This deodorant has been a life saver. I was getting rashes in my underarm area that would clear up but come back & the rash was painful, ugly & embarrassing. Dr. said to change the deodorant I was using. I don't know why my local stores have very limited choices for insented gel, the only kind I like so found this on Amazon no rash & love it

One of the only Unscented gel deodorants that keep me dry and fresh, I used to get a painful bump under my right arm every few months, since switch out to unscented gel deodorant, it has been almost 2 years and I have not had that issue since. I go between this one or another brand of unscented gel that I won't name, but Secret has coupons more often so I stock up on them when I can, if you're unsure, give it a try, especially if you have sensitive skin

I was surprised and pleased to find this product available as an add-on item on Amazon. It is actually cheaper here than at my CVS, and even better, it's in stock and easy to find, not buried among 50 varieties of unnaturally-scented alternatives. Both the anti-perspirant and deodorant aspects of Outlast work well and the gel dries quickly-- no white stuff on clothes. If you just want to smell like you, I heartily recommend this product.

I have been using this deodorant for years, and love it. The unscented version of Secret's Outlast is becoming increasingly hard to find in stores, so I purchase these in bulk from Amazon. This goes on clear, dries quickly, and no has scent - it's great for my sensitive skin. It is fantastic at preventing underarm odor - even after an evening workout (I apply this once in the morning, and don't need to reapply). I also find that it keeps me dry, even on hot, humid summer days - I don't get sweaty armpits, even though the rest of me may be melting in the heat!

I purchased Secret Outlast Unscented Women's Clear Gel Antiperspirant & Deodorant primarily because of the reviews that stated it left ZERO white marks on clothing. This turned out to be completely true! I like that it's unscented and I also love the 48 hr protection. If I miss a day, I won't knock my friends and family over! I, in fact, like this product so well, I signed up for automatic shipments from Amazon.If anything changes, I'll let you know!

I was a Sure user for more than 40 years untilI got I this with a coupon. It was good enough to get me to switch. You turn it about a half turn and the gel comes out just enough to coat your underarn well, and there is no waste and no residue to leave a mark on your clothes. Because there is no waste, it lasts a long time, I bought this one to replace it after about 6 months, but.I still have not opened this one as the first one still has not run out! The first one has a gentle powdery scent, but I will be glad to switch to the unscented one. Excellent product, and they offer a lot of great coupons.You won't have to buy it very often.

So far this stuff is great! I like the smell a lot and have found that it stop sweat well. I have no complaints aside from maybe the price and the fact that the bottle is small...but such is the way with something that has the term 'clinical' attached to it.I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a good strength deodorant and antiperspirant. I didn't find the smell to be overwhelming but rather pleasing.

I have had a problem with deodorants for the past 2 years. This is the only deodorant that will last me over 24 hours without needing to shower and scrub like crazy. My only complaint is that it comes in a smaller size bottle then others and I can never find it in stores.

You can't go wrong with this deodorant. I'm a sweater, both when I'm being active and when I get nervous or anxious. This is the only deodorant that I've found that combats both the nervous sweats and regular sweat. Definitely recommend!

Wow, I wanted to hate this but it works great! I'm more of a Toms of Maine type of person and really do not like using aluminum based products but I tried this and now want to use it more! I got it for the hot summer days when I'm heading to work in a business suit and do not want to get sweaty and gross. I though with the "clinical" labels it would be more marketing than anything else. I tried it and sure enough - it actually works!!!

This clinical strength antiperspirant seems to work much better at keeping me dry and fighting odor than other clinical strength brands I've used. I love the scent of this one, but would not recommend the citrus scent, as I found it too strong.

smells like absolute heaven and all day. I work in maintenance and can get rather repulsive working twelve hour days sweating my but off. This product has yet to let me down. Goes on so smooth, last all day, and i am pretty sure it is improving my skin as well!

Recommend this product for those of us unlucky enough to be a little sweatier than the average girl. I had started feeling super self conscious going to the gym, knowing I'd start getting ripe even if id applied right before. If I forget to reapply before a sweaty workout session, this deoderant holds.

I like this. It is effective, does not leave marks on my clothes, and doesn't make me smell like a walking perfume bottle. Who needs perfume coming from their underarms?

I don't worry much about marks using this deodorant, and it's pretty scentless. if i sweat a lot though it wears off kinda quickly.

This deodorant provides excellent odor protection. I love that it goes on clear. No more white marks on my clothes! It does go on wet, and takes a few minutes to dry, but it doesn't feel sticky to me. And the price here is phenomonal- almost half the price the drug store is charging! And the unscented is great for people that are sensitive to most other deodorant scents.

Let's just say I've tried every deodorant known to woman for my sweating problem. I sweat all the time and I'm not sure what the deal is. I've tried Mitchum, other Secret Clinicals, etc to help - but this ones given me the best results. This deodorant has been the only one to closely combat my issue, with the stress response, yes, I'm still sweating, just not as much as I would with any other product. I rated it 4 stars because there still might be something out there that works better.

I find this brand of antiperspirant more effective than other brands I've used, but I can't stand the citrus scent. It smells potent and fake. I highly recommend this deodorant, but you may want to consider a different scent if you are sensitive to smells.

This stuff really does the trick. It keeps me fresh all day and I love the scent. It can be a little messy putting it on if you don't do a good job rubbing it in.

I know these are bad (as with any deodorant) but they were the only thing that worked on my stinkyness before I hit perimenopause and it's the only thing that works on my teenage girls. I guess odor elimination beats the bad ingredients :( ugh

After an illness that messed with my hormones, I now sweat like never before. I have tried other ''clinical" strength deodorants, I have found this one to work best for me. I don't feel all "pitted" out in a hour, it last's all day for me. I do not want to smell like a baby or some of the other scents these companies use. As I'm particular to scents, I like this one, it smells pleasant and fresh.

Ridiculously small amount of product here. It's already 2/3 the size of a standard woman's deodorant, but literally HALF of the container has no product. It does work well, though. 1 swipe under each arm lasted for the entire day, including a mad cleaning frenzy in the 110+ summer heat. I was definitely sweating, but barely at all from under my arms. No reapplications were needed, and all I smelled was the deodorant scent. It's a nice smell, very "rose meets lemon."

Seems to work, but I should have realized that a gel would be full of alcohol- smelly and drying. Too bad

It is wet and takes a minute to dry. But it keeps me unsmelly and no white residue on clothes.

Had difficulty locating a fragrance free gel deodorant at local stores. Yeah Amazon!Its a gel antiperspirant with no fragrance. It comes out too easily so dont turn the dispenser until it oozes, because it will keep oozing! I twist until the gel is just under the holes, then squeeze the dispenser to get just a bit out of the holes & apply. Takes some time to dry, so plan dressing accordingly.Best is NO WHITE STREAKS

Like that it's not white, but in sweaty conditions, it fails for me. It would have worked for me a couple of years ago, but it doesn't work now (have to go back to clinical strength).

This deodorant/antiperspirant works well, but it goes on so wet, I have to wait a long time before I can get dressed. I wanted to try a gel, but I like the dry stick much better.

I've used the same brand, different scent and I've noticed the scent doesn't last long... Like all clinical strength deoderants, you apply them at night instead of the morning but the scent does not last until the morning.

It works really well as a deodorant, but the dispenser is kind of awkward. It's one of those deodorants that are like a cream and you have to turn the nob so the cream pushes through these slots. Sometimes it dries and gets stuck in one of the slots, then it is only being pushed up by two other slots and is kind of hard to clean. I wouldn't purchase this again due to that inconvenience.

Pay attention to the size of this item as it seem not a lot bigger than the travel versions available.Nice fresh scent and no (as far as I've noticed..) stains on my clothes.Would recommend if of regular size but this smaller version make it more expensive than it shoul or need to be.

The 20% active ingredient works well, but the citrus is seriously strong. Suggestion is to apply at night for next day effectiveness. The next day you will still be a citrus! I've used this product in other scents for years and been very, very happy, but will stay away from citrus in the future. Now I know why there was a coupon for this scent!

It smells like Fruit Stripes gum. Not bad, just weird and not my thing. Will use same brand in future, but a different scent.

3 stars for the price. It's expensive for the little bit of deodorant that comes in the container. However, this is the only deodorant that I use. This fragrance is wonderful. And it holds up great.

I've always had the stink. I read the great reviews for this, and decided to try it out.Let me first start by saying that in order to start the deodorant, you have to twist it halfway up. So it already looks like it's halfway used up!Secondly, it keeps me slightly drier than usual, but it doesn't help my by smell.I found another deodorant on amazon that is amazing... Keeps me dry and smell free! So I'll be sticking with that.

It works, I like the gel, however it definitely cannot be described as "unscented". After noticing it had the aroma of a man's cologne, I looked at the ingredients which state a masking fragrance. I won't be purchasing this again. I'm disappointed, to say the least.When I wear a scent, I wish it to be my own perfume, not some arbitrary scent from my underarm deodorant.

I smelled like sweat.I didn't get an allergic reaction, but I smelled like sweat everyday. I consider myself a medium sweater, so it may work well for light sweaters. I am on the market for a new antiperspirant as we speak.

I swart and smell when I use this stuff. I won't buy this agin and neither should you if you want a deodorant that really works.

It works like any in this line but oh my god, the chemical stench! And the smell is so strong you'll get to enjoy it all day. For quite a few years I used the Orchid scent, a light floral but they stopped making it so I thought I'd try this one. This was replaced by the lavender scent, which resembles lavender in no way but is also a light floral. Secret, take note, some of us like a milder, more natural scent.

It was okay, did about the same as the $3 dove deodorant I used to use (which I plan on switching back to).Didn't help with sweating and didn't seem to do anything for any odor (if anything I ended up smelling like sweat + the deodorant).Even when I'm in an air conditioned building this stuff seems to wear off after a couple of hours.Just a pretty meh product in general. You pay a ton for a tiny amount that barely does anything more than make your armpits smell nice until you start sweating.

The Clinical Strength Smooth Solid antiperspirant was either old, or not the genuine product. I've used this before, from a local store, and the texture was totally different. What I got from Amazon was gummy and dried to the consistency of melted cellophane. It actually has a plastic look and feel when dry, definitely NOT invisible, and not smooth. I'll buy from other sources next time.

I ordered this hoping that it would be a stronger antiperspirant and maybe one that would actually work for me. The "clinical" strength is apparently only 1% stronger than non-"clinical" strength antiperspirants and deodorants if you actually look at the active ingredients. Sadly, that extra 1% didn't do anything for me - there was absolutely no noticeable decrease in wetness compared to any other deodorant I've used. On top of that, the fact that they really only give you half a container made this absolutely not worth the money.

for some reason secret products just stopped working for me! makes me wonder if they reformulated their products or what but i've spent $$$ on all the different types (gels, solid, semi-solid) and all the different scents and none have worked! super frustrated! i went out and bought arm and hammer brand and viola! it works all day all night! plus, it's about $3 vs the $8 i spent on this.

Like all standard deodorants, this does stain (not permanently) clothing. The gel feels damp for a while until it drys. I am using a natural (Pit Paste) deodorant now that does not stain and has better ingredients. I would not recommend this because of the staining, prolonged dampness of the gel, and the numerous unnatural ingredients.

Has any clear deodorant ever worked for me? No. Not this hyperhidrosis freak. Drysol only my sweaty friends. Also I always feel a little cheated by the size of the packaging and wetness of the actual product coming out of the perforated dispenser. I mean this might last a couple, maybe 3 weeks with regular usage as more is not better for any deodorant. That said all of our chemistry is different and this could work for some. Maybe a PH test from each reviewer would help.

Did my work at all for me. Actually made me smell like bo. Maybe it's just the gel and doesn't work well with me personally but I won't buy again.

The product has a new formula (at least as of my Feb-2015 order). The new formula is wetter and sticker :(The active ingredient listed on this page (Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly) is no longer correct - it has been replaced with Aluminum Zirconium Octachlorohydrex Gly. I don't know why, but it is a huge difference.I am sure that all of the 5-star reviews are accurate for the previous formula. This is no longer the same product and should get a new name. Before this product, I used Mitchum, until they made a similar change. The search will go on...

I had gotten some of this at the store in the winter and liked the clear gel. But when the warmer days came I found that the odor protection was horrid. I switched back to the degree and the odor went away. I only give it a one star because I don't sweat so much so it may be good sweat protection. I threw the rest away ad am going back to degree.

Received the wrong product. I ordered smooth solid and received soft solid.
