Spend the extra money and make game time a fun time, instead of an aggravation. Great BOARD.Not sure what the thinking was behind storing your darts in front of the board, but just do like I do and ignore that option. The darts are awful, but the board works great. You should be buying your own darts anyway, if you want to shoot consistently.

Great and as advertised - buy it!

Super sick!! Love this... and would buy again. My wife and I have been having a LOT of fun with this.
Great Dartboard
March 27, 2017
Love this dartboard. Looks great and is super easy to use. The only (minor) annoyance is that the annoying heckler is on by default. My brother and I played this for hours over a weekend and it functioned perfectly.
Expensive, but worth it.

There's many dart boards out there, but this one is truly at the top. As I learned the hard way, don't be fooled by the other companies that have the flashy side boards; they stop working after a while and the plastics they use are sub-par. This board has much tougher plastic which is good for the kids or... otherwise impaired adult. Spend a little more now so you don't have to buy 2 or 3 times over in the future.
Awesome board!
July 17, 2014
It's been a while since I purchased this, but I can without a doubt say this is the best wall mounted dartboard I have ever played on. I don't mean to sound like a commercial, but buy it now. They darts stick, you get very few bounce outs. The scoring is great. The heckle feature is amusing, but easily turned off if found annoying. My favorite part about the board is the awesome cricket scoring! Easy to see. Very fun!

I had to return the first one I purchased because it didn't work correctly. The return was very simple as the FEDEX people picked it up from my home. The second one works perfect and is fun to use.

Great board with minor irritants
August 18, 2017
Works great. The only drawbacks are - the Heckler feature turns on automatically. And it's stupid. The volume defaults to high every time you turn it on. And, the announcement program insists on finishing what it starts saying, even if it misses the more important message from the latest dart. Honestly, minor irritants for a well built board with lots of very useful features.
A lot of fun for the money.
April 25, 2017
Great dart board. I like the fact that you can adjust volume and all the different games. The voice is very clear and I seldom get a bounce back. The board keeps score perfectly. I would highly recommend this board.

The board holds darts well and comes with two nice sets of darts to start you out with. The heckler can get annoying, but it's easy to shut off. Love the other sound effects! Super fun game :)
Bouncy & bulky
October 27, 2016
Quite a bit of bounce out. Annoying voice. Fun games. Large off-set of the scoring panel, meant I had to invert the cabinet we purchased along with it in order to fit it in and remain at the proper height. Overall, it's serving its purpose.

February 1, 2016
I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this dart board for my boyfriend. The one common theme was the darts themselves; the flights and the tips included are very flimsy and break easily. However, that is an easy fix! We have since purchased tips and flights. The dart board is amazing and very easy to use. There are a lot of games for accuracy and it's easy to use. I would recommend this dart board to everyone, just buy your own tips and flights!
Measure and remeasure
July 25, 2013
We recently purchased this dart board. The darts are difficult to remove from the board, so we decided to mount the board to a piece of plywood covered in corkboard (for those stray darts). As we were mounting the dartboard per written instructions we noticed the hanging holes did not match up. Upon actual measurement it was noted the measurements given in the written instructions were off so...beware.Other than that so far so good.

The board is of good quality and was easy to install
April 14, 2017
I just received my board and installed it this week. The board is of good quality and was easy to install. I did have an issue with the fasteners included as I actually twisted the screw heads off in my wall. Bought some fasteners from the hardware store and had no issues with them, so beware of the fasteners. Game play is pretty decent, but I am disapointed that the board does not keep track of what round the game is on or, MPR for Cricket...A feature that would be very nice to know before purchasing the game that it doesn't have. I am tempted to send it back and purchase a viper unit that i found that for sure displays MPR. So if Cricket is your game and MPR is something you like to know, this isn't your board.

April 7, 2017
Decent electronic dart board. Have used it almost daily for three months and it has held up well. Darts it comes with needed to be upgraded to make it playable. Heckler feature and obnoxiously loud volume on start up are annoying features that I would like to be able to permanently disable.
Looks great, plenty of games
November 6, 2016
Looks great, plenty of games, all the options you need. I really want to love this game but a couple of major issues I've had with it. #1 is how the voice insists on finishing saying how you did on the first shot when you throw your follow up shot, and #2 are the rather high number of bounce outs. So, let's say you throw a dud then zing your follow up shot before he finishes. Well he finishes the first one, then doesn't even say the next one. Annoying, almost as much so as bounce outs. Now though, check out this awesome backer I made! :) Trouble is, even if I wanted to get a different board, it has to be this exact shape so guess I'll put up with this one for a long while.
Great Functionality
July 31, 2016
Many desirable functions but the dart strike on the board is quite loud.
... well but is not the quality was not as good as I was expecting for the price
October 12, 2014
The board works very well but is not the quality was not as good as I was expecting for the price! Overall I am satisfied with the board. Quality wise the way it gets mounted to the wall does not allow you to get it tight to the wall with out pulling the back away from the board. The back is what keeps all the deals that the darts stick in tight in their position. so you get a loose board on the wall or a dart board that doesnt work right!

Better off with a traditional electronic board surface
April 2, 2016
So, this is my second board of this make and model. I decided to give it a 2nd try after the first one tanked after only a couple months use. I attributed it to using the steel tip darts, which were cheap anyway, so I committed to using only the soft tips this go around since I really liked everything else about the board. So far after one month, everything's decent with only two major drawbacks: 1.) The way this works is each section in the scoring area has to be pushed backward by the dart to the appropriate depth to register a score. This does not always happen. If the dart sticks - great - you can just go up and push the section inward with your finger or poke it firmly with the dart to register the points. If the dart doesn't stick and the score didn't register, you'll just have to take another throw unless you are positive where it hit. 2.) The dropout rate of the soft tip darts is ABYSMAL. After the first night my son and I played a decent amount of games, my back and legs were sore the next day from all the bending over and crouching to retrieve the darts from the floor. Anywhere from 40-60% consistently fall out. Truthfully, unless you are deadset on getting an E-Bristle board, go with a quality traditional electronic dartboard like the Arachnid Cricketmaxx.
Technology is okay.
February 17, 2016
Sound is very quiet, not too much of a quality product. We owned a product that looks exactly like this with a different name and it burned out in a couple years so it lasted awhile. This seems to be the exact same product, will see
Meh
March 19, 2014
We bought this at work for some break time. The darts that come with it are plastic and metal tip. The metal tip are the only way to go if you want them to stick. The plastic tip are a joke and fall out half the time plus it bends and breaks the tips of the soft tip easily.Still debating whether to send this back or not. The volume level setting is also not remembered when turning it off and on which is very annoying in an office setting.

July 15, 2016
Heckler doesn't work either broken or we do not know how due to lack of clear cut instructions for the functions buttons. Claimed to reduce bounce outs because of thinner rubber or plastic around or between the numbers. In our experience bounce outs happen at 3-4 times the inexpensive board we had before. Scoreboard works and shows up nicely. Certainly not worth the 4 times price of the $50 board.

I'd hate to see what a cheap board is like
January 7, 2015
I'd hate to see what a cheap board is like. I'm sure this has all the features that you could ever want but it still feels like a cheap dart board. The darts that came with it are horrible. The tips last about 2 throws then they get stuck in the board. I had to use pliers to get them out.
the dart board is no better quality than ones $150 cheaper
July 17, 2014
I got a defective unit out of the box. The volume was messed up and sometimes it would cut out completely. The power button took several presses before it would work. Other than the heckler feature, the dart board is no better quality than ones $150 cheaper. I was very disappointed with this purchase.
Paid waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too much for what I got but I can't send it back
November 24, 2012
I bought this board to replace a Halex board that had gone through so much use over the last few years that the borders separating some of the single and triple cricket numbers had completely disintegrated. It was time for a new board. The two main features that I was looking for was a board that had the ability to switch the bulls eye between single/double and all double formats, and a computer that I could play against when no one else was around. After seeing the features on the Pro 800 I decided to order it.When the board showed up I hung it on the wall and started to play only to discover that the double bulls eye would not consistently register. The problem was initially intermittent but started to get much worse within two days. It got to the point where the double bulls eye would only register once in a great while. I sent the board back to Amazon and they accepted it no problem, and I had a replacement board the next day after I filled out an exchange request. Fantastic service. So I hung the second board up and started playing. Every time that I hit the bulls eye near the 16, the machine would register 16 instead of the bulls eye. When I pushed the bulls eye with my finger by the 16 I noticed that it pushed the 16 pie piece down as well. I decided to remove the back cover and have a look at what was causing the issue and found that the inside pie on the 16 had not been well trimmed and a piece of the pie (will post a picture if I can) was under the round bulls eye piece. This was causing the 16 to register when the bulls eye was hit near the 16. In addition one of the other triangle pieces was missing a good chunk of plastic on a corner. I trimmed the piece that was overlapping with the bulls eye and closed up the back only to realize then that I had broken a warranty seal. So much for being able to send it back. At least trimming the piece made the bulls eye work correctly. The board now registers all the numbers like it should have when I bought it.One other issue that I have with the board is that the pie pieces are poorly trimmed on the outside as well, and I have torn the skin on my knuckles from the sharp edges of plastic/nylon sticking out of the pie pieces when pulling my darts out of the board. Trimming those down myself as I come across them as well. To be fair, I don't remember the first board I received (and sent back) having this issue. For what this board cost compared to other boards on the market I should not have had to go through this type of experience. This board should be right the first time every time, not two lemons in a row. This indicates poor quality control and a lack of caring about the customer on the part of the company. That being said, the board is not without its' good points. I will list what I consider to be the pro's and con's.ProsCan switch the bulls eye to be either single/double or all double. Good to have if you play the 01 games in both steel and soft tip.Darts stick in the board with very few bounce outs. Can use a harder material short tip and the darts don't bounce out of the board. I have not played on a home board before this where the short tips would consistently stick.Good instructions for hanging the board on the wall.01 games against the computer opponent are good. When the volume is turned off it stays off until the machine is turned off.ConsThe way the board hangs on the wall. All other boards that I have hung have done so with two screws that are put into a wall horizontally. This board hangs with two screws that are put in vertically. For me it was difficult getting the screws in at a distance where I could put the board on and it was completely tight against the wall. I finally put it onto some backer board and then secured that to the wall. Now nothing moves or vibrates when the darts hit or are removed from the board. On cricket games the computer opponent plays unlike any opponent that I have played against in competition. No player that I have ever played against will throw at a triple 17 and a triple 15 when 20 is closed with 40 points and 19 and 18 are still open. It may average out at the end in terms of marks per round for a particular average, but is not a realistic representation of how cricket games are played. Would be nice to see the computer play the game as a real player would play it.All the settings on the machine need to be put in every time a game is changed. It would be nice if I want to do three players or one player against the computer and those setting would be maintained when switching between cricket and 01 until I changed them myself.I have had this board for a few weeks. I use it almost exclusively for 501 at this point (still using my old board for cricket) and am looking for a new board. For the amount of money I paid for it I feel bad not using it for something. Had I not opened the back of this board and voided the warranty I would have returned it as well. It may very well be a good board for some, but based on my experience I can't recommend it. And I just don't see how this board is better than one that costs even a fourth as much.

Darts will not stick. We tried several types, short, long, fat, skinny - the darts just bounce out. After 5 months the voice that announces the dart number you hit quit working. For $250 I expected quality. I found out it had a 90 day warranty so I'm out of luck.
Go to your local bar instead - this is less than acceptable.

I expected much higher quality. This is cheap and looks even cheaper. First round, 3 tips broke on the darts. Looks like something you'd buy at Toys R Us for a 10 year old. Its not even close to the ones that you find in bars. Don't waste your money........

Ordered this board because of great reviews. First one arrived with no power chord. Then when the chord arrived, the board didn't work. They sent me a second board and guess what, it didn't work either. I'm done with this product. One star given only because it's required.

Very disappointed
November 7, 2017
The board says you can use steel tip darts, but it clearly states in the user manual that steel tip darts should not be used. We've had nothing but problems with ours. What is the warranty for this product? Some say 90 days...some say a year. Today is a year since we purchased it. We've used it a handful of times. We've NEVER used still tip darts, and now the dart board turns on but we can't select anything. The electronic controls are frozen. So now we have a 160 dollar wall hanger. We are very disappointed and would never recommend this product.

Buy from another vendor.
May 15, 2014
I have owned dartboards like this in the past, so I had an idea what to expect quality wise. This board did not meet those expectations. Right out of the box, the sound didn't work, and the first time we used the board, a chunk of board material broke out. When i contacted the seller, they said that I could ship the board back to them (at my expence), be reimbursed, then order another one, which would hopefully be fully functional, then wait for that one to come before I could enjoy having a dartboard again. Rediculous. My other option was to except a small partial refund of $25. This company has a very unappriciative wat of dealing with their costomers, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
