They work great and are very attractive to out restaurant patio. Careful they could be built a little heavier.

Easy to put together once you get the hang of it. They are very large and produce nice heat and a very attractive flame. The heat takes a minute before it really starts going. These all came in nice boxes, plenty of padding and nothing broken and I bought 6 total.

We liked this unit so much we ordered three more for our dining venue. They are well made and easy to light unlike some other models we have tried. They look very nice with the tube that flames.

I bought 2 and love them.My wife, son & I sat out side last night and were very comfortable. (No smoke smell from typical fire pit to keep warm.)I got better at the assembly by my second one. Not bad for an about 8 foot tall unit.I would buy another form this seller.

Easy to assemble, excellent ambiance. Decent heat (since it has a much smaller infrared component than traditional propane heaters and I had seen these column type at restaurants before, I didn't expect as much radiant heat). Nice product. Only weird thing is you have to open the base door to turn on and off but it is simply held in place by a magnet so just easily pull open, access the controls, and then close.

It's tall, so better measure distance to the ceiling if its under a patio roof. Mine have a foot clearance to the patio beams. The beams got warm but not overheated. I have two heaters. Sitting between them keeps you warm even in 40 degree weather. They are great.

We have used this heater about 8 times and are very happy with it s far. It's on our screen porch and definitely heats up the area. We ordered the mocha color and it's attractive.

so far so good. it has endured the winds here in AK. I would highly recommend it. Oh and after a winter of ice and snow...still looks great! No rust or wear! Great item and gives off good heat. I really think I need a high and low!

Although brand new, I'm sure the heater will work well from my trial testing. Writing to compliment Mr. Patio for their personal and efficient service. After the order arrived 2 days after ordering we had a billing error from Amazon that needed to be worked out and they were very patient and friendly. Nice to have a personal relationship with a company. I was a little daunted by the reader comments about assembly and was extremely happy with L & P Development which was listed as an option with my order to assemble the unit. They were very professional with calling to update when the serviceman would arrive, and he was excellent and friendly. I would probably have spent several frustrating hours assembling.

Great item with quality service. Assembly is much faster with a socket wrench but other than that, instructions are clear and it's a nice product.

Instructions were easy to follow, everything you need is provided included the screw driver. All the bolts and screws are individually labeled so there is no question of which to use were. Only draw backs are the protective film you have to remove from the larger pieces. This is somewhat difficult and doesn't come off in one piece. Doesn't provide as much heat as expected - but overall very happy.

It is of quality product parts very sturdy. Beautiful when lit. But inefficient heat source

Tiki came with no directions very difficult to assemble without directions but love the thermo Tiki after it was all finished being assembled

Easy to put together. Beautiful and good quality. Love the look at night. It does not give out that radiating heat I thought it would so I matched it down for that. I have it under my deck roof, so once I put in a roof fan I think the heat will push down.

We received this product missing some parts which made it for a non so great experience to begin with but the response and helpfulnes of this seller made up for it. I wuold really recommend based on this. the item works OK, but I wish I would have purchased a better one (More BTUs) of heat...

Just put this thing together yesterday. Its not quite as sturdy as I was expecting nor does it turn up as high as I thought. But its more than adequate; maybe my expectations were too high going in. Either way it looks good, works well, and I'd probably buy it again.

Wish tank storage area had access door to turn gas on and off.

It looks really nice but it definitely doesn't put out 10 ft of heat.

This is a beautiful and well constructed heater. Looks gorgeous when assembled and got many complements on it from friends.BUT, THATS WHERE IT ENDS. The heat produced by this heater is barely felt if you are sitting one chair away (3 ft) from the heater. You will basically need to stand around it if you want to get warm.Also, the manual states that this heater WORKS WITH REDUCED EFFICIENCY UNDER 40 DEGREES. Didn't realize it at the time of purchase.If it wasn't too much of an effort to repackage and return it, I would have.

Not worth the money, provides little to no heat. Highly disappointed. Have to be practically hugging it to feel any heat, terrible performance. Does look good though

It puts out a good amount of heat. The construction is a little flimsy and the product had a few minor dings from shipping. The dings did not bother me enough to ship it back. I wouldn't classify this as a "commercial" unit and have seen better units for half the price. Time will tell. If the internal components last ten the extra cost would be worth it.

Took me 3 hours to put together. Mainly peeling off the protective material on the metal. This thing is huge and puts off ZERO HEAT unless you are 1 foot from it. SUPER DISAPPOINTED...

Box was in rough shape when it arrived but we made quick work of the assembly and it went together with ease. Doesn't throw off the most heat but we expected that from the previous reviews. The ambiance more than makes up for the lack of heat and its an attention getter! Id buy another.Update: As 30 days of ownership approached our heater developed flame issues. It became difficult to ignite, then when it did ignite it developed additional flames and the glass tube quickly became discolored with soot. We attempted to contact both the manufacturer and wholesaler without success and ultimately returned our heater to Amazon. We're disappointed to say the least.

The heater was not difficult to put together and looks really good, especially at night when the flames look really cool. Everyone comments on how unusual it looks. Unfortunately it gives off very little heat, much less than a more conventual outdoor heater and since we purchased the product for heat, not just looks we've been very disappointed. I would not recommend product to anyone who needs a heater but for purely decorative purposes it's great.

Purchased about one year ago, and also purchased cover at the same time which we use when heater is not in use. After a year in our temperate Northern CA house the paint on the top of the cover is peeling like crazy. Very shoddy workmanship.

Major parts missing. All screws to hold product together. Wheel base. Unusable.

No screws or bolts were in the shipment. Had to send entire package back.

The heater stopped working after 6 months. I used it only twice. Emailed the company, no reply. Called the company. They promised someone would contact me. No one did. Called again. They then told me they can't do anything because the unit is out of warranty (warranty is only 60 days). They recommended I read the manual for further troubleshooting tips (seriously!). Don't buy!!!

The igniter lasted 6 times and stopped working. Not the batteries, the igniter failed

Looks nice but NO HEAT! We were leaning on it to feel just a little. Definitely would not recommend it. Wish I would have read the reviews before.

Looks great. Great ambiance on a dark evening, but it doesn't give you much heat if you're sitting next to it. As you would expect, the heat rises up and out the top. I contacted the company, as they requested, before writing this review. I told them you can't feel the heat when you sit in a regular height chair next to this unit. They told me I must be using bad propane and that I should not buy propane from places like Walmart or Home Depot. I guess if I bought better propane the hot air wouldn't rise.

Rusting after 2 weeks. We assembled and put it on a patio for the last two weeks. We live in Southern California and it rained one day!!! I can't turn it on because of Rust on the knob.

Doesn't kick out much heat at all, but much worse is that with the slightest breeze - it tips over. Ours was smashed and ruined almost immediately. And yes, we weighted it.

Bought this in late January 2015. We live in San Diego which has cool nights much of the year. It worked fine through early spring, then we let it sit for the summer. Went to fire it up this fall and the igniter plunger was frozen. Was able to get it loosened up by tapping gently with a hammer and some piers. Unfortunately, the tapping caused pieces of the apparently brittle screen to fall to the ground, leaving three or so 1" holes in it. Going to contact customer support and I'll let you know how that goes, but at this point I'm definitely sorry I bought it.UPDATE: Note that this review is for the "Fire Sense 46,000 BTU *XL-Series* Mocha All Weather Wicker Commercial Grade Propane Patio Heater w/Wheels". Apparently many of the reviews are grouped by either vendor or manufacturer, as I found my review under another Golden Flame heater that I did not purchase. Regarding the return, I couldn't find the return information for the vendor in their profile so Amazon made an exception and allowed me to return it to them at their cost. WoW. Amazon Prime is awesome, but the heater is still not a good choice. Looking for a pyramid one instead -- on Amazon for sure.
