Superfeet versus pinnacle
July 18, 2017
I tried out the Pinnacle the Superfeet between those two the Pinnacle is better. I couldn't believe the comfort of the Arches support. On the Superfeet it had good comfort but still a little hard on the forefoot I used them in basketball shoes and they seem to be holding up pretty well. They have good cushion I wouldn't say spectacular but they have just enough to where you don't mind wearing them while you play I have been looking for more of a cushiony setup but this Pinnacle really surprise me with how comfortable it was. It was definitely worth the try and out of the two I would pick the Pinnacle over the Superfeet athletic
fits well cushions well supports where it's supposed to and makes my feet feel great
July 15, 2017
I work in a Woodshop as an instructor and spend many hours a day on a concrete floor. Being a little older I've also lost a great deal of the natural cushioning in my feet and the arch which comes with being a younger man. My doctor had prescribed a particular kind of insole which when I Googled it through Amazon this product came up at a much lower price and for the money I thought I would try it.Very happy with the support and my feet feel a lot better too
Just what I wanted - Dr. Recommended.
April 3, 2017
These were recommended to me by my orthopedist. Each color does something a bit different so just be aware of that. The ones I bough a few years back I had to trim down to fit inside my size 13, wide toe box hiking boot. But the most recent one I purchased fit just right (same shoe brand and make). They give my arches just enough support that I was able to wean off my much bulkier custom orthotic. They're a wide, though - but to me, it's worth it. Love them.
Help with arch and spur pain
March 27, 2017
My wife has bone spurs and with these she is much more comfortable. She likes these a lot and has several sets. We will order more when needed.
The very best OTC inserts.
December 5, 2013
I use prescription inserts and Powerstep Regulars are the very best OTC insert I have found. They are so good, they are in all my shoes and sneakers and I don't buy the $400 prescription inserts any longer. Each insert can last through at least 2 or 3 pairs of casual rubber-soled shoes. They are firm, with strong arch support and no thick padding under the heal. I find padded insoles are a gimmick and elevating the heal makes shoes no longer fit right. The surface is a low friction cloth. The frame is rigid as it should be, and not foam.I have pronation and weak arches. These go into my Red Wings, Fryes, Sketchers, Blundstones, dress shoes, Asics. They are intended for runners but work great in all my shoes. In running shoes (all shoes, really), these replace the stock insert liners. It took years of searching to find these. My podiatrist recommended them, and lost a lot of business!Highly recommended. Easily worth money.
Love 'em!
May 25, 2012
I bought these because I started working out about two years ago and was having foot pain after doing anything upright for longer than 15 minutes (a bone on the ball of my foot extends down too far plus my arches are weird plus tight tendons, blah, blah, blah). I finally found a pair of New Balance shoes that allowed me to work out for over 30 minutes before discomfort set in, but wanted to go longer so decided to try OTC orthotics as the last step before custom ones.I am so glad I tried these! These orthotics were the last ingredient to relieving my foot pain for the full hour it took to work out!!! LOVED 'EM!As they're wont to do, my beloved shoes finally wore out, the next pair didn't fit the same, and I ended up back at Square One. Got fitted with some Brooks and let the store folk talk me into a pair of their twice-as-expensive OTC orthotics, only to find they didn't do the trick. So just in case, I ordered another pair of the Powerstep Pinnacle ones, and relief for my LEFT foot was instant... but interestingly enough, my right foot wasn't so happy. NO worries, I just use the shoe's normal insert on my right, the Pinnacle on my left, and VOILA, I can work out pain-free again!!!Random side note... for those of you who are - like I was several months ago - on a quest to find the perfect shoe and perfect orthotic for weird feet so that you can do any time of workout at any time, and was researching stuff online and devouring reviews for anything foot-related, let me add this: I have found that I need diff shoes and diff types of orthotics for diff activities. Unfortunately, it's all about the combination, so I've had to give up my dream of one-size-one-type-one-insert-works-for-everthing. Good luck!!!

Arch support here was my main concern and I wanted something that would be comfortable and last a while
August 24, 2017
At first I really did not know what to expect with these insoles but after doing some research decided to make the purchase and give them a shot. After opening the box what struck me was the feel of the insoles and how well they were made for the price paid. Arch support here was my main concern and I wanted something that would be comfortable and last a while. When I first slipped them into my shoe and walked around for a while I realized how much I needed these and really hit myself over the head for not getting them sooner. After years of just relying on the flimsy insoles my shoes came with the difference was huge. At night my feet would hurt and these have really cut down that pain. I have high arches so these were great and I will continue to get them as they need replacing.
Best Ive tried so far!
August 17, 2017
I bought these a few weeks ago to stop my plantar fasciitis from flaring up and all my other aches and pains with my feet and back. With the original insoles in with the inserts caused a blister on my little toe. So I took out the insoles and replaced them with just these inserts and its been about 2 weeks and so far they seem to be working perfectly. I am 6 foot tall 265 lb and on my feet on a concrete floor all day working as a machinist. So my opinion is try them for yourself they are worth the couple bucks.
Good buy, nice support / odor elimination.
July 24, 2017
bought these for my bates boots (12) and didn't need to trim them at all. I walk about 5 miles (usually a bit more) every day in these boots. Not only have these removed my heel pain, they also have absorbed any odor there might be. I suspect I'll have to replace them every 6 months or so, but that isn't a criticism.Overall, worth the price and comfortable for boots.
Comfort is the key...
July 7, 2017
These made quite a difference in my Son's work boots. He has complimented on how much more comfortable they fit. For the price it's a no brainer, cut to fit easy to install. Highly recommended.
Great insoles
April 10, 2017
I'm 6'2" and 310lbs. These are great inserts and gave them in all my dress shoes and boots.
For me, the best insoles.
September 3, 2013
Insoles of course vary from person to person because we all have different feet. Knowing that, take my review with a grain of salt.I have tried several other types and brands of insole, most recently the Orthaheel brand, and these relieve and/or prevent my foot pain more than any other. I suffer from Achilles Tendonitis with a side of Plantar Fasciitis. I like these insoles because they provide the extra arch support I need, and are wide enough in the larger size I buy to work well with my wide feet (my only complaint about the Orthaheels was, while they seem to actually be a better-made product -more sturdy that is- they were too narrow for me and the arch support was in the middle of my foot). They wear out "quickly" (depending on your definition), so I have to buy a new pair every 3-4 months. At this price however, that's not a big deal to me, given the relief they provide.

Plantar fasciitis pain reduction.
September 11, 2017
So far so good. I have been using them for about 2 weeks now and my feet feel great. I have plantar fasciitis and a heal spur to boot so foot pain is a constant for me. These orthotics seem to work well in my New Balance 608v4's and have really reduced the pain. They take a few days for your feet to acclimate, but after that your feet will thank you.PRO:I wear a New Balance 12EEEE and they fit just right.Decent paddingGood priceHelps reduce pain from plantar fasciitisMy orthopedic doctor likes themCons:Needs a bit more padding. I am a large person and padding helps.
The Glass Slipper for Sore Feet
November 24, 2016
These FINALLY have relieved my plantar fasciitis and heel pain better than anything else - other orthotics, doctor visits, injections, taping, boots, etc. It says they're for "mild pronation" - I have a fairly high arch and normally wear neutral running shoes, but I found even with liners out most "neutral" orthotics were pushing my foot too far to the outside. These are working well for me. Padding is excellent, arch support is adequate, and the heel cup keeps the heel from getting further irritated by moving around..
l had given up wearing two pairs of shoes that had originally been great, but after a year of wearing them
June 9, 2016
These inserts helped out my shoes enough that I can wear them again. l had given up wearing two pairs of shoes that had originally been great, but after a year of wearing them, they had lost their support and cushioning, even though the rest of the shoe is still holding up great. With these inserts, the shoes are wearable again. Inserts are certainly cheaper than a new pair of athletic shoes!
Very good alternative to custom-made orthotics
September 15, 2015
This is a very good alternative to custom-made orthotics. I bought these on the recommendation of my podiatrist when I asked about having a new pair of orthotics made that were more flexible than the semi-rigid custom pair that I have worn for 10+ years. I am a runner, and the custom pair that I have are not quite flexible enough to allow my foot full range of motion. The Powerstep insoles are the perfect solution to my problem. They are covered with a plush foam material that over time conform to the shape of your foot, thus making the built-in arch support essentially the same as a custom-made insole but for a fraction of the price. At first, the left insole felt like the arch support section was a little too high--I could feel it pressing into my arch instead of supporting it--but after about two weeks of daily wear the foam covering had compressed enough that it no longer felt weird. It was never painful, just slightly weird feeling (this is likely due to the shape of my own feet and not something everyone will experience). The only cons I can think of are that these tend to be a bit wide, so per the instructions I had to use a pair of scissors to trim the foam covering to where it properly fit in my shoes without having to fight to get them in there. They also seem to wear out quicker than custom insoles, so you will probably have to replace these about once a year, possibly more if these get heavy wear. If you're a runner, I recommend getting one pair for your running shoes and a second pair for your everyday work/leisure shoes.
Great for my Plantar Fasciitus
February 11, 2013
I started using these to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. I replaced the inner lining in my tennis shoes with these. They felt wonderful and helped give my feet additional support and comfort.I've bought 3 sets of these at this point to put in all my shoes. The only negatives are(1) The top lining wears off early as some have reported(2) And the price has gone up by about 50% in the past month to 32 dollars.
Not enough arch support
July 15, 2010
I've had plantar fasciitis for several months now. I bought these because they were rated very high by other sufferers. I guess I was expecting these insoles to cure the problem, which might've been too much to ask.First, let me say they have great heel cushion. They slid into my sneaker very easily, and after a few steps, I could tell the shock absorption was much better than what I'd been using.I kept the exercise easy, walking the dog around the neighborhood. I still had pain, but it was not as bad. I figured the pain would take a few days to go away.It didn't. I still have pain, which is why I rated this 4 stars. I stretch every morning, several times during the day, I ice it, I take ibuprofen, I massage it, I do strengthening exercises...I thought shoe inserts would be the thing I needed to get rid of plantar fasciitis once and for all. It helped dull the pain a little more, but these aren't a cure.I think the problem is I need more arch support. One reviewer recommend hard foam in addition to these inserts. I agree with that. I fold a paper towel, shape it to my arch, then tape it into my shoe. That seems to be working in combination with all the stretching and icing. Still, I think an insert should provide more arch support than this one does.

cushy, not quite the right size but I still like them.
June 6, 2017
Knee specialists seem to be recommending adding a soft cushion to your step to avoid wearing down the soft cartilage in your knees. I decided to give this a try and I like it a lot. The bridge is a bit too far up for my foot size (9) but I still use them and find they make a difference in how my legs/knees feel come the end of the day.*I wouldn't wear these to work out in for anything heavy. If you're looking to treat a particular condition I would consult a specialist and find out where your specific needs are (and probably have some custom created for you)

Great for work shoes, especially dress shoes which were never built for comfort or active longevity. Not so swell for big, heavy men as they're not meant for us. Gave me pleasure for about a month but being 6'1", 260 lbs, there are heavy duty Dr scholls out there that I should try next. All you light people without arch support should get these tho. You won't be sorry. Kept my soles dry without chafing my feet up.

March 10, 2014
They healed my heel pain rather quickly. Just a touch of it remains. But, I have only been using these things for less than a month. A reviewer said they crowded the toes. That is something I cannot tolerate. But it didn't happen to me. Toe crowding does not exist. I have no arches. When I was 19 a Vietnam era Military Doctor yelled at me to "Take my feet and get the hell out of here". (My favorite lifetime quote!). These insoles definitely help my lifetime of athletics and partially deformed feet.
Fantastic
February 17, 2014
Best decision I ever made, grabbing a pair of these for some shoes that I love, but are just uncomfortable. The shoes are a 14, and these fit perfectly. The packaging says 8-14, but I don't see how these would fit in anything less than a 14. I tried them in a pair of shoes I have that are older and size 13, and they don't fit at all. Also they're very thick (which is good) so make sure the shoes you put them in have room for an insert.
Good support for the price, held up well
December 4, 2012
These insoles have been fairly good. I feel like they may rest on the slightly expensive side for what they are, but since they are still holding up after a few months, I'd say they are probably worth it.Wearing a 13-shoe size, I trimmed down the toe area with a pair of scissors. I appreciated the built-in "cut lines" that Dr. Scholl's had so I got an even cut on both soles. The arch support is a little hard - and it is possible that this is by design - but it sticks out as one uncomfortable feature. The sole is basically made up of areas of gel (like the heel), the pad itself, and the yellow plastic supports you can see in the photo. In the arch area, specifically on the inside of the foot, I feel like there isn't enough pad and it can be a little hard. If you wear flatter shoes like I do, you will immediately notice the discomfort in the inside arch of your foot.Again, this is perhaps by design. I am not a foot doctor nor do I pretend to understand what is best for my feet. I will say, after a day or two of wearing these, I no longer notice any discomfort or hard places on the sole. I guess I have become used to it.I will say, overall, these are good insoles. They have held up well, fit well (they don't come out of my shoe when I remove my foot, they stay put), and I can still tell they are in after a few months of usage.

Not worth price. Arch support similar to store versions that are more comfortable on the heel.
May 31, 2017
It is too bad this company does not create a heel neutral version with a rigid arch support and extra padding (their Maxx has extra padding but pushes the foot out and their Journey uses different padding it is not as comfortable since it is intended for hiking).

March 20, 2017
The footprint of this insole fit my show just fine, but it is too thick and caused the tops of my toes to get blisters from rubbing against the inside top of my shoes. I bought these on the recommendation of my podiatrist for heel nerve pain, but she should have specified a 1/2 or 3/4 length. Ended up buying something else. If being used in a shoe or work boot that ties, it may work fine because you can loosen the laces, but not a good idea for slip-on street/dress shoes.
too wide for me
April 25, 2016
These are OK. I have a posterior tibial tendonitis in my left foot that causes it to overpronate and my arch has started falling. I was looking for arch support insoles that didn't try to do too much in other areas-- I didn't want a lot of heel cushioning or pads on the ball of the foot. These are pretty comfortable. The arch is in the right spot (although the arch is a little low for me) and the heel cup doesn't lift my heels up too high, but they're WAY too wide. They are trimmable, but I don't think that applies to the sides. If they had a narrow option, they'd be great.
Not bad product, just not quite right for me.
April 23, 2015
I bought these to replace an inexpensive pair of Dr Scholls inserts that served me very well by helping my boots and oxfords (1.5 inch heel) stay put. Sometimes it's tight shoes that cause corns and bunions, but sometimes it's shoes that are too loose that allow your feet to move back and forth; both scenarios cause friction and can harm your tootsies. That being said, these are not going to work for me because they eat up too much of the depth of the boot so that all of my toes are tight against the top of the boot. I did try to cut them down bit into a more 3/4 length, and they feel better, but I think in the end the heel cup is too wide for my narrow heel cup; I have several other custom made units that do have a narrow heel cup but don't always work either. they work in my slippers so maybe that's where they will be used. I'll keep them to experiment (I guess I have no choice now that I cut them :)) and who knows there still might be a use for them.Seems like a good product for the right shoe.
Better options exist
February 28, 2013
An ex-football player past his prime (6'3", 360 lbs, size 13D, medium arch), I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. My orthopedist recommended daily stretching exercises and Orthoheel slippers to wear indoors (no more walking around in socks). What a difference! The slippers and exercises lessened my symptoms from the start and, over time, eliminated most of my discomfort, so I decided to find some orthotic inserts to improve my street shoes. So far, I've tested:1. Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Extra Support2. Aetrex Copper Medium Arch3. Spenco Polysorb Total Support4. Superfeet Copper DMP5. Powerstep Pinnacle6. Powerstep Pinnacle Proeach for two hours' total walking time over a few days in two pairs of my favorite shoes: New Balance 606 hikers and Cole Haan loafers with Nike Air.Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Extra Support: Advertised for big & tall men, they didn't do much for me. While the extra cushioning helped at first, it helped less and less the longer I walked on them. I mentioned this to my orthopod and he told me the key to managing PF is not cushioning, it's support. Grade: DSpenco Polysorb Total Support: Remembering my doc's advice, I chose these for the rigid heel cup and arch support. Though quite comfortable overall, the arch support was a bit too low for my medium-high arches and the heel cup was insufficient support for weight. While they worked reasonably well for me, I believe they would a be better choice for lighter individuals with lower arches. Grade: BAetrex Copper Medium Arch: Promising better arch support, these felt very similar to the Spenco insoles even after walking around the block. I then swapped one of the Aetrex insoles for one of the Spenco insoles and walked around again. Only then could I tell them apart. The Spenco offered a little better support for the mid- and fore-parts of my foot, the Aetrex offered a little better support for my arch. Grade: BSuperfeet: I was in an Allen Edmonds store and noticed the Superfeet insoles. The clerk said many men my size have good success with them. I tried the Orange and the Copper DMP versions in the store. Finding the Orange too high for my arches, I got a pair of the Copper DMP. These are easily the most rigid of the insoles I've tried...and easily the best. Superfeet arch support sits farther back on the insole than other brands. This made a real difference in the support and comfort I felt walking long distances. I also found the medial post support in the heel did a better job than other insoles in combatting over-pronation. Grade: A [Update: I have since tried Superfeet Black in dress shoes that couldn't accommodate the Orange insole. They work well but are not as supportive as the Copper.]Powerstep Pinnacle: While it seems well-made and offered good support, it simply did not work for me. The gel-based arch support sits too far forward and in the middle of the insole. The insoles felt like I had lumps of clay underfoot. After a few blocks of brisk walking, my feet began to fatigue as if I were walking barefoot in sand. Again, these may work for some people but they didn't for me. Grade: CPowerstep Pinnacle Pro: Other wearers commented that the Pinnacle Pro differs markedly from the Pinnacle, so I tried a pair. I barely made it a block before heading back home. Though more rigid than the Pinnacle and with a better heel cup, the Pinnacle Pro was too inflexible through the arch and ball of my foot. These were the only insoles I tried that truly caused me pain. Of course, it could just be the contours of my feet, and for others the Pinnacle Pro might be great. Grade: F

So-so
August 29, 2016
I'm still looking for a good comfortable insole to replace the original ones in my Rockports when they wear out. Dr. Scholl's makes lots of different models - I wish there was some lace to find a good comparison of the models. Anyway, these are so-so. I'm looking for something with more padding; I walk a lot and could really use comfortable insoles
These do fit my shoes much better. My only complaint would be their thinness
August 19, 2016
It's a little bit thinner than I was expecting. I tried buying the gel inserts at Walmart but, the 13's they had there were to small. I decided to buy on-line for an insert that went up to a 14 and was (hopefully) a little wider. I can wear a 13 or 14 shoe, depends on the maker. However, most 13 gel inserts that you pick up at local stores don't fit 13/14 shoes well. These do fit my shoes much better. My only complaint would be their thinness. The orange piece you see in the stock photo is actually a hard plastic with a bit of arch support built into it. Next time i purchase I'm going to look for a piece that's solid gel. These multi-piece type inserts typically fall apart on me after moderate use.
Arch too far forward and too long if you have smaller feet.
September 6, 2014
The problem with these is that they are universal. Since they are good for a range of size 8-14, if you have smaller feet you may not want to get these. I wear size 9.5 in mens and the problem that I found is that they put the arch support way too far forward and too long. I got them to work by cutting the heel back. I would recommend you put your foot on them outside the shoe with the arch being in the most comfortable position, then trace the outline of your foot onto the pad. Then cut them down. I wish they made smaller size ranges so that the arch support problem wouldn't be an issue but for me it was. Even after I cut the heel down, I found that the arch was still too long. It may work for others but it didn't work for me.
Good padding, but it is a little thick
May 25, 2014
I bought this to supplement my office shoes that I use to stand up more than sitting down. You have to trim it to size according to your shoe size with heavy-duty scissors. I also did note that the insert is definitely thicker than expected. As a result, it will reduce your shoe size. I had to rip out the current shoe insert and replace this one it. I did not expect that and was a non-trivial task.
Decent Product: Could be improved on some fronts but no show stoppers
February 8, 2014
Given its price range, I believe this product was intended to provide "basic" cushioning & support to your heel... In my opinion, these are fine if you do limited walking (less than an hour a day)... another advantage is that they don't really stink with feet odor..That said, I do believe that it can be improved (keeping my needs in mind) in the following ways (some of these may cause the price to rise but I would be ok with that):1. The plastic arch support is too rigid: I felt this hindered the natural bending of my foot as I walked... this may be a design issue or maybe coz I have low arches...2. Slim it down!!: I do not need toe support at all...I only need heel support... so i would be ok if the complete this was made a little slimmer... the biggest advantage being that I would not have to force my feet down my shoes anymore because of the room that these insoles eat up.. also, if i put these in formal leather shoes, the shoes don't really "feel" completely tied to my foot... i keep getting the feeling that if i yanked my foot too abruptly my shoe would fly off...3. be more flexible... this is similar to point 1 above but worth mentioning..

Not a good purchase.
September 15, 2017
Not as expected. They're very hard and don't feel supportive at all. The reviews were good, not what I was hoping for, though. They aren't cushy, and make being on my feet all day long extremely difficult. Maybe they'll work for someone else, but they didn't for me .
Narrow and non-returnable
September 7, 2017
First, this is a great orthotic, however, In my case, it is too narrow by 1/4 inch. It causes my small toe to cramp. The wider insole does not have a good description about specific sizes. The fact that they are non-returnable makes this a bad investment. So sad, because they were excellent otherwise.
Not effective
August 29, 2017
I paid for a new pair but got a used pair shipped to me. Did not make much of a difference. Size fits as expected. However, the heel beneath the insole makes it difficult for me to keep from slipping out of my shoes.
No good!
July 24, 2017
I didn't find these inserts helpful. Which was disappointing since I bought them based on the overall good reviews. They didn't help my plantar fasciitis at all, in fact, I noticed I was in a bit more pain after using them, specifically after a workout. They also ran a bit big. I wear a size 10 in woman's shoes, and these were too big. They fit into my gym shoes, but it was a tight squeeze to put the inserts in (yes, after removing the inserts the shoes come with). The inserts didn't fit into any of my day-to-day shoes either - my flats, heels, casual shoes - nope. Disappointing.
Material not firm enough
July 18, 2017
At first wearing they feel supportive. After a couple of days there is no difference between wearing these and the original insole that came with the shoes. My husband complained of the same foot pain because of the lack of arch support and cushion. The material is not strong (rigid) enough to support his weight. Maybe it would be more effective for someone lighter. (My husband is not too happy with my comment.)
Ok for arch support.
June 7, 2017
These fit okay for arch support, but did not provide enough cushioning for my heel--plantar fasciitis causes a lot of pain in my heel. I'm on my feet all day as a teacher and these were not my favorite for providing relief from pain.

There is some hard plastic in the insole to fit in your arch of your foot and I have a normal arch to my feet but it was to annoying to have in my boots. Maybe my boots already have a arch built in so maybe that is why it was pushing into the arch of my foot. I gave them away.I would not recommend
I'm gellin' and it sucks.

After couple of weeks of wearing these, I feel (un)comfortable enough to write a mini-review.- Not enough support of any kind- The cushion in the heel is non-existent- Sometimes my feet burn which i think is due to the kind of material they usedI dont understand why these companies don't add more cushion to the heel.Unfortunately, this minimal support is what shoes should ALREADY come with.I should note that I own a pair of Dr.Scholl's Custom Insert and i actually do feel a little comfortable in the heel. But at almost $50/pair, they are over-priced by $30.

Grade: F

Size 14 is MUCH TOO LARGE for size 14 shoe(s). Instead of drastically cutting it uo I'm returning item. Was about to order a smaller size but It is 50 % more expensive ... really ... 50% more for a smaller size. There are lot's of alternative products on the market (Amazon).

Make sure that you know that these are right for you. They are not for every foot type for sure and if they aren't the right insert for you (they weren't for me) they will not accept returns so you are stuck with them.
Size 12, not 12/13
September 13, 2017
These are a 12. I assumed when it said 12/13, that it meant it would come as a 13 and you could cut an inch off if you needed a 12. Nope, they are an inch short in my boots. One of my boots, I can't feel the edge, the other I can't. So far they seem pretty comfortable, but it's only been a week. I will update after a month.UPDATE: I have had these in my boots for one week and the fabric on the top is coming off. I will be requesting a refund.
Do not recommend.

I got these things on July 29th. It's currently August 8th, not even two weeks later, and their completely flattened. It's ridiculous. I've used them maybe five times, and I'm not heavy enough for this level of flattening to be reasonable. I mean, I purchased a pair of insoles from Sports Authority for $15 and they lasted me over a year. They never flattened, I lost while moving and was looking for a replacement. Suffice to say these things were not a suitable replacement. Do not recommend.
My feet hurt after wearing them.

Honestly, my feet are killing me after using these. They are actually throbbing. The fit seems fine so that is not the problem. I have other insoles that I have used with no problems.
Too large to fit any human-sized sized shoe, and "trimming" is impossible.
November 12, 2016
This item was a terrible insert. It was too large to come even close to fitting into any of my shoes. Yet, it was rated as suitable for "athletic" shoes. When I went to "trim" it as the instructions recommended, the process revealed a white plastic insert that would eventually shred my foot. I do not recommend this insert unless you have a cobbler on hand and want to place these into combat boots.

They don't help

Felt good for fist month then my feet felt really sore, even more than with the stock implants that came with the shoe, would not recommend overall
hard plastic with sharp edges
June 23, 2017
I tried this product for 2 days, and it made my foot pains worse. The orange part is hard plastic with sharp edges around the forked tip area. I expected gel pads to soften the impact, but I felt sharp pains as the hard edge dug into my feet with each step. It was painful to stand and painful to walk around.
that said if you have huge feet 14+ you might like them

I where a size 11D and the insoles are way to wide and don't fit into my boots , that said if you have huge feet 14+ you might like them

Like walking with rocks in your shoes

Extremely uncomfortable hard plastic that digs into the arch of your foot. Like walking with rocks in your shoes
Be cautious
November 4, 2014
Both insoles throw the feet severely to the inside and make it difficult to walk. Don't waste your money unless this is the configuration that corrects your problem. It may be due to a packing error, but the result is the same.
