Where have these been all my life? I am so surprised that such a silly looking thing has had such a big impact on the hygiene and safety of my cooking experience. I bought them because they sounded like they might be a cool gadget to have and love brightly colored things (probably have magpie DNA somewhere) but am truly impressed by how utterly useful they are.
Snugs - No mess, No food cross contamination

A great buy. Used to have all our mixing utensils laying on our bench top making a mess but now with the snugs, problem solved. No mess and no food cross contamination.
Great Pot clips for your kitchen
January 21, 2016
I am an avid cook and always trying to make fresh meals at home. As part of cooking various things on and off the stove, the last thing I want is worrying about my spatulas left behind in the pots, only to find them burnt or melted. It has happened with me on more than one occasion and my frustration led me to look for a solution for this on Amazon. I found different pot clips that claim to solve this problem, but the design and functionality of the Snug utensil clips forced me to buy them, and I am so glad I did.I used them over Christmas while cooking for my friends and family and oh boy, are they life savers or what! Even the guests were curious to see what these tiny little gadgets were. The two sizes they come in conveniently fits on different sized utensils I have and they work great! Now I can put the Snugs on several of my utensil handles and clip them on the edge of the pots/pans not worrying about them being burnt. The high heat resistant Snug pot clips do an awesome job in insulating the spatulas from the heat and also prevent making a mess around the countertop since I practically no longer need a spoon rest.Snugs are a blessing for every cook. They seem far better than the other silicone/rubber pot clips that seem cheap or the metal ones that are expensive ($7 per clip??) and have the risk of scratching your pots. I highly recommend getting the Snug utensil clips for your kitchen! You won’t be disappointed.
Works with most utensils, just not large handled ones
January 11, 2015
These work as stated. I would recommend getting a mufti pack like this vs only buying a single one, because most people have different diameter handles of utensils.I do have to say I can not use these with every utensil. If you have a large handle on your utensil it won't go on the clip. My wooden spoons/scrapers go on fine but some of my large stirring/scooping spoons and turners do not. This would make a great gift for someone.
Great Product
June 2, 2014
I bought them as a gift and from what I've been told, they hold every spoon and spatula. There's been no more messy drips on the cabinets and no more trying to balance spoons on the edge of the pots. They've been great.

Works very well, clips to the side of my 12 inch skillet to keep the whisk from falling in as it always used to. I put this in the dishwasher (top shelf) for easy cleanup. I am very happy with it so far.
No more sauce to scrub off
July 31, 2016
This pot clip works really well for me.Pros: Clip style allows it to work with every pot I have. The claws that hold the handle work well most of my kitchen utensils. Well-made, no break down so far. No more dried sauce on the counter to scrub off. I do not worry about setting the utensil down on a possibly unclean surface. The style is cute, so it would make for a great addition to a gift set or stocking stuffer.Cons: When the pot is on high or near high the clip does heat up on me, I have to put on oven gloves to take it off the pot. If a utensil is too thin it won't stay, so i just have to be cognizant of what utensil I am grabbing when I want to use this.
very useful!
March 17, 2016
I am quite please with these clips! Sturdy enough to hold my largest wooden spoons, yet small enough to clip to the fan hood over my stove without sticking out yet staying in handy reach so I don't have to go digging through a drawer to use! Stays cool to touch when clipped to the pot and the "C" holds my utensils nicely balanced so no more drippings on my stove top! A nice addition to my "useful gadgets" collection!
Life changing gadget

When I found out that this gadget existed, I decided to read reviews on similar items, but I choose this one because it adjust to most utensils.I did buy 11 of them to give as gifts, and I was told that it was life changing for her, and that says it all. This gadget makes cooking so much easier, saving time and money in the long run.Keep inventions coming, I like to support them

Chef Kale Chard Collard Striper
September 25, 2017
This item arrived as described and intact. It makes ones life much easier . It just allows one to strip the leaves off quickly and with ease ! You can do it in one smooth motion vs pulling off individually Plus it offs three size openings to allow you various things to pull through pulling off the leaves or stems you wish to use.
Great product if you use fresh herbs a lot.
August 16, 2017
Love this herb stripper. I have tried others that just didn't work as well. It has different size openings for different size stems and I like that it has measurements so you can easily measure out what you need while stripping your herbs. Just wish the markings for the measurements were a little easier to read.
A great time saver.
April 30, 2017
I have been very satisfied with this new kitchen tool. It makes very quick work of all described produce. Herbs and leafy greens are now a snap.

This little gadget works fine. So easy to strip thyme!! Rosemary and parsley works great too.
Workls Quickly and Cleanly
March 1, 2016
This is one of those little gems you always think of when the time comes and you do not have it. I thought ahead and bought this and used it immediately. It quickly and efficiently strips leaves from slender herb stems. I have also used the larger holes to strip leaves from kale and spinach. Highly recommended.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gadget
November 2, 2015
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gadget! I make a weekly soup from kale, chard, and other veggies from the garden, as well as fresh herbs. The larger slots save me a ton of time stripping the greens. The small ones make stripping herbs a snap. I have always HATED stripping fresh thyme. With this sweet little tool, leaves come off in seconds. First, only put one twig at a time through the holes. If you have side "branches" on the thyme, it won't work. Oregano comes off with one quick sweep, as well. This handy little tool has saved me a LOT of time and frustration. If you think it isn't working properly, play with your technique and you'll find it does exactly what the maker promises!

These " The Snug Pot Clip, Set of 6 in Translucent Colors. No More Mess or Ruined..." do not fit anything in my kitchen. I was really wanted these to work, but didn't for me.
Works pretty well...
January 18, 2014
These are a good idea and work well on the tools that are the size they were designed for. However, that means that I have tools that are either too small or too large. The snug clips will have you using more of a certain sized tool and avoiding some of your others. I did manage, by using hot water, to get the large clip on one of my favorite wooden spoons. This is why I gave a 4 star, instead of 5 star rating. I still recommend them, it's still a very good idea.

March 4, 2016
I really like this---don't have to have the spoon rest to wash all the time! One star less because the spring is so stiff. Naturally, one wants the clamp to be stiff so that it holds without slipping....and thank goodness this is or else it would get one star! But if it was made so that there was more leverage to clip or un-clip onto the pan, then it would be perfect!
I like it.

I love kitchen gizmo's, and this is one of the more useful ones that I've found lately. These things have worked really well for me, and I've found them to be particularly useful when I'm trying to cook multiple items on the stove top, each with their own particular spoon/utensil.PROSWorks great with pretty much any style pot. Holds well to the pot edge, easily holds most spoons.CONSCan be a bit difficult to clean, doesn't hold buffet tongs particularly well.

Great kitchen tool for someone who uses fresh herbs a lot
September 1, 2017
What a great little tool to have if you use fresh herbs in the kitchen. Cilantro, thyme and rosemary go through this very easily and make quick work of stripping herb from stem. This would make a great stocking stuffer or part of a gift basket for the cook that uses a lot of fresh herbs.

January 23, 2017
Handy little item especially with herbs that have tiny leaves. Had to work with it at first to get the knack of which size hole to use and speed/force needed to pull the herbs through the holes without breaking the stems. Once I had that figured out it made stripping herbs a breeze.
Great on Tougher Stems
July 8, 2016
Works great on the stems of kale and other larger veggies, but I had to take one star away because the tender herbs kept breaking when I pulled them through the small holes. If you only plan to use it on the stronger stems of veggies, I would recommend this. If you plan to use it on the tender stems of herbs, I think you should be ready for some aggravation.
Modify Your Technique for Better Results
January 17, 2016
This stripper works great for kale, collard greens and most chard (as long as the stem isn't too wide) however there is a technique to using it that makes it work much better. After putting the stem into the smallest hole it will fit, pull the stem through in a series of short tugs, not a single long pull. If you pull it through all at once the leaves seem to jam up and cause the stem to break off too soon. I like the stem really thoroughly stripped out and it will do that if you tug-stop, tug-stop, tug-stop. That lets the leaves release from the hole and lets more of the stem pass through the hole before it breaks off.If your leaves are all the same size and flat, it is still faster to stack them and cut the stems out with a knife. But for different sized or curly greens, this little tool work well.I hope this review helps!
Works great once you get the hang of it!
June 29, 2015
I bring home a lot of greens from the farmer's market. And sadly, I really hate to prep them. Enter this little gadget. While it takes some trial and error to get the hang of using it, I am here to report that it does actually work. My tips: (1) be sure pull the greens through from the darker green side; and (2) use the smallest hole that your stalk will fit through. Enjoy, fellow kale lovers!
Nifty but not perfect
October 28, 2014
Works well on some herbs- primarily those with woody stems, like rosemary and thyme- but not as well on others with soft stems, like marjoram and parsley

This product is a great idea - however
December 2, 2016
This product is a great idea - however, it needs a few tweaks. The 2 larger 'holder' are the more ideal size for holding stuff that you cook with, as the 3 small ones are way too small to hold any sort of utensil that one would cook with. Even the larger ones could be a bit larger at times. The concept is great; just needs a little altering with production and size.
I like the idea

I have used this a lot and I like it, but it's hard to use with soups and etc. because you can't put the lid on the pot for it to simmer.

April 16, 2015
Love the concept. I guess i got a bad one every time i have used it the bottom red rubber piece has ended up in the pan/pot. I like how it held the spoons though. Works great for its purpose. I guess i need to fix the bottom piece so i can use it, but just hate to buy something and it be defective. I would have bought another one of these if that hadn't happen to mine i like the product overall. Thanks for reading my review.

January 29, 2015
This clip mostly works fine, but one of the rubber grips at the bottom keeps popping off. The other day I was making a pot of lentil soup, and thankfully I noticed the grip floating in the soup before put it in the blender.

July 28, 2017
I wanted to love this but about half of the time the herb leaves bunch up and the stem breaks instead of de-leafing. Granted, it could be user error. It may work better for kale and chard. I just happened to buy it for herbs.

I haven't had any issues, but it hasn't worked that well either. I tried it with Taragon and also with Dill... neither worked great, but it was a little better then picking the leaves off by hand.
I found as happy as I was in purchasing this, I'm just not using it much
March 13, 2017
It does its job - somewhat. The most tedious herbs to strip is thyme, and it's not great in stripping this, it does bigger herbs fine, but they weren't hard, so I just use my hand. I found as happy as I was in purchasing this, I'm just not using it much.
Not very useful
January 6, 2016
This got mixed reviews, but was inexpensive enough that I decided to give it a try. I wanted it mostly for thyme. The problem is I grow my own fresh thyme, so the stems are not as stiff. You have to first take off leaves at top end to expose stem, Then you need to carefully thread top of stem through smallest hole. If you have side branches, then they just get broken off. By the time I do all this, I can manually strip thyme.Kale may not work depending on the size of the stem. If the stem is too thick, it won't fit through. It is easier just to tear off manually.I gave it 3 stars, because depending how skilled you are in the kitchen, it may be worth money.

Go for a clip on or something other than these.
January 23, 2017
Semi-useful. Have tried on numerous utensils - doesn't hold them up very well. Sometimes I can get it just right, but not without playing around with it. More hassle than useful - wouldn't buy again. Think I'll go for a clip on type if I decide to buy again.

Your fingers work better for fine/delicate herbs
March 9, 2017
We thought this would save us time when we use fresh thyme, rosemary, cilantro, mint, etc... but it doesn't really work that well on delicate herbs despite having holes for them. I've seen videos of kale being stripped, but we don't eat kale, chard or other leafy greens that need to be de-stemmed. So it was a waste for us.
I wasted my money
June 15, 2015
It didn't work as I thought it would. Most of my stems did not fit the holes well. I could pull the stems off by hand faster! I was hoping the chefn Kale would be faster but it was not! I wasted my money.
Don't waste your money.
June 12, 2015
Buying this on a whim was probably not the most intelligent thing I've ever done. It looked intriguing but it's pretty much a wast of money. The holes are fine for some herbs but some herbs just go through the smallest hole and the leaves stay on the stem - like thyme. On otherherbs - like Rosemary, the leaves fly everywhere. It's not terrible but I'll probably end up donating it to a thrift store because it's just taking up room in the drawer and it's pretty much useless.
Useless
June 8, 2015
I tried it on a dozen types of herbs and leaves - rosemary, chard, dill, cilantro, mint, etc. I was not able to complete a single "pick" operation successfully - the stem always breaks first. A pure waste of time and money.
