Nice Bike, Great Price
February 2, 2017
Have been using this bike for a few weeks now and I love it. It is smooth, it is quiet, it is easily moved out of the way when not in use. I was almost ready to buy a Peloton bike, but took the advice of some others on here and bought this, along with the Wahoo Cadence, and am using the Peloton app on my phone. Suits me fine and saved a ton. I noticed others commenting on the quality of the welds, but mine all look very good. The thing is heavy, so it would be probably be helpful to have another person to get it set up, but I did it myself without too much difficulty.
A great budget spin bike!
January 27, 2017
I've always loved going to spin classes at the gym, but the time it takes to get there, find parking, and then come home after isn't worth my time anymore. I've been in the market for a spin bike now for about 2 years, and recently discovered Peloton. I fell in love with the Peloton bikes, but couldn't justify the $2,000 sticker price.I then started researching spin bikes on Amazon, and came across a similar Sunny Health bike where the user bought the budget bike, and then spent another $100 or so upgrading various things, such as adding a RPM/heart monitor to the bike, getting a case for his iPad to attach onto the bike, etc.I decided to jump the gun and purchase this bike. I then started a subscription to the Peloton app ($13 a month) which I can stream to my TV from my phone. I just completed my first class today, and I feel absolutely amazing. I'm definitely happy I chose this bike over financing a Peloton (for now at least).
Great quality bike for a reasonable price.
March 8, 2016
So far this review is for the amount of time it took for me to get this bike assembled and the first "test ride". I'm only 5'4, 115 lbs and I was able to assemble the bike by myself. It's a bit heavy but if you follow the directions it's easy to put together. It took me 35 minutes from the time I opened the box until the time I took the first "test ride". Only recommendation I have is to turn the box on its side and open it from the bottom, then turn it back upright and slide the box up off of the frame. Its a nice bike and works great. The wheel is a little noisy but I think it just needs to be adjusted. It's easy to use and to switch tension is a price of cake, just turn he dial.If you are looking for a spin bike to use at home, you can't beat the price and the quality of the equipment.
Excellent Buy!!
January 9, 2016
Did a lot of research before I picked this spin bike and so glad I did. I'm not always great at building stuff, but this was came primarily put together and the packages were labeled by step and the directions were really easy. I also had no issues with the packaged after delivery. It had a solid bottom so everything looked great when I opened. I've been riding it for like five days it is so super awesome. I think I will save my gym membership fees, and just watch spin videos online. If you are looking for a solid spin bike at a moderate price this is it!
Amazing bike for the money!
August 28, 2015
I am really impressed with this bike. I guess considering all the positive reviews I probably shouldn't be surprised, but for the price I just didn't think it would be so nice. Assembly was a breeze after getting everything out of the box and unwrapped. It's a very sturdy bike, no squeaks or rattles, despite being made in China. I added a CatEye Velo 7 Bicycle Computer CC-VL520 - Wired to show me speed and distance, and it works great. I will definitely be changing out the seat; it's brutally hard. But other than that, it's fantastic and I highly recommend it!FYI, for the bike computer these are the MPH to RPM conversions I came up with. Most spin videos I have watched reference RPM, but the computers tend to read MPH. Knowing that the flywheel spins 3.25 times for every revolution of the pedals, and assuming I math'd it all correctly:10 mph = 58 rpm11 mph = 63 rpm12 mph = 69 rpm13 mph = 75 rpm14 mph = 80 rpm15 mph = 86 rpm16 mph = 92 rpm17 mph = 98 rpm
How to make this bike into a $2000 bike experience for cheap
July 18, 2015
Ok first of all, it's sturdy and quiet and I put it together in 15 minutes.Second, I was lusting after The $2000 Peloton bike ( with its live classes, cadence information, and everything else ) and so I made a couple modifications to this bike and used a couple apps and I think it's a really good alternative.1) get this bike - $2502) get the wahoo wireless RPM cadence tracker and mount it on the crank shaft. I did it with the little silicone holder it comes with, for attaching to your shoe I think, and some zip ties. No dealing with wires or anything. Just install it and pedal and it shows up on the free Wahoo app on your phone. In fact I like this better than a bike computer because using the app it automatically puts all the information into my fitness pal or Apple health or whatever. I got the RPM from Amazon for about $50.3) get a heart rate monitor like the wahoo one or I have the mio fuse. It works with the free wahoo app, which accepts many other heart rate monitors too. These cost $50+4) use the Peloton cycle app for LIVE classes and tons of ondemand classes too. They are one of the best spin places in NYC and their instructors are top notch. All kinds of themes and metric and personal best classes. Really really great music and cueing and you just feel wonderful after taking their classes. It's $12 a month for unlimited classes.5) the BitGym app has over 65 amazing HD virtual rides from all over the world. From New Zealand to Switzerland to the California coast and even down to Patagonia. But the coolest thing is that it uses your iPads camera to track your cadence and it speeds up or slows down the pace of the video based on how fast you are going. It sounds cheesy to say, but it really makes you feel like you are there! This is $8 a month for unlimited views. They even have guided/coached rides. You can use your own music for the I coached rides. It can track your cadence and even work with a heart rate monitor too. And it saves the data for you. These rides are unbelievably beautiful. I find myself extending my workout just to see more of the videos. And I play my own music and use my heart rate as a guide as to when to push myself and when to recover. I wish I had a big screen tv in the room where I have my spin bike. Then I could air play it to a giant screen and be fully immersed.6) Of course getting spin shoes with SPD cleats and the shimano pd-m324 dual pedal completes the package, but aren't necessary. I bought the shims I pedals from Amazon as well. I added the baskets from the original pedals that came with the bike to the spd pedals I bought so I can use clips but my husband can use street shoes. So anyway, if you use the things I mentioned above, you will have an Amazing experience. The only thing that the peloton bike does is a real time leaderboard. This set up doesn't have that. But you can use an app like race my ghost that lets you compete against your own previous workouts so that is kinda the same.Hope this was helpful. I can't recommend the peloton app and the bitgym app enough. They really are fabulous.

Solid Equipment Mat
April 29, 2017
We bought this mat as a base for our at-home spin bike and it's held up fabulously. It's a nice thickness and a solid appearing material. 3 months in and it still looks brand new. Doesn't hurt that it's extremely easy to clean (the texture is minimal enough for cleaning purposes, but definitely enough to be useful)
Must have for cardio equipment
December 18, 2016
Funny story, I ordered this mat from my couch in MN. It shipped from the west coast, but the company is actually in town. Small world!Mat is made of quality material, without any kind of weird rubber smell. Thick enough to protect carpet from cardio equipment and doesn't take up an obscene amount of space. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
Great Mat, easy to clean.
June 18, 2016
This is a great mat. The mat is durable, and cleans easily. It's textured, which I wasn't expecting, but actually prefer. The texture helps the equipment stay-put, as well as makes it better when I use it for myself. It works well for an exercise bike, as well as for doing cardio. I also do T25/Insanity using this mat, and highly recommend it for both! It has the right amount of give, without being to soft. Good choice.
Great Mat
June 17, 2016
Bought this to go under a bike and bike trainer for indoor workouts. The thickness of the mat is perfect, and it even reduces some of the sound the trainer makes. It is easy to clean and also easy to store away if needed.
Thick, durable mat with almost no PVC odor
January 6, 2016
Great product that's exactly what it says it is. And unlike other PVC mats I've used, there is almost zero smell - and it seems very durable. Another mat I purchased for twice the price (not from amazon) tore almost immediately when I positioned my workout bench on it - and has stankified my workout room with a PVC chemical scent for over a week now. The size of this one was absolutely perfect for my elliptical, as well. Highly recommend it.
Great Mat!

The Supermat Heavy Duty is an excellent mat which I use for aerobic exercise, stepping, and to do push ups on, etc. The mat has a nice feel to it, is thick, giving good shock absorption, and is non-slip.This was a great buy for the price. I am glad to have this mat.

Barely fits me, great value though
April 27, 2017
I'm 6 3" 196lbs, long time cyclist and spinner on multiple types of spin bikes. I would say this bike would be perfect for anyone less or equal to 6 1", I have the seat post at the max level and wish I could go a notch more. Thankfully this model has the adjustable handle bars to move them out. Again, I have those at the max as well so my knees don't hit them when I'm off the saddle, which is my preferred method of spinning. Because of this, the hard saddle isn't a problem for me, but if you want to build up your saddle toughness this bike will do it for you. Its a solid bike and easy to put together. Of course it makes some noise, but totally acceptable and not annoying at all. I did have some play in the crank from the factory, but I simply adjusted the flywheel and that was quickly solved, sadly they don't provide any instructions to do this and should. The play was annoying right from the get go for me. My shoe size is 11 and I found that I cannot wear shoes that have a wide heel as it will catch on the center where the cranks mount and snap off the plastic cap cover during peddling. This was corrected by wearing a different shoe, but its possible you could adjust the pedals so they are slightly further out as well. I worked with their customer service and it was a very positive experience. In summary, if you're the right size for this bike and you are ok with making an adjustment to correct the play in the crank, its excellent value. I'd recommend it and certainly buy it again.
Good Spin Bike! Stable ride - easy install...
April 13, 2017
I am 5'2" and 130lbs this fits me just right - the adjustable seat, and handle bar helps. This is the 3rd time I have attempted to order a spin bike online the first 2 was through another company. They both did not make it to my house in good shape - either the packaging was flawed, or the product was not sub-par. I kept my fingers crossed with this order - although the bottom bar is somewhat not 100% flawless due to shipment still is is 99% close to it. Just a small bent that does not take away from the functionality - I have only had this for 3 days, but so far I am just happy that I have my own spin bike.
I really love this bike
April 4, 2017
I really love this bike! But the seat hurts my pubic bone, and I even bought a gel seat cover for it! Unfortunately, the gel on the seat cover is on top of the seat, and my pain is coming from no padding on the sides of the seat cover, hence the pubic bone pain. Yes, im a woman. I'm going to look at replacing the seat. Some users say the pain from the seat wears off in time, well I don't have time for that!! Nobody wants to be walking around like John Wayne for a couple of weeks. Once you adjust it for your height it's a good economical bike for home use. I'm 5'4" and I have no problems reaching the pedals or handlebars.
Very stable and easy to move
March 6, 2017
Very stable and easy to move. The box it arrives in is daunting, but once you remove the items, the assembly is not complicated. It's mostly assembled already. The chain drive is a bit noisy, but not overwhelming. The tension pad collects dust and needs to be cleaned periodically. My biggest complaint is the seat. Its is VERY uncomfortable. I replaced the seat with a larger gel seat and the comfort level increased dramatically. I also changed the pedals with rubber padded ones instead of the metal toothed ones. Its Very easy to adjust for all body sizes and dimensions. I have not had any issues with handle bars/bracket getting in the way.

I ordered this bike based on the overall good reviews. It was ordered on Wednesday night and it arrived two days after (Friday); initially it was supposed to arrive the following Tuesday, so arriving earlier was great. It was nicely packed, no scratches and it came with all the parts and tools to build it. Putting it together was easy but it took a little over an hour compared to the 15 minutes people said it took them. I tested it after and it seems to run very quietly and smooth. It is also heavy duty equipment, very sturdy. I like the handle bar. I just need to figure out how to move the saddle forward without the adjustment bar interfering with the post. Im looking forward to a great workout and many more. Next I will invest in a nice tablet bike holder so I can follow on classes.
Love it so far
December 9, 2014
I've been wanting a spinner bike for a while, and I finally decided on this one, and so far, I love it! It shipped after a week, and was super easy to assemble (took me 20 min.) I'm kinda short, at 5'3" with a 28 inch inseam, so I put the handle bars and seat to the lowest setting. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I had to raise the seat a little. I'd read a couple of reviews of people my height and shorter saying this bike was too big, but I also noticed that the silver/gray version of this bike is listed with larger dimensions than the white one (which is the one I purchased), so maybe that's why. As for noise level, it's relatively quiet for a spin bike - not silent, but quiet enough. And a few other reviewers have said that their tension knob is super sensitive and that their handlebars wobble, but I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, and got just the right sensitivity and sturdy bars. The seat is hard, but it's a bike - they all come that way, and your butt just gets used to it. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars, is that I haven't had it for very long, and I'm going to wait and see how well it fares. But so far, it's been great.

It works well

It works well, but it starts flaking after a while. So every time I roll it up I have to vacuum because I don't want my toddler stepping on all the black flakes that come off of it.

December 1, 2016
This mat is a flexible, soft, rubbery like material. My purpose for this mat was to keep my recliner base from cutting into my carpeting. I folded this mat in half and placed it underneath my recliner. It's keeping my recliner base from cutting into the carpeting and the recliner does not slip due to the soft non-slip surface. I like it.
Great but a little short in length.
March 19, 2015
Love it. Just got new hardwood floors and I didn't want the treadmill to move around and scratch the floor. This is the perfect so far. My only suggestion would be to make the mat about a foot longer. The treadmill only barely fits on it......or maybe make it available in different lengths Otherwise, great product!
All good!!
June 5, 2014
There's nothing necessarily special about this mat, but it works perfectly for my needs. I bought this to go under my new elliptical machine - it seems to be sturdy enough to help prevent the machine from rocking. Since I put the machine in my living room, I didn't want a giant mat, and this one is just the right size - not a lot of overhanging mat around the edges of the machine. The mat is thick and sturdy and I was a little concerned at first that the edges didn't want to lay flat (it was rolled when shipped) but after laying out on the floor for a few days, it settled down and is now perfectly flat. I really don't have any complaints!
Works well under my Bowflex
March 26, 2013
Some reviewers called the material "hard" and "thin". "Thin" was accurate, "hard" is not. They're soft and thin. I suppose if you placed these mats on a cement floor, you might be tempted to call them hard, but I think it'd be more accurate to say "being so thin, they don't provide much cushioning".I didn't buy them for the cushioning. I bought them because they sounded durable (and they seem to be so far), and because they're made out of PVC. The PVC part was important to me because my plan was to glue two of them together using PVC cement (the kind plumbers use). It worked! I glued two together in the sort of "T" shape required for my Bowflex Blaze. I'm happy with the result.
This mat does what it should and is worth the price.
November 28, 2012
I chose this mat for my indoor Kinetic Road Machine indoor trainer mostly because it didn't cost $65 plus. The mat does exactly what it should... it keeps my trainer in place and protects most of my floor. The mat isn't quite as wide as I would like but the rubber feet of the trainer are the only parts that extend off of the mat. Also, there are puncture marks on the mat from where I stepped on it with my cycling cleats but that was my own fault. Definitely an affordable piece of training equipment!

Good product, just don't know if mine is defective
March 13, 2017
Honestly, having trouble getting in contact with the seller. I love the bike, but it's noisy since I set it up and it's not supposed to be as it's stated it's smooth and quiet. The noise is a big problem because I live with others and sometimes I like to workout late at night or whenever at my convenience and I can't disturb others that live with me. The seat is uncomfortable even though I bought a seat cover, but I was aware of this. Other than the noise and getting in contact with the seller, it's a great bike. I get good cardio when I use it just hope it doesn't die on me sooner than later. It has a cranking noise like something is dangling or the chain is loose.. idk?
Go commercial grade if that's what you're expecting
January 16, 2017
Good spin bike for the price. My complaint is that the flywheel is very noisy and if that bothers you then spend the extra money and go into more of a commercial grade spin bike. Otherwise if you're just looking for something for home use, turn your music or peleton video up loud. Bike does feellike there's a bit of drag when you're up out of the saddle, but gets the job done. If I'm still wanting to do soon at home vs the gym in 1 year, I'll upgrade to the commercial Keiser bike. Also heads up, check the chain when bike arrives. I was disappointed in trying to figure out what the fyywheel noise was opening up the chain cover and finding the chain totally gunked up with a pink lubricant that loooked like it had been put on by a three-year-old. Had to take the thing apart and totally clean it before using.
Mildly surprised
December 11, 2015
This bike gets 3 instead of four stars because of the way the shipping container looked and the fact that the top bar has scrapes on it. The bike is very sturdy, as sturdy as the Spin bikes I have ridden in the gym and much sturdier than ones I have ridden on cruise ships. The ride is smooth and I am looking forward to seeing how it holds up to workouts 3 - 5 days a week. I'll update this review in months.
Entry Level Stationary Bicycle
December 30, 2014
Funny thing is that I still use this stationary bike after more than two years. Yes it does make noise (nothing major), yes it will rust badly. I used this bike during winter time and when I can't ride outdoors because of the rain or bad weather in general.Consider this your entry level indoor bike, not your replacement indoor bicycle. The first thing I did was to change the pedals for the clipless ones that I use (so I could use my bicycle riding shoes with the cleats) eventually you need a dedicated pair of shoes to ride indoors, your sweet will get everywhere. The second thing was to replace the seat, the one that came with the bike is too wide and not to ergonomic at all. If you have a road bike, try to get the same seat you use and replicate the distances you have on your bike. Remember seats are very personal.Adjusting the seat and handlebars: Very easy to do, however if you are under 5'-5" it may not be enough, meaning you will get to the limits and still you won't fill it comfortable for you.The bar where the seat bolts is too wide, so when you ride, the inside of your tights may touch it, which will make your training session a misery, that's a major design flaw. I did trim the sides of that metal bar, and repaint the entire piece with auto paint (problem solved).Brake Pads: yes you will wore them pretty often if you use this bike, check them often since they are attach to an steel semicircular thick steel band that will scratch the fly wheel permanently. Once the fly wheel had been scratch the brake pads will last less.Brake Pads are very affordable (I purchase them directly from Sunny Bikes), however changing them is sort of a pain. This bike has a lot of things that could be improved; however it is budget friendly and it will last a while.
Worth It
April 22, 2013
Just received mine and put it together tonight; then took it for a 50 min. test run. Frame is very solid, no flexing. The seat is uncomfortable, but most bicycle seats are uncomfortable to me, so maybe it's just me. Mine is not all that quiet. There is a loud hum for just a second with every rotation, accompanied with a vibration. I think it's the pad, because it gets worse when I tighten the resistance. I'm sure it will get quieter as it breaks in. If it doesn't, it's still not a big deal. I've never used a spin bike before, so maybe that's normal?? I had no problems whatsoever with getting the handlebars and seat completely stable. As another reviewer pointed out, I sort of wonder if some people don't realize that the L bars must be pulled down and reset to tighten completely if the seat and handlebars are in position closest to their respective posts. Also, mine has a half-inch ding with chipped paint on one of the posts that run vertical beside the flywheel. That's nothing to do with the bike, I just wish it were shipped with more care; the box was beat up pretty bad.All in all, this bike serves the purpose it's supposed to. For its price range, I recommend it.
Decent quality but needs some tweaking
February 7, 2013
I bought this thing for my wife who loves to spin. It's pretty simple to set up and is a fairly solid build. It spins smoothly although definitely not as quiet and smooth as the more expensive bikes I've tried. It's not noisy though, either. It's heavy enough to not move around while you're riding it and it's also really super easy to move (when you want to) thanks to the two littles wheels on the front base. My wife likes the heavier wheel on it as compared to some of the cheaper smaller bikes. As one other reviewer noted, the handlebars wiggle around a bit and, unfortunately for them, they didn't figure out that you can fix it by jamming a couple wood shims (from your local home improvement store) on both sides of the post up from the bottom of the neck. I did this and it's been totally fine ever since and much more solid than without. We ditched the pedals and just put SPD's on it so I can't tell you what the stock pedals are like; they're still in the plastic. The pedals going into the cranks don't seem as perfectly squared as my more expensive mountain bike but it's not a problem. It works well for someone in the 5'5" - 5'9" range but I'm not so sure it would be safe to setup for someone in the 6'+ range unless you are OK with the racing bicyclist positioning (low handlebars) due to the handlebars needing to be pulled up higher making the stability issue more prevalent. All in all I think it was well worth the money although I see that it is now more expensive than when we bought it. Still probably a good deal for the current price and certainly much cheaper than the next level of bike. Conclusion: I would recommend this to a friend unless you have disposable cash and can afford the pro stuff. It's good enough to get results and won't break the bank.

Okay for light Exercises!

While this seemed to be a sturdy mat, and maybe it is, for weight lifting and yoga. But if you are planning to do cross training and Cardio then the mat will scrape and leave a lot of small black dots. It wears out fast. The mat also moves if you are doing a lot of cardio and fast movements exercises. I still use it but looking for something more fit for heavy cardio workouts.

Terrible seat and seat position
June 12, 2017
Just awful to sit on even for just one min.The bike would be perfect if the seat and the upward seat position wasn't so uncomfortable. My husband , myself and my two children had the same complaints about the seat.
Too pricey for what you get.
April 12, 2017
Get a good workout on a indoor cycling bike, but the handlebars on this unit are very hard, expect to feel discomfort in a short time. Handlebars do not have adequate adjustment fore and aft, so it's a long reach. Adjusting the very uncomfortable seat closer is not the solution because it would misalign your legs to fit to the pedals and would squeeze your body too close up front when u dismount. It's really an overall poor ergonomic design and most assuredly not worth the cost.

Sunny SF-B1110 arrived mostly assembled. Just had to install seat, and handle bar posts, and pedals. Problem is the flywheel arrived with bad bearings. As soon as you start to pedal there is a VERY BAD vibration that travels through the entire bike. There is also a rattling noise coming from inside the flywheel which is a solid 44 pound metal wheel. This is caused by bad bearings. Very disappointed. Other than the vibration this would have been a good buy. I DO NOT recommend this product at all.

The bike is very sturdy but the following is the problem1-The seat is very rigid and wrongly located and if you want to kill your back and have compressed disks in your vertebrate, this is the one to do it for you. So, you lose calories, and you kill your back.2-The distance between the seat and the handlers is wide, so unless you are six feet or above, don't you even think of it.3- The bike can be a bit loud at higher speeds. To give a fair review, I let 5 of my friends to try this cycle and only the guy who was 6.11 felt a little bit comfortable but still he had some lower back pain after 30 minutes..... Still, I give it to this cycle it is very sturdy constructed!Good luck if you buy it.... this was not for me.

Not the best
April 12, 2014
For the $245 price with free shipping I was second guessing if it would be good or not. All the reviews stating that this bike is better than some $800 bikes is what got me. Being the cheapskate that I am I went and got this based on the price. For under $250 it's a pretty good bike but doesn't come close to comparing to a real bike. It's walmart type quality with the brittle plastic sleeves on the seat and handlebar posts, the cheap plastic support feet, the endcaps that fall out of the base assembly and the uneven tensioning of the wheel drag make this bicycle pretty annoying to have around the house. The wheel is heavy but slightly out of round making the tensioner get tight and loose as the wheel spins. At first it looks pretty good but after having it for a few months the cheap parts start to show.

they have order quality control issues
November 8, 2017
I would have left 5 stars....I ordered three of these, all the same size. I really need three IDENTICAL mats. Two of them were the size I ordered...one was WAY smaller. I actually need a total of 9 mats, but ordered three bc they were needed immediately and I wanted to see the quality. I still need six more mats, but I won't plan to order from Supermats again since they sent me one really small mat. I would have rather just had the two and not paid for the third mat (same price) that was so small. I had to make it work anyway, but I'm really unhappy they charged me for 3 mats of the correct size but sent one itty bitty one.
too soft
August 4, 2017
not stiff enough to distribute bike foot force very much at all. Quite spongy feeling; in fact.
The mat provides good cushion but the PVC smell is overwhelming

The mat provides good cushion but the PVC smell is overwhelming. Aired it out for a few days, but the smell still lingers.
Thin and has a bad odor

Thinner than expected and has a bad smell. Hoping it dissipates or I will have to return it.
Very bad product. It says it's sturdy

Very bad product. It says it's sturdy. But the built quality was like a cheap kitchen mat we get from WalMart. Waste of money.
Too soft and weak
April 8, 2015
This mat looked good at first, but after about 2 weeks it developed a 3 inch long tear at one edge. It's very soft and not very tough. Two of the corners have been chewed off by a curious cat, who now leaves it alone. She left little black plastic "pebbles" all around the mat from her chewing. I wouldn't recommend this because it's so easily ripped. It was also nearly impossible for me to move the exercise bike once I had it on the mat. The mat seemed to hug the bike, which makes it hard to clean around if you want to move something.

Let the buyer beware!
April 7, 2017
I should have read there other customer reviews and expected the worst. There bike arrived partially assembled but with monger of there bolts necessary to finish there assembly. I didn't a half hour scouring the packaging to set if they just hit the remaining pieces cleverly, but they are truly not there. There bike is useless without them. Terrible attention to detail that makes me wonder about the overall quality of the finished bike.
Avoid like the plague, piece of junk.
December 29, 2016
i was sooooo excited to get a spin bike for use at home and was soooooo disappointed when this piece of junk arrived. The welding on the frame looks like my 7 year old did it, the frame was rusted and dented and the seat lever that needs to be take apart didn't work. I contacted customer service at Sunny Fitness 3 times to inquire about what to do as the instructions to put the bike together where piss poor. The girl I spoke with theee times tried to be helpful, I explained the problem with the seat and she sent me a video of the handlebars. When I called her back about the video her reply was that the levers are the same (no, they aren't) and to "try again". Returning this piece of crap to Sunny. Do yourself a favor and avoid this like the plague.
Poor quality control. Defective and only email support
November 24, 2016
I purchased the SF B1110S from Amazon on 11/5. Bike came with saddle seat assembled . The issue is that I cannot remove the saddle column bolt in the L shape knob in order to attach the seat to the saddle post. I tried numerous methods including the provided screw driver.I have requested the manufacture support To resolve the issue please send a new unassembled seat expedited with L shape knob and washer as indicated in Step 3 as it appears the bolt was machine tightened. Poor instructions and careless quality controlI am deeply disappointed and frustrated that there is no support phone number as I now have to wait for someone to respondSent from my iPhone

October 17, 2016
I started out happy, but it only took a few rides to begin regretting my purchase. In order to have a decent amount of resistance during a workout, I had to turn the resistance on the flywheel pretty high. It doesn't take much pressure/resistance for the bike to be quite loud. On top of that, within 6 months the pad that pushes down on the flywheel to create the resistance flat out BROKE OFF. If you are a fit person who anticipates needing a fair amount of resistance to work out, do NOT by this bike.
Shipped without conponents!!!!
February 9, 2016
I ordered two bikes. One bike was actually shipped without the conponents to put it together!!!! It also has broken plastic piece where the handlebar connects. Amazon will only return or replace the whole bike. It is over 100 lbs and the box it came in its busted up. Not a good option. I have contacted the company that manufacturers the bike and they are taking their time responding. I hope to be able to ride the bike that I paid for sometime soon.

When I use it like this, the bike roller does not move - ...
February 10, 2017
This is definitely not worth the money. I bought this product exactly 3 months and 7days ago and it is already breaking apart. I use it only for working out. One type of workout I use it for consists on putting my bike roller on it and start biking (see pictures). When I use it like this, the bike roller does not move - it is a static workout. So there is not a extreme stress or strain on the mat by the roller. Another way I use it is to do abs in which case, I simply lay it on the ground and I lay on top of it and do the abs workouts. These are literally the only two ways I use this mat. So to be advertised as a heavy Duty product is unfair with the buyers. I have never gotten it soaking wet, only a few dozens drops of sweat sometimes but never more than that. It is not like I bought it to use it in the kitchen of a restaurant where the actual heavy duty mats are exposed to all types of materials (water, oil, grease, etc) and strains. Therefore, I decided to take the time to write a solid review and let people know that this is not a product worth buying from this company. You will be wasting your money. I do not know what company to recommend for this types of products because this is the first time I buy something like this. If you appreciate my review and know of a good company to buy mats from, I would appreciate if you post it here. Thanks in advance.

Ours had a chunk out if the corner... the material was pretty thin and not very strong. Reminded me of a yoga mat.

We have one of those Tony Little gazelles and less than a month of 30 minute sessions, there was a hole in it. We are just glad we noticed before it ruined our hardwood floors.
