I submitted a claim and they made in good. So They give me very good service. It is a good rocker, not the greatestApril 12, 2015 It is a good rocker, not the greatest. I like that the arm rest are high and it was easy to put together. I do not like that the sit, the whole sit, is not screwed into the frame or even secured. I use it indoors to rock my baby to sleep. When you get up from the chair, the wooded sit lifts up and will slam back down onto the frame. I have to go to the store and find something to tie it safely to the frame without damaging the wood. I tried to use a tied cushion cover but it did not feel comfortable for me. Great Rocking ChairJuly 4, 2013 My only complaint is that the seat isn't screwed down to the rest of the chair. Of course, I could fix that on my own if I really cared that much. For the price, this is the best rocker you'll find. We use it in our son's nursery and it's exactly what we wanted. Solid rockerFebruary 11, 2011 Rocking chair was easy to assemble and is seemingly high quality, and comfortable to sit and rock in. We have had it in our living room for a couple of years now with no noticeable wear. The only thing sort of strange is that the seat is not secured to the frame at all. This is not a safety concern because the seat cannot come off but some times when you stand up the seat will come off the frame and make a loud whack as it slams back to the base. Only ONE side of ONE cross-bar fits flush; none of the others are flush even though all bolts are as tight as can be. Sorry Extremely uncomfortableNovember 4, 2013 Having recently moved to the south we thought it would be suitable to put some rocking chairs on the front porch and spend evenings rocking away and chatting with passing neighbors as they walked down the street. Had we known how uncomfortable these rocking chairs would be we would have never purchased them. The issue is the angle between the back and the seat- it's far too upright and holds your back at an almost 90 degree angle. I'd send them back if we could, but now that they are assembled they aren't easy to ship. I was hoping that I could simply give them away but any neighbor who sits in them doesn't want them either.
